Info-points (description buttons that can be placed in the panorama), embedded pictures, video and audio can be added to the ready virtual tour.

360° TIMELAPSE

We can make panoramic timelapses with the given viewing angle and resolution up to 12k with professional post-processing and without black spots at both nadir and zenith viewing angle. 360° timelapses are supported by the most advanced technologies, such as virtual reality glasses (including Samsung Gear VR), different electronic devices and YouTube channels.

360° timelapses are available in any format you choose: .mp4, .avi, .mov, etc. All the timelapses are made and kept in frames, making it possible to encode them into any available format and bitrate with the resolution up to 12K.

APPLICATIONS

PANORAMA ROUTE TOURS

Panorama Route is a fantastic day tour that allows visitors to experience the awe-inspiring waterfalls, valleys, mountains and rivers of the magnificent Mpumalanga region that border the Kruger National Park.

As one of the geographically oldest areas in the country, the Panorama Tour route has become a popular tourist attraction for those who visit the area. The route has been designed to highlight only the best and most interesting areas of the province to give tourists the opportunity to see everything that the area has to offer; from waterfalls to caves & the third oldest canyon in the world, the Panorama Tour route is a must-see for every tourist.

The Vomba Tours’ Panorama Tour in Mpumalanga is designed to allow guests to see the most popular attractions within a single day. The tour group will depart at 8 am and head off into Africa’s biggest pine and eucalyptus forest.

God’s Window lies up ahead and from this lookout point, guests will be able to look down 1000m from the escapement into the Lowveld. After spending some time there, the tour departs for the famous waterfalls in the area and Bourke’s Luck Potholes , a stunning natural formation in the ancient rocks.

During our 2.5 hours stay in Hallstatt you can explore the town at your own leisure. The trip back to Salzburg takes us through Gosau, Russbach and Abtenau.

Hallstatt’s rich history

Numerous archeological finds prove that humans have settled here for over 7,000 years since the Neolithic Age. The area has been populated continually since then. As early as 2000 BC salt was mined in Hallstatt. Further expansion of the salt mining over the following centuries led to a first economic golden age around 800 BC. The large burial ground in the Hochtal attests to the wealth of this era. A few decades after its discovery the period between 800 and 400 BC was renamed “Hallstatt Period” .

In 1997 Hallstatt and its surrounding area the Salzkammergut was declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO.

In 2012 Hallstatt again went through the media after it became known that a hair exact replica of the town of Hallstatt exists in southern China.

5 Tips for your Hallstatt Tour

Explore hallstatt on foot.

The charming little town of Hallstatt is best explored on a walking tour. The narrow streets and quaint houses exude their own flair and allow visitors to experience the magic of Alpine culture firsthand.

The best place to start your Hallstatt walking tour is at the Lahner Steg, a small lookout point, right next to the bus parking lot. From the footbridge you can enjoy a great view of the water, the town and often the swans of Hallstatt.

From the parking lot, follow Seestraße and walk between old, charming houses and lakeside promenade. On the Seestraße you will find, among other things, a boat rental and small stores with souvenirs and typical food. 

At the end of the Seestraße you will reach the market place, which offers the heart of Hallstatt, also the famous boat of the Hallstatt Schifffahrt docks here. From the market square, Gosaumühlstrasse leads past the cemetery & church to the famous lookout point, which offers a beautiful view of the whole town.

The famous “Bone House” in Hallstatt

Don’t miss out on the “Bone House” right next to the catholic church and make it the highlight of your Hallstatt Tour! It is the only one of its kind around the world. The small building dates back to the 16 th century and houses over 600 skulls and bones of Hallstatt citizens. The local cemetery is so small that the remains of deceased persons are exhumed after 20 to 30 years to make space. In Cusco, every corner tells a story and every story is captivating, mystical and inviting. Imagine walking through streets with names like “Ataúd” [Coffin], Siete Culebras [Seven Serpents] and “Arpías” [Harpies]. In these streets time seems to have stopped, every corner offers a piece of history, and the stones remain alive because they have survived intact. Cusco witnessed the arrival of the Spanish, and yet to this day it conserves an ancestral magic which captivates the thousands of visitors who each year form part of its living history. Cusco, acknowledged as the historic capital of Peru, renowned as the navel of the Earth.

CITY TOUR OF CUSCO

In the afternoon, city tour visiting the Main Square, known in Inca times as Huacaypata or “The Warriors Square”, this was the scene for many key events in Cuzco’s history. The Cathedral, built between 1560 and 1664 with large stones of red granite taken from the Inca Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the Cathedral is one of the most imposing structures in the city. It also houses one of the most important collections of gold and silver work of the colonial period, elaborately engraved wooden altars and a beautiful collection of oil on canvas paintings from the Escuela Cusqueña. Koricancha and the Santo Domingo Convent.

The Convent was built on the spectacular Koricancha (site of gold), the most important temple dedicated to the worship of the Sun and whose walls were plated with sheets of gold. As well as, the convent was built above a foundation of smoothened stone structures, the most finely crafted in Cusco, taken from the Inca Sanctuary.

Day 3: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS (PRIVATE)

Arrival in Cusco, assistance and transfer to the hotel that is located in the Sacred Valley.

On the way, we will stop at Awanacancha “ Comunidad Manos”, a place where we will be able to see and feed Andean camelids such as llamas and alpacas, and where the locals will show us their traditional weaving and dyeing techniques.

After the tour, you will have lunch at HACIENDA HUAYOCARI. The Hacienda houses the owners private collection of pre-Colombian, Incan and colonial artefacts including an impressive collection of ‘Qeros’ the traditional drinking vessels.

Afterwards, we will get to Ollantaytambo, one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire, one of the few places where the Spanish conquistadors lost a major battle. Very well known for its “andenes” (terraces dug into the slopes of mountains for agricultural purposes), Ollantaytambo was a highly effective fortress that also served as a temple.

Day 4: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / MACHU PICCHU /CUSCO (PRIVATE)

EXCURSION TO MACHU PICCHU You will receive a guided tour of the ruins discovered in 1911 by the explorer Hiram Bingham, this citadel is considered to be one of the most extraordinary examples of landscapes architecture in the world. Located in an enclave on the saddle of a mountain overlooking the deep canyon of the Urubamba River, in an area of lush tropical forest, it served as a place of worship, a site for star-gazing and a private hacienda of the family of the Inca Pachacutec. It consists of two main areas one agricultural, formed mainly by mountains and food stores, and the other urban, which is noted for its sacred zone with its temples, squares and royal tombs. The stairways and canals carved out of stone are recurrent throughout this remarkable archaeological site.

Impressive propaganda in an immersive Turkish panorama painting

I f you take a sharp turn westwards in Istanbul's Cağaloğlu neighborhood, to just past the old city wall, you'll find a curious museum dedicated to the conquest of the city, and from the very vantage point of that same ancient threshold you just crossed over. It's spectacular.

Before the main event, viewers are treated to a number of curios and paintings. I was partial to the ancient compass.

And these depictions of Mecca as seemingly rendered by Herge.

The majority of the descriptions are in Turkish, and what little there is in English seems to have been translated verbatim by Google&Co into rather dense blocks of facts. Luckily, the historic point of panorama painting was to entertain the public visually. The written word was an afterthought. Panorama paintings were popular way back yesteryear when much of the population was having a tough time reading. So, much to the chagrin of critics who rallied against pure, unabashed spectacle, panoramas were designed to be as captivating and titlating as possible. Attendees at the 1453 museum can carry on the tradition of enjoying painting without understanding a word of Turkish.

Panorama paintings usually depict historical events or ye olde snapshots of life. Typically, the divide between the painting and the foreground is softened with sculptural elements. Istanbul's panorama, depicting Mehmet the Conqueror's 1453 capture of Constantinople, carries on this tradition marvelously with wanton cannons, castle debris and wagons littered about.

Remarkably, this is the first panorama painting to encompass the entirety of the dome structure it's housed in. At least, that's what I think the placard said. Usually, images like these end at a regular ole ceiling, but this one featured cloud cover upstairs (It was a beauitful sunny day inside) and an impressive modern use of vector mapping.

After absorbing the unlimited detail of the painting for 10 minutes, the lights dimmed and school groups and tourists alike were treated to a strange, impressive, overtly nationalistic depiction of the brave CGI Mehmet and his legions storming the wall and defeating the Byzantines. The Ottoman's success is depicted as a resounding cultural victory for modern Türkiye and intimately tied to the 100th anniversary of Ataturk's rule of the country. The blue-eyed, square-jawed fascimile of Türkiye's most photogenic leader in 3D was only a little unnerving, although I don't think that the 13 year-olds on their phones were as impressed seeing their former leader on the ceiling, a la Tupac at Coachella, as I was. The music swelled, Erdogan appeared, reminded everyone about the flag and how big and red it is, and then life on the permanent battlefield went on as usual.

We shuffled out back into Topkapi park and saw the very wall that Mehmet the Conqueror had conquered 20 minutes ago on the big 360 screen.

Carnival Cruise Line will absorb its sister brand P&O Cruises Australia and its ships next year.

Carnival Cruise Line will absorb its sister brand P&O Cruises Australia and its ships next year, growing its presence in the South Pacific.

The addition to Carnival’s fleet comes as parent company Carnival Corporation & plc makes plans to shut down the Australian cruise line in March 2025, according to the cruise company . Two of P&O Cruises Australia’s ships — the Pacific Encounter and the Pacific Adventure — will then be incorporated into the Carnival Cruise Line brand.

"Despite increasing Carnival Cruise Line's capacity… guest demand remains incredibly strong so we're leveraging our scale in an even more meaningful way by absorbing an entire brand into the world's most popular cruise line," Josh Weinstein, the chief executive officer of Carnival Corporation & plc, said in a statement, adding, “given the strategic reality of the South Pacific's small population and significantly higher operating and regulatory costs, we're adjusting our approach to give us the efficiencies we need to continue delivering an incredible cruise experience year-round to our guests in the region.”

When the merger is complete, Weinstein said Carnival Cruise Line will make up about 35 percent of the company's total global capacity. In addition to the new P&O Cruises Australia ships, Carnival will operate the Carnival Splendor and Carnival Luminosa in the region .

P&O Cruises Australia currently operates three ships. The cruise line’s third ship, the Pacific Explorer , will be phased out of the fleet in February 2025.

Carnival Corporation said current P&O Cruises Australia sailings will operate as normal and guests will be notified of any changes to future bookings.

P&O Cruises, which is a company based in the United Kingdom, is not affected by this merger.

In addition to these cruise lines, Carnival Corporation operates AIDA Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, and Seabourn.

The decision to grow its presence in the South Pacific comes as Carnival is in the process of updating how it advertises cruise fares . Starting July 1, Carnival will include all government-mandated taxes, fees, and port expenses in the total advertised price thanks to a new California law requiring cruise lines to include those extra expenses in the advertised fare.

Harris started a cross-country travel tour in April. She is not changing jobs. She continues to serve as Joe Biden’s vice president, and no announcements from the White House or credible news reports indicate she is leaving or intends to do so before the election.

But that’s not true. The article linked in the post references only her “leaving” the White House amid travels in April, not any change in employment.

That story correctly outlines her “Economic Opportunity Tour” that started April 29 in Atlanta and also took her to Wisconsin on May 16. Its purpose is to highlight the Biden Administration’s record on the economy, according to a statement from the White House .

There's been no change to her job status. Her biography remains posted on the White House website, and there have been no announcements or credible news reports that she has said anything about leaving before the end of her term.

Rather, she continues to make public appearances and campaign for Biden's re-election. She attended fundraisers May 31 in San Diego and June 1 in Seattle . Additionally, Harris will travel to Switzerland on June 15 to take part in the Summit on Peace in Ukraine, according to a June 3 announcement from the White House .

This isn't the first time Harris’ employment status has been the source of misinformation: USA TODAY previously debunked a false claim in October 2022 that she resigned from the vice presidency . Other debunked claims baselessly assert Harris is ineligible to succeed Biden as president or did not place her hand on a Bible while taking the oath of office.

USA TODAY reached out to the Facebook user who shared the post but did not immediately receive a response.
