Navigating the Updated Travel Agent Platform
In this guide, we’ll cover how to use our site to find products, log into your account, share bookable links, and more.

1. take note of the travel agents logo and url.
In order to earn commission, make sure you’re browsing on travelagents.viator.com , you’ll know you’re in the right place if you see the travel agent Viator logo at the top of your webpage.
2. Select your preferred language and currency
At the bottom of most pages across our site, you’ll have the option to choose your preferred language and currency. You can also choose your clients’ preferred language when sending them bookable links.
3. Top navigation bar
If you’re not logged in, you’ll see an “Account” dropdown on the top navigation bar where you’ll log in.
If you are logged in, this dropdown has options to log out, manage your account, visit the Resource Center, and read Help Center articles
You’ll also notice a “Share with client” button. This is what we refer to as the bookable link. This allows you to share any page with your clients. Once accessed, clients will be able to make bookings themselves and the commission will be tied to you.
4. Use the search bar to find products
You can use the search bar to search for a country, region, city, or even a keyword. Once you start typing, you’ll notice that a drop down will appear. Click on those options to go to dedicated pages related to your search queries.

5. Narrow down your results with filters and categories
To narrow down your search we recommend applying filters, which can be found on the left panel. In addition to filters, you can search within specific categories, found on the top rail. Within each category there are subcategories, which can be found on the left hand panel.
