From its humble beginnings as a small adobe house in 1876 to its current position as an architectural masterpiece, The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa stands as a building with timeless beauty and old world charm. As such, the Mission Inn is not just a hotel, it’s also a living museum where they offer daily tours to acquaint visitors with its storied history. On the 75 minute tour, friendly docents and tour guides share the rich history of the Inn, including how it was built, the community surrounding the Inn in Riverside, industries in the area and the local population. It’s a great view into one of the areas most treasured buildings.

The Historic Mission Inn Corporation (the owners of the Mission Inn hotel) has rescinded its permission to the Mission Inn Foundation to conduct more than three tours a day of the Mission Inn. Unfortunately, this means we are now required to cancel many tours beginning December 4 th , and are required to remove many previously offered tour times.
