Pothole Pizzas
Sent the son in law to pick up some sale pizzas. He came back with two Pothole thin crust pizzas at full price. First time we have had these. Normally we have Orv's self rising and LotzaMozza. These were really good!! I no longer feel upset for not getting whatever was on sale!! I will be picking these up again!!

Honestly Amazing!
KwikTrip is not your typical gas station. It is more like a convenience store that happens to sell gas. They always have kind and caring employees, that also have a sense of humor. Their food is amazing and most of the time is cooked in the store. The Kwik Rewards program is also great because of its amazing rewards and benefits! Again, KwikTrip is Not your typical gas station!

Kwik Rewards
I made two visits a couple days apart and swiped Kwik Rewards card. November 4 and 6. Noticed that my account showed 0 visits. Called and all that does is put you on hold, so I used the contact form. Two weeks later no response, so I called again and hang time is too long, So I used contact form again and again no response. So customer service is null. All I want to know is how are my kwik rewards tracked.

Great Service.
I stopped to buy a few things and get gas for my car at Store #456. Could not get gas cap off. A nice young man came out and was able to open up the gas cap for me. His name is Tre. Thank you, Tre, for being so pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work!! Mrs. H.

Any Kwik trip that I’ve been in either in FDL or around the state, it’s a great place. Everyone is ALWAYS friendly, helpful. The place is always clean.

This is a gas station, liquor store, grocery and fast food all in one. I forgot, a car wash too. Usually the best fuel prices in the area. Decent food and lots of variety for reasonable prices.
Once a month or so, I find myself in Lake Geneva, WI and always happy to fill up with gas here, usually 30 cents or more less than the Chicago area. They always have specials on both hot food and grocery items, usually, something to eat for a buck like a cheeseburger, grilled cheese, or egg roll, way better than most gas station food. Milk and bread are usually a bargain as well. Kwik Trip was early in the store brand game, so you'll find a lot of quality snack foods with their own names on them for less than the big brands. Washrooms are always spotless. The company is an amazing growth story, when I first started visiting them in Lacrosse, WI, they had three stores. Now 800+ in WI, IL, IA, and MN.

The gas station itself is fine. Prices seem to be the same as anywhere else. The car wash though, is awful. Well, waiting for it anyway. I bought gas and a car wash. It was busy, so I was 7th in line I believe when I got here. It's been over 45 minutes and I'm still waiting. Though now I'm 2 away from the front. So if you're looking to age exponentially while waiting for a car wash, this place is for you.
Overall, this place is great, but I had kind of a strange experience there today. When I got up to pay, the employee kind of passive aggressively started mentioning how she loves it when people already have their Kwik Trip card and payment ready. I had my Kwik Trip cup in one hand and a burger in my other hand - I only have two hands. I would have liked to have put these items down before I got to the cashier so I could have gotten my cards out, but there was no place to do so. Plus, I have plantar fasciitis, so it's a bit hard to stand at times and I had shoulder surgery years ago, so sometimes I have a little difficulty getting my wallet out of my back pocket. Furthermore, I work two jobs, including working at a very busy drive-thru in Lake Geneva. I also hate it when people don't have their payment ready, especially when it is cold like this, so I do close the window until customers have their payment ready. I think it is a lot more annoying for customers to not have their payments ready at a drive-thru than it is when someone is paying inside at Kwik Trip. In any event, although I sympathize with the employee a bit, I think customers at my other job and perhaps management as well would have considered the comments a bit rude.
On the morning of 2/16/18 I went to Kwik Trip to get a car wash. After returning home from the carwash I noticed that the car was still dirty and after further inspection I noticed there were scratches on both the driver and passenger side of my automobile. I immediately returned to the Kwik trip location which I received the wash to report the damage. When I asked to see the Pictures that were taken by your employee she informed me that she did not know how to work the camera therefore I was unable to see them. I filed a complaint with the corporate office, they asked me to get two estimates from body shops if the damage was more than $500. One of the estimates was for $1,926.82 and the other $3,283.64. After submitting these estimates I was informed through a mailed letter that Kwik Trip found that they were not at fault and I would not be compensated. The pictures I provided to the business clearly show that the car is still dirty after going through their carwash, which clearly debunks Kwik Trips claim that the carwash was functioning properly. I stated in my complaint I was not allowed to see the pictures the Kwik Trip employee provided the claims department with. Kwik Trip claimed that no other cars were damaged is irrelevant as is the claim of watching a video. I asked: Did they inspect the machine for debris immediately following my return to the business to file my complaint? If not how can they claim the machine was clear of debris? and How a video would show damage is lost on me. Is the video inside the carwash? Outside? If so what could be seen with all that goes on in the carwash process(soap, water, brushes, etc)? I did not get a response. They also claimed that the damage is inconsistent with the movement of the carwash, which is ridiculous. The damage is clearly a result of their faulty equipment. Which has been confirmed by both repair shops and the expert repairmen I received repair estimates(per Kwik Trips request). Be careful/be aware this is not an honest business. They do not accept responsibility for their faulty machines.
I love Kwiktrip. Best of all I love there deals I go there day and night and what keeps getting me to come. Ack is there great customer service at least until recently when. I went to Kwik trip to get there freely of bananas I know this might sound dumb but I went into Kwik. Trip once before and I got a bundle of bananas for free. Yet today when I went in there a older woman Sherry gave me poor customer service I asked if My discount came off she said a pound did but I need to pay for the rest I asked what do I need to do to just get my free lb of bananas and. She pulled 2 apart and said here are your bananas this is the closest to a lb it was less then half a pound. I feel all that had to happen was she simply could of Saudi need to pick smaller. Size instead of being Rude. I told her I would not take them expecting to go some place else she and she charged me for 2 bananas and then. Took off my freebie
A wonderful Kwik Trip location. Some of my faves from the hot spot: Seasoned Potato Wedges, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Angus Beef Cheeseburger, the Breakfast Corn Dog, and the long Tator Tots. Their doughnuts are very good and reasonably priced as well. Also love their chocolate milk, sugar cookies, and some of the pre-made fresh things you can get. On their rewards card you can get coupons for free stuff occasionally too! If you like cinnamon rolls then try that as well. I usually put mine in the microwave for about 30 seconds and it makes it amazing.
Your cashier Bree was super rude to me this morning. Not only did she throw my change back at me, she seemed upset when I paid with 5 singles. I gave her my money and she, in a snobby voice said "siiingles" as if she were annoyed that's how I paid... and yes, like said, she literally flicked her wrist and tossed my change back at me.
I love our Kwik Trip in Lake geneva. I have one concern though. The landscape looks terrible. I think with a successful business it would look so much better to maintain this area. A couple of years ago it looked so nice. Thank you, Cathy

Personally my leaders changed, and I adore the new ones, they really try to listen to others input, and try to explain how things work or why theyve made a certain decision. It can be very busy amd frustrating if your understaffed, but we have some stong coworkers at our store, so were doing okay. 3.
