Shipping Information

Standard Deliveries Our goal is to ship your order within one business day of receipt. Our standard delivery destinations include all 50 U.S. states, APO and FPO boxes and can be expected in 4 – 7 business days.

Need your order quick? Order by 2:00PM Mountain Time on weekdays (excluding holidays) and we’ll send your order on the day it is received via Rush shipping (3 business days) or Overnight (next business day).

Rush Deliveries (3 Business Days) Please add $11.00 to the regular shipping fees. Please add $30 to regular shipping fees for shipments to Canada.

Overnight Deliveries (Next Business Day) Please add $20.00 to the normal shipping fees. Overnight shipping not available to Canada.

U.S. RETURN POLICY

We encourage you to return products purchased from Safari-Supply.com which you are not 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item if returned within 90 days* from date of original purchase.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

National brand optics and electronics items may be returned within 60 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its’ original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. After 60 days these items must be returned to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties are in effect.

Detach the bottom of the packing slip included with your order.

1. On the side marked “merchandise return form,” circle the item(s) you’re returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return.

2. If the address for the return is different from the one listed on the form, fill out the box labeled “different ship-to address” on the reverse side of the form.

3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive a Gift Card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.

4. For exchanges, fill out the reverse side of the form.

5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. Attach the shipping label provided with your original order. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable. RETURNS STATUS

Returns mailed to Safari Supply may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Safari Service - How To Send In a Safari Case Product for Repair or Warranty

 Step 1:   Please contact our service department at the information below to setup an RMA for your damaged or defective product.

 Step 2:   Carefully package the case for shipping. Include in package:

• Complete name, return address and daytime telephone number (fax number and e-mail address optional).
• Detailed description of the problem.
• Where practical, a sample evidencing the problem.
• For warranty repairs, a copy of the dated sales slip of original purchase.

 Step 3: Customer pays shipping to Gentec International and we cover the return shipping for all in warranty repairs.

If there is a cost associated with your repair, you should receive an estimate from our service team within 2-3 business days of its arrival at Gentec. If your product is covered under a warranty repair, your item will be repaired and sent back to you.

If the repair is covered under warranty, return shipping to the customer will be covered by Gentec International. If the item is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, whether or not the repair estimate is approved.

7-nights Safari

I made a reservation for a 7-night safari trip to two specific Private Game Reserves in the Kruger National Park in South Africa, for one of the busiest months in Kruger: August. This reservation was made at the last minute. (3 days ago). A reservation that had some special features, with choices from someone who has already done (my husband and I) several safaris in other African countries. The architecture and design of the lodges are important to us on a professional level. And the Private Game Reserves had to be the best. Anja Meyer, from Safari.com, started and completed the reservation process in 4 days, two of which were weekends. Very efficient, fast and understanding what we wanted for our week in the bush. We are "addicted" to safaris, wildlife, bush, landscapes, nature... and we love Africa and the Africans. We can't wait for August to arrive. Thank you!

My first experience a number of months…

My first experience a number of months back wasn't as I wanted. I picked up with Dolan a little after this to find when the best time to Safari was with the chance of seeing the "big 5" and he was so helpful, guiding me to July-September. With the cooler winter months being the better chances to see more wildlife and the big five. This lead me on to deal with Jayson. Jayson has pulled out all the stops, working past 9pm Cape Town time( 8pm London UK) to help meet my needs. I travel out on 6th July and cannot wait, Thank you Dolan and Jayson. From the moment we arrived in South Africa, our safari adventure was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the heart of the African wilderness, we found ourselves surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of Kruger National Park, a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. Our accommodation was luxurious yet seamlessly integrated into the natural environment, offering us stunning views of the savannah from the comfort of our private deck. Each day began with an exhilarating sunrise game drive, where our expert guide shared his deep knowledge and passion for the local wildlife. Witnessing the "Big Five" was an awe-inspiring experience that left us in complete awe of nature's magnificence. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we felt safe while immersing ourselves in the wilderness. Evenings were equally enchanting, with sundowner drinks enjoyed against the backdrop of a fiery African sunset, followed by sumptuous dinners under the starlit sky.
