Great organiser for our holiday, the program which we choose was fit for all stay and make us busy exploring Egypt. Agent Hussein always respond my phone and answer all questions

ARRIVAL IN EGYPT: Flight was late getting in, I worried myself silly over it! Late leaving UK, late disembarking due to official problems. Also, I had to have assistance. PICK UP DRIVER: He was there!!!!!! waiting for self and a few others, he saw me to an easy access and comfortable seat, helped with seat belt, stowed my bags for me. Polite, so polite he accepted a couple of other passengers (which is a godsend if your the passenger without a ride in middle of night). THE DRIVE: Smooth and efficient, obviously a non-english speaker, but the drive was good, no concerns. At each stop, he called the name of the hotel and the folk who were getting out knew who they were. MY ARRIVAL: Mine was last on list, he was again very helpful, saw to it that I did not slip on the very wet tiles. Calm, efficient and helpful, more importantly, he was there! cant ask for better than that!

Highly recommend, the Agent Huseein was/is very good. Always responding to calls & very helpful.prices were excellent, me & my family were happy with all the trips, Cairo, Luxor, city tour & Badawya(quad bikes). It was safe and sound with Masters travel all through out our journey, sometimes abit of a journey but you expect that to explore the country which is great. Unfortunately we could not attend Luxor due to my child being unwel , and Hussein & his Master travels refunded us the money. I can honestly say any country you go to will not give you a single penny back, but you are safe with Hussein and his firm. Great experience and I cannot honestly wait to come back and do what I have missed out on and will 100% using Hussein as the agent from Masters travels.

The transfer from, and to the airport was as expected: Punctual and reliable. Easily I can score this service 5/5. However, to understand the overall rating given in this review (3 out of 5) it is necessary to point out that some of the services offered are overpriced and the satisfaction obtained rarely goes according to the price paid: Our private journey to the valley of the kings for two adults and two children (including the services of a driver from another party, a freelance guide, a meal in a local restaurant and the entrances to Karnak Temple and Valley of the Kings) cost 472 €. Not only our journey wasn't comfortable, we struggled to understand the explanations provided by our guide (given his strong accent) and finally, we end up having a very basic buffet menu without drinks not included in the local restaurant previously mentioned. All of this nearly ruined our experience as we had higher expectations. We were expecting much, much more ... In favor of the company, and trying to be fair, I have to say that the post-sales service is good as the response was immediate and they tried their best to amend this situation. They empathise with us and, very kindly, our agent Ahmed offered complimentary drinks for this lunch and gave Spa treatments to my wife. Problem solved, maybe, but there is still a feeling that our day was partially ruined and the sensation that we paid too much, remained inside of us until today. In another hand, I have to thank our guide Mohamed who did all on his hands cheering us up and bring that day to a happy end. The next experience included Quads, Buggies, Camel riding and some cultural activities in between. Price paid was 90€, again for two adults and two children. This time, we and other people of the group were not happy by the extremely loud music played whilst being transferred from and back to the hotels. At that time there were no communication between the bus occupants as we simply couldn't hear or speak louder than the music played. The message was passed to Ahmed who recorded the incident. Other than that, we had a fantastic day and enjoyed every single activity. Thank you to the organization who supplied this service. In the last experience, visit to Paradise Island (€225 for four of us) we understood that in addition to the Snorkeling, a nice lunch and a lovely sunset, there was a possibility of swimming with dolphins (reason why we paid the price above). Although I enjoyed all of them, again, I still thinking that the word dolphins shouldn't be pronounced as the might (or not) appear. Summarising, always ask and keep asking before arrange and pay any activities. If the salesman who offers you the service is in a hurry, better let him go and do further checks with other companies. Our mistake was to rely in only one company and end up paying around €800 for all three experiences, whereas other providers offer the same at half price (even prices close to three times less as seen in other websites). In another words, the price paid should be, at least, equal to the satisfaction of the customer. In this case, although you have shown certain degree of concern, our expectations were never met.

Masters Travel Service provided our transfer from Hurghada Airport to Titanic Aqua Park & Resort this evening. After arriving at the hotel, I found that I'd left my wallet containing bank cards, important photos, my airport parking receipt and cash in the transfer bus. I contacted Masters Travel out of hours contact number and spoke to Youssef. He was extremely helpful and managed to track down the driver. Hussain, who returned my wallet, fully intact to the hotel shortly afterwards. I am eternally grateful after fearing the worst and cannot recommend the company, Youssef and Hussain enough for their honesty, integrity, communication and great service 👍

Yousef was very good at explaining the local amenities and gave goods tips about the taxis and money exchange on our morning meeting. The tours were very good! Excellent value for money.
