Tripmore I won’t recommend

Tripmore won’t give prompt response. Don’t rely on their words.I booked a hotel new poshwan through tripmore three months before the visit. I asked them a couple of times to give the ph no of the hotel but they strictly denied.journey day finally our train shree shakti express got delayed by 18 hrs bcz of some dharns in ambala v recently on 2nd may. I informed the tripmore abt the same and said we will be reaching late by one day and I already paid the room rent partially. The next day I called the tripmore again saying that we will reach a couple of hours late as banihal road got traffic jam. After calling them on time and passing the messages they didn’t convey the same to the hotel people, surprisingly when I reached there they said they canceled the room as they didn’t get any info. After traveling for 3 cont days we were surprised to hear that news. Finally after long discussion they gave the room and immediate next day they asked us to move to another cottage which was 3kms away. Hotel people are good. But don’t book the room through Tripmore as my experience was v bitter with them
