“Beware! Managed by dysfunctional HOA!”

Managed by a dysfunctional (IMO) HOA board. Carolyn Mack, board president, apparently doesnt think it necessary to treat campers with respect nor follow FL statutes. We were there for three months We camped at Camper's Holiday Travel Park in a Travel Trailer.

We camped here as part of a rally. Campground is clean and well cared for. We used a satellite receiver, antennas worked well but their cable produced fuzzy pictures I was told. Our club enjoys We camped at Camper's Holiday Travel Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very pretty park with lots of nicely trimmed, tall trees, good paved interior roads and is well maintained. It’s about 10 miles off of I-75 so not necessarily great if you’re looking for an We camped at Camper's Holiday Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Do not buy at travel camp

Do not buy at travel camp. We bought at the pinellas park fl one and it was the worst place. Took them 2 months to pay off our trade in even though they sold it right away so left us paying insurance and payments on a camper we didn’t have for months. It was a daily fight to get it paid too. They lied about everything on our new one.

A dealership worth going to

We drove 143 miles one way to this dealership and it was worth every mile. We purchased a used Thor Axis from another dealership and because they did not sell that type of motorhome, they could not provide us with the proper user information. Because this dealership sells Thor Axis, they allowed us to set up time for one of the staff to go over all the how to information. Kamper Karl, was so patient with our questions and was so informative. We could tell that Karl cared about his work and wanted us to be able to enjoy our motorhome. We were so thankful for all the help and left confident to be able to use our motorhome successfully. Everyone was so nice, a business operated like this is hard to find and because of our experience, we will trust them with any of our future needs.

OMG don't go to Brooksville Florida ,Scott will flat out lie to you and destroy your credit he will go thru credit unions and tell you your approved only for you to get your hopes up then say something like "Oh I'm sorry that RV was stolen a year ago". But rest assured I'm gonna call there GM and tell him a about it,what a joke save yourself the anger they will bring you and go somewhere else. The voice on the phone says ,helping family's make memories, what a joke unless of course your rich and can afford a brand new motor home

A positive tale of two stores

My wife and I recently bought a 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie, model 1808fbs, from Travelcamp. The transaction was a little complicated as we bought the unit through the Jacksonville store but actually picked up the camper from the Rock Hill store. Steven and Ben, from the Jacksonville store were very helpful throughout the entire process. This was our first RV purchase and I didn't clearly understand all the ancillary purchase charges. Ben was great in explaining them and making the agreed upon price happen. They worked well with the guys in the Rock Hill store to have the camper almost ready when I arrived to pick it up after a five hour drive. Everyone at Travelcamp was very helpful in getting the deal done and helping me with getting the electric brake connection on my truck working with the new trailer. Everyone, including Todd, the general manager jumped in to help with getting my truck set up. I'm very pleased with the level of customer service and attention that I was given and would highly recommend these guys to work with when buying a camper...great experience!!! Thanks Todd, Larry, Carl, Steven, and Ben for all your help!

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their only saving grace is a couple of the employees in Griffin. They sold my RV over a month ago, title and buyer's monies have been received. Yet they have ghosted us and will not issue our payment for the sale of our RV. I would highly recommend NOT using them.

Dishonest people

Dishonest people. They tried to make me pay $23,000 for a camper that was advertised at $11,997–after I spoke with them about this and re-negotiated the deal, they then submitted the wrong loan paperwork to the lender. They also owe me a refund check that they told me over 3 weeks ago was going to be “mailed tomorrow/sitting on the printer/in the back office” or whatever other excuse they could make. I need to start writing down the “excuse of the day…” as it’s almost comical. Today, me: “I was told on Friday by Joe Dolgach, the manager, that the check would be in the back office on Monday.” Salesperson: “We don’t have a back office.” 😂😳 The manger will not call me back, corporate HQ will not call me back. The salesman and the finance guy are fine and a pleasure to work with, but otherwise this has been the most unpleasant consumer experience of my life.

Deplorable service, Poor repair

Deplorable service. Travelcamp Brooksville did a terrible job in repairing the RV. First, it took 1 year. Communication with the insurance and the customer was awful. During the year, service managers were changed twice. There was some difficulty getting the metal, however, now that the main repair is completed, I have the RV home and the awful workmanship is now evident. First, the seals they placed around the slide are now coming off, the sheet metal edges are exposed. I will now have to spend several hundred dollars repairing those seals. There are large holes around the corners of the slide for rain and water to get in. The large D-seals fell off after two days. Also, the seals are not even bonded to the RV. No wonder they keep coming off. Secondly, the gutters are going uphill. I am not sure how that is supposed to get the rain off, but it is Florida, so it rains hard enough that gutters are pretty useless anyway. There is no caulking from the roof to the gutters, so not sure the amount of work I am going to have to do there. Third, the corner trim was not repaired, just caulked. The screws in all the trim are left exposed, no vinyl trim was placed. Another vinal trim appears cut. Next, no caulking over the entry door. First rain and it leaks. I cannot take it back there due to the poor work. There is no guarantee for the work, and so I am stuck to do it myself. The work is highly amateurish. I attempted to contact the general manager, only to be blown off.

WORST RV EXPERIENCE EVER

Without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer of... ANYTHING! Run, don't walk away from this place. They're going to rip you off - you just don't know how yet. We bought a very expensive 5th Wheel (a Keystone RV model) in April of 2021. THE FIRST DAY WE TOOK IT HOME, THE KITCHEN SLIDER MALFUNCTIONED. Completely tore up the kitchen floor and broke the trim on the slider. Totally ruined. Clearly, this was a warranty issue - no problem, right? We took it back to TravelCamp, where it sat with them FOR 30 DAYS - they did NOTHING. Didn't even open a ticket with the manufacturer. After much pressure on our part, they did a quickly removal of the trim in the kitchen, to allow us to take a one week trip in our new, broken RV. Happy beginning of June... We returned from the trip, and left the unit at TravelCamp for the repair. We were lied to about the status of repairs, our calls were dodged, emails ignored. Months went by... I asked the service manager on multiple occasions if they had the ability to make the repairs - she responded that they could. The only way to get updates (where were sad and depressing) was to show up at the dealership. Super disappointing. In December, they claimed to have the unit fixed. Surprise, surprise - we got there and the issues were not resolved. At that point, I asked for our money back, which they flatly refused. More ignoring calls, more problems. Finally, they offered to consign the RV for us, as we were completely frustrated at this point. Being happy just to get out from under this lemon, we agreed. Suffice to say, we took a $30,000 loss on the unit. Worst dealer ever. Crooks. Run away, run away. You'd be better off investing your money in a cardboard box than dealing with these criminals.

Great RV purchase experience at the Travel Camp Orange Park FL

THANK YOU! for the great customer service-Travel Camp Orange Park FL. From the first visit to the purchase of travel trailer, to pick up the camper and walk through for the first time. My husband and I had a great and professional service by the Travel Camp at the Orange park, FL. Salesperson-Alex had a friendly smile, conversation always made us feel comfortable, gave us the right amount of space we needed to look for the right camper. We had nearly 2 years of searching for the RV, but it was always either 'something is missing' or 'pressure from the sales person'. Well, Alex never made us feel that way. We visited over 5 different stores to look for the camper and when we finally found one, Alex and Ben- Finance manager made our purchasing experience an easy one. All the customer know that purchaing RV is a big purchase and we are no differnt from that; however, Ben, finance manager was very knowledgeable he took his time to explain everything, this is the first time we felt so comfortable to purchase, and he seems very trustworthy person. Finance part is what makes everyone nervous, but we never felt that way with Ben. Besides Ben made us feel very important as if we were the VIP's. On the day of picking up our camper, Liam at the service department took time to explain EVERYTHING about the camper. Our new camper was freshly washed, clearn, and ready to go. Liam took his time to explain how everything works and take care of. We were greatful of about his great customer service and tips about the camper. I Service dept does not always get recognized but I wanted to say, we are very greatful of Liam took time to explain and answer all the questions we have had and we were very happy to be able to drive our new camper home. Travel Camp at the Orange Park, FL gave us one of the best customer service we have ever experienced. I would recommend every one to purchase your new RV at the Travel Camp Orange Park Fl. Exceptional Cusomer service!
