The 1975 today announce new dates on the UK and Europe leg of their ‘Still… At Their Very Best’ tour in February and March 2024.
Due to phenomenal presale demand, the band have announced additional shows in Glasgow, London and Manchester. The forthcoming UK and European tour, now including three nights back to back at London’s The O2, represent the band’s biggest ever shows in Europe and will be the final shows of the ‘Being Funny In A Foreign Language’ campaign.
Tickets for the UK and Europe tour, including the newly added dates in Glasgow, London and Manchester, go on general sale on tomorrow, Friday 8th September, at 10am BST.
The 1975’s new ‘Still… At Their Very Best’ tour will see the band play arenas across North America and Canada throughout the Autumn, including sold out shows at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and, for the first time ever, two back-back sold out nights at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden, before arriving in the UK and Europe in February and March 2024.
The band’s previous ‘At Their Very Best’ tour took in arenas across USA, Canada, UK & Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia across the last nine months with an impressive 500k+ tickets sold. Between the impressive staging, high concept performance art and surprise appearances from friends, the tour has been lauded as a band truly in their prime; a claim backed up by the plethora of five-star reviews from critics. The 1975 ‘Still… At Their Very Best’ will set the bar even higher, featuring newly expanded production.
The 1975 also recently released a number of new limited edition formats of their debut album ‘The 1975’ to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the record. This includes a 4LP deluxe vinyl release containing ' The 1975' plus ‘ Facedown' EP, ‘ Sex' EP, ' Music For Cars' EP & ‘IV’ EP, plus a solid white vinyl release in gatefold sleeve, a limited edition white cassette and 2CD set containing the album plus live recording of ' The 1975' played in full live at Gorilla, Manchester earlier this year. Over the last decade, The 1975 have firmly established themselves the defining band of their generation with their distinctive aesthetic, passionate fanbase and unique sonic approach.
Released last October, the band’s fifth studio album ‘Being Funny In A Foreign Language’ was met with lavish praise, with The FACE labeling it “an album of massive tunes, pristine production and sincere romanticism” and Rolling Stone vowing the album saw the band “reassert themselves at the forefront of 2020s pop-rock”. It outsold the rest of the Top 5 combined to land the band their fifth Official UK Number 1 album in a row. The band were also crowned ‘Best Rock/Alternative Act’ at the 2023 BRIT Awards.

Hoping to be ‘Still… At Their Very Best’ in 2024, The 1975 have announced a lengthy tour of the UK and Europe next February and March.
Well here’s some music news that’s sweeter than Chocolate . The 1975 has announced a huge tour of the UK and Europe in February and March of next year. The ‘ Still… At Their Very Best ’ tour will include a massive Glasgow OVO Hydro date as well. And I’m sure they’d Love It If We Made It down.
Since their self-titled debut in 2013, the band has redefined the indie pop landscape. Taking influence from everything from rock to R’n’B, electronica to hip-hop, they’ve become a global phenomenon in the process. The band’s previous tour, ‘ At Their Very Best ’, saw them travel the world, selling out shows in across Europe, the USA, Australia and Asia.
This new tour looks to be even more spectacular, representing the band’s biggest-ever shows in Europe and will be the final gig of the Being Funny In A Foreign Language campaign. The album was released last October and became the band’s fifth Official UK Number 1 album in a row .
The 1975 will start their tour of Europe at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow on February 9, 2024 , before two phenomenal at The O2 in London on February 12 & 13, 2024. Two more UK shows will see them play Manchester’s AO Arena on February 18 and Birmingham’s Resorts World Arena on February 21. They’ll then travel through Europe for the rest of February and March, including in Paris, Berlin and Madrid.
Beyond just playing all our favourite hits like, Somebody Else , It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You ), and Robbers . We’re hoping The 1975 to set the bar even higher with this newly expanded production. Expect energetic performances, high-concept staging and some surprise appearances from the band’s friends.
Tickets for the UK and Europe tour will be made available via Exclusive Fan Presale on Wednesday, September 6 at 10 a.m., with them then going on general sale on Friday, September 8 at 10 a.m. Learn more here .
