For your room assignment, it was our lapses that we failed to give you your room request as much as we want to but we are 100% fully booked. Unfortunately you turned down our offer to transfer you the next day and you chose to stay in the same room. We have done our thorough investigation, Toilet paper and soap were given to your room assigned. We hope that you address your concerns during your stay so we can address it one by one. Sorry that you are unhappy with your stay.About the surroundings of the hotel it is beyond our control.The hotel already exist more than 24 years, so we knew the surroundings near in the hotel are safe and we really make sure that our guest are safe while staying with us. And also as far as I remembered when you check out earlier than your check out date,the front desk personnel asked you why you checking out early,you complain nothing about the hotel but you just answered changing plans and you need to go in Boracay that day.

The room was quite basic despite being sold as deluxe. The shower has limited water only. Staffs assigned in the morning were approachable but not the staffs in the evening shift. They have towels but it smells like it wasn't washed. Tissues and soap are the only complimentary. There is no small fridge, cup or kettle in the room. You may borrow their kettle for only 15-20mins then you have to return it to them.
Don't stay here. Be warned. The rooms were disgusting. Mold on 2 pillows, dirty stained sheets. Shower curtain covered in mold. Mattresses rock hard, no comfort at all. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train.
