Thames Rivercruise Ltd.
Type: boat trip.
Tel: +44 (0)118 948 1088
Thames River Cruise was established in 1974 when it all started very simply with one small open launch operating boat trips from Caversham to Mapledurham. Things have moved on considerably. All our vessels are of the finest standing on the Upper Thames and are constantly being updated to meet the most stringent of standards. Our staff and crew are trained not only to the exacting requirements of Boatmanship expected by the Marine Safety Agency, but also in customer care to ensure that we provide the highest level of service. Our in-house catering can provide anything from sandwiches to a complete banquet. We have an extensive range of menus and can alter the cuisine to suit your individual requirements. We are able to combine with local hotels and attractions such as Mapledurham House or Beale Park for other land-based activities. The range of entertainment on board is almost endless with Jazz bands, Rock Bands, String Quartets, Karaoke, Discos and Casino Tables, to suit all ages and tastes. Our main aim is to provide the perfect venue for your occasion, supplemented with suitable entertainment, a superb standard of food and excellent service.

We are based in Caversham, Reading at the heart of the Upper Thames and cruise through some of the most stunning reaches of the Thames from Henley and Sonning up to Goring & Streatley.
Celebrating 50 years.
Established in 1974 our family business has grown from simple roots when we had one small open launch ferrying people between Caversham in Reading and Mapledurham. These days we have a diverse fleet of river boats that offer a scheduled tripping service, private charter and cruises designed for group, tour and coach operators.
The view from our boats changes everyday as the river ebbs and flows, seasons change, and people glide by. We have Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire on our doorstep with amazing open countryside, picture postcard villages and no shortage of photo opportunities, it is hard not to fall in love with what we do.
Our boats are the key to the operation, from our very own Little Ship of Dunkirk all the way to our multi deck party and restaurant boats, they are our pride and joy.
Further details on private charter and our scheduled river cruises are available on our website www.thamesrivercruise.co.uk
