Day 1 : arrive ahmedabad.

Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad airport/railway station, you are greeted by our tour representative who escorts you to the hotel. Check in, freshen up and later proceed for a city tour of Ahmedabad. Places visited during this tour are the famed Akshardham temple, Hutheesing Jain temple and the historic Sabarmati Gandhi ashram. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 2 : Ahmedabad – Jamnagar | 330kms – approx 6hrs drive

Post breakfast we leave for Jamnagar en route the famous Rani ki Vav step well. On reaching Jamnagar, check into hotel and later proceed to visit the renowned Bala Hanuman temple towards the evening. The temple has global fame as Guinness book of world records recognizes the temple for the incessant chanting of Ram Dhun since the year 1964.

Day 3 : Jamnagar – Dwarka | 150kms – approx 3hrs drive

Next day we leave for Dwarka post breakfast. On reaching, check into hotel, freshen up and later proceed for a sightseeing tour of Dwarka during which we visit places like Dwarkadheesh temple, Beyt Dwarka, Rukmini Temple, Gopi Talav and Nageshwar Jyotirlingam. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 4 : Dwarka – Somnath | 240kms – approx 5hrs drive

Next day morning we hit the road for Somnath and en route visit Kirti Mandir and Sudama temple at Porbandar. On reaching Somnath, check into hotel and later proceed to visit the famous Lord Shiva Jyotirlingam of Somnath as well as the Bhalka Tirth temple. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 5 : Somnath – Gir | 50kms – approx 1.5hrs drive

Next day we drive down to Gir. On reaching check into forest rest house and later proceed for a jungle jeep safari in the Gir National Park which boasts of conserving the most famous and endangered Asiatic lions and many other such rare fauna and flora. Back to forest rest house for dinner and night stay.

Day 6 : Gir – Diu | 110kms – approx 2hrs drive

Next day after breakfast we leave for Daman and Diu. Reach and check into hotel and later set out to explore the beaches at these coastal towns and some other sightseeing places such as Bom Jesus Church, Fort Jerome, Gangeshwar temple, Lighthouse, Zampa gateway. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 7 : Diu – Ahmedabad and departure | 415kms – approx 8hrs drive

Next day post breakfast we drive back to Ahmedabad. On reaching, you are transferred directly to airport/station where our representative sees you off and you proceed for your onward journey back home with lots of happy memories of the Gujarat-Diu Holiday trip.

Also, we will be visiting Diu Museum, which has a collection of wooden carving, idols, shadow clocks and so many other items. Rest of the day is free for leisure to enjoy at Diu Beach. After breakfast, we will leave for Ahmedabad. En-route, we will visit Junagadh to see the Uperkot fort, an ancient fort built by Chandr Gupta and has been rebuilt and extended many times by then. Further, we will visit the Ashokan Edicts, Mahabat Maqbara; the Ashoka's Rock edict is no way of Girnar hill temple and engraved with the Buddhist edicts of Ashoka. The edicts impart moral instruction on Dharma, Harmony, Tolerance and Peace.

Overall a good experience. You will get a point of contact (PoC) from Travel Agent to interact with and chalk out the whole travel. Remember you will have to invest a lot of time and effort as well. I was asked to book flight on my own. All of sudden the PoC will quit and another will takeover. Absolutely scary but all is well that goes n ends well. They hooked me onto a good driver who didnt have any bad habits BUT was dead slow driving n kanjoos as he was stopping n searching for cng every 200kms which made us lag n could not visit few good planned places. We had a nice trip to Gujarat during December time. We liked all the arranged services from Aarti Holidays. I am not able to provide the feedback via the link shared by you as it is showing 404 page not found error. So writing in email. Arranged Hotels for Stay were good. Good Driver was provided. Only thing we felt was planning the travel time would have be done better. When we requested for plan, they could have optimized the travel time with in the Gujarat and they could have suggested instead of returning from Ahmadabad again we could have returned from Diu itself as there is a airport. That way we could have saved a day travel back to Ahmadabad again. Otherwise all services were good. Thanks to you and Aarti Holidays for making our trip memorable.

The cab was good and the driver was good in the sense that his driving was good but he was not so mixing type and didn't talk so much which would have been better if he communicated in a friendly manner.The hotels were all good but except the ahmedabad hotel rest all hotels complementary breakfast was pathetic..Iwas very sorry rather surprised to find that the road conditions of the entire trip was the worst which made the trip very very tireing and painful.
