Better late than never ... Went here with my family a while back and did a Segway tour of buffalo. It was a beautiful day and the team was set up to provide us training until we were comfortable enough to hit the road! Unfortunately our mother wasn't quite up to the whole Segway thing so the team graciously allowed her to ride one of their bicycles! Amazing service! In addition to the in depth knowledge of the city the team partnered up with other institutions to provide discounts and savings to museums and venues. Would definitely do it again and I would highly recommend this family run business. #BuffaLove

My daughter and I just took the sedway tour today. Norman and his son are very passionate about their business. It stated at 9 and finished at 12. First they teach u how to use sedway in parking lot of buffalo historical museum at one museum drive off elmwood. After a brief training time, the tour begins. The sedways are very easy to learn and a blast to ride. Along the way, Norm and his son point out unique buffalo historical facts like pan am expo and lang-miller mansion. They also take photos and email them to you. Takes u to Delaware lake and 1.8 miles around Delaware park. Segway travel up to 7.5 mph which is plenty fast. My daughter really enjoyed it and so did I. At $100 piece plus tax this is great adventure. Highly recommended. The owner and his son are very cordial and personable. Great fun.

My wife and I had one of the best tour experiences of our lives with Buffalo Touring Company. We've always wanted to ride a Segway and Norm and Cheryl made it so approachable and easy to do, it made our tour of Buffalo incredible! They were amazingly kind and informative. We're both Buffalo natives and we discovered we had plenty to learn about our city during our three or so hours together. I'd very highly recommend this tour to anyone: young or old, local or traveling!

We started our company in 2009 running tours and charters on the Spirit of Buffalo and have continually grown and expanded offerings ever since. We are passionate about delivering impeccable customer service and exceptional experiences on the water. We love sharing our rich, local history and waterways with our guests and welcome you aboard to experience Buffalo and Western New York in a whole new way.

We have three beautiful and unique vessels: Harbor Queen, Spirit of Buffalo, and Big Kahuna. Each is equipped with restrooms for your comfort. Our vessels all have full bars on board to enhance your experience. We offer refreshing water, sodas, beer, wine and enticing mixed drinks. Bagged snacks are also available for purchase. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please note that outside beverages and food (including coolers) are not permitted onboard.

Locate convenient parking options on Lloyd Street, Hanover Street, and Prime Street in Canalside. Find lots under the Skyway along Pearl Street, Commercial Street, and Marine Drive, or utilize the LECOM Harborcenter parking ramp (parking fees may apply).

Guillaume was great at showing us how to use the Segway! This in itself is a fun experience. Then he took us into the vineyards. On a Segway you can really get a sense of the size of the vineyards... This is truly a wonderful way to experience a winery.

We did a weekend getaway to Niagara Falls and the first thing we thought of to do while in Canada was Segway! Our tour was very relaxed and very informational! The tour we did was gorgeous and will totally be back next time to tour another area!

Guillaume was extremely knowledgeable about the canal. There was no question that I asked that he couldn't answer. He was very patient with my overly excited 13-year-old... I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Niagara Falls area in Canada!

This was an incredible wine tour. We learned so much about the grapes and the vineyard. The segway's were so much fun and really easy to learn. The wine tasting was an awesome end to a great experience.

Segway tour

One Sunday we took a Segway tour around the museum district of Buffalo. We learned a great deal about the area around Delaware Park. Norm and Cheryl were great guides and showed us areas we would never see or learn about. The details about the 1901 Pan American Exposition and President McKinley were really interesting. I would recommend it. We had used Segways before but the time Norm spent training made the tour a great experience as well. Pat Haefner

You have to try this, it's great fun! Beautiful area, Norm and Cheryl made us feel very comfortable on the Segway and provided interesting facts about the Pan American games and Buffalo history. We are thinking about inviting some friends and doing the tour again this year. After a short training lesson at the Buffalo History Museum, we were on our way past Mirror Lake, Hoyt Lake, then through beautiful Delaware Park. Two thumbs up!

We met at the Buffalo History Museum for a very thorough safety training on our segways (very needed by the way) and then were guided on a 2 hour tour around Buffalo. Norm and his wife were VERY friendly, fun and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour!

Do this - it's really fun. Norm, who gives the tour, was great on the phone; explaining what to bring and wear on the tour. He especially wanted to know what we were interested in - history and architecture. We were not from Buffalo and he recommended a hotel in Amherst off the interstate that was really nice. My husband and I met the tour at the Buffalo History Museum parking lot where he and Sheryl taught us how to drive a Segway. I was hesitant at first because I didn't really think that only 2 wheels could keep me upright. The training was easy and within about 20 minutes, I became comfortable and balance was no problem. The tour took us around the 1901 Pan Am Exposition grounds which included gardens planned by Olmsted. The Segway was perfect for covering the large grounds and it was a lot of fun too. The small group, just my husband and me, made it easy to ask questions. Norm says he keeps the number of people on the tour low - about 5 or less - on purpose so everyone gets individual attention. Plus he and Sheryl can make sure everything is safe. This is a great way to absorb Buffalo history.

What a fun day! Touring around the section of the city which was the site of the Pan American Exposition in 1901 was fascinating. The guides were very knowledgeable and added a good bit of humor to their stories. The safety training for the Segways and the equipment were top notch. Most definitely do this tour!

Awesome way to see some of the sights of Buffalo and learn its history while doing so. This was our third time segwaying and had the best training and safety session of any of them. Norm and Cheryl are warm and helpful people with much knowledge of the area. Thank you for the lovely time!
