Reservations are required for all of our tours. If we do not have enough people reserved for a tour time we do not send a Captain to the boat. A minimum of 6 people need to be reserved before we run a trip.

All scheduled tours leave from the dock at "Lakeside Inn," which is located at 100 N Alexander Street, Mount Dora. Parking is usually available at the "Lakeside Inn." However, it may not be available on Mount Dora Festival Days or if the Inn is running a special event.

When you make a reservation for a tour it will be secured with a credit card. This will only hold your seats and you will pay as you board the boat: this will allow you to pay with cash or credit card, pay individually or as a group and utilize any coupon you may have.

Please arrive at the dock 15 minutes before your tour time. This is generally when we will start to take payment and board the boat. Please note that all passengers are required to sign a liability waiver.

The pontoon boats are all covered and the 2 larger boats have a toilet on board, we usually use the larger boats for scheduled tours. We do sell bottled water. However, if you want to bring your own drinks and snacks you are welcome to do so.
