The party cruise Galway aka the booze cruise in Galway, runs from March to October each year. There is a fully stocked bar onboard, gather your hens and party on the cruiser for 2 hours, whilst taking in the lovely scenery of Galway.

The cruiser holds up to 60 people at the one time so, there will be lots of other groups on board.

This is a great daytime activity for a hen party in Galway.

had a lovely boat trip when volvo Ships were in Galway, The weather was fabulous looking foward to going again in the summer.

Cold, but an unusual way to view the local area. It was interesting to do once, but I would not do it again.

enjoyed this trip,(90 mins) not much to see but a veyr pleasent way to relax, you do get a completley different viiew of Galway which is worth seeing. Very pleasent staff who provide information on the different places you pass. You can have a drink if you wish but the day we went there was no evenence of the Booze Cruise as mentioned in other reviews. You could however if you wish do the Booze Cruise thing. Other passengers on the day were a mixture of locals, americans and french people.

My husband and I came across this boat ride by accident. We were looking for a church. it was a wonderful day spent. other people were from England and Wales and it was money well worth it

For someone who has to much time it is OK, u can see the whole Lough Corrib and go event to Ashford Castle in Cong. But it is better to take a car (40min) and spend whole day in the castle and town. River cruse is OK for drinking party with friends - but u must like it.

13:00: Fill your stomach with delicious lunch. Gather your energy to prepare for the upcoming party. 

15:00. Arrive Lan Ha Bay. Music start & the party begin! We’ll join tons of interesting activities in the tranquil of Lan Ha, such as kayaking, swimming, somersault from the cruises, and more. 

17:30 Sitting down and attend Sunset party with great drinks from buy 1 get 1 “Happy Hours”. Chilling and admire sunset – the most magnificent moment of the day in Halong Bay.

07:00 Have breakfast while the cruises sailing through jungle of karst limestones & magnificent scenery. 

08:30: Transfer to a day cruise to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Explore the village by bicycle , admire the beauty & peaceful of its surrounding. Stop by a local house to learn more about their daily life. 

12:00 Come back to the day cruise. Lunch time.

The cruise would be back to the port at 11:30. It then take 3 hours to get back to Hanoi airport & 45 mins to get to Hai Phong airport. As a results, we strongly suggest:

• Flight from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong City): After 2pm
• Flight from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi City): After 5pm

When packing for Cruise, the most important items to bring are comfortable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen. If you travel during winter months (November to Feb), you may also need to pack a light jacket or sweater to keep warm during cooler evenings.

 Typically, each cruise provides 1 – 2 bottles of water for free every day, and you will not be allowed to bring your own drinks. So, if you want to stay hydrated, bring some money (the drinks on board are a little pricy)

It is also recommended that you bring a camera or smartphone with enough of storage capacity for photos and videos in order to make the most of your trip. Prepare some waterproof protection for them, as you will be doing a lot of water-based activities.

Finally, remember to bring any medications or toiletries you might need while away from home.
