It is inside a PNB Remittance Center. Small cubicle. Just enough space for a desk, computer, printer and other supplies. A few wall clocks with corresponding country and current time zones are hanging on the wall. And some travel advertising. I came to get a print out of my ticket and ask some questions too. The staff asked me twice if I booked my ticket with a passport. I was offended and I told her I wouldn't be able to book that ticket if I don't have a passport. After getting my ticket print out, I left without asking questions. I will just come back another day. Plenty enough of parking spaces across the street that is shared with other businesses. No public facility.

Worst !! Never again Imagine it's the airlines fault they cancelled my flight then they will charge me for $150 if I want a refund but if I wanna re-schedule it still they would charge me for $105.00 !! Never again !!

This is my first time to go to a travelling agency here in LA.. We had a great service and I highly recommend this agency to people travelling to Philippines. Cynthia is very, sweet, helpful and accommodating.. She assisted my aunt in buying her travelling ticket to the Philippines. She made sure too that my aunt won't have a problem with her trip. She helped her reserve a comfortable seat on the plane, called people to inquire about her mabuhay miles. They accept credit card or cash of payment.. They have PNB Remittance Center where you can send money to the Philippines. They also sell XYZ balikbayan box

My mom says that this agent is very accommodating and she helped my mom get her ticket from LAX to Manila roundtrip with the lowest/cheapest fare. We will surely book to Katrina of Panorama again! Thumbs up for her! :)

My first time to book a flight with this company, I always have it done online. But my experience with mango tours was way below subpar... It was a Saturday and they only have 1 teller. It took me an hour to book a flight for me and my son. I will never go back to them ever again. It's a waste of time.

She didn't even ask my name and she never tell her name and she's so fuckin rude!!!she is base here in l.a!!!the person that I spoke in their trunk line in the Philippines is better than here in l.a, I ask for the cheapest rate and she even give me the expensive rate!! She even told me that oh I can't open what you need because I need to open it day by day give me specific date!!!!gggggggrrrrrrr worst morning ever!!!!

Five girls were hospitalized Tuesday afternoon when a chartered tour bus crashed into a tree branch hanging over a Passaic County road, authorities and the bus company operator said.

The injured were on the bus owned by Monsey Tours of Brooklyn, New York, that crashed about 3:15 p.m. on County Road 704 (East Shore Road) south of the Storms Island Road intersection in West Milford, police said.

“The bus was traveling south on East Shore Road when it struck a tree, causing one of the branches to break off and enter the passenger compartment of the bus,” West Milford police Chief Shannon Sommerville said in a statement.

5 Girls Injured, 2 Seriously, In Monsey Tours Bus Crash: Police

W EST MILFORD, NJ — Two girls were seriously injured Tuesday afternoon after the charter bus they were riding in crashed into a tree in West Milford, according to police.

Officers were called to the scene of the crash on East Shore Road (CR 704), south of Storms Island Road, just after 3:15 p.m. Police said they found the bus on the side of the road with front end damage, and there were multiple people inside with various injuries.

The bus was operated by Monsey Tours of Brooklyn, N.Y., according to township police. The transportation company could not immediately be reached for comment.

Based on an initial investigation, police said the bus was southbound on East Shore Road when it struck a tree, causing one of the branches to break off and enter the passenger compartment of the bus.

The two girls with severe injuries were taken via helicopter to area hospitals, police said; their conditions were not specified. Three other girls were transported to Chilton Medical Center with minor injuries.

Officials did not specify how many people were on the bus, or give an age for the victims. Police did say that the girls' families have been notified.

Orange & Rockland County Fires said on Facebook that the bus had 56 passengers and Hatzoloh EMS requested eight ambulances from Monsey, New Square, Spring Valley and Kiryas Joel.

Rockland Daily said it was one of three buses taking students from Sharei Torah School in Brooklyn to Greenwood Lake for a boating trip.

East Shore Road was shut down for several hours due to the crash, according to West Milford Police, who will continue probing the cause of the crash. The Passaic County Sheriff's Office and Passaic County Prosecutor's Office were also on scene for the initial investigation.
