“Beautiful place to stop overnight, or to stay at to vacation in the area!”

This place has been great and im glad the RV Life app had it listed, this place is beautiful I had full hookups everything was in well working order. They have a nice camp store where you can get beer We camped at New Frontier RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

- I stopped at the mcds for a snack and they were the freshest nuggets I have ever had lol.- The Gold Leaf dispensary for those into those sorts of things is honestly the best dispensary I have ever been to and I have been to hundreds on my travels.- The people I met in this town were beyond wholesome and friendly - Roy, the local rv tech helped...

“Clean, big sites. ”

We were in a newer section of the park. The trees were small and did not produce much shade. Overall a very nice park. We camped at New Frontier RV Park in a Motorhome.

“Levels site”

Decent spacing. Nicely landscaped. We camped at New Frontier RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Wingers was great restaurant within walking distance of our campsite. Nice dog park...

“Easy Overnight Stay”

This is not a destination RV Park, at least, in my opinion. But it is a great overnight stop. When we are traveling across Nevada, this is the best place to spend the night, and we plan our trip We camped at New Frontier RV Park in a Motorhome.

“Clean and quiet”

Very nice, clean park. Only stayed one night but it was perfect. Nice paved roads, fairly level sites, and trees at every site. We camped at New Frontier RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Park Models

Not all of us travel by rv. some of us enjoy staying where we have all the comforts of a hotel room with the privacy of an rv site. now we can stay in one of the champion athens park models at new frontier rv park and enjoy the best of both worlds., this is like living in a small home.

A fully furnished living room, kitchen with a dining area, bedroom, a full bathroom (yep, I said Full!), TVs with free cable and weekly cleaning at no extra charge.

Now we can save by making a few meals instead of always eating out. And who doesn’t like being able to make picnic lunches to take along while exploring the Opal Mines or fishing for trout or bass?

For those nights when we don’t feel like cooking, we can just step out the door, down the street and enjoy a meal at Wingers Roadhouse Grill . Then, instead of being a couch potato and watching TV all evening, we can move next door to the Winnemucca Roadhouse Casino and win a few bucks while enjoying the excitement.

When we are ready to call it a day, my husband can go to sleep while I watch the Tonight Show in the living room. Just like home! Best of all is the weekly cleaning at no additional charge so I don’t have to worry about vacuuming or washing the sheets!

This is definitely the way to go!

A bit about Winnemucca, Nevada

Silver State RV Park is in Winnemucca, Nevada known as an “oasis in the desert”. About 7,000 residents call Winnemucca home. Among things the town is noted for is that on September 19, 1900, Butch Cassidy’s gang robbed the First National Bank of Winnemucca of $32,640!

The Silver State RV Park and Campground, as part of this historic gold mining town, is surrounded by gorgeous views of the high desert sunsets and sunrises and the awe-inspiring northern Nevada mountains. The town features cool restaurants, shops, and mining tours.

It is a family owned, meticulously maintained RV park. It had full hookups and was very reasonably priced! I really was impressed with this park. I would definitely stay there again!!!

We have been on a 2000 mile trip pulling our 31 foot travel trailer. We had traveled 538 miles and were exhausted and just wanted a place to pull into for the night. What a wonderful place to stay!!! It is a family owned, meticulously maintained rv park. It had full hookups and was very reasonably priced! Denise and her husband manage the park. They were so friendly and accommodating. The best hidden gem is their RV parts and supplies. They have a huge assortment of RV supplies, including mother boards, monitors, electrical, plumbing and hardware. There is also a mobile RV mechanic who will come to the park. I really was impressed with this park. I would definitely stay there again!!!
