I have to go on a Bangalore & Mysore tour with Wildlife Nagarhole & Coonoor Safari and it was an unforgettable experience. From the bustling city of Bangalore to the tranquil forests of Nagarhole and the charming town of Coonoor, this tour truly had something for everyone. Our tour started in Bangalore, also known as the Silicon Valley of India. The city was a perfect blend of modernity and tradition, with its skyscrapers and ancient temples coexisting harmoniously. Our tour guide took us to some of the must-see spots in the city, including the famous Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace and the Lalbagh Botanical Garden. We also got to taste some delicious local food at the famous food street in VV Puram. Next, we headed to Nagarhole National Park, one of the best wildlife reserves in India. The safari through the park was a thrilling experience as we got to see a variety of animals like elephants, tigers, leopards, and many more in their natural habitat. We were lucky enough to spot a family of elephants crossing the road right in front of our jeep. The park also had a beautiful river running through it, making the scenery even more picturesque. After our wildlife adventure, we traveled to the charming hill station of Coonoor. The drive through the Nilgiri mountains was breathtaking and Coonoor itself was a quaint little town with lush green valleys and tea plantations. We took a safari through the nearby Mudumalai National Park and spotted many exotic birds and animals like peacocks, deer, and even a leopard. The highlight of the tour for me was the visit to Mysore, also known as the City of Palaces. The Mysore Palace was a sight to behold with its intricate architecture and rich history. We also visited the famous Chamundeshwari Temple and watched the mesmerizing light and sound show at the Brindavan Gardens. Throughout the tour, our guide was knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with interesting facts and stories about each place we visited. The accommodations and transportation were also top-notch, making our journey comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, the Bangalore & Mysore tour with Wildlife Nagarhole & Coonoor Safari was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the beauty and diversity of South India. We had a very interesting tour with an excellent driver (Mr Anthony) who made us comfortable and very knowledgeable guides everywhere we visited. Goa was not as relaxing as I imagined. We enjoyed the beach but didn't want to lay in the sun too long so other than shopping we didn't find it as attractive as we had expected. Overall all it was a very good introduction to a country we had not visited before. The arrangements for meeting the drivers and guides worked well for us despite us arriving and departing before/after the 11 day tour so thanks to Linda and other support staff this worked well.

The tour is highly recommended historically and culturally, especially places like Hampi and Badami. Goa is overly touristy for a person with a professional background in tourism, yet old Goa is a very nice place to visit. Our hotel was near Baga beach and it was a nice place to relax and have some ayurvedic spa time! MTA organized the tour very well. We had a comfortable car, an excellent and professional driver Parveen throughout the tour. Most of the tour guides were very good. Most of the hotels and food were good I recommend you to discuss and choose the hotels carefully in advance. Ask for all options so you can choose accordingly. The MTA representative Manish is very helpful and will find you the best option that suits your preferences and budget. We definitely had a very good and enjoyable time in Kernataka and Goa! And after our experience we can highly recommend MTA.

Morning after breakfast go for half day city tour with visit to the  Vidhan Sabha  that houses the State’s Legislature and Secretariat, the Nandi Temple that is one of oldest temples in India and is popularly known as  the Bull temple .

Day 3: Bangalore-Coorg (250 Kms. 4 Hrs. Drive)

Morning after breakfast, we transfer you to Coorg. Kodagu also known by the name Coorg is an affluent hill station endowed with alluring natural beauty and charm. It is an ideal gateway that provides excellent opportunity to be with the nature and feel its various exciting facades.

Evening free for some leisure activities.

Day 4 : Coorg

After a healthy breakfast, Today Enroute we visit to  Maidikeri Fort  and then proceed forward to visit  Raja’s Seat ,  Nagarhole National Park , Iruppu Falls, Abbey Falls and the holy Omkareshwara Temple.

Day 5: Coorg -Kabini (135 Kms. , 2 Hrs. Drive)

After breakfast, transfer you to Kabini. Here, discover  Kabini National Park , among the most

popular wildlife destinations in South India. The area abounds with captivating creatures including bison, sambar, spotted deer, mongoose, langur, many species of birds and butterflies and an impressive population of elephants. In the afternoon, enjoy a thrilling jungle  safari .

Day 06: Kabini

This morning, embark on a boat safari, getting to know the many species of this region from a new vantage point. Afternoon time at leisure.

Day 07: Kabini- Mysore (96 Kms. , 1.5 Hrs. Drive)

Today after breakfast, transfer you to Mysore. Later by evening visit Brindavan Gardens – where you will explore the beauty of flowers and evening musical light show.

Day 08: Mysore-Hassan (115 Kms. 2 Hrs. Drive)

After breakfast, we proceed for Hassan. The oldest town of Hoysala Empire of 11th to 13th century AD in India. Visit the temples of  Halebid  which are the silent witness to the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka. The 12th century Hoysaleswara Temple is impressive for its awesome sculptural profusion. The walls of the temple are covered with an endless variety of gods and goddesses, animals, birds and dancing girls.

Day 09: Hassan-Hospet (345 Kms, 5 Hrs. Drive)

After early breakfast, we transfer you to Hospet.Afternoon ,we take a tour of Hampi or Vijayanagara, one of the largest empires in the history of India – in ruins.  Explore the ruined kingdom and return to Hospet.Predating the city of Vijayanagara, it continues to be an important religious centre, housing the Virupaksha Temple as well as several other monuments belonging to the old city. The ruins are a UNESCO World Heritage listed as the Group of Monuments at Hampi.

Day 10: Hospet-Badami (128 Kms., 2 Hrs. Drive)

After breakfast, we transfer you to Badami. Drive to Badami, set amongst sandstone hills and

peaceful farmlands. En-route, you’ll visit  Aihole  and  Patadakal . Aihole was the first capital of the early Chalukyas, and is home to over a hundred ornate temples dating back as far as the 5 th  Century. There are also two beautiful lakeside temples known as the Bhutanatha temples, and the Archaeological Museum provides an intriguing background on the area.

Day 11:  Badami – Goa

Morning after relaxed breakfast Drive down to Goa. On arraival check in at hotel Rest of the day free at leisure to enjoy the beach.

Myself with my son we had a very comfortable trip ..Pramod and Neelesh really took good care in terms of proper communication of daily schedules , mythologies connected to religious places ,both made us feel as family ..appreciate the way they dealt with difficult terrains , booking challenges for the Safari ..with smiles they responded to all the questions.. Also our driver was very polite and skilled in his driving.. Overall the group was really friendly and we have had good time together.. Itinerary (Day Wise)

Mangalore – udupi (1 night).

Tour Guests will arrive at Mangalore Airport as per their Scheduled flight. Upon arrival they will meet Veena World tour manager at the airport and proceed to Udupi- a quaint town of Karnataka. Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will join the group on their own. The transfer charges to reach the designated place or hotel will be borne by the (J&L) guests. Today we visit Sri Krishna Math- Founded in the 13th century, this is one of the oldest Udupi temples standing till date. Further we visit a beautiful Malpe Beach- one of the finest beaches in Karnataka

Udupi – Murdeshwar – Honavar – Gokarna (3 Nights)

Today we proceed to Murdeshwar- a beautiful beachside pilgrim town. Upon arrival we visit Murdeshwar Temple- a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple features the second-highest statue of Lord Shiva from all over the world and is surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the Arabian Sea on all sides. We then visit Gopuram- from here we get the Magnificent view of Murdeshwar town. Further we proceed to Honavar- a scenic town with Arabian sea on one side and western ghats on the other. Upon arrival we enjoy a beautiful walk through Kandla Mangrove Board. Later we enjoy a Backwaters ride and admire the scenic beauty of Sharavati river. In the evening, we arrive at Gokarna- a popular pilgrimage destination for Hindus

• Limboo Soda and one Dry Snack at Murudeshwar, Tea/Coffee at Honavar

Today morning we proceed to Om beach- Famous for being naturally shaped like the auspicious symbol Om. Here we have free time to enjoy water sports activities like Banana boat, Jet Ski, Bumper boat ride, parasailing at your own cost. We then visit Kudle beach and Mahabaleshwar Temple - a 4th-century CE Hindu temple followed by a walking tour of Gokarna and a scenic sunset at Gokarna Beach.

Gokarna – Yana – Gokarna

Today we visit Yana Rocks- an ideal destination for pilgrims, trekkers, and nature-lovers. Here we trek through the cool and breezy hills which brings us to the foot of the mountain where the rock formations begin. We then visit a Cave Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva which lies below these shikharas. Further we visit Sahastralinga- an ancient site on the riverbed of river Shalmala. The location where around a thousand lingas are carved on rocks in the river and on its banks.

Gokarna – Karwar – Dandeli (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Karwar- A small quaint town of Karnataka. Here we visit Rock garden- which displays a set of exhibits related to village life, different tribes of people, their daily activities and culture. Further we proceed to Dandeli - known for Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings

• Tea/ Coffee/ Soft Drink along with one Dry Snack en-route to Dandeli

Today we enjoy white water rafting and Zipline. Later, we experience Jeep Safari at Dandeli wildlife sanctuary. Here we can spot wild animals like Crocodile, Bison, Black Panther, Sloth Bear, Elephant, Tigers, Leopards etc with number of reptiles and birds.

Dandeli – Goa (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Goa- one of the most beloved places in India. En route we visit Shanta Durga and Shree Mangueshi temple. Upon arrival, we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings.

It’s time now to say goodbye, Phir Milenge! Let’s stay in touch with each other through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and meet again on yet another memorable Veena World tour. See you all! Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time and start their journey back home. Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. The transfer charges to reach their respective airport/cruise/rail/bus terminal will be borne by the (J&L) guests. Tour concludes. Please note: Airline: On group tours, we generally fly with the airlines that are group-friendly. Group tours are based on economy class, if you wish to travel by Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability. During your air travel, refreshments and meals are provided as per the airline policy. However, we recommend you to carry dry snacks of your choice for the flight journey. Transport: For transfers and sightseeing we use small cars / Tempo Travellers / Mini or big coaches depending on the respective tour group size. The seating arrangement in the coach is based on booking priority. Seat numbers 1 & 2 are reserved for Tour Managers and Tour Guides. Seat numbers 3 & 4 are reserved as Prime Seats which can be availed by paying an additional cost. In case of small cars there will be 4-6 guests in one car as per the capacity and guests occupy the seats on rotation basis. If you wish to utilise the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability. Sightseeing attractions: Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible or refund of the entry fee will be given. Hotels: The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Veena World’s guests in the past. Kindly check your respective hotels before booking your tour. Room Sharing: Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travellers (gender - alike) share a room, should read the instruction paper along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same. Meals: On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary. In case of early arrival or late departure due flight timings, guests will be provided an additional meal/s without any extra cost. In case of connecting flights, if the transit time exceeds beyond three hours, guests will be provided with a meal/meal coupon. Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing. Breakfasts are generally Indian or Continental whereas, lunches and dinners are in the form of set menu and are Indian OR Indian along with a regional dish OR regional cuisine OR popular street food. At religious places due to restrictions, only vegetarian food will be served. At all other places, meals are a combination of Vegetarian or Non Vegetarian food items.

We had booked the Chikmagalur Kemmanagundi 3 day package. It was a truly memorable vacation. This trip covers the ancient Hoysala temples of Belur, Halebeedu, Kodandarama temple and VeeraNarayana temple. We also visited the mesmerizing viewpoints of Babubudangiri, Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri. All these viewpoints had religious significance and we enjoyed being in the lap of nature. Jhari waterfalls was a beautiful friendly waterfall, both kids and adults would love to spend hours in this place. It is difficult to believe that this green haven offered by the Western Ghats is just 5 hours away from Bangalore. My parents, both octogenarians, were with me and they had the best time. • 4. Only extra Mattress will be provided to the third person in triple sharing accommodation.
• 5. Tours like Thirupathi, Jog Falls and South Canara, 4 people will be allotted a room for freshening up.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TOUR:

• 1.The Corporation undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However, proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case of no alternate arrangement is made. During the course of operation of tour, if any sightseeing places are missed on account of sudden unforeseen happenings, the KSTDC is not responsible.

• 3.Tickets are not transferable.
• 4.Management is not responsible for luggage/baggage and Personal belongings of the tourists.
• 5.Tourists are requested to take personal care about their Luggage/Belongings.
• 6.The management reserves the right to cancel the trip in case the numbers of seats booked are less than 15 and for any such other reasons.
• 7.The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
• 8.Children above the age of 5 years will be charged full fare. No seats will be given to children below 5 years. (Age proof Required)
• 9.Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passenger who arrives late.
• 10.Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach.
• 11.Purchasing articles from other than Govt. shops is at their own risk.
• 12.The Corporation shall neither be responsible nor refund the amount in case the tourists miss the bus on account of late reporting to the pickup point.
• 13.Tipping the staff including the Guide is strictly prohibited. They are paid by KSTDC except for BHS trip.
• 14.Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while on Journey.
• 15.The management has all the right to make the passengers to get down from the bus, who are travelling on invalid tickets, disturbing the co-passengers & drunken passengers, without any refund.
• 16.No postponement of journey will be made within 24 hours. There is no refund on cancellation of one time Preponed/Postponed ticket.
• 17.Tariff is subject to change without notice.
• 18.Accommodation is subject to availability of the rooms and they are subject to change without prior notice.
• 19.Senior Citizens are provided with 20% discount on transportation by default while booking ticket. Hence they must produce valid proof.
• 20.The management shall not be liable for third party suppliers including arrangements with accommodation providers, activity providers and local guides and other independent parties (Third party suppliers) to provide you with some or all the components of your bookings.
• 21.The management shall not be liable and will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointed, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party other than Tour Operator and its employees.
• 22.The management resources all the right to update or alter their terms and condition at any time, and will post the amended terms and condition in the tour package.
• 24.The package tour tariff includes only accommodation and transportation costs, the other charges like food, entrance tickets, etc.. should be borne by tourists themselves.

• Cancellation from the proposed time of departure before 48 hours – 10% – before 24 hrs. – 25% deducted. within 24 hrs. – No refund or cancellation

Special Terms and Condition for Tirupathi Packages

• Piligrims are mandatory to produce either the vaccination certificate(2doses) or Covid-19 negative certificate obtained with in 73hrs prior to date of darshan at the time of availing special entry darshan.
• Piligrims to be noted that due to the new guidelines imposed from Tirupathi Tirumala Darshana there will be no cancellations or any modifications allowed before 7 days of departure.
• Piligrims to be noted that the data of the tickets booked for Tirupathi darshana is pushed to Tirumala Tirupathi Devastham(TTD) server 7 days in advance before the date of journey, there will be no any modifcations/ cancellations allowed for any unforeseen circumstances (like sudden death of family member, any accidentalissues , etc..)
• Rule of Cancellation : Cancellation from the proposed date before 7 days of departure10% cancellation charges is applicable. No cancellations or any modifications allowed before 7 days of departure.
• Cancellation from the proposed date before 7 days of departure at 10pm, cancellation charges of 10% would applicable as per cancellation policy.

• 1.U stands for UPPER DECK and L stands for LOWER DECK
• 2.Incase DASARA Lighting Illumination is not available during the service through AMBAARI, KSTDC would not be responsible.
