Stopped before work to get gas. Went to pump 2, put my rewards info in and chose to pay with my debit card on the menu. Put my ... debit card in to the machine, it told me to remove it, I did and it went back to the main screen. I was in a hurry so I wentinside to pay. Line was 5 deep with one register open. I got to the counter and I told the guy 20$ on 2, I tried to pay at thepump but it wasn't working. He said "it's because you don't know what you are doing". I said "thank you that's a real nice thingto say to me". He continued to say he gets alot of women coming in who don't know how to pay at the pump. I took my card andwalked off. Extremely rude boy, I didn't get his name but I never forget a face. My family and I will never go into thisbusiness again. I work at the VA and will be telling everyone about this horrible experience. Read more

Really decent spot here! Food/Drink: Plenty of snacks, chips, jerky, sweets, taquitos, and fountain drinks. Dinning Area: None. Prices: Relatively inexpensive, minus the big ticket items. Parking: Plenty of space, side and back private lots. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Stock: Plenty of items, all stocked well. Clearly priced, and placed in correct areas. Atmosphere: Very lively, truck stop mostly, but lots of travelers. Staff/Attendants: Staff was Great, Lady at the front cashier was nice, and respectful. Quick process in and out. Nice experience! 8/10

Been a few years but still clean and well stocked location. Variety of ready made foods and drinks and staff is courteous. Location also has a Burger King and a Country Pride (but buffet is gone).

This place is great. Bathrooms are usually very clean and everything is well stocked. Having the convenience store with extra things you do not see often for truckers is great. Addin the Burger King and the Restaurant at the other end and it is trifecta of a great place to stop. This is not the old choke n pukes of ages gone by - this is really nice place for travellers and truckers to get quality food stuffs and items as well as fuel - really competitive pricing. Country Pride gets its own review.

The older woman at the check out desk I believe her name is Kris Has to be by far the rudest and most disrespectful cashier I've ever run into an all the years of trucking Incredibly rude I'll because I wanted the correct receipt for my purchase- try to make it look like I did something wrong because I'm asking for the correct receipt for my purchase it's unbelievable even the other workers agreed that she's rude and said I did nothing wrong if she's so miserable she should find another job she was not only being rude to me but to other drivers as well

I've been trucking for years and always stop by this TA for fuel. I would like to address the turn around with the night crew, especially the new clerk Darian. He is amazing; a young gentleman like figure. The overall service and quality received when I stop by is top notch. Keep up the good work night crew. Thank you.

I just drove across the country from Arizona and this place had - by far - the cleanest bathrooms than anywhere else that I've stopped at! Kristen and her boyfriend Carmen do a fantastic job with the whole place!

Once you cross into NJ on I-78 eastbound and you are in need of a pit stop, this is it---meaning that you will never find another one again on that stretch of road. So...keep this in mind, when you see Exit 7, that's where you get off. You will see it once you reach the end of the exit ramp. Depending on local traffic, it may take awhile until you can make a left turn. Even more confusing, next to it is a Pilot gas station and a Subway sandwich shop. It's easy to get confused and go there first. We've never eaten a meal here. We stop here to use the bathroom and to pick up some bottled water for the hotel fridge plus, if we are hungry, we'll buy a snack. The bathrooms are clean. For quite a long time, they smelled of sewage. The first time I encountered that smell, I was reluctant to go in there. In recent times, that smell isn't there. I guess they did something to correct that. For truckers, there are showers. Sometimes when you're there, you can hear announcements telling someone who reserved a shower that their shower is now ready. We've never had any problems with people who work here as they've been polite and efficient, if not overly friendly. Parking here has never been a problem. Just make sure that you don't end up entering where the truck parking is because if you do that, it isn't very easy to get out of there. We've gotten gas here a few times and never have had a long wait. For those who aren't familiar with NJ, there is no self service at gas stations so an attendant is the one who pumps your gas. Over all, it's an A-Okay place to stop. It's not as easy to get in and out of as an interstate rest stop but if you gotta go, it's your only option on I-78 eastbound in NJ. So, next trip, we'll stop in yet again.

Country Fried restaurant has terrible food and terrible service. This was our second time dining to give them a second chance as our 1st experience was also horrible with cold uncooked food. Husband and I sat down at the same time. We also ordered at the same time. However, the waitress who seemed a bit confused asked husband for his order again as she forgot to write it down and turn it in. After speaking to lead waitress Billie stated that their waitress Maybel stated that we sat down at different times that's why she didn't get both our orders in at the same time. Now I see why Big Bear are taking over most TA's and why their lobby is empty. Both lead and waitress need more training in Promptness, Politeness, Professionalism and Personalization. Not ever coming back. This place is terrible.

This is my go to gas station and pit stop when headed across PA going to NY. Don't buy gas in PA if you can avoid it and definitely fill up before NY. There prices are crazy. The travel center has a little convenience store and large bathrooms. Grab a cold drink, some snacks and the cheapest gas in the area and jump back on the road.

• ismail December 14, 2022, 7:14 am I fueled and parked in front of of the fuel line while getting a coffee, someone working there threatened me that they are towing my truck if I don’t move there right away because lady driver who may have not been fueled just clean windows complained to him it was not even 10 minutes I had to leave the coffee and love my truck I usually fuel this place twice a week, my worst experience with TA. 0 0 Reply

I check in at 7am, 2 hrs goes by still no service. I got the run around from the shop office when i return at 9am. So I when across the street to Good Year and i got great customer service there. • Dewey B. June 10, 2022, 5:14 pm Had a reserved parking spot for semi. They had coned off parking so that no one else could take the spot. Very much appreciated as I have made reservations at other truck stops only to arrive and reserved spots were all taken. The other truck stops would not even make drivers move that hadn't paid for reserved parking. Job well done to this T/A truck stop! I will definitely keep this location in mind for any future trips in this area. Business goes where it is well treated and stays there! 0 0 Reply

Unhurt but a bit shaken I didn’t know where to get help, how we were going to get home. The people at the truck service helped us immediately when we asked for their help- patched us up, did a quick assessment on the driveability of the car. Did not charge us anything, I couldn’t believe how fortunate we were to find them. 0 0 Reply

Came in for a quick shower at 5:30 am and was told by female cashier that the showers were not available until 8am because they didn't have a porter(I assume they do not have someone to clean them during the nightshift) now I have to wait until AFTER my next delivery to be able to shower somewhere else 0 0 Reply
