Friend Safari Thread
Hi I’m Lesss, an avid fan of this game, I often find myself shiny hunting these days, and since we don’t really have a big list of available friend safaris, I started to make one.
I am compiling/ proof-checking all the safaris I can find in our previous reddit page, our wiki. and some list made by previous players, i want to ask you to help me with this project by adding your safari ID’s on this thread (doesn’t matter if you only have 2 slots of pokemons available since I will check them 1 by 1,)
After I’m done with the list I will share it here. It might take a while but I hope you can help me.
IMPORTANT Make sure your base is UPLOADED first.

In the game
Once the player has entered Metchi Town , they are able to purchase a secret base and thus access the Friend Safari. A secret entrance to your secret base is located behind the bookcases in every Pokémon Center (2nd floor in Pokémalls). Players are able to go online and enter a friend's username to visit their base.
All Pokémon that appear in the Friend Safari are level 12-18. All Friend Safaris have three Pokémon that may be captured. Only Pokémon from the first "slot" will be available until the trainer has six Gym Badges, at which point two "slots" are available. The third and final "slot" is unlocked after receiving the eighth badge.
All three Pokémon are of the same type, determined randomly when the base is purchased. However, there are some cases such as Bidoof being spawned in a Water-type Safari, due to its evolved form being a Water-type Pokémon. This is the same for Poliwhirl , Corphish , Swablu , Seadra , Skrelp , Seel , Prinplup , Bunnelby , Pancham , Karrablast , Cacnea , Nosepass , and Pineco being spawned in a Safari where their evolved form has a new type which is the same type as the Safari.
It is possible for Woobat to spawn in both slots 1 and 2 for a Flying-type Safari.
There are some differences in the Pokémon encountered in the Friend Safari as opposed to the official games. Pokémon found here have a 5/4096 [or 1/819~] chance of being Shiny without a shiny charm, or a 7/4096 [1/585~] chance with a shiny charm. These Pokémon also are not guaranteed to have at least two IVs of 31 nor do they hold any items. Pokémon encountered here have a chance of 1/5 of having their Hidden Ability .

Fire-type safari, fighting-type safari, flying-type safari, water-type safari, grass-type safari, poison-type safari, electric-type safari, ground-type safari, psychic-type safari, rock-type safari, ice-type safari, bug-type safari, dragon-type safari, ghost-type safari, dark-type safari, steel-type safari, fairy-type safari.

Frogadier is a light-blue, bipedal, frog -like Pokémon . A dark blue marking covers its head and forms a three-pointed mark down its upper back. Its eyes have yellow sclerae, black irises, and white pupils. Its eyes protrude slightly from the top of its head and each has a backward-facing spike above it. It has a white bubble scarf, dark blue hands and circular toes, and white circular fingers.
Frogadier is a nimble and swift Pokémon; it can scale a tower exceeding 2,000 feet (600 meters) in one minute. It can also throw bubble-coated pebbles at targets up to 100 feet (30 meters) away. The reason for this is due to the tips of its fingers and toes allowing it to stick firmly onto vertical surfaces. It can confound opponents by leaping about ceilings or into trees. [1] Frogadier is an expert on creating battle strategies that make use of the terrain. Due to this, it will never miss its mark when throwing bubble-covered pebbles.
Frogadier evolves from Froakie and evolves into Greninja .
(For specifics on this Pokémon's evolution in the games, refer to Game data→Evolution data .)

In the manga
Movie adaptations
Ash owned a Frogadier in Hoopa and the Clash of Ages .
Pokémon Adventures
Y owns a Frogadier nicknamed Croaky that evolved from her Froakie in Shooting Frogadier .
- Frogadier and its evolutionary family are the only Water-type first partner Pokémon line to only be in one Egg Group (Water 1).
Frogadier is based on a frog . [2] Considering its crouched pose, dark blue "hooded" face and upper body, as well as its scarf-like foam, Frogadier is more than likely based on a ninja as well. The spiked protrusions above its eyes may have been inspired by horned frogs from the genera Megophrys and Ceratophrys . Its bubbling white foam is a reference to frog foam nests, created by some species such as the túngara frog and grey foam-nest tree frog to protect eggs.
Frogadier was shown in the anime to be able to run on the surface of water, which could be a reference to ninjas supposedly being able to walk on water using mizugumo .
Name origin
Frogadier may be a combination of frog and brigadier or grenadier .
Gekogashira may be a combination of げこっ geko (croak) and 若頭 wakagashira (a young Yakuza subordinate leader) or 小頭 kogashira (head of an organizational section).

Basically by optimising, you can add friends more easily as you have more space to work with and you can focus on shiny hunting more effectively. For example, if you want to optimise your Water safaris, look at all the different safaris you currently have and write down all the different combos you have. Pick out the combinations that give you ...
