Justin Bieber's Justice World Tour 2022

Arpiwach Supateerawanitt

Time Out says

It's confirmed: the world's mega popstar Justin Bieber is slated to bring his ongoing  Justice World Tour to Bangkok on November 6, 2022 at Rajamangala Stadium.

It's been over two years since Thailand last saw a massive-size live music event from an international star after the coronavirus outbreak hit the world. However, the musical draught is soon to be subsided with the arrival of the "Peaches" hitmaker in the capital later this year.

AEG Presents Asia and Live Nation Tero dropped a crytic video hinting at Bieber's concert on April 22, which broke the entire Internet and the Belieber fandom, and they have confirmed that the 28-year-old pop singer will finally return to the capital after nine years of his  Believe Tour  back in 2013.

The Justice World Tour is Bieber’s latest worldwide tour to promote his most recent albums Changes (2020) and Justice (2021), the latter of which garnered blockbuster hits like “Peaches” and “Hold On”.

Tickets are on sale from April 29, 2022 at 10:00 (local Thai time) with the price starting at B2,500 up to B16,500 for a VIP package via Thai Ticket Major .

It was announced yesterday (September 6) that Bieber Ā has postponed the remaining dates of his ā€˜Justiceā€™ world tour . In a statement issued through TMZ , Bieber said that his recent return to touring after overcoming his battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome had left him exhausted, admitting that his six live shows in Europe took a ā€œreal tollā€. He continued, ā€œThis past weekend, I performed at Rock In Rio and I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil.ā€

Bieber went on to perform at Rock In Rio in Brazil, where he realised that he needed more time to recover. He shared, ā€œAfter getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realised I need to make my health the priority right now. So Iā€™m going to take a break from touring for the time being. Iā€™m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better.ā€

Bieber revealed his diagnosis with Ramsay Hunt syndrome in mid-June, a few days after he cancelled the opening stretch of his North American ā€˜Justiceā€™ tourĀ due to ā€œsicknessā€. In videos he posted to social media, Bieber could be seen struggling to blink, smile or move his right nostril.

Justin Bieber Asia Tour 2022 Pushes Through: Philippines, Singapore, Japan Concerts To Continue

bio photo

  • The promoter of Justin Bieber's "Justice" world tour said the entire tour "has not been canceled"
  • The Asia leg of the tour is expected to continue as scheduled, except for Bieber's Oct. 18 concert in New Delhi, India
  • Bieber announced on Sept. 6 that he's canceling dozens of performances scheduled through March 2023 in order to prioritize his health

The Asia leg of Justin Bieber's "Justice" world tour is expected to continue as scheduled, according to tour organizers, despite reports saying that the singer has canceled all of his remaining world tour dates due to health issues.

AEG Presents Asia, Bieber's global tour promoter, said in a statement posted on Instagram Thursday, "We want to clarify to ticket holders that contrary to media reports, the entire 'Justice' world tour has not been canceled."

According to a Sept. 7 post from the tour organizers, Bieber's concerts in Malaysia (Oct. 22), Singapore (Oct. 25) and the Philippines (Oct. 29) are set to continue as scheduled. His shows in Indonesia, Thailand and Japan in November have not been canceled as well, according to AEG.

However, in their Thursday update, the tour organizers said Bieber's Oct. 18 concert in New Delhi, India, has been canceled due to the singer's health condition.

"Along with New Delhi, the artist has also canceled other stops in the tour's run-up to the India show including Chile, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Bahrain, UAE and Israel," AEG wrote.

A post shared by instagram

The tour promoter said those with tickets to the canceled shows will be given a full refund via BookMyShow.

"We deeply regret any inconvenience caused, and we wish Justin well and hope he could recover at the earliest to be back soon," their statement concluded.

On Sept. 6, the "Peaches" singer, 28, announced that he's pulling the plug on dozens of performances scheduled through next March in order to prioritize his health. He was diagnosed in June with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which affects facial nerves and caused the star's face to be partially paralyzed.

"Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, where my face was partly paralyzed," he wrote in a statement posted on Instagram Story. "As the result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America leg of the 'Justice' tour."

"After resting and consulting with my doctors, family, and team, I went to Europe in an effort to continue with the tour. I performed six live shows, but it took a real toll on me," he wrote.

He added that after his performance at Rock in Rio in Brazil on Sept. 4, "exhaustion" overtook him, making him realize that he needs to make his health the priority at the moment.

"So I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being," he wrote.

Bieber assured his fans that he will recover soon with some time to rest and concluded his statement by thanking his fans for all the love and support amid his health struggles.

Bieber, who kicked off his tour in March, revealed via Instagram back in June his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis and how it has affected him physically.

"I wanted to update you guys on what's been going on. Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome. It is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis," he said in a video. "As you can see this eye is not blinking. I can't smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move. So, there's full paralysis on this side of my face."

The illness prompted Bieber to postpone the U.S. leg of the tour to focus on his recovery. He picked things back up in July before canceling the remaining dates earlier this month.

Bieber had not yet rescheduled the North American dates that were postponed in June.

Hold On: Justin Bieber will still continue with Justice World Tour in Asia

justin bieber world tour 2022 asia

Bieber fans in Asia better hold their peaches and not freak out yet, because as for now, the 28-year-old will still continue his Asia leg of the Justice World Tour despite recently announcing the suspension of the rest of his tour to focus on his health.

“We are aware that Justin Bieber has decided to take a break from touring and wish Justin a speedy recovery and admire his decision to put his health first. We can’t wait to see him back on the road,ā€ said PR Worldwide, one of the agencies involved in promoting the tour, on Instagram.

“Our understanding is the Asia leg of the tour is set to continue as scheduled. Please stay tuned to AEG Presents Asia for any Justice World Tour Asia Leg updates.”

Next month, Justin is scheduled to perform in several Asian countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Philippines, and Japan.

Just a few hours ago, on Sept. 6 (American time), Justin Bieber posted on his Instagram account about his choice to cancel the tour and put his health and wellbeing first.

In his post, he said the tour, which was scheduled to go on until March 2023, has been called off due to the toll it has had on him.

The post read:

Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, where my face was partly paralysed. As a result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America leg of the Justice tour.

After resting and consulting with my doctors, family, and team, I went to Europe in an effort to continue with the tour. I performed six shows, but it took a real toll on me. This past weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio and I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil.

After getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realised that I need to make my health the priority right now

I’m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better. I’ve been so proud to bring this show and our message of Justice to the world. Thank you for your prayers and support throughout all of this! I love you all passionately!

Justin Bieber cancels tour but organizers claim Asian dates are still happening

The R&B star is due to play in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand & Japan

LiFTED | Marcus Aurelius | 7 Sep 2022

Justin Bieber has had a rough few years. The R&B heartthrob has been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome which has paralyzed half his face. Heā€™s been doing facial exercises to get back to normal, and scheduled a world tour for the rest of 2022 to celebrate with his fans.

After the European leg of his tour, unfortunately, Justin said that he needed to rest. ā€œAfter getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now. So Iā€™m going to take a break from touring for the time being, Iā€™m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better,ā€ the 28-year-old wrote on his social media accounts.

This has devastated many of his fans who have been hoping to see the singer since before the pandemic. The Asian part of his world tour was scheduled for a month in October and November, and according to insiders, is not canceledā€¦.yet. AEG Presents Asia, the promoters who are doing his Thailand show, have said his Asian dates are still taking place.

justin bieber world tour 2022 asia

This is wishful thinking. Asian legs of world tours are grinds and itā€™s highly likely that Justin will not be healthy enough to make it to India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan. Even though the dates are not canceled now, they will be soon in the future.
