Overall. We were very surprised to learn Isle of Fiji is a molasses-based rum. This is one of the most unique rums we have tasted. The rum draws you in to explore the exotic notes while conjuring up images of lush jungles and pristine lagoons. At $25/bottle, Isle of Fiji is a welcome diversion to the same ole Caribbean style rums.
