• Exchanges and Refunds – if for any reason you cannot make your scheduled tour we will be happy to reschedule your tour for another day. If you must cancel your tour we will provide a full refund of your tour at your request with a minimum of 48 hours notice for day tours.
• Reservations – you can reserve a tour by phone, e-mail, or securely online. Advance reservations are recommended for all tours. Scheduled tours start promptly at the designated meeting location for your chosen tour. We recommend you plan to arrive a few minutes early.
• Dress – for the most enjoyable experience we suggest dressing appropriately for the weather and wearing comfortable walking shoes.
• Photos – bring a fully charged phone or camera! Your guide is happy to take photos for you at your request.
• Accessibility – our tours take place on level terrain and are stroller and wheelchair friendly. Please notify your guide if any participants might require special accommodation or accessibility during the tour.
• Transportation – we know that the best way to experience New York City is on foot. Our tours are walking tours that go at a comfortable leisurely pace. We can provide private transportation or assist with public transportation for an additional fee upon request.

The van transport was impressive, each time we returned to the van we had cold water and fresh cold towels. City traffic was busy, but Air used the time to offer information and answer all our questions. The flower and vegetable market was impressive, as were all the temples (where we never waited in line!). Even our long-tail boat ride was no waiting. Air had everything planned out, but was able to make some modifications on the fly. We had a fantastic lunch at the Navy Club, aided by Air who helped us communicate with staff. • Air was absolutely amazing! This was my first time to Thailand and she made our tour truly a beautiful experience. Gave history and insight on the culture/background and taught us some helpful Thai words. Throughout the tour, she happily checked in with us and how we were feeling, provided the best recommendations for food and all the while had the most beautiful spirit. • We had an amazing tour with Petch, she was informative and very knowledgeable which made our time with her an absolute pleasure. We were collected from our hotel on time in an air conditioned comfortable mini bus and our driver was excellent, cold water and refreshing cold towels were provided throughout the day. All of the temples we visited were so interesting and Ayutthaya was a wonderful place to visit. The lunch was at an authentic Thai restaurant with plenty of local people enjoying their weekend and the food was delicious. • Assist in professionally and safely driving clients around in a clean well-maintained company provided vehicle in consistency with company policies, practices, and procedures
• Greet clients and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Always ensure the safety of clients and offer them the highest level of customer service
• Open to accepting constructive feedback without taking it personally and continuously embrace learning opportunities
• Be extremely punctual by arriving at the client’s location on time
• Comply with traffic laws, placing the client’s safety above all else
• Maybe tasked with providing passengers with assistance entering and exiting the vehicle and help them with any luggage
• Carefully lift, load/unload, and carry luggage (up to 25kgs) and other belongings of the passenger(s)
• Regulate vehicles lighting, and ventilating systems for the client’s comfort
• Vacuum and clean interiors and wash and polish exteriors of your assigned vehicle
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

Minimum Requirements

• Mastery of written and spoken English language is a MUST
• At least 3-month of professional driving experience with clean driving record
• MUST have current class C1, C2, C3 Tanzania driving license
• Ability to drive manual/stick shift vehicle is an added advantage
• Familiarity with electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets
• Consistent punctuality with dependable attendance patterns is a must
• Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Knowledge of driving routes and good sense of direction of all key destinations especially in Dar Es Salaam
• Open to walking and standing intermittently for extended durations during the entire working period
• The job will also require the ability to sit for extended periods of time while operating a motor vehicle
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions etc.
• Have sound state of mind and calm nature in a fast-paced high-pressured environment
• Able to complete routine reports and correspondence such as trip sheets or inspection forms
• Team player with very strong work ethics
