At Cloud 9 Adventure, our passion is adventure travel. Our trips range from small guided group tours, to private tailor-made guided or self-guided treks, to family trips, to corporate events and active breaks, school trips, or charity treks for large groups.

We specialise in trekking, hiking and walking holidays in the summer, along with private mountain biking, cycle touring and road biking trips. In the winter we organise snowshoeing and cross-country ski holidays.

We offer a diverse range of trips in the Alps, Pyrenees, Dolomites, Jura and beyond. Step aboard our brand new Cycleboard® scooters and experience a ride unlike any other! The experience begins with your 'land-surf' lesson as you prepare to embark on your Waikiki E-Scooter adventure session.

Join us for an exciting ride exploring Waikiki's waterfront.

We've prepared a safe, picturesque route that spans Oahu's beachfronts and boardwalks. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our e-scooters are unlike any on the market! It combines a heavy-duty stable platform with a surfboard-like lean-to-steer control that gives you a feeling like you're carving the road!

With a quick push and activation of the thumb throttle, you're on your way to adventure. 

To slow down or stop along places of interest for a photo opportunity, release the thumb throttle and gently squeeze the brake. 

Be one with the machine and use your body to lean into turns and carves--almost a zen-like feeling!

These powerful scooters have more than enough to scale up inclines as we bring you through some of Waikiki's scenic spots. 

WHERE TO MEET FOR YOUR E-SCOOTER ADVENTURE

Please meet your guide at the Kakaako Waterfront Park parking lot. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time to check-in and be fitted for a helmet.

WHAT ARE THE ROUTES?

We start with a land-surf lesson at the meetup spot. 

Our guide will go over how to ride, as well as brief on safety. 

We'll then proceed along the tour route. 

Our South Shore Tour leads guests on a leisure ride spanning 4 boardwalks from Kakaako Waterfront Park, Kewalo Basin, Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island, and Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. 

The tour ends with a sunset ride around Magic Island. 

Then it's back to our meetup point, and we say "Aloha!"

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE TRIP

It is a good idea to put plenty of sunscreen on prior to your scooter adventure, as you are out in the beautiful Hawaiian sun throughout your tour.

We also recommend wearing lightweight clothes, any kind of comfortable shoes (sneakers/flip flops – but, no heels for the ladies), sunglasses are a good idea… and, don’t forget your camera!

There is a small bag on the front of all scooters that can accommodate a phone, water bottle, or other small items. You're welcome to bring your own backpack as well.

NEED-TO-KNOWS

Cloud 9 maintains strict monitoring of all its vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained, cleaned, and charged for each customer.

Safety helmets are a must and are provided for each rider at no extra charge.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Minimum age for scooter operators is 16 years old, but those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Safety is first and foremost on our tours. Our guide will ensure that all participants are comfortable using their scooters and will provide a safety briefing before the tour begins.

Throughout the tour, we'll check with everyone regularly to ensure safety and that we're all having fun!

Scooters and equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after every tour and ready for guests. 

Signed waiver required in order to participate in the activity.

The Rolling Stones debuted two more songs on their Hackney Diamonds tour last night (June 3).

“She’s a Rainbow,” from 1967’s Their Satanic Majesties Request , has been a rarity for most of this century, having been played only nine times after being absent until 2016. It was the fan’s choice song at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, chosen by the band from a shortlist of four which also included “Bite My Head Off,” “Out of Control” and “Rocks Off.”

“A few of them are banned in Florida,” Mick Jagger joked as he revealed the song that had been shortlisted. “Oh dear… I don’t know if I remember it,” he said of “She’s a Rainbow,” adding: “I’ll give it a go!”

It was followed by “Dead Flowers,” which featured a guest appearance by country musician Tyler Childers . Taken from 1971 album Sticky Fingers , has only been played a handful of times in recent years. It last made a single appearance on the band’s 2022 tour. The Stones’ U.S. tour continues in Atlanta, GA on June 7 and ends in Ridgedale, MO on July 21.
