This Four Seasons Private Jet Itinerary Takes You Around the World in 24 Days

What could be more glamorous than seeing the world aboard a Four Seasons-designed private jet?

four seasons flight tour

Ever since debuting in 2015, Four Seasons has set the standard for ultra-luxurious private jet trips . It's lineup for 2023 is no exception as it features several wanderlust-inducing trips that will take 48 lucky guests on the trip of a lifetime. If the success of Four Seasons' 2022 journeys is anything to go by, interested travelers should book quickly.

The brand's 2023 African Wonders trip removes all of the travel hassles that you'll find even with top-notch safari outfitters, taking guests to see the absolute best nature and wildlife aboard the private jet. The trip begins in Athens, then heads to the Pyramids of Giza for a day trip before flying down to Africa. The safari starts with a torch-lit dinner under the stars in the Serengeti. After visiting Serengeti National Park, you'll head to Mauritius to explore the pristine waters and coral reefs. Next comes a trip to Rwanda for a life-changing hike with the gorillas alongside the scientists who care for them. Finally, there's a day trip to the thundering Victoria Falls in Zambia en route to Johannesburg, South Africa for departures. This trip is perfect for families and takes place during summer break from Aug. 1-13, 2023.

Four Seasons also brought back its longest-running trip, Timeless Encounters, which whisks guests around the world in 24 days. The trip is currently waitlist only but you'll want to try your luck as the trip begins in Hawaii and ends in England, making stops in fabulous cities and remote destinations as the jet traverses the globe. You'll do the hula in Hawaii, snorkel along the reefs and atolls of Bora Bora, and see Sydney's majestic Opera House before flying to Bali, Indonesia and Chiang Mai, Thailand to explore ancient cultures and history. On your way from East to West, there's a day trip to the Taj Mahal to see the enduring symbol of eternal love before stopping in Dubai. The trip ends in Europe with visits to three cultural capitals: Florence, Italy, and London. Timeless Encounters runs from Apr. 17 - May 10, 2023.

Another waitlist only trip is the International Intrigue journey, which focuses on immersive experiences in each destination. The trip begins in Seattle, then heads to Kyoto, Japan, and Hoi An, Vietnam, where guests can learn the history of the samurai and visit ancient sites. Rest up in the Maldives and see incredible marine life before heading to the Serengeti and Marrakesh. The trip heads up to Budapest and St. Petersburg, Russia before finishing in Paris. International Intrigue departs on Mar. 3 and concludes on Mar. 23, 2023.

In 2022, Four Seasons debuted a new, custom Airbus A321LRneo jet, which was created in response to customer feedback from its previous journeys. It features 48 seats, each crafted by hand using buttery-soft Italian leather. They expand to fully lie-flat if you want to rest, and each seat has a plush ottoman opposite it. In the back, there's a lounge where you can enjoy delightful treats created by the onboard chef, have a drink, or simply stretch your legs. Four Seasons will also bring craftspeople on board for workshops and educational demonstrations, which will make your time in the air fly by all too quickly.

Review: Four Seasons Private Jet

  • The Four Seasons Aircraft

Why are these trips so special?

Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Private Jet experience is taking the Four Seasons experience to another level. Put simply, if you have the means, you can now fully immersive Four Seasons Private Experience both in the air and on the ground – you never need to leave!

The Four Seasons Aircraft Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts have an all-new Four Seasons Private Jet, evoking air travel’s bygone glamour and thoughtful, guest-centric design.

Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts are not the only hotel company that offers private jet journeys. Aman hotels and Abercrombie & Kent are just two other suppliers that offer similar private jet journeys between their hotels and the hotels they partner with. But in this extremely high-end but competitive marketplace, the new Four Seasons jet looks like it will take the top spot.

The new A321LR aircraft, part of the new Airbus NEO family, is being fully customized by Four Seasons and tailored to the continually evolving vision of its industry-first Private Jet experience. This new Four Seasons Private Jet offers 48 custom handcrafted seats, where guests can socialize more easily while seated.

It offers the widest and tallest cabin in its class, with a new spacious lounge area inviting guests to socialize. It becomes the stage for a series of Four Seasons artisans to showcase their talents and craft in interactive workshops, enriching the guest’s in-flight experience.

The new Four Seasons Jet took flight in 2021, but you can still book scheduled journeys aboard the existing jet, which continues to receive exceptional guest feedback.

Ten Four Seasons trained in-flight crew, including an Executive Chef, a Sous Chef, a Four Seasons Concierge, and a Global Guest Services Manager, are committed to making the journey truly personalized.

Even the dining experience has been taken to an entirely new level, with a quality of culinary excellence, presentation, and service rarely enjoyed in the skies. Four Seasons chefs at the hotels provide local ingredients cooked fresh in the air with an aviation-code steam oven. (Commercial jet-style convection ovens only reheat, leading to typically poor in-flight meals). Petrossian caviar and Champagne are also served at any time on the Four Seasons jet. The innovative meals using fresh ingredients will be served on the finest tableware and linens, all with impeccable Four Seasons service.

When you arrive at your seat, you will enjoy a rather nice array of goodies that Four Seasons gift to you and which include a Bvlgari toiletry kit, cashmere blanket, Bose noise-canceling headphones, a custom-made leather travel journal by Moleskin with a matching ballpoint pen.

Each guest also receives an iPad before the trip, on which you can preload music and movies. You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi for fliers to visit websites and send e-mails. You can’t stream video content on board or you will mess up the connection, but they do supply a  select library of both new and contemporary films and TV shows which are available to download.

If you are allergic to befriending staff, pilots, and the passengers next to you on the flight, you are out of luck. These planes are designed to both provide the highest level of service whilst maintaining a fun and friendly environment, and conversation is encouraged with staff, pilots, and other guests.

Itineraries are planned to avoid long hauls. On around-the-world tours, flight times range from 3.5 hours to 8 hours, with an average of 6 hours. Pilots also land in smaller civilian airports wherever possible.

The bottom line is that this plane is an ultra-luxury shuttle between Four Seasons resorts worldwide. It takes all the hassle away from travel, and prices include all accommodation, meals, drinks, ground transportation, and even custom excursions are inclusive.

Four Seasons wants to take you on the ultimate private plane trip — starting at $130,000

Tanner Saunders

It's one thing to take a business-class flight to one of the world's most popular hotels. But it's an entirely different experience to take the private plane of one of the world's most popular luxury hotel brands and crisscross the world staying at its best resorts.

Well, not for Four Seasons — and not for those with tens of thousands of dollars to drop on what, for most people, would be considered beyond the realm of even a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.

If you're wondering what I'm talking about, let me introduce you to one the most aspirational trips a person living on this planet can take: the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience .

For more TPG news delivered each morning to your inbox, sign up for our daily newsletter .

What is the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience?

Four Seasons knows luxury — and back in 2015 it took the concept to new heights, literally, when the Canada-based hotel company started curating ultra-luxury regional and around-the-world trips to its various properties on board a private jet. Guests on these trips travel together to world-famous destinations but each individual traveler or group can have elements specifically tailored to their needs and desires. Four Seasons tosses in "a few surprises along the way."

four seasons flight tour

Since the program launched, hundreds of travelers with very, very deep pockets joined Four Seasons for "exclusive, often life-changing experiences" that include flights between each hotel or resort on the jet, accommodations at a Four Seasons hotel or resort (or luxury accommodations selected by the Four Seasons team in more remote locations).

The luxe experience also includes door-to-door luggage handling, assistance with visas and travel forms alongside expedited customs and security (when available), an onboard doctor for any health issues or emergencies, a dedicated guest service manager to help with any and every need (trust me, you're paying for it!) and even an onboard executive chef, Kerry Sear, to serve world-class meals 40,000 feet in the sky.

What is the Four Seasons plane like?

The Four Seasons Private Jet Experience takes place on a custom Airbus A321LRneo. The plane has 48 lie-flat seats with 6 1/2 feet of personal space and a plush ottoman on the opposite side for extra legroom or a convenient seat for a fellow traveler to stop by and chill for a bit.

four seasons flight tour

The chairs also have fold-out trays for meals from chef Sear or to use as a handy workspace while in flight.

While traveling between destinations, guests can visit the onboard lounge for "intimate workshops, educational demonstrations or culinary surprises" hosted by Four Seasons "craftspeople" to help pass the time. (And wouldn't you rather learn how to craft a perfect mojito instead of watching "Harry Potter" for the 47th time anyway?)

four seasons flight tour

The plane has a one-to-six crew-to-passenger ratio with the inflight team having trained at Four Seasons University to master the art of service so your favorite drinks and snacks will be waiting for you as soon as you get on board.

If that's not enough, Four Seasons designed the plane with "champagne and caviar" as its inspiration.

And of course, there's a bathroom on the plane with a full-length mirror, leather bench, luxury amenities and (probably) the softest toilet paper in the sky.

TCS World Travel sells and operates each journey on behalf of Four Seasons and the flights are operated by Titan Airways Limited.

Where does the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience go and how much does it cost?

four seasons flight tour

The real question is where doesn't the Four Seasons Experience go? And then there's the bigger question: How much can this possibly cost? Let's me just say these trips aren't cheap and each experience is priced differently — but each per-person price could easily buy you a couple of average-price cars (and probably a pretty OK house where I grew up in Texas).

Each year, the company releases a set of itineraries that literally span the globe, from around-the-world trips that hit multiple continents to themed itineraries that visit ancient sites like Petra and the Pyramids of Giza or adventurous destinations like Machu Picchu and even Antarctica on the same trip.

Four Seasons is one of the world's most famous luxury and resort chains with over 100 hotels and resorts worldwide. The iconic Four Seasons jet is the state-of-the-art Airbus A321LR. The Four Seasons private jet destinations for 2024 have now been revealed (as have the Four Seasons Airbus A321LR private tours for 2025 ). The next Four Seasons private jet tour is the World of Adventures tour to eight countries over 24 days between April 17 and May 10, 2024. The World of Adventures tour will explore some of the top highlights of the Pacific and Africa. While it may be too late to book this tour, there are two more 2024 itineraries to select from.

The luxury Airbus A321LR

The upcoming Four Seasons jet experience itineraries for 2024 include the World of Adventures, the Ancient Explorer, and the Unchartered Discovery. The Four Seasons Airbus A321LR is no ordinary aircraft. It features customized interiors and luxury service becoming of the hotel's high standards. The aircraft and its interior have been designed to complement a fully luxurious vacation. Passengers relax with leather flatbed seats (which stretch 6.5 feet in a fully flat position). Passengers enjoy inflight WiFi, on-demand entertainment, and a great food menu.

Learn more about the Airbus A321neo vs A321LR vs A321XLR and which is the best.

While one can expect a normal Airbus A321neo to have 233 passengers onboard on a commercial flight, Four Season's A321LR is limited to up to 52 passengers. The Four Seasons Jet has a 14-person cabin and flight crew (including three pilots). The Airbus A321neo is the longest-fuselage member of the A320 family, and the A321LR is the long-range variant providing extended range. Thanks to extra fuel in three Additional Centre Tanks (ACTs), it can fly routes of up to 4,000 nautical miles or 4,600 miles.

Four Season's Jet welcomes couples and solo travelers alike. The tour is designed with adults in mind, but it is possible to bring well-traveled children aged 12 and over on the tour. For families with younger children, Four Seasons has other tours to choose from.

Luxury Is Back: Four Seasons Launches 2023 Private A321LR Trips

Ancient explorer 2024.

The Ancient Explorer itinerary will focus on ten of the world's most famous ancient marvels found worldwide ( Four Seasons' 2023 itinerary focused on discovering the wonders of Africa ). This itinerary is scheduled for May 12 to June 4 - a period of 24 days. The Four Seasons A321LR will fly from some of the world's oldest tourist destinations (such as the pyramids of Giza) to some of the world's remotest destinations (such as Easter Island). These luxury tours don't come cheap. The tour costs $205,000 per person based on double occupancy.

Starting in Florida, the tour will visit Mexico, Easter Island (Chile), Bora Bora (French Polynesia), Australia, Thailand, Jordan, Egypt, Greece, and Spain. The tour explores some of the world's oldest history, from the 5,000-year-old Pyramids of Egypt to the Teotihuacan Pyramids of Mexico (which predate the Aztecs). While the itinerary includes many planned excursions, they can also be fully customized to guests' interests. Tour options range from exotic cooking classes to heli-flightseeing over volcanoes.

Easter Island's Mataveri International Airport is the most isolated airport in the world .

Throughout the tour, guests can expect to be pampered with the highest category deluxe rooms at each property as the included option (with the option to upgrade to a wide range of suites). All meals and beverages (including alcohol) are included while onboard the Four Seasons private jet. All lunches and dinners include beer, wines by the glass, liquors, and soft drinks.

Bewildering: Inside Four Seasons' A321LR Private Jet ($170,000 A Ticket!)

Unchartered discovery 2024.

Another Four Seasons jet experience with the Airbus A321LR is the Unchartered Discovery - and it will focus on many of the most dramatic attractions of Central America and the Southern Hemisphere. The itinerary is scheduled for November 30 to December 20 and will visit seven destinations over 21 days. The cost of joining this tour is $215,000 per person based on double occupancy (solo occupancy may cost more).

This tour focuses on the wonders of the Western Hemisphere - mostly south of the United States (plus Antarctica). On the journey, guests explore the ancient Inca Sacred Valley and the legendary ruins of Machu Picchu high in the mountains. They will explore Iguazú Falls - one of the largest waterfalls located on the border between Argentina and Brazil. They will have time to explore some of the vibrant Latin culture of Latin America in Colombia and other locations.

Perhaps the tour's highlight is the four-night cruise to the Antarctic Peninsula. Antarctica is one destination the Airbus A321LR can not go. So the passengers are flown to Punta Arenas in Chile, taking a charter flight to King George Island. From there, they board a luxury chartered private polar ship to Antarctica. This region can have dramatic weather conditions, so the itinerary is weather permitting.

Keegan Bradley Continues Surprise FedEx Cup Playoff Run With Win at BMW Championship

Bob harig | aug 25, 2024.

Keegan Bradley will begin the Tour Championship just four shots behind Scottie Scheffler thanks to his win at the BMW.

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. — Keegan Bradley booked a flight home to Florida a week ago, convinced his season was complete, an opportunity missed.

Now he’s a tournament winner again, headed to the season-ending PGA Tour event in Atlanta, where he has a realistic chance to win the FedEx Cup title and a $25 million bonus.

It’s no more crazy than being on the outside looking in at the BMW Championship, getting the last spot in the field, and then winning the tournament to catapult up the standings.

MORE: Final results, prize money from the BMW Championship

“I know, that is a little silly; geez, I'll take it,” Bradley said in the aftermath of his victory at the BMW Championship on Sunday. “When I showed up here this week, honestly I didn't think I'd be going to Atlanta. Scottie (Vale), my caddie, asked me if I wanted to know where I need to finish, and I said no. I still don't know. But I knew it had to be really high.

“Playing this week—last week I was looking at the leaderboard the whole time, and this week that was never on my mind. I was just trying to win the tournament. Maybe I can. I'm playing great. I feel very lucky to be in Atlanta. To make the Tour Championship two years in a row is a big deal.”

With a final-round 72 at Castle Pines, Bradley, 38, won for the seventh time in his career and prevailed by a stroke over Adam Scott, Ludvig Åberg and Sam Burns, who shot a final-round 65.

The victory moved the 2011 PGA Championship winner from 50th in the FedEx Cup standings—only 50 players made it to the BMW Championship—all the way to fourth, which means he will begin play Thursday in Atlanta at East Lake Golf Club four strokes behind Scottie Scheffler in the staggered strokes format used to determine the FedEx Cup champion.

While nobody wants to spot Scheffler that kind of advantage, the No. 1-ranked player in the Official World Golf Ranking has gone to Atlanta the last two years and failed to come away with the top prize.

And this week, Bradley actually finished 13 shots better than Scheffler.

All this after a week ago in Memphis fretting about not making the BMW field. Finishing among the top 50 was the big prize as it means spots in all of the signature events next year.

The 2025 U.S. Ryder Cup captain was upset at the thought of not being in those tournaments next year.

“I was devastated,” Bradley said. “I finished my round on Sunday. I'm walking the range, looking at people that are warming up that are going to determine my future, really. I packed up all my stuff. I got to the hotel. I booked a flight home. I didn't think I was going to make it.

“I had the coverage on. I had my iPad on the featured holes. I had my phone watching—at two separate times I had to unplug my phone because it got too hot from me refreshing every second.

“I was picturing my next year of not knowing where I was playing. It was going to be tough on my family, tough on me. I was really disappointed that I wasn't going to be out there with the guys with the Ryder Cup coming up.

“Picturing now I'm not going to be playing, I'm going to have to travel to these tournaments. I want to be in the final groups with these guys. I want to be watching them make the cut on Friday. I want to see how they interact with their other players in the locker room, on flights to and from tournaments. Everything counts.

“I was seeing that slipping away, really. There was a point I was looking at the leaderboard late in the day, and I was like, I'm going to make it, and it was just surreal. I rushed to the airport and came here.”

Bradley said he played with a sense of calm all week, knowing that he had a schedule set for next year.

Then he took the lead on Thursday with a first-round 66 and was in the final group with Scott on both Saturday and Sunday.

Bradley made only two birdies on a tricky final day but Scott was unable to put enough pressure on him, making three straight bogeys to start the back nine. He still had a chance at the 18th if he could get a birdie putt to drop, but when it missed Bradley could two-putt for the win.

Both Bradley and Scott, who was 41st coming in, advanced to the Tour Championship along with Tommy Fleetwood and Chris Kirk. Brian Harman, Jason Day, Davis Thompson and Denny McCarthy were the four players who had been in the top 30 and were bounced out, seeing their seasons end.

“I'm disappointed not to have won today, but I'm pretty happy to be going to East Lake because that wasn't on the cards a couple weeks ago,” said Scott, who was bidding for his first win in more than four years. “I've played well. After a couple days of rest and getting my head into next week, it'll be fun to go and have a couple good rounds and kind of find my way up the leaderboard at East Lake.”

Bradley got plenty of support all week and was embraced by fans chanting USA at the Ryder Cup captain. He soaked it all up and make sure to enjoy it all after tapping in for his victory.

“When I'm playing golf, I'm always trying to push my emotions down, good or bad,” he said. “When I do have a chance to—winning on the 18th hole, I've only done it seven times, and so I always try to take a second to really enjoy it, not underreact to a situation like that. I really want to take everything in because I went a big stretch of my career not winning, and I took it for granted a little bit.

“To be able to let all that emotion out is what it's all about. It's all those hours of practice away from the family. That's what makes it all worth it.”
