Stealing the car doesn’t seem to have been enough for the thief, though. They also saw fit to mock the Dealers Choice Auto Transport Service and owner of the Cullinan in the days since the thefts. When the delivery driver texted that the thief that they had stolen from the “wrong guy,” they replied, “That’s what the guy with the Cullinan said as well,” later adding: “Thanks for the free Maybach dawg.”

The thief wasn’t done, either. They sent another text that read “Bro, car already in Dubai, or Europe you guess.” This was followed by a photo showing a torn-up area of the floorboard where the vehicle’s GPS system is located.

One thing that must be said for the thief is that they have good taste. The GLS is Mercedes’ most luxurious SUV, along with one of its most powerful thanks to a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 that makes 550 hp. It starts at $174,350. The Cullinan, meanwhile, may be the most decadent SUV out there. It has a twin-turbocharged V-12 that produces up to 592 hp and starts at $374,000. The total value of the two vehicles comes in at well over $500,000.
