I have added a swarm ship section. Systems with swarm ships are usually found on the galaxy may as having a pinky mist surrounded with lightning. If you're just starting these missions head to Kohva to get started.

Any update on the issue with the Kohva system not displaying swarms?

Star Trek Fleet Command: How to Get Ship Blueprints

How to Get Ship Blueprints in Star Trek Fleet Command

When you’re playing a game titled Star Trek Fleet Command , it becomes quickly apparent that upgrading to bigger and better ships would very obviously be a wise investment. More ships in your fleet means more units to send out to mine for resources and engage with hostile targets. Though some ships can be unlocked through research in the R & D Department, for others, you will have to acquire ship blueprints through force. Blueprints will typically be in the possession of high-level enemies, and it will most definitely be a challenge to take them down. Here’s how to get ship blueprints in Star Trek Fleet Command .

If you are not confident about your current fleet’s combat capabilities, it may be worth focusing on improving your R & D Department first in order to bolster your fleet’s numbers.

In the Shipyard, you will be able to check a prospective ship’s details, and it will reveal whether the necessary schematics can be acquired through combat, or research.

Understanding the importance of improving your fleet’s firepower and harboring internal development is key to success in Star Trek Fleet Command. If you are able to strike a balance, the two can work in tandem, allowing you to progress much more smoothly.

Soon your fleet will strike fear across the galaxy! All will hear your name and tremble, so make sure it’s something much more intimidating than KoolDaddy232852.

STFC: How to get Vi’dar blueprints

You have to participate in Vi’dar events in order to obtain the Vi’dar’s blueprints, and STFC players have to collect 100 blueprints to construct the ship.

Gamers can test their tactical skills in this exhilarating mobile game, Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC).

Since the game follows the Kelvin chronology of the classic series, Star Trek, you will likely encounter similar ships, characters, and locations in the game as those in the series.

One of the ships that you can acquire is the Vi’dar, for which you need to obtain its blueprints in order to construct it.

Are ships important in STFC?

Vi’dar’s tier requirements, how to get meridian blueprints, how to get franklin-a, where to find enterprise blueprints, where to get franklin blueprints, when to scrap franklin.

Ships are your primary means to explore the STFC galaxy, however, they also allow you to participate in battles. There are varying ships to acquire, including Interceptors, Explorers, Battleships, and Survey ships.

It is worth noting that Interceptors, Explorers, and Battleships have accompanying strengths and weaknesses. These ships should only be used in battles, but Survey ships, on the other hand, are designed to harvest resources on the world map.

During a battle, you will have a slight advantage if you choose the correct ship type. Battleships will always have an advantage over Explorers, which have an advantage over Interceptors. Furthermore, Interceptors have an advantage over Battleships.

STFC: How to get Vi’dar blueprints

The Vi’dar is generally used to fight off Borg Tactical Probes. Although the Vi’dar events and missions are available for players of different levels , you need a shipyard level of 25 or higher to build the ship.

You need to farm the Vi’dar’s blueprints in order to build the ship. The blueprints can be won through Borg-themed events.

Alternatively, you can also purchase Vi’dar packs from the in-game store. You can either purchase the full amount or half  of the blueprints required to build the ship.

The Borg’s description reads, “As the epic conflict between the three great factions continues and Independent commanders fight to carve out their own place among the stars, a new threat rises that will eclipse all others.”

There are several in-game events and missions that gamers have to participate in in order to receive Vi’dar’s blueprints.

Keep in mind that you generally have to achieve a certain ranking or complete a certain task for these events and missions to procure Vi’dar’s blueprints.

Borg events are generally active for an entire month and will run throughout each act of the seasonal arc. Every event has a series of milestones, which are unlocked by completing missions and activities.

Each milestone awards you with several rewards, including blueprints for the Vi’dar.

Once you have 100 Vi’dar blueprints and charged Nanoprobes, you can construct your Vi’dar. Keep in mind that your Vi’dar can be upgraded to the following tier, but this requires specific materials and requirements.

STFC: How to get Vi’dar blueprints

The table below lists the tier requirements for the Vi’dar :

In addition to this, you need to farm Common and Uncommon Crystals as well as Common and Uncommon Gas.

The Meridian is another ship that you can construct in STFC. In order to build it, you have to get blueprints.

Players were able to acquire the blueprints for the ship shortly after its release, but now you have to wait until a battle pass arc is released to collect blueprints.

Alternatively, you can acquire Meridian’s blueprints from the event stores. We recommend that you check the stores regularly to see when the Meridian’s blueprints are for sale.

The Franklin-A is an upgraded version of the Franklin. You can unlock the Franklin-A by scrapping your normal Franklin to collect bonus materials.

These materials may vary, as they are determined by your Franklin’s level. A fully-levelled Franklin provides the Advanced Data Cores for a full set of Franklin-A’s blueprints.

The higher the level of your Franklin, the more Franklin Advanced Data Cores you will receive. For instance, if you have a Franklin between level 41 and 45, you will receive 200 Franklin Advanced Data Cores.

But if you have a Franklin between level 26 and 30, you will only get 25 Franklin Advanced Data Cores.

The Enterprise is a powerful ship and thus, numerous players are interested in building it. Blueprints for this ship can be earned by completing the Specialist mission.

Additional blueprints can be purchased from Faction store, Away Team store, and the “Offers” tab.

That being said, blueprints for the Enterprise occasionally drop from chests, which can be obtained by defeating level 48 to level 60 Federation enemies.

In order to build the Franklin in STFC , you need to procure 90 blueprints, and your shipyard has to be on level 17 to begin the construction process. The cheapest way to get the Franklin is participating in the Franklin events, which take place regularly.

If you participate in these events, specifically a mining and hostile hunting event, you can get up to 45 blueprints for the Franklin. In this case, you only have to participate in 2 Franklin events to get enough blueprints to build the ship.

As previously explained, you can unlock the Franklin-A by scrapping your Franklin. In order to gain access to the first Franklin-A mission, you need to be above level 35.

Therefore, we recommend that you only scrap your Franklin once you are on level 35.

This gives you enough time to upgrade the Franklin’s level and tier. If you scrap the Franklin at max level, you will receive all the Advanced Data Cores required for a full set of Franklin-A blueprints.

How to Get Jellyfish Blueprints in Star Trek Fleet Command

How to Get Jellyfish Blueprints in Star Trek Fleet Command

Image of Artur Novichenko

In the Star Trek Fleet Command strategy, players control the crew of a spaceship to explore different corners of space, as well as fight other players. During the game, you will build more than one ship since you will need to achieve different goals. And in this guide, we will tell you how to get blueprints for Jellyfish.

What is Jellyfish?

Jellyfish is a 2-star Rare Explorer Ship. It came to us from another dimension, from the future. Despite the advanced technologies that are used in this ship, it remains a research ship. In other words, it doesn’t have good protection.

Pilot Recognition allows you to increase Captain Maneuver’s effectiveness by 15%.

RELATED: How to Promote Officers in Star Trek Fleet Command

How to Get Jellyfish Blueprints

To create such a ship, you need to upgrade your Shipyard to level 12 or higher. And you will also need 75 Jellyfish blueprints. There are several ways to get them.

The first and most obvious one is completing missions. After completing certain missions, you can get a maximum of 25 blueprints.

Next, you will have to wait for the events. During various events, Jellyfish blueprints appear quite often as a reward.

And the third way is to purchase blueprints for real money. If you want to advance in the game quickly, then perhaps such a purchase will be worth your money. For $40, you will receive everything you need to build a Jellyfish, including all the blueprints. Otherwise, you will have to spend enough time farming the blueprints in different events.

We hope this guide was useful to you.

Carnac's Guide to Star Trek Fleet Command

To Boldly Go… The USS Enterprise

Carnac | October 24, 2020 October 24, 2020 | Federation Ships , Ships

The Starfleet flagship, the USS Enterprise, is one in the line of iconic Constitution class starships. These phenomenal spacecraft have become the backbone of a rebuilding and reinvigorated Federation. Each model in the class is fitted with the latest technology the Federation has to offer. Star Trek Fleet Command

It’s the ship you downloaded the game to get. The USS Enterprise. The big Jerry Goldsmith theme played in my head as she emerged from the Shipyard . When you get yours, it’s going to be a big day.

When I got mine, it was even a big deal for my seven-year-old son, whose introduction to Star Trek has been this game. He was so excited when I told him a few months ago that today was the day we’d be getting the Enterprise.

How to Get Your USS Enterprise

Unlike the uncommon and rare Tier 3 ships, you can’t grind your way to a USS Enterprise per se. You’re not going to have blueprints drop by hitting hostiles. You can buy blueprints either with faction credits or with actual dollars. You can get some in missions, and you can get some in rare and epic armadas.

You’ll also have to have a level 34 shipyard , and you’ll need to have a respected reputation with the Federation.

The key, unless you’re willing and able to fork over a lot of money, is to grind out the faction credits. This means living in Klingon space, and hunting Klingon Scout ships like it’s your job. You’ll need 180 of them a day (more if you’ve leveled up your rep past respected.)

It also means getting your Vi’Dar as strong as you can and grinding out Borg probes for charged nanoprobes. It’s going to be a long road, but it’s worth it.

In order to help keep you focused, and doing what you need to do every day to get your Enterprise, I put together this Blueprint Calculator. A number of people have told me that it helped them stay focused, and get their ship sooner.

blueprint calculator

The Ship Ability

Giving What She’s Got – As long as the ship has Morale, the USS ENTERPRISE heals the Shield Health whenever it gets hit.

This ability starts at 5% at level one and works all the way up to 25% at level 45. This means your shields will heal 5% for each time you’re hit in battle. So if you’re at level 1 going up against an Augur (which should be the ship to defeat the Enterprise), you’re going to get hit four times in round one, so long as your ship has morale, you’re going to get 20% of your shield back before the next round.

At level 45, you’ll get 100% back.

Since the key to just about every battle in Star Trek Fleet Command is surviving and giving your weapons more chances to fire, this ability is tremendous. It’s going to feel like you never run out of shields. Even when you lose, your still likely going to have shields left over.

But, you will need to make sure that you’ve got officers on your ship that will get you morale to make it work. Which leads us to how to crew the ship.

Crewing Your USS Enterprise

In order to take advantage of the Enterprise’s great ship ability, you’re going to want to activate Morale. As of today, October 24th, 2020, there are only a few officers who do that. James T. Kirk , Alexander Marcus , Arkady Ivanov, and Hikaru Sulu.

Of these, you’ll probably want to go with Kirk, or Marcus, or both.

Given that the Enterprise’s ability will tend to get you in longer battles, Khan to increase your critical chances becomes a very good choice. If you’ve got a decent Paul Zhou he’s great with any morale crew. Officers like Uhura or Kang will also increase your accuracy.

You might also want to go with an anti-faction officer like Krell or Mirek (anti-Federation), Yan’agh, or Yuki (ant-Romulan), or L’Nar against Klingons. Yuki also makes a great captain for your Enterprise, as her shield stripping will remove a portion of your opponent’s shields per round – and again, in long battles, this will help you. All of that damage will now be going to your opponent’s hull.

If you’ve got John Harrison , he’ll also be somewhat effective. The rub is that he only works for one round, but the Enterprise is built for long battles and has it’s biggest weapon damage in even-numbered rounds.

Against hostiles, your Pike crew will do just fine.

The great thing about the Enterprise is that it gives you a great deal of flexibility when it comes to the crew. It’s a Swiss-army knife of a ship. So depending on which officers you have, what you’re trying to accomplish, and your level, you’re going to find a combination on this ship that works for you.

The Weapons of the USS Enterprise

uss enterprise firing pattern

Your Enterprise is loaded with three energy weapons (even if two of them are called “photon torpedoes, which really should be kinetic weapons.)

The two photon torpedoes will fire once per round.

It also has a disruptor bank, it fires twice every other round.

To give you some basic stats on the weapons, here’s are the stats on my Enterprise with Mark 4 weapons.

Obviously, these will change with research and other factors, but just to give you an idea. The disruptor is bit stronger than the photons.

Owning and Upgrading Your Enterprise

uss enterprise cost of ownership

The Enterprise is an explorer, and as such is going to require a lot of gas to upgrade.

A lot, so investing in some of the pure gas techs to reduce these costs is going to save you a bunch in the long run.

The secondary material is ore.

You’re really going to need to focus on research to reduce these costs.

Nit-Picking

Why does this ship have disruptors instead of phasers? I realize my nerd-sign is flashing here, but come on, this seems like it’s a big enough deal that it should get fixed in an update at some point. Seems like it should be an easy fix.

And here’s a video for you super-nerds out there, explaining the difference between phasers and disruptors.

USS Enterprise Trivia

Given that we’ve got a lot of new content coming out over the next year, and possibly another Enterprise incarnation or two, I’m going to start with the creation of the original, and then hit on the 2009 version.

The original Enterprise was created by designer Matt Jefferies (for whom the “ Jefferies Tube ” was named.) Jefferies was a World War II veteran who had served in the US Air Force on bombers.

In the original drafts, the Roddenberry’s hero ship was called the “Yorktown.”

The original three-foot demonstration model of the ship was built in November of 1964 by the Howard Anderson Company . They also did optical effects and models for movies like The Manchurian Candidate, Airplane!, Superman II, among many others.

After Roddenberry approved the first model, an 11-foot model was constructed in December of ’64 by   Richard C. Datin, Jr. , Mel Keys, and Vern Sion at  Volmer Jensen ‘s model shop.

2009 Enterprise Redesign

I’m not really a fan of the 2009 redesigned look. It’s fine as far as it goes, but I much prefer the look of the refit Enterprise from the original series movies.

This alternate universe Enterprise was much larger than its TOS ancestor.

This video gives a pretty good overview of the reasoning and redesign of the Enterprise for the newer movies.

On the other hand, this newer Enterprise did appear in Rihanna’s video for her song Sledgehammer in 2014 from the sound track of Star Trek Beyond. Also, swarms and the Starbase Yorktown.

It’s a good song, and a nice video. But I was kinda hoping for a Peter Gabriel cover. This, for my money, was the coolest video of the 80s. And that says something, when the coolest video of your decade was made by the same guys who did Wallace and Gromit .

And now I bet you’re wondering if there’s a Peter Gabriel connection to Star Trek.

And there is. It was his cover of the David Bowie song, Heroes , that appears in the Short Treks episode, Children of Mars .

Star Trek Fleet Command Update 60 – Patch Notes

By gabriel 7 November 2023

star trek fleet command blueprint drops

The crew of the Enterprise under Captain Picard encounters a new alien species, the Torvath. They are distinctly non-human, closer to a prawn species, though on a much larger scale, with a much more visceral appearance. They are a technologically evolved civilization, and it will be revealed they have a high sense of culture. But they are also highly xenophobic and strongly believe themselves to be superior.

At first they are amused by the humans who attempt to make contact and befriend them, like we might feel about a baby rodent, before that feeling turns to disgust and paranoia, as they learn of the Federation, what they consider to be a dangerous, rival hegemony of unlike abominations who must be wiped out if the cosmos is to remain pure for the Torvath.

Can Picard convince them that peaceful coexistence is possible, or does the Alpha Quadrant face another galaxy-spanning conflict? Welcome to Update 60, Make It So – Part 1

Update 60 Includes:

  • The Brand New “Borg Cube” ship

G6 Expansion

New Officers

  • New Prime Research

New Missions

  • New Cosmetics
  • New Battle Pass

Check out all of the details in the full patch notes down below.

The Borg Cube

star trek fleet command blueprint drops

For the first time, Commanders 28 and above will have the opportunity to add the Borg Cube to their fleet. The Borg Cube is unique in various ways that separate itself from any other ship in Star Trek Fleet Command.

  • The Borg Cube is the first ship in Star Trek Fleet Command that grows in power alongside its Commander.
  • Starting at Ops 28, the Borg Cube grows in power based upon the strength of your Faction ships, scaling all the way to Operations Level 70
  • The Borg Cube has the first-ever active ship ability, Borg Cutting Beam, that does damage outside of normal combat
  • A full unlock of the Borg Cube is available in the Elite Battle Pass, and several of those blueprints are located in the free path.

With a ship as unique as this, we wanted to provide as much information as possible so everyone could understand exactly how to utilize it to its full potential. To check out everything you need to know about this brand new ship, check out the Borg Cube feature spotlight here .
