How do I add a cruise into "My Princess" account?

I have a cruise booked with Princess and was emailed a link to my cruise planner.  I am trying to book flight for my brother but wanted to check his options with EZ-Air since he is doing a 7 day and I'm doing a 14 day.  How do I add his cruise into his planner as his cruise isn't showing up in his planner?

On the Princess site, log in with the brother's ID and password.  Click on "My Account".  If a booked cruise does not show, then I would contact Princess.  I just checked mine and don't see a "missing cruise" option.  

On Princess.com, find the cruise he has booked.  You can then look at flight quotes even you're not booked or logged in.  Search for a cruise, click cruise details.  Scroll down to Flight Quotes.  You can enter all the information to get an idea what's out there.  Then you'd need to log into Cruise Personalizer to book.

I was able to book them with just the name DOB and booking number under the booked guest section..  Still not sure how to link the cruise into their newly created cruise planner?  Guess we will have to call?

*You* cannot do this...you will have to call/chat directly to get this accomplished.

If the cruise is already booked, you don't need a username/pw to access the Cruise Personalizer.

princess.com > Booked Guests > Access Cruise Personalizer

Input the booking number, name, DOB and it will take you to the Cruise Personalizer for this cruise.  If you can't access the Cruise Personalizer this way, you either have the wrong booking number OR the passenger details were incorrectly keyed on the booking and you have to call Princess/TA to get this fixed.

If your brother is new to Princess and were recently assigned a Captain's Circle number, it can take a few days to sync the Captain's Circle Number to the princess.com account with credentials.  If he has sailed with Princess before and has been able to login with credentials, make sure it's the old Captain's circle that was used on the current booked cruise.  If not, you have to call Princess and tell them to change the Captain's Circle number to the previously used one on the booking.

Thanks that's how I ended up getting into there account to book them with EZ-Air.  Being able to login to the account with a username and password would be easier so if they really care I guess they can call Princess otherwise I will tell them just to login using booking number and DOB and name.

(May 13, 2024) – Princess guests discovering the scenic east coast on a 2025 Canada & New England cruise sailing out of New York City can now immerse themselves in historic America as they tour the nation’s capital, interact with early settlers at a living history museum, visit Independence Hall in Philadelphia, and stand on the same soil as Thomas Jefferson at his Monticello estate, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This Historic America cruisetour takes guests on a seven-night, hosted land tour with overnight stays in Washington D.C., Williamsburg, Staunton, Gettysburg and Philadelphia prior to boarding a seven-day Canada/New England cruise onboard Enchanted Princess roundtrip from New York City.

What if I’m not of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older)? Guests who are under the legal drinking age on board will receive the Zero-Alcohol Package, previously called Coffee & Soda Package. This package type will be assigned prior to sailing based on age of guest. When sailing from North America, the legal drinking age on Princess Cruises is 21. However, when sailing from Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and New Zealand, the legal drinking age is 18.

Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others who are not Premier package guests, they will not be able to join you in this reserved section.

Medallion® device

For any guests with a Plus or Premier package, you may order these items delivered to your home (for U.S. guests only) for no extra shipping fees. If you do not have the package, you pay a $10 flat fee to have these delivered to your home. Or you could choose to pick them up at the departure port for no extra fees.

Please note, if you purchase your cruise within 12 days of your sail date, we will not be able to ship your complimentary Medallion device and lanyard to you because it may not be delivered in time for your cruise. Instead, it will be waiting for you at the port.

I already purchased my cruise. Can I upgrade to either Princess Plus or Princess Premier? もちろんです！You can upgrade from Princess Standard to Princess Plus for only $60 per day or to Princess Premier for $80 per day. If you already have Princess Plus on your reservation, you can upgrade to Princess Premier for the difference, either $20 or $30 per-day, based on the price of your original package. To do so, simply log in to Cruise Personalizer,  contact Princess via our Contact Center , or contact your Travel Advisor.

What's changed with packages?

The enhanced package for Princess Plus ($60 USD) includes two free casual dining meals per guest. The enhanced Princess Premier package ($80 USD) includes unlimited free casual dining meals.
