Donya was really helpful found us a holiday we was looking for and spent time showing us The Hotel and surroundings, she was brilliant, couldn’t have done more. It was because of the exceptional service provided by Johnathan, Tried online to book flights to Saigon And as an OAP found it very complicated and difficult to know What was a genuine co. Or scam Jonathan took charge and within one hour booked job done.

Fantastic service

Craig our travel agent went above and beyond to get us the holiday we wanted. We were a large family wanting to travel to Cyprus for a family wedding but everyone wanted to go for different durations. None of this was a problem and we all got our holiday booked. Thank you

Went above and beyond

Went into store at Braehead and spoke to Angel about a stay and cruise in Japan, advised Angela on how much we wanted to spend. We left it with her and then she got back with a holiday that we were really happy with. The next day angel advised us the celebrity cruises wasn’t honouring our deal, but she assured us she would do her best to get it sorted and true to her word she did. She was so professional and kept us in the loop at all times. I would recommend Angela to anyone who is this of booking a cruise she goes the extra mile.

Melissa was first class - listened to what we had to say, acted accordingly - a very pleasant experience. Melissa also booked us onto flight and printed off all paperwork and when it came to holiday money she personally ensured we received a very good rate. We will be back 👍

It's the 4th time I've used Barrhead…

It's the 4th time I've used Barrhead travel never disappointed. Only draw back is you can't get travel insurance there anymore like you can with most other travel agents. Staff are excellent. And always get a good.deal there

Barrhead staff and service is excellent …

Barrhead staff and service is always available to help and good listeners. Always friendly and accommodating. When booking holidays we always prefer going to a shop where you can speak to face to face and most of all you can book your holiday well in advance and allows you to pay monthly . The Cruise open day wa excellent especially for someone who has not experienced cruising like us, staff was helpful ang ready to answer any questions asked. Comprehensive and professional service

I gave the Customer Service Agent my wishlist and she provided various options for us. The agent was professional and courteous. We chose the best holiday for us after she researched all possible options which saved us so much time.

The staff were so friendly when…

The staff were so friendly when entering the travelling agent,, i was seen with in a few minutes, and the lady who was dealing with me listened to what I wanted and what my budget was,, and offered me a lot of choices,, the lady made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I have always used other travel agents but never used this one,, but i will be using them again in the future
