What began as a friendly favor has grown into a seriously booming business, Bryson's Airboat Tours literally taking off in the Omaha area (45 minutes from downtown) as quick as The Panther airboat can skid across the Platte River!

This popular local getaway has been around since 2004, the Platte River adventure cruises catering to individual and group needs extremely well. If your groups want a thrill, you'll get a high-speed thrill. More in the mood for a relaxing sightseeing journey? They'll do that too! Cruise packages come in a few different options, with 1 hour Boat Ride Packages, the 3 Hours of Fun package, and the 3-Hour Picnic and Wedding Package. The 3-Hours of Fun option includes airboat rides, access to a bbq area, and time to play sand volleyball or swim. The Picnic and Wedding Package provides the same opportunities plus supplies tables and chairs for up to 20 people for your special event. Each package is offered Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Take a left (west) and follow until you get to County Road 19 near the large grain bins. Then, follow instructions above. Coming in from the east on Hwy 30 – Stay on Hwy 30 around airport until you come to County Road 19. Turn South (left) and continue on this road until you come to intersection of County Road 19 and W. Military Avenue (you will see grain bins to your left). Travel south on County Road 19 (pavement will turn to gravel) Brysons airboat tours is on your left, follow signs..

FROM LINCOLN : Take Hwy 77 to Fremont. Cross Platte River and continue up Hwy 77 (turns into Broad Street) until you get to Military Avenue. Turn west on W. Military Avenue (left turn coming in from south). Follow W. Military Avenue to County Road 19 (blacktopped road) and turn south (left turn coming in from the east). Follow instructions above in box. Alternative is Hwy 77 to Wahoo then continue North on Hwy 109. Take to Cedar Bluffs and turn east (right). This is still Hwy 109. Follow it to Hwy 77 and then follow Hwy 77 (turns into Broad Street) until you get to Military Avenue. Turn west on W. Military Avenue (left turn coming in from south). Follow W. Military Avenue to County Road 19 (blacktopped road) and turn south (you will see several large grain bins near the turn). • Yes! Call 402-699-4489 or fill out our form on the Book A Tour page to make your reservation. Please try to book your tour at least two weeks in advance so that we can assure your time slot. (Allow at least two business days for a response.)

What do I need to bring?

• Sunglasses, sunscreen, a camera and a cooler with whatever you want to drink.

What should I wear?

• In the summer, shorts and a T-shirt are fine. In the fall or evening, a lightweight jacket and jeans or pants.

Are there any insects or bugs?

• Bugs can be a bother on evening rides, so eye protection, such as regular glasses, if you wear them, or sunglasses, is recommended. You can also bring mosquito repellent.

Can I bring my pet?

• Your well-behaved pet is welcome to ride along.

Does River Life Airboat Tours supply anything?

• Headsets for hearing protection and life jackets are provided.

When should I be there?

• Please show up at least 10 minutes early for your ride.
