Street Fighter 6 World Tour Guide – Best Gifts for Each Character

Street Fighter 6 character gift guide

Street Fighter 6 is a wonderful new entry in the storied fighting game series, with a refined fighting system, and a slew of new features for newcomers and veterans alike. Among those is the World Tour mode, a single-player adventure that sees you train under iconic Street Fighter characters, and even make friends with them along the way. One key aspect of forging your friendships is giving gifts to each character.

Table of contents

Why do i need to give street fighter 6 characters gifts.

Upon taking up a mentorship with an individual Street Fighter character in World Tour, the strength of your bond is measured with two meters: the Style Meter and the Bond Meter .

The Style Meter dictates how much of that character’s fighting moveset you can adopt as part of your own custom repertoire, and is increased naturally by using their style in fights, as well as fighting other citizens who are students of that style.

Street Fighter 6 best gifts for characters

The Bond Meter is a little different. Increasing Bond will boost your friendship with the character, and give you more insight into their backstory, increase the frequency of their text messages to you, and unlock nice pieces of art along the way.

Most importantly, raising a character’s Bond level to 100 will unlock their alternative costume in the Fighting Ground and Battle Hub modes .

There are only a few ways to raise the bond meter, and you’ll need to do them all if you want to get to 100. They involve completing friendship missions and giving gifts. But of course, each character likes certain gifts more than others.

Where do I get gifts?

There are two ways to obtain gifts.

The first and most hassle-free is to purchase them from food vendors and merchants , who you can find around the map in both Metro City and Nayshall, as well as in each international mini-location you can travel to via the World Map. Each vendor will have a different selection of gifts on sale.

They’re admittedly a little obscured if you’re talking to a food vendor – you’ll have to shift tabs to the ‘takeaway’ portion (R1 or RB, if you’re using a controller) to find what’s on offer.

The second way is to earn them from the random battles you can take part in around the map. Some fighters have gifts on offer (marked by an obvious ‘birthday present’ icon), if you meet certain conditions during the fight, and win. You can check these conditions with the Triangle or Y button before you get into a fight with someone, or from the Pause menu during a battle.

What are the best gifts for each Street Fighter 6 character?

There are a lot of different gifts you can obtain within Street Fighter 6 World Tour, but only a select few have a major impact. Several gifts, like Gift Cards, K.O. Gum, and Calendars are generic, and will only raise a character’s bond meter by 1 or 2 points.

Each individual Street Fighter 6 character has one specific gift that they really love (or in some cases, love to hate), and these will raise their bond meter by 5 points . These are the items you want to collect and keep for that special someone, to maximise their bond meter with the least effort.

Here’s a list of who likes what.

Unique Quest Character Gifts

In addition to the regular gifts, you’ll also come across a few one-off, unique gifts that are designed to be given to certain characters. These will raise someone’s friendship bond by a whopping 40 points.

Don’t worry about doing the wrong thing with them, because they can only be given to the character they’re meant for – they’ll be greyed out if it’s not meant to be.

These items are typically obtained as rewards from Friendship Quests, which are given when you reach Level 18 in someone’s Style Meter.

Here are all the pairings you’ll need.

Street Fighter 6 is available on PC ,  PlayStation 4 ,  PlayStation 5 ,  Xbox Series X/S .

Street Fighter 6 Gift Guide for all Masters in World Tour Mode cover image

Give your Master gifts to level up your Bond in Street Fighter 6 World Tour. Need to know the best gift to give? We have you covered!

In Street Fighter 6 World Tour, your Masters will have a Bond level that must be raised to unlock more moves, more specials, Super Arts, and even their Outfit 2 or Classic Outfit. While you can work out some of the best gifts from dialog, game knowledge, and more, some are pretty out there, so we've put together a quick gift guide to help you out in SF6.

(This guide will be updated as and when DLC characters release. Rashid and AKI are added below)

Street Fighter 6 Gift Guide

In Street Fighter 6, there's some rare unique gifts, that you'll only find one or two of, as well as some common gifts. Below we've compiled the best easy to obtain gifts for each Master in Street Fighter 6. You'll acquire some of these during the story, and others you'll have to buy later. We've listed the location each of these is sold below:

Best gifts for each SF6 Master and location to buy

Some of these aren't the only high Bond-boosting gift for each master. And other Masters will get bonuses from certain other gifts. You can also just spam lower-bond-boosting gifts, as no matter the gift you'll get between 1-2 Bond points.

Each Master also has a favorite gift that's unique in the game. These will give a +40 bond. There's usually just one of these in the entire World Tour, or it's incredibly limited. You'll only be able to gift each one to the correct Master, so don't worry about giving them to the wrong person! If you find one of these in your Inventory, here's who to give it to:

Rashid's update on July 24 added the ability to give the Absurd Check to JP. Originally, this gift wasn't tied to any master.

We'll update this as we know where and how to get each of these items, and add in any missing pieces!

Street Fighter 6 Haggler Skill

One way to make it easier to get gifts for your Master is with the Haggler Skill. This Skill, which is on Skill Tree 4's second level, for 9 points, allows you to get discounted rates when shopping. It says "Clothing Stores" but this works on all stores, including the ones selling gift items for your Master. So if you're looking for an easier way to level up and don't want to grind Zeny, this is a great way to do that!

Why raise your Bond with a Master in Street Fighter 6?

(Image via esports.gg)

Raising your Bond unlocks new dialog, opportunities to spar with your Master (which winning raises the Bond even more), more specials, more Super Arts, and finally, the Outfit 2 for your chosen Master. Obviously, this is a huge boon, as it's an outfit that usually costs 50 Fighter Coins of premium currency, or requires you to buy a Deluxe or Special Edition. As a result, we recommend levelling up the bond as soon as possible!

Street Fighter 6 gift guide: the best gifts for every World Tour master

Of all the new things introduced in Street Fighter 6 , from the World Tour mode to creating your own custom character, no one would likely predict that there would also be a bond system typically found in RPGs. Each of the 18 fighters included at launch is in the World Tour mode as masters with whom you can train to learn their moves for your avatar. Unlike in real life, becoming better friends with someone is very simple, and you will get rewarded for it too! While you will build some Bond Points through traditional means with some masters, such as leveling up and completing missions, giving them presents is the fastest way to these fighters’ hearts. If you’re like us and have no idea what a big green beast-man or yoga master would even like as a present, here’s a complete guide on the best gifts to give each master in Street Fighter 6.

How gifts work

How to get gifts.

  • Each master’s favorite gift

Gifts come in two types in Street Fighter 6 when given to a master. They will either be worth 2 Bond Points or 5 if they are that master’s favorite gift. If using nothing but gifts, then you will either need to dump 50 normal gifts on each character or as many as 20 of their favorites.

When you have a gift you’d like to give, simply talk to that master and select the Gift option to open your inventory and select which one you want to bestow upon them.

You will be getting gift items for just about everything you do in World Tour mode, such as finishing side quests, main quests, and just finding them. The easiest way will be to just go to the various shops and purchase them. You can see your collection of gifts in your inventory under the Other tab. All of them are considered “Ultra” rare, but they’re not used for anything else but giving away.

Each master’s favorite gift

Here are all the current masters in Street Fighter 6 and their preferred gifts, plus where you can find them. These are only gifts you can get from shops, not ones that you can only get from quests once.

Everyone’s favorite shoto Ryu’s favorite gift matches his minimalist nature. Buy him some  Instant Soba or Classy Confectionaries from the Udon shop in Metro City and Retsu in Nayshall respectively.

If you want to get on Chun-Li’s good side, the quickest way to her heart is through some Canned Herring from Dora in Nayshall.

Cammy might look cold, but you can warm up to her quickly by purchasing her some Jellied Eel  Hawker in Bathers Beach.

Luke is a simple man that enjoys a copy (or many) of Red Elevator 8 you can buy from either Hawker on Bathers Beach or at Colosseo.

Another reader, Kimberly will grow fond of you for every copy of The Answer Lies In The Heart of Love you can buy in bulk from Hawker in Bathers Beach.

A kid at heart, give a stack of Bawo Bao Brother Stickers from Hawker in Bathers Beach to score some points.

Sticking with her French heritage, give Manon Beaujolais from Bathers Beach to show your class.

We don’t judge Dee Jay for loving a Lukewarm Beer, and neither should you. Grab a can on Ranger’s Hut.

The sumo star shows his softer side with his love for Rubber Duckies . Grab him some bath-time friends from Colosseo.

Another character with odd tastes, Marisa goes nuts for Cold Tomato Soup. Pick some up in Fete Foraine.

It might sound narcissistic, but who wouldn’t love a Knock-Off Blanka-Chan Doll? Grab a handful to give him from Bathers Beach.

Ken’s fallen on some hard times at this point in the timeline, so he’s very happy to get a Cookbook from you. Pick up a couple of copies from Thunderfoot Settlement.

Don’t ask why, but if you want to win over Juri, give her a Wrench. These tools are available in Dhalsimer Temple.

If you can handle the stink long enough to deliver the  Natto  to Guile, he’ll be very thankful. Grab some from Genbu Temple.

For a man as zen as Dhalsim, you might think he’d have no interest in worldly possessions…except for some Instant Curry (Ultra Mild). We guess his fireballs are hot enough for him.

For the health-conscious Lily, grab a packet of some Celery Chips to make her day from Bathers Beach.

What else would you give the massive Russian than a Wooden Bear? These statues are sold, as expected, in Barmaley Steelworks.

Last up, JP likes to keep things simple with some Antique Playing Cards. Thankfully these aren’t all that rare and can be bought at Bathers Beach.

Diving into the world of Street Fighter 6 opens up a whole new arena of customization. Instead of just playing as the iconic world warriors and other designed fighters, you are finally able to create your own custom avatar to face off against these legendary brawlers. The character creator is extensive enough already, but that's only part of the suite of ways you can customize your experience. Titles are back and give you a way to add some flair and personality to your profile when playing against opponents online. Unfortunately, the way to actually change your Title is a bit obscure. Here's how you can change your profile Title in Street Fighter 6. How to change your Title

After  you've gotten started in the game, head into the Main Menu and go to the Profile section. This is where people will get tripped up. You need to press Square to enter the Battle Settings, then press Triangle to access Update Character Settings, then select Title Settings from the available tabs. This is finally where you are able to go in and pick from any of the Titles you've unlocked so far. The Title will be applied to whichever character you have selected, so you can have different titles set for each character.

Street Fighter is officially returning with Street Fighter 6. Ryu, Chun-Li, and new and old friends will take center stage, along with a whole new look for the classic fighting game’s graphics. It’s good timing, too, as the Street Fighter franchise just turned 35 last year, and is ready for a big comeback (Street Fighter 5 launched more than six years ago in 2016).

Interested in learning more? Wondering if Street Fighter 6 will be coming to your gaming platform of choice? Capcom’s going to be dropping more info from now up until launch. In the meantime, here’s everything we know and what you can expect. Release date

There is a little over a month to go until the launch of Capcom's highly anticipated fighting game Street Fighter 6, and we just received new information from a dedicated Street Fighter 6 Showcase hosted by Lil Wayne. The biggest announcement came at the end of the show, when Capcom revealed that the game is getting a demo today on PlayStation 4 and PS5. Street Fighter 6 Showcase | 4.20.2023 | US English During the presentation, producer Shuhei Matsumoto explained that this demo will allow players to create a character they can carry over to the full release. as well as experience the start of the World Tour and play some matches in Fighting Grounds. While the demo is a PlayStation exclusive right now, as it only came out on PS4 and PS5 today, it will arrive on PC and Xbox Series X on April 26. While the demo was certainly the most notable thing to come from this Street Fighter 6 Showcase, several other things were revealed. At the start of the showcase, we got a new trailer highlighting the World Tour and Battle Hub modes. For Street Fighter 6's World Tour mode, we saw a new locale called Nayshall; for Battle Hub, we learned that players can fight in the center of the hub with their created characters.

Then, game director Takayuki Nakayama talked more about World Tour mode, revealing that players start in Metro City, where they are coached by Luke. Players gain experience, level up, and learn skills to get more powerful. While there are a lot of fights to be had throughout World Tour's locations, players will also have to build friendships with Masters like Chun-Li to gain access to their specific moves. Players can fully customize their own characters moveset, but will also meet other characters not necessarily part of the main roster that were built from those same skills. After a brief overview reminded us of what Battle Hub has to offer, Fighting Ground then took center stage. During this segment, Capcom revealed that fighters' outfits will get more beat up and worn down over time, sounds indicating certain move types and distance can be turned on to make the game more accessible, and there will be an offline-only AI-assisted gameplay style called Dynamic. We then saw Arcade Mode in action, where players can earn illustrations for each fighter and compete with others for the highest online ranking score. Street Fighter 6 also features detailed fundamentals and player-specific tutorials, Team Battles, Extreme Battles with unique stage gimmicks, Ranked Matches, Casual Matches, and the ability to make custom rooms when playing online. Finally, Capcom teased what players can expect from Street Fighter 6 after its launch. Year 1 of support will include four new characters: Rashid (summer 2023), A.K.I. (autumn 2023), Ed (winter 2024), and Akuma (spring 2023).  If you weren't already convinced to pick up this game, then this presentation probably had something that could win you over. Street Fighter 6 launches for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X on June 2.

World Tour gift guide - Street Fighter 6

Want to know what your favorite character likes in Street Fighter 6's World Tour Mode? We've got all of that info right here.

TJ Denzer

If you’ve been playing through World Tour Mode in Street Fighter 6, you’ve probably realized you can give each character gifts. However, it’s worth recognizing that each character likes some gifts more than others. Want to know how to maximize your friendship with a character in the least amount of gifts (and Zenny) necessary? Then you’ll want to follow our World Tour gift guide to make sure you’re giving the right gifts to the right characters!

World Tour gift guide

Every single character in Street Fighter 6’s roster appears as a possible Master you can meet and become the student of, and maxing out your friendship with them is how you unlock their Outfit 2 , among other bonuses. If you’re left guessing at which gifts they like, you could end up spending a lot of Zenny (World Tour’s in-game currency). We’re here to save you time.

Here are the gifts in the game, where to buy them, and which characters like them. It’s worth noting each character also has a unique mission gift, but those require special conditions to unlock depending on the character. There are also gifts that nobody likes in particular, but can boost your rating by a couple points. We will be focusing on the gifts that can be bought from shops that each character actually wants.

If a favored gift is given to a target character, you will get 5 friendship points, really boosting the rate at which you max out your bond with them.

That covers this gift guide. We really enjoyed Street Fighter 6 in our review, even if World Tour wasn’t our favorite part. Stay tuned for more Street Fighter 6 coverage and updates as they drop, right here at Shacknews!

Street Fighter 6 Gifts guide: Best Gift & Special Gift for Each Master

Street Fighter 6 might be a fighting game, but it's got some dating game DNA, too. This gift guide will help you get closer to those masters.

Street Fighter 6 gives players the opportunity to get to know the various heroes, villains, and famous world warriors of the SF series more closely than ever by training under them as part of the World Tour single-player mode. As well as sparring and learning new moves, a huge part of impressing the Master characters , as they’re known, is by giving them gifts .

Your relationship with each of the Masters in Street Fighter 6 is measured in two stats; one for ‘Style’, and one for ‘Bond’.

Your Style Level represents how versed you are in each character’s fighting style, and ranking this up prompts each of the characters to teach you new moves and techniques. This maxes out at level 20.

Your Bond Stat instead represents your personal relationship with each master. Raising it opens new topics of conversation, new artwork, and eventually a second costume for each character, unlocked when you hit the top Bond level of 100.

How to raise your Bond Stat in SF6

While you can raise your Bond stat by winning sparring matches , completing friendship missions , and saying the right thing when chatting to your Masters by choosing smart dialogue options, the absolute fastest way to raise a Bond Stat with a master is by giving gifts .

As you’d expect, with a wide range of characters and personalities spread across the world of Street Fighter 6 that is only continuing to grow, each character has different likes and dislikes - and so you’ll want to be careful to give them gifts which have the maximum impact.

There’s two different types of gifts - Normal Gifts and Special Gifts. These are obtained in slightly different ways, and have slightly different effects.

Normal Gifts can be found as loot from random opponents, denoted by a present icon. They can also be purchased from Food Vendor Merchants - just tab over to the ‘miscellaneous’ item section. Each vendor sells different items - which means to get all the gifts you’ll need, you’ll need a stack of cash and flight tickets to get around the world and make the purchases. Each normal gift raises the Bond stat of its target character by 5 points, and can be given repeatedly to grind out the Bond level.

Special gifts are one-offs, are obtained in specific ways, and give a whopping 40 points to your Bond meter. Thankfully, it’s impossible to give these to the wrong character - but getting your hands on them is more complicated.

This guide is up-to-date with the Rashid update to SF6, and will continue to be updated going forward.

Best Gifts for Each Character in Street Fighter 6, and where to get them

world tour best gifts

Below you’ll find a table listing every gift in SF6 that is a ‘favorite’ of one of the Masters. We also list where each gift can be purchased.

Each of these gifts will raise the Bond level of its corresponding character by 5 points. Give the wrong gift to a character and it’ll instead raise their Bond by only 1 or 2 points, which is a more wasteful use of the gift.

You might notice that some gifts aren’t listed on this page. This is because they’re ‘generic’ gifts - you can give them to anyone, but they’ll only raise each character’s Bond by a point or two. To maximize your reward and minimize your efforts, you’ll want to give the gifts as listed below.

Special Gifts for Each Character in Street Fighter 6

world tour best gifts

In addition to the generic gifts above that can be purchased, there’s one special gift for each master character in Street Fighter 6 that is unique.

Each of these is obtained via a side quest - usually triggered by getting another Master to Style Level 18. Each special gift can only be handed to its intended recipient. These gifts give a whopping 40 points to your Bond level - making them worth four other equivalent gifts.

Here’s all of the unique special gifts, and where they’re obtained:

All 18 Masters’ Favorite Presents in Street Fighter 6

Keep them sweet.

Street Fighter 6 Gifts

The World Tour mode in Street Fighter 6 brings RPG elements to the legendary fighting series, with quests and NPCs to form bonds with . As you explore, you’ll meet 18 masters who teach you different moves. These masters are the roster’s main fighters, each with distinct styles and personalities. The best way to increase your bond with these masters is to give them gifts, which can be acquired from merchants.

Each master has a specific gift they prefer. Sure, you can give any gift to a master and still increase your bond by two points — but you’ll want to give them the specific presents they like to earn five Bond Points instead.

Street Fighter 6 gifts

Approach a master and select the “Gifts” option to give them a present.

You can acquire gifts by completing quests, purchasing them from vendors, and by simply finding them around the world. Make sure to open up the Items menu and tab over to Other to see all the gifts you have available. Once you’ve acquired a gift you’d like to give, head over to the master and you’ll see a “Gift” option. All the available gifts will appear here.

Maxing out a bond with a particular master also earns you their alternate costume . This is noteworthy, as the only other way to earn alternate costumes is to purchase them. Keep in mind, you need to reach bond level 100 to maximize your relationship with a master, which means you’ll need to give them at least 20 of their favorite gifts.

Below is a list of each master’s favorite gifts and where to acquire them.

Fallout 4 Player's Creative Playthrough Gives In-Game Order To Eliminate Todd Howard

Xbox fans should prepare for a dark day on july 29, but there is a silver lining, fallout 4: how to get all 16 companions.

World Tour mode in Street Fighter 6 is an exciting new additional feature to the classic game series. Players will explore the globe as their own customizable fighters, learning from the game's different playable characters, also known as Masters in this mode. In order to learn everything possible from each Master, the bond level with each will need to be maxed out .

There are a couple of ways to grind this during World Tour Mode in Street Fighter 6 , such as winning matches against them or using their moves in other fights , but both of these methods are tedious and can be time-consuming. With enough money, players can purchase each Master's respective preferred gift which will also build their bond level.

There are also extra special gifts attained by completing the final side quests for a Master , these are only received and gifted once , so they will not be purchasable. However, they do provide a significant boost to the bond , so they're worth attaining in addition to the standard purchasable gift.

Best Gift For Each Street Fighter Master

Even though this method can also take some time because players need to have the required funds to purchase the gifts, usually around 4,500 Zenny each , there is no cap on this. These gifts can repeatedly be given and spammed to build bonds quickly, so this is still an ideal method for those looking to get this done quickly.

Gifts can also sometimes be obtained through completing some missions and quests during normal gameplay. Players should focus on building their bond first with the Master whose skill set is most desirable to them , then work on attaining the rest later during their Street Fighter 6 playthrough, should they choose to do so.

Street Fighter 6: What Gifts to Give to Each Master

Street Fighter 6 players can quickly deepen their bonds with their Masters and gain access to new outfits by gifting them their favorite items.

Quick Links

Why street fighter 6 players should give masters gifts, how to give the masters gifts, the best gifts to give each master & where to find them.

Street Fighter 6 's groundbreaking World Tour mode brings an enthralling gameplay evolution , inviting players to craft unique fighter identities and interact with revered masters. These battle-hardened experts impart crucial lessons, facilitating players' improvement in both combat skills and interpersonal connections via a unique gift-giving mechanism.

At the core of the World Tour experience is the bond system, designed to cultivate deeper connections between fighters and their trainers. As these bonds strengthen, players can access new gear and customization options, proudly displaying their progress in various game modes. Gift-giving emerges as a fruitful and enjoyable strategy to solidify these relationships, unlocking even more rewards along the journey.

Gift-giving in Street Fighter 6 's World Tour mode serves a dual purpose: enhancing relationships and fast-tracking the player's progression. As these bonds grow stronger, fighters unlock new emotes and secure access to the exclusive Outfit 2 -- an attire usually available for purchase that can be flaunted outside the World Tour mode as a result of successful bonding.

While practicing the Master's moves is an essential part of leveling up and learning new techniques, players should focus their bonding strategy on thoughtful gift-giving. Each gift contributes to building a stronger relationship, but presenting a master with their favored item can turbocharge the bonding process. Thus, it becomes a game within a game, balancing fighting skills with the art of gift-giving for maximum progress.

To bestow gifts upon the Masters, players need to ensure they have one at hand in their inventory. Approaching the master and pressing X, Square, or R depending on where you are playing will reveal available options. After receiving a gift, the Master will thank the player for their generosity, granting them relationship points based on how much they like it. As there's no cap on the gifts one can receive, players are free to continue giving their favorites as many gifts as they have on hand.

The ability to establish relationships with the legendary characters of the Street Fighter franchise marks a distinctive feature of the World Tour mode, setting it apart from traditional fighting titles. This rewarding interaction allows players to unravel more about their Master's story, pick up new emotes, and work towards the highly sought-after Outfit 2. Bonding with masters adds a layer of depth to the gameplay, making each fight more than a simple exchange of blows.

The Best Gifts for Masters in World Tour in Street Fighter 6

Davi Braid

Although your Avatar can bring gifts to the main roster of SF6, the masters sure have their own preferences.

Chun-Li will be polite and thank you for every single thing you bring her, but she will be much happier if you bring her Dora’s canned fish.

With our help, you will learn which are the best gifts for masters in World Tour in Street Fighter 6 and max your bond with them in no time.

That said, make sure you have enough cash , because this isn’t going to be cheap.

The Best Gifts and Their Locations

world tour best gifts

Check below in alphabetic order the master you want to like you. Then, see the item that will provide +5 points and how to get it.

For instance, as mentioned before, Chun-Li loves canned herrings, and you can get it from Dora. Meanwhile, Honda likes Rubber Ducks for some reason, and you can find them in Italy when you visit Marisa.

Although these gifts do accelerate the process, there are faster ways to make the masters like you. Especially if you are willing to farm zenny for a little while.

Special Gifts

By learning a master’s style and increasing your bond with them, you will eventually unlock a Friendship Mission.

Once you complete this sidequest, you will be awarded a special gift that once given to the right master, it’ll increase your bond with them by over 30 points.

What to do Next

Now that you know what each of the masters like in Street Fighter 6, you might want to use this information to unlock their aternative outfits .

However, in order to do that, you must find them first. There are characters that are exceptionally easy to miss, such as Juri , the Tae Kwon Do master. Manon is easy to miss as well.

LEGO's Zelda Set Should Be Just The Tip of The Iceberg

Wuthering waves codes (may 2024), the sims 4 player wins lottery, regrets it, quick links, where to find every world tour master in street fighter 6, 'missable' masters in street fighter 6, dlc masters in street fighter 6, how to change master assist in world tour mode.

Street Fighter 6 introduces several new game types, one of which is called World Tour mode. This effectively serves as a sort of Street Fighter RPG, with players able to create their own avatar and then use it to take on some of the toughest street fighters from all over the world. As they do so, they'll run into quite a few familiar faces, with the main cast of Street Fighter serving as masters from whom the playable character can learn and grow.

Street Fighter 6: The Best Master Gifts in World Tour Mode (SF6 Gift Guide)

Figuring out the best gift for every World Tour mode Master will make it much easier for players to reach the maximum bond and unlock Outfit 2.

There are 22 World Tour mode Masters in Street Fighter 6 , though not all of them can be encountered right away. Players will run into most of them as they make their way through the main story, though some can only be encountered through exploration and side quests, so players will need to keep their eyes peeled for any extracurricular opportunities that might come their way. Each master will teach players new moves upon meeting them and will also provide unique missions and costumes over time.

Updated May 22, 2024, by Tom Bowen: It's been almost a full year since the release of Street Fighter 6, during which time, four DLC fighters have been added to the game. Regardless of whether players pay to unlock these new combatants, A.K.I., Rashid, Ed, and Akuma are all available in World Tour Mode, bringing the total number of SF6 masters up to 22 as of the time of writing. The locations of these new Street Fighter 6 World Tour mode masters have been added to the table below, with detailed instructions on where to find them available a little further down the page.

Strictly speaking, none of the masters in Street Fighter 6 are really missable, as players will be able to meet with all of the optional masters at any time after their initial unlock point. That said, it's entirely possible to play through the entirety of the main story without encountering some of them, while others will need to be spoken to multiple times before they will agree to become the player's Master. With this in mind, players might want to refer to the cheat sheet below to get a better idea of when and where they should be looking.

Where to Find Lily in World Tour Mode

From the beginning of Chapter 4, players will be able to trigger a side mission called "The Spirit Guide" by speaking with an NPC called Ana in the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown area of Metro City. This will eventually lead them to the Thunderfoot Settlement in Mexico and an encounter with Lily.

Where to Find Blanka in World Tour Mode

At the beginning of Chapter 6, players will unlock the Ranger's Hut area of Brazil and can go there to meet Blanka. To unlock Blanka as a Master, they'll simply need to speak with him again after the introductory cutscene.

Where to Find Dee Jay in World Tour Mode

At the beginning of Chapter 6, players will unlock the Bathers Beach area of Jamaica and can go there to meet Dee Jay. To become Dee Jay's student, players should speak with him again after the cutscene ends.

Where to Find Cammy in World Tour Mode

From the beginning of Chapter 7, players will be able to trigger a side mission called "Special Unit Del-" by speaking with an NPC called Alfred in the Beat Square Subway area of Metro City. This will eventually lead them back to King’s Street in the United Kingdom and an encounter with Cammy.

Where to Find Manon in World Tour Mode

From about halfway through Chapter 7, players will be able to trigger the "Extra" side mission by speaking with an NPC called Manager Oscar in the Beat Square area of Metro City. This will lead to them visiting Fete Foraine in France and an encounter with Manon.

Where to Find Ryu in World Tour Mode

Not long after the encounter with E. Honda in Chapter 8, players will need to visit the Genbu Temple in Japan. Here, they'll be able to meet Ryu and can speak with him to become his student.

Where to Find Jamie in World Tour Mode

Players will first meet Jamie in the Hong Hu Lu Chinatown area of Metro City at the beginning of Chapter 8. A little later on in the chapter, they'll be able to find him on the rooftop where they met Boluo in Chapter 2 and can speak with him there to become his student.

Where to Find Kimberly in World Tour Mode

Players will first encounter Kimberly as part of the main story in Chapter 8. To unlock Kimberly as a Master, they'll need to speak with her on the roof of the Metro City police station during nighttime hours from Chapter 9 onward. To get up there, they can use the ladder near the Hangout.

Where to Find Zangief in World Tour Mode

To train under Zangief, players will need to complete the "Hither and Thither" side quest, which can be triggered by speaking with the two fighters outside the Mike Haggar Memorial Stadium in Metro City from Chapter 9 onward, though this can only be done at night.

Where to Find Dhalsim in World Tour Mode

Players can meet Dhalsim by completing a side mission called "The Yoga Statue," which can be triggered by speaking with an NPC called Anik in the Bayside Park area of Metro City from Chapter 9 onward.

Where to Find Juri in World Tour Mode

Upon reaching Chapter 12, players will be able to trigger the "A Hardboiled Adventure" side quest by speaking with Govind in the central Bazaar area of Nayshall. They'll meet with Juri as part of this quest.

Where to Find JP in World Tour Mode

After completing the main story of World Tour Mode, players should return to the Suval’hal Arena Entrance in the Mount Vayshal area of Old Nayshall at night. There, they'll find JP hanging around near the stairs opposite the main entrance to the arena and can talk with him to become his student.

Where to Find A.K.I in World Tour Mode

If players head to Metro City during the daytime, they'll find an old woman named Lao Mao standing around near Chun Li. When given an energy drink, she'll direct players to a man named Fang Fei, who can be found hanging around near the stadium (his exact location is marked on the map). After speaking with him, players will then be able to travel to Tian Hong Yuan via the world map screen, and it's there that they'll find A.K.I.

Where to Find Rashid in World Tour Mode

To find Rashid in World Tour Mode, players should make their way to the Old Nayshall Central Bazaar at night. Right by the hangout, they'll find a guy named Azam, who needs help making an educational video. From there, players should fast travel to the Lowlands Commerce Plaza and then travel north to the quest marker, which is where they'll find Rashid. After beating him in a best-of-three fight, players can find Rashid near the train station during the daytime, and must speak with him there to become his student.

Where to Find Ed in World Tour Mode

Those hoping to find Ed in World Tour Mode will need to head to the the Haggar Stadium in Metro City at night and speak with an NPC named C. Raven to trigger the Neo Shadaloo's Leader? side quest. Completing this mission is relatively straightforward, with players simply needing to head down into the nearby subway and beat some Neo Shadaloo members. Next, they'll just need to ride the train and then talk to C. Raven again on the platform. Once the mission is cleared, Ed will appear on the platform near the stairs. Speaking with him will trigger another fight with some Neo Shadaloo members, after which, players will become Ed's student.

Where to Find Akuma in World Tour Mode

If players head to the SiRN building in Metro City during the daytime, they'll be able to trigger the Master of Styles side quest by checking a poster on one of the outer walls. From there, they'll need to speak with an NPC named Steven near the entrance to the building to be transported up to the server room. There, they should head up to the fifth floor and speak with SiRN Staff Liu, who'll ask players to defeat the copy fighters using certain moves. They'll need to use Luke's Flash Knuckle on the left copy fighter, JP's Stribog on the center one, and Manon's Manaege Dore on the one on the right. After doing so, players should speak to the researcher again and then travel to Genbu Temple and talk with Retsu (players will need to have completed the Monk Without a Cause side quest first), which will unlock Enma's Hollow on the world map screen. It's here that players will find Akuma, though they won't be able to become his student right away. Instead, they'll need to return to Retsu to trigger the Murderous Demon side quest, after which, they can make their way back to Enma's Hollow and fight Akuma. Sadly, he'll end the fight prematurely, at which point, players will need to speak with Ryu at Genbu Temple and complete the resulting fight (win or lose, it doesn't matter). They can then fight Akuma again, although just like last time, he'll walk away before the fight is done. To get around this, players should speak with Luke and complete the resulting fight (like the fight with Ryu, it doesn't matter if they win or lose) to get some more advice. Players can then fight Akuma one last time, which will result in them becoming his student.

After raising their bond with a Master to a certain level, players will gain the ability to summon them in certain fights. To do so, they'll need to have at least one bar of their Super Art Gauge full, at which point, they'll be able to call for help by briefly holding down L1 and R1 (PlayStation) or LB and RB). This will cause the Master displayed in the bottom left or bottom-right corner of the screen to turn up and start attacking enemies, with the duration of the Master Assist determined by how many bars of the Super Art Gauge were full at the time that the assist was triggered. The more bars the player had, the longer the assist will be.

A lot of players will probably be wondering how to change the Master Assist in World Tour mode. Sadly, however, there isn't a way to do so at the time of writing. After unlocking the Master Assist option for a specific Master, they'll be added to a pool, with a new Master being chosen from this pool at random each time players use the mechanic. This means that there isn't currently a way for players to choose which Master will be chosen for Master Assist . That said, a new Master is only chosen from the pool when the currently displayed one is used, so players could technically save a Master for a specific fight if they so wished.
