Are you looking for information about the ‘Inside Burj Al Arab tour’? If so, you’ll find everything you need to know here!

‘Inside Burj Al Arab’ is an exclusive tour, being offered by the world’s only 7* hotel, so you can glimpse behind the curtain and see inside this stunning and groundbreaking hotel.

My husband and I recently took this tour with some of our family, and I wanted to write about our experience on the tour, and whether I think the ticket cost is worth it.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

The ‘Inside Burj Al Arab tour’ is truly unique, and being granted access to this landmark hotel is a magical and wonderful experience.

I felt that the experience in general was wonderful. It felt really special, and I thought it was amazing to be given a glimpse into the hotel!

If you’re interested in booking the Inside Burj Al Arab tour tickets for yourself, then you’ll find lots of information in this blog post, about what exactly to expect and how the Inside Burj Al Arab tour works.

Inside Burj Al Arab

You may also just be curious about the tour and hotel, and want to look at lots of photos of this amazing hotel – if that sounds like yourself, you’ll find plenty to look at here too!

I took lots of photos, and they’re all here for you to take a look at! So, let’s get into it!

How do you book tickets for ‘Inside Burj Al Arab’?

First up, I thought it’d be useful to explain how to acquire tickets to the Inside Burj Al Arab tour.

It’s pretty simple, tickets are available through their website: insideburjalarab.com

You’ll pick a time slot, and then you turn up to the meeting location (not the Burj Al Arab itself) at the selected time period to enjoy the Inside Burj Al Arab tour.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

How long does the tour last and what does it cost?

Because of the fluidity of the tour, the length can vary. On average though, they recommend setting aside 1.5 – 2 hours for the Inside Burj Al Arab tour.

Then of course, when booking tickets , if you opt for extras (such as eating at the restaurant at the end of the tour) you may want to add even more time.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Price-wise, these were the prices at the time of writing (Jan 2023):

  • Inside Burj Al Arab shared tour: AED 249 per ticket
  • Inside Burj Al Arab private tour: AED 4999 per group of 4

Are there any rules you should know about?

Yes, there are a few. It’s worth knowing the following:

  • No flash photography or professional cameras are permitted.
  • No photographs are allowed in the lower lobby area.
  • Dress to impress! Smart/casual attire is recommended. Beachwear is not allowed.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time.

Tip: Don’t wear high heels. There is quite a lot of walking involved – so I would wear comfortable but smart footwear.

Where does the tour start?

You’ll need to arrive at the tour headquarters, which isn’t actually located inside the Burj Al Arab.

Instead, you’ll head to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel (right next door). They have constructed a new ‘tour lobby’, and this is where you’ll check-in for your Inside Burj Al Arab tour, and wait in a (very posh!) waiting room for your group to depart.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

It’s all very easy and straightforward, so don’t worry!

The waiting room is spacious, very nicely appointed, and has plenty of seats to sit on whilst you wait for your group to depart.

Then, once you’re all ready to go, you’ll board one of the ‘Inside Burj Al Arab’ golf buggies, and drive over the famous Burj Al Arab bridge, to enter the hotel through a private tour entrance.

Tour groups vary in size but expect there to be between 6 – 12 people per group.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

What is the format of the tour?

You’ll arrive via golf buggy at the Burj Al Arab, and you’ll enter into the hotel through a private entrance (exclusively used by the Inside Burj Al Arab tour).

Once you’ve all arrived, you’ll be offered refreshments, a chance to use the toilet, and a brief introduction.

You’ll then be walked through the hotel lobby (a great chance to see the amazing atrium from inside) and up into an exclusive elevator, which will take you right to the top of this magnificent structure.

And don’t worry, you’ll have several photo opportunities along the way!

inside burj al arab tour reviews

You’ll start your tour in a converted hotel suite, which you can explore at your leisure. It’s a mini-museum, showing the growth of the Burj Al Arab, how it is used, and various unique features about the hotel itself.

For example, did you know they have a turtle rescue centre?

Once you’ve enjoyed the museum part of the tour (it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk through), you’ll be invited to walk through the Royal Suite.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

This Suite is no longer used by guests, but it has had many famous guests in the past, such as Nelson Mandela, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, and Kim Kardashian.

You’ll get to tour the suite at your own pace, accompanied by a dedicated butler, room by room, taking in all the splendor and majesty.

Your butler knows everything you could possibly need to ask about, and he’s always there to provide any extra information should you need it. They’re super knowledgeable, it’s so impressive!

The Royal Suite tour is truly where the Inside Burj Al Arab tour comes alive.

It’s absolutely fascinating to see the opulent rooms, and see the 7* luxury that has made the Burj Al Arab so famous.

What does the Royal Suite look like?

It’s everything you expect it to be.

As colourful, amazing, luxurious, spacious… You name it.

Being able to tour all of the rooms, and explore them at your own pace, is such a unique and special opportunity. It’s why the ‘Inside Burj Al Arab’ tour is really worth doing.

We’ll share some photos below for you to enjoy!

Let’s start with the living and lounge area…

The lounge area is one of the most spacious areas of the Royal Suite. It comprises of 3 different areas, which are all connected.

The colourful decor might seem a little ‘garish’ but it’s actually quite astounding how relaxing and cohesive it all feels when you’re in there.

The fabrics and textures are (as you’d imagine) beautiful. Only the plushest pillows and cushions will suffice here!

inside burj al arab tour reviews

As you can see, the carpets make up a huge design feature of the rooms. It’s something you’ll notice as you walk through, that each carpet has been designed and put together to match the theming perfectly.

Here’s a little close-up of one of the carpets I loved!

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Next, onto the staircase and lobby…

Each suite in the Burj Al Arach spans across two floors, which makes for this wonderful entrance space and lobby.

The entrance hall really does make an impact when you enter the room, and it feels extremely palatial.

I also get ‘Beauty and the Beast’ vibes from the two-sided staircase, which gives you such a fairytale feel!

Inside Burj Al Arab

Now onto the Bedrooms…

There are two main bedrooms in the Royal Suite.

The first is the ‘Queen’s room’ – designed for female guest, and decked head to toe in pink details. Apparently the colour scheme was inspired by Brighton Rock candy.

The Queen Room is softer and arguably more feminine than the ‘King’s Room’ which is located across the hall.

The Queen’s Room is also bigger than the King’s! With added space for entertaining (which you can see below).

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Across the hallway from the Queen’s room, is (you guessed it) the King’s Room.

The room has a darker, moodier vibe to the decor. With lots of red, black and gold. You’ll see in the photos how different the rooms feel to each other.

An interesting feature in the King’s Room was certainly the rotating bed!

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Now let’s look at the ensuite bathrooms…

Each bedroom has its own amazing ensuite bathroom. Each with a huge tub, and gold tiled showers.

The bathrooms are gigantic and ooze luxury (and comfort).

You’ll find Hermes bathroom products scattered around the room too – another luxurious touch!

inside burj al arab tour reviews

And finally, the dining room and study

What hotel suite would be complete without a huge dining room and a separate study / office?

As you can see, the finishing touches to this amazing hotel suite are just as luxurious as the other rooms!

It’s difficult to explain the scale of these dining chairs too – they almost made me feel like Alice in Wonderland when she shrinks!

Another lovely feature of this dining room was the sky-painting ceiling too, it adds a real lightness and ethereal nature to the room.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Oh, and let’s talk about the view!

As you can imagine, the view is simply stunning from the hotel. You’re so high up once you’re inside the Burj Al Arab, and you get a wonderfully panoramic view of the Dubai skyline.

You can see the entire city, stretching from the Burj Kalifa and Downtown, to the Marina.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

What happens after the tour?

Once you’ve finished your Inside Burj Al Arab tour of the Royal Suite, you can then either leave and finish your experience or enjoy a drink and food at the Inside Burj Al Arab tour restaurant .

There’s also a shop on the way out called the ‘Burj Al Arab Boutique’ if you want to grab any souvenirs or mementos of your day.

We opted to enjoy some pizza and cocktails at the tour restaurant, which is a lovely outdoor setting, overlooking Dubai Marina and the sunset.

The drinks were wonderful (cocktails and mocktails) and the food was delicious. It was a great way to end our Inside Burj Al Arab tour.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Would I recommend the Inside Burj Al Arab tour?

Absolutely. Everyone in our group enjoyed the tour and the experience of glimpsing behind the curtain of this luxurious hotel.

We learnt a lot about the history of the Burj Al Arab, but we also enjoyed just experiencing the decor and the hotel and seeing such a magnificent space.

If you’re the curious type, then I can almost guarantee you’re going to enjoy the Inside Burj Al Arab tour as much as we did.

I highly recommend!

Inside Burj Al Arab: the bold new tour bringing the world to Dubai’s most exclusive hotel

By John O’Ceallaigh

Dubai’s hotels deserve their reputation for innovation, but still it seemed strange to hear Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, self-styled as ‘the world’s most exclusive hotel’ and labelled mystically as a ‘seven-star’ property by others had launched Inside Burj Al Arab tours that would provide groups with access to the property, including entry to its blazingly extravagant Royal Suite – a space that was previously booked out at an average rate of £19,000 a night. The tours cost from AED249 per person, which is about £50.

I tried the tour when I stayed at the Burj a few weeks back, and it’s a really intriguing addition to the property’s offering – considering the hotel’s rarefied reputation, it seemed a bit risky to me. Would gawking crowds cluster round guests as they sunbathed or sat down to afternoon tea? This is, after all, a hotel that stands on its own dinky private island; security guards man its entrance 24 hours a day to ensure nobody can wander in without clearance, and tourist buses regularly disgorge their parties at the gates for quick-fire photo-taking opportunities.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

These new tours, the website confirms, accommodate up to 12 people at a time and depart every 15 minutes from 9:30am to 8:30pm. Before my arrival I wondered how overnight guests at the hotel, where summer rates and winter rates start at £1,100 and £1,700 respectively per night, might feel about this potential intrusion, and whether it would make a positive contribution to the hotel or have a detrimental impact. (Of course, it’s already possible to access the hotel as a day guest by making a reservation for lunch or dinner at its restaurants or booking a lounger at its beautiful Terrace beach club, but capacity in both instances is limited and the cost is significantly higher; the set menu at French-Italian restaurant Al Muntaha costs £225; a day pass for the Terrace costs from £165, with half of that redeemable as a credit against F&B.)

It seems that whoever composed the tours was similarly mindful about ensuring tour groups could enjoy the property, without overnight guests feeling their stays were being put on display or their privacy was somehow being compromised (tours of the hotel were actually offered many years back, though I heard feedback that this facet of the experience had been difficult to manage at that time).

Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Lobby

Now tour groups access the hotel via a standalone entrance used exclusively for the tours, where they’re briefed on the history and heritage of the property. I’m accustomed to European tour guides who can reel off endless obscure historical facts so I did feel there was some room for improvement in this part of the tour: my guide could, for example, tell me that the hotel’s three gargantuan aquariums house more than 3,500 fish but struggled to name any of the species. After telling me that the 180-metre-high atrium was the second-highest atrium in the world, he couldn’t name the largest. (We later learned it belongs to some building in China.)

Still, as a journalist I have a habit of asking annoying questions nobody else particularly cares about, and really this is a building that speaks for itself. First conceived in 1993, it opened in 1999 and is without doubt a true icon of Dubai as well as one of the world’s most photographed buildings. It’s also one of the world’s most famous hotels – given we now assess merit based on Instagram followings, it’s notable that this is one of the only resorts in the world with more than 1 million fans on that platform. There’s so much more to be said about it too, much of which I learned on the tour.

Some key facts I gathered that day: – Approximately 3,500 people work on site at Burj Al Arab every day (while its owner Jumeirah Group employs masses more and also operates a cluster of luxury resorts around it) – 24,000 square metres of Statuario marble line the hotel’s walls and floors – 21,000 Swarovski crystalls are embedded in the lobby ceiling of the ground-floor mezzanine – Costing AED27,321 (which currently converts to £5,670), the world’s most expensive cocktail was on sale in its rooftop bar back in 2008. It was purchased nine times. It was so called because the bar in which it was served occupies the 27th floor of the 321-metre-tall building; its ingredients included 55-year-old Macallan single malt natural colour whisky, dried fruit bitters and homemade passion fruit sugar. It was served in an 18-carat gold glass.

After their orientation, groups are led into the hotel’s lobby and up an escalator past one of the property’s huge aquariums to a fountain where it’s possible to take pictures of the atrium. About the height of the Statue of Liberty, it really is a sight to behold. With a gradient of technicolours distinguishing the floors above, peering upwards reveals a rainbow; the scale of the space is mesmerising. Surprisingly too, tour groups somehow manage to remain inconspicuous – this is such a vast expanse that 12 people at a time walking through don’t attract much attention. Throughout my stay in the hotel, it was only when doing the Inside Burj Al Arab tour myself that I was aware of it.

High_resolution_300dpi-Burj Al Arab - Royal Suite Staircase 3

From that point onwards, tour groups are shepherded to an elevator designated specifically for their use and then directly onwards to the hotel’s 25th floor. This is the home of the Royal Suite and given how much it cost to stay there for the night I was astounded the space was being permanently reappropriated for inclusion in these tours, until I did the maths. While the suite had the potential to be highly lucrative, such spaces are never permanently occupied. I was told the tours were welcoming an average of 500 guests per day, equating to about £25,000. That’s a staggering amount of extra revenue the property has been able to produce. It’s hard to think of any other hotel in the world that would have the potential to replicate that model so lucratively and successfully (both in terms of being both admired enough to draw in those numbers and then having the scale to absorb them so seamlessly).

inside burj al arab tour reviews

The Royal Suite itself (all 780 square metres of it) is simultaneously unbelievable and exactly what you hope it would be. Double doors are opened from within by a butler to reveal a grand staircase carpeted in leopard print; one bedroom include a bed that revolves at the touch of a button; a shower is lined top to toe in 24-carat gold; a bathroom is swathed in the last extractions of a luminous amber-coloured marble that was a favourite of Gianni Versace; a majlis-style living room is coloured so extravagantly in pink to sit down is like being encased in cotton candy (the original design was rejected for being insufficiently pink, in fact).

It’s definitely an acquired taste, and an unforgettable setting. Work has given me many opportunities to tour and stay in some of the world’s most famous hotel suites . They’re generally beautiful but a few can be a bit bland and conformist. Though the Royal Suite was too much for me, I enjoyed how the interior design just went so far out there with such conviction . My butler-guide told me that so many guests respond to the space in similar ways: “Many of the Inside Burj Al Arab guests prefer softer shades and aren’t necessarily big fans of these colours, although when I ask if they’d be happy to stay here, everyone says yes.”

High_resolution_300dpi-IBAA_Carousel History and Architectural Design

While that specific suite exhibits an extreme aesthetic audacity, the Burj’s entry-level rooms also make a big impression. In fact, they’re actually two-storey one-bed suites that provide as much space as a small city house. Interiors are vividly finished in plush purples and golds, bathrooms are stocked with full-sized Hermes products (including perfume and aftershave for guests to keep); famously, and for reasons that nobody seems able to officially clarify, mirrors are suspended over the beds. But these rooms nor any other accommodations will ever be incorporated into the Inside Burj Al Arab tours. That will only be possible for those willing to pay for an overnight stay and even after all these years the Burj still draws masses of big-spending customers. Occupancy was at 85% during my late-February, early-March stay.

Instead, after touring the Royal Suite, Inside Burj Al Arab guests are invited to wander an adjacent museum at their leisure. It includes the napkin upon which architect Tom Wright scrawled his first spontaneous design for the hotel during a trip to Dubai, prompted after he saw one of the emirate’s distinctive dhow boats sailing nearby. (Usually I assume all those stories about brilliant ideas being written down on napkins are made up, but here there’s proof.) Other displays include some of the hotel’s lustrious uniforms (each one is made to measure), alongside the F1 car that David Coulthard used to spin donuts on the hotel’s cantilevered helipad. Also featured here is a touchscreen upon which guests can play footage of some of the other events that occurred on that helipad, including a tennis match between Roger Federer and Andre Agassi; some golfing by Tiger Woods and a boxing session with Anthony Joshua. It really does look amazing.

inside burj al arab tour reviews

Also impressive are the views that stretch onwards from here. From this eyrie guests can look towards The World, a strange archipelago of manmade islands positioned to resemble a map. Also in view are a sprawl of other Jumeirah Group resorts, including the wave-shaped Jumeirah Masra Al Arab scheduled to open next year . Jumeirah’s CEO José Silva had previously told me it should be a match for the Burj in terms of prestige and luxury though its interiors will be aligned with more standardised aesthetic approaches to modern luxury. After taking it all in, parties are taken back down to earth – and through a Burj Al Arab gift shop selling confectionary, jewellery, stationery, clothing and more – before departing the building. Thoughtfully, there’s a chic and shaded outdoor bar by the exit where Inside Burj Al Arab guests can enjoy a cocktail or coffee as a final taste of the property before returning to reality.

Inside Burj Al Arab tours cost from AED249 (£50); accommodation at the Burj Al Arab starts from AED5,510 (£1,100).

Inside Burj al Arab, an exclusive tour of Dubai’s most luxurious hotel

The Burj al Arab counts as one of Dubai’s most famous landmarks and chances are that you’ll drive past it on your Dubai travel itinerary. Many know what this glamorous hotel looks like from the outside but only some get to experience what it’s like inside Burj Al Arab. We were intrigued by the reputation of this 7-star hotel and decided to see for ourselves how next-level luxurious this hotel really is.

Although you can’t just walk up to this iconic hotel, there are several ways to visit Burj al Arab that don’t involve spending the night. The Inside Burj al Arab tour is one of those options. It was introduced in the fall of 2021.

A team of hosts and butlers shows you around this iconic hotel and highlights some interesting facts about the architecture and service that the hotel has to offer. They even welcome you in the opulent Royal Suite. Intrigued yet?

It was one of the rather expensive activities in Dubai that we chose to do (the other one being our luxurious desert safari ). Was it worth it? Continue reading to find out!

Inside Burj al Arab tickets and timing

The standard guided tour is priced at AED 249 (which is equivalent to €62, $68 or £52) per person or AED 599 (which is equivalent to €150, $163 or £125) for a family of two adults and two children. The family package wasn’t available yet when we visited and so we paid full price (a higher price than the one that’s currently being promoted) for the four of us.

Although we were lucky enough to enjoy a private version, this is actually a shared tour. It takes about 90 minutes to complete. You can extend your experience by opting for a cocktail or dining package.

Prices for packages that include a mocktail, cocktail, champagne or a 24-carat gold cappuccino at the UMA Sky Deck range between AED 299 and AED 369. When you’re looking to add a light meal (a pizza or wagyu burger) at this lounge, you’re looking at prices up to AED 454.

Prices for packages that include a lunch, dinner or afternoon tea at the Sahn Eddar lounge range between AED 599 and AED 839. The four-course dinner package at restaurant Al Iwan is priced at AED 699.

Book your tour on the Jumeirah website , book this combined package on Klook or consider these Viator package tours:

It goes without saying that you should dress the part. Smart-casual is the standard.

We were warmly greeted at the welcome center, which is actually located in a wing of the Jumeirah beach hotel . This gorgeous resort is located right next to the Burj al Arab and both are part of the Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts group.

After our check-in and welcome drink, we received a lanyard and were invited to take a seat in one of the hotel buggies. Our driver took us to the entrance of the Burj al Arab, from where we passed the gate and crossed the bridge.

Along the way, there’s a photo stop with a set installation but our driver was kind enough to take a whole series of photos with our own camera too.

Inside Burj al Arab welcome center

The tour has its own separate entrance at the left side of this signature building. As soon as you enter the Burj al Arab, you’re greeted by a host(ess) and butler. After refreshing your hands with some rose water, you can indulge in tea and dates while the host(ess) gives you an overview of the guided tour.

Inside Burj al Arab sign with the Arabian Gulf and Dubai marina in the background

The first stop on the tour is the hotel lobby which is a feast for the senses. Burj al Arab is a celebration of color featuring the four elements. Look up and you’ll see one of the world’s tallest atriums with a height of 180 m (590 ft) in a honeycomb-style grid. The decor is brought to life by water a colourful aquarium and a water feature.

That same water feature looks all tranquil and enchanting but at set intervals a 32 m water column leaps skyward from the shallow pool towards the peak of the atrium. The lighting which illuminates the droplets that fall back down adds a touch of magic.

Make your way towards the elevator and you’ll see 21 000 Swarovski crystals sparkle from the ceiling.

Burj al Arab hotel inside features one of the tallest atriums

I must admit that the interior of Burj al Arab was very different from what we had expected. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world and the decor always tends to be understated and neutrally-toned. No other luxury hotel compares to the Burj al Arab when it comes to the use of color.

Elevator to the 25th Floor

The express elevator ride in the outside elevator is magnificent thanks to the panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. Passenger lifts reach a speed of 7m per sec. It’s fast but not as fast as the elevators going to the top of Burj Khalifa .

The hotel has 28 floors… multiplied by 2 because all floors – and therefore all 202 expensive hotel suites – are two-tiered.

Royal Suite

Upon arrival at the 25th floor, we were instructed to knock on the door of a suite and a butler graciously welcomed us in the Royal Suite. This same suite, which was priced at around AED 90 000 (which is equivalent to €22 500, $25 000 or £19 000) per night, has accommodated a variety of VIPs over the years. It’s now no longer open to overnight guests but exclusively reserved for Inside Burj al Arab tours.

The monumental staircase is quite the eye-catcher. On the ground flour of the Burj al Arab Royal Suite you’ll find a colorful living room, a private dining area and an office that can be converted in a third bedroom.

Monumental staircase in the Royal Suite which is one of the most exclusive rooms in Burj al Arab

But the most striking rooms can be found at the first floor, where you’ll find separated rooms for the king and queen. The interior designer wanted yellow to reign because, to her, fire is the brightest and strongest of four elements.

Butler next to the rotating bed of the Royal Suite Burj al Arab

The king’s quarters feature yellow and red tones and a rotating bed while the queen’s quarters feature yellow and pink tones as well as a comfy Majlis room. Opulence is an understatement when it comes to the Royal Suite where even the showers are coated with 24-carat gold.

Pink and yellow design of an opulent bedroom

Dining Experience

The next stop on the tour is the dining experience… or should I say dining illusion? Just take your pick from the interactive menu and the dished magically appear. Yes, even the 24-gold cappuccino can be ordered here.

Virtual dinner in one of the Burj al Arab restaurants

Learn more about the Burj al Arab’s design and architecture with a cup of coffee and a fresh date in hand. The exposition features a model of the hotel, samples of the fabrics used in the rooms and shares the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, architect Tom Wright and interior designer Khuan Chew .

Model of the Burj al Arab

Other displays highlight some of the memorable stunts that have taken place at the helipad. It’s where Tiger Woods teed off, where Roger Federer and Andre Agassi played a game of tennis and where kitesurfer Nick Jacobsen jumped off it with his kite board.

Room with sport memorabilia

You’ll also learn more about the fish and turtle hospital that’s housed at the basement. Every year, this sanctuary cares for over 200 rescued turtles. Thousands of turtles have been rehabilitated and released from Burj al Arab.

The tour ends at the luxurious boutique where you can choose the perfect souvenir for yourself or your loved ones. We brought an extra family member back home. Meet Sheikh Teddy, the favorite Dubai souvenir of youngest daughter.

Photography desk

An external company is in charge of the photography spots. There’s on the bridge with the Burj al Arab in the background, one in the lobby and one a the staircase of the Royal Suite. The outdoor photo set up features the actual background but the ones that are taken indoor are green screen photos.

One of the Burj al Arab restaurants

UMA Sky Deck

No better way to process all these extravagant impressions than with a cocktail at UMA Sky Deck. This patio is exclusively accessible to guests of the Inside Burj al Arab experience. When you’re ready to go, your driver will give you a ride back to the welcome center in the trolly.

Is the Inside Burj al Arab experience worth it?

We think it is. This Burj al Arab tour isn’t just branded as exclusive, it really feels exclusive too. The hosts and butlers go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and give you the royal treatment. The tour provides an excellent opportunity to experience the level of service of this famed 7-star hotel in Dubai without breaking the bank.

The only points of criticism we have, is that the tour feels a bit rushed and that you don’t have the opportunity to explore the hotel’s commons areas on your own after your visit. You’re basically completely separated from the guests who stay at the Burj al Arab Dubai.

The green screen photos kind of suck. The photos that we had ordered only loaded halfway so we had to reach out via mail. When we finally received the photos, we were really disappointed. One photo showed me with one leg, the other with a cut-off hairdo. The company fixed it and sent the corrections but the result is still subpar and not by far the quality you would expect from a Burj al Arab partner (and at that cost). So, you’re much better off taking a tripod (if allowed) or asking the hosts to take your photos. We certainly wish we had.
