Kelsea Ballerini was truly amazing! She has amazing stage energy and it made a perfect night... this was a concert I will never forget. I have been listening to her music for a long time and getting to see her perform them live was an incredible experience.

This concert was absolutely amazing. She put on such a great show and really tried to interact w the crowd taking selfies and Doug lots of covers. Her music is great so fun sassy and entertaining. She was super nice and we got to meet her backstage!!!

GREAT SHOW! Loved watching Levi Hummon, he was so awesome!! And loved the surprise visit from Tori Kelly! Kelsea was absolutely stunning and she was so fun to hang out with!

Having wrapped up her immensely popular UK run of shows, Kelsea Ballerini is now heading out on a sprawling series of US and Canadian dates across the Spring and Summer.

Kelsea recently unveiled the third leg of her HEARTFIRST tour, which will take the Tennessee star across California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Arizona.

These dates will once again be supported by rising country star, Georgia Webster, who also opened all of Kelsea's UK shows.

Here, you'll find all the latest updates and show announcements for Kelsea Ballerini's 2023 Concert Tour as they are announced.

Kelsea completed the first section of her HEARTFIRST tour in 2022, and she'll kick off the second leg on March 6 in Toronto.

Once she's out on the road, Kelsea will take her arsenal of hits to Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, New Jersey, Michigan and more.

After performing her final HEARTFIRST show, Kelsea will then join up with her good friend and ‘half of my hometown’ collaborator, Kenny Chesney, for his 2023 I Go Back tour.

This will see Kelsea performing in front of Kenny's fiercely loyal ‘No Shoes Nation’ fanbase across the country, and attendees will be hoping they team up on-stage for a special rendition of their 2022 CMA-nominated single, ‘half of my hometown’.

Ticket-holders will be curious as to whether Kelsea Ballerini performs any tracks from her recent Rolling Up the Welcome Mat EP. During her recent show in London, UK, the singer-songwriter played two songs from the vulnerable project, ‘Penthouse’ and ‘Leave Me Again’.

Kelsea Ballerini will also be performing alongside country icon, Shania Twain, and Breland for Nashville's annual concert at Geodis Park. Kelsea and Shania will be expected to take the stage together for a performance of their much-loved collaboration, ‘hole in the bottle’.

Before her next slew of shows kicked off, Kelsea performed ‘Penthouse’ on Saturday Night Live on March 4.

Country Musician-Songwriter Rusty Golden, Son of Oak Ridge Boys' William Lee Golden, Dies at 65

The country star welcomed several female collaborators for the project, including Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild, a co-writer on the album’s title “Subject to Change” and the tour’s namesake, “Heartfirst.” Alysa Vanderheym is also a co-producer on the project, and wrote “Heartfirst” with Fairchild and Ballerini. She also collaborated with Carly Pearce and Kelly Clarkson on the song “You’re Drunk, Go Home.”

“It’s interesting because in the conversation of, ‘Yes, we need more women in country music,’ what does that actually look like?” Ballerini previously told Billboard . “We need more female artists and collaborators but we also need more female opportunities throughout the whole chain of events, you know? I intentionally wanted to write with more women this time. For me, when you are making a record about emotions, when you connect with a woman creatively, you’re gonna be able to tap into that in a whole different way.”

Heart postpones remainder of 2024 tour dates, including Knoxville show. Here’s why

R ock band Heart likely won’t be coming to Knoxville this Augus t as planned. The band has postponed its highly anticipated reunion tour.

“As of today, Heart’s Royal Flush Tour is postponed due to medical reasons,” the band announced July 2 in a message shared to its official social media accounts.

“Fans are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as they will be honored for the rescheduled dates. More information to be announced in the coming week,” the message continued.

Heart was scheduled to play Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center Aug. 24. Food City Center shared Heart's p o st announcing the postponement.

Helmed by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, the band kicked off a massive reunion tour in April. The “Royal Flush Tour” was the band’s first set of live shows since 2019.

Why did Heart postpone the Royal Flush Tour?

Ann Wilson announced June 2 that she underwent an operation to remove something that turned out to be cancerous. She is doing fine, she told her fans, but is electing to undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy as advised by her doctors.

"And so my doctors are instructing me to take the rest of the year away from the stage in order to fully recover," Wilson said in a statement shared on her Instagram account.

"To the ticket buyers, I really do wish we could do these gigs. Please know that I absolutely plan to be back on stage in 2025. My team is getting those details sorted & we'll let you know the plan as soon as we can. Thank you all for the support. This is merely a pause. I've much more to sing," the statement continued.

Heart is known for hit songs such as "Alone,” "Barracuda," “Crazy on You” and "Magic Man.” They have sold more than 35 million albums since debuting in the '70s and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.

The pop-rap icon turned country star announced his 2024 ‘F-1 Trillion Tour’ in late June and tickets officially became available for all dates on Monday, July 1.

That includes the chart-topping singer’s NY-based gigs at Syracuse’s  Empower FCU Amphitheater  on Saturday, Sept. 14, Saratoga Springs’  Broadview Stage  on Monday, Sept. 23, NYC’s Global Citizen Festival on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Wantagh, NY’s  Jones Beach Theater  on Sunday, Sept. 29.

At all arena, stadium and amphitheater shows, the 28-year-old has promised to deliver “a collection of country songs” featuring backing band The Fools For You in support of his forthcoming album that shares a name with the tour, due out Aug. 16.

“I love y’all so very much and I’m so excited to get out and play new music for you,” he noted in a press release.

Ahead of the release of his sixth studio album, “F-1 Trillion,” Post Malone has released a pair of country-fried singles with a few of the biggest names in honky tonk.

Speaking with the crowd at the time, she shared that they were withing ear-shot of the infamous penthouse where she used to live with ex-husband Morgan Evans. However, while the song is abut the actual Nashville penthouse, it’s also a metaphor for a relationship that’s working on the surface, but in turmoil underneath.

Kneeling on the stage, she passionately sang to the audience, I kissed someone new last night / But now I don’t know where you’re sleeping, baby / We got along real nice, until I wanted out, now I know you hate me / One day, the curtain started coming down / We changed the second we were moving out / I guess wrong can look alright / When you’re playing home in a penthouse, baby .

Backed simply by piano, she lit up the stage with the vulnerable song, sharing her emotional journey with the audience who responded in kind. They screamed the raw lyrics back to her, creating a moment between themselves and Ballerini as she poured her heart out.

Kelsea Ballerini Talks Playing Rolling Up the Welcome Mat for the First Time at CMA Fest

Speaking with CMA Fest backstage after her performance, Kelsea Ballerini spoke at the time about how much she loves the festival, the good vibes on stage, and playing her recent album there for the first time.

First, she opened up about how much she missed CMA Fest, as she was on tour with Kenny Chesney last year and couldn’t play the festival. However, she got her chance to debut her special, emotional album at CMA Fest this year for all the fans in attendance, who matched her energy throughout the performance.

“To be able to bring [Rolling Up the] Welcome Mat to the stage for the first time, and just be in it again with people who love country music the most, [CMA Fest] feels like a huge celebration,” she said.

Ballerini also called Rolling Up the Welcome Mat the “anomaly” of her career. “I feel like I wrote it differently than any other album,” she said. “I had just written my proper 13-song, through the label, A&R record [ Subject to Change ], and then I was quietly going through a very big life change. And I made this record really selfishly, like truly for myself, and didn’t worry about where the songs would fit or if they would work with X, Y, and Z. It was just creative freedom.”

Kelsea Ballerini previews new album and being on 'The Voice' during CMA Fest chat moderated by her mom

Kelsea Ballerini kicked off day-two of CMA Fest with a brunch on the rooftop of the 1 Hotel in downtown Nashville.

In addition to sharing her new Ballerini Blend Original Donut Shop coffee and donuts with the crowd, she sang a few songs, answered fan questions and spilled some details on her Nissan Stadium show tonight and her new judging gig on "The Voice" as well as the new record coming later this year.

After mingling her way to the stage high above Nashville, she sang "Half of My Hometown," "Legends" and "How Do I Do This," and "Penthouse," which she poignantly noted that the penthouse in the song about her relationship and divorce from former husband Morgan Evans was in the skyline directly behind her.

"I came up here for sound check earlier and you can see where I used to live," Ballerini told the crowd as she pointed at a shiny building over her shoulder. "You can see the penthouse behind me. This feels very full-circle and I am very happy to be here."

She also told the story behind the first song she ever wrote, which was a song written for her mom because she had forgotten it was Mother's Day. She sang the sweet song to a rousing chorus of "awwww" from the crowd.

Ballerini talks 'The Voice' gig and new album

During a Q&A session, moderated by her mom, Carla Denham, Ballerini answered fan questions ranging from what her favorite coffee drink is to her pre-show rituals. The loudest applause from the crowd, however, came when she spoke about judging on the next season of "The Voice" and shared some details about her next record, due out later this year.

Her inspiration behind the record, she said is three-fold.

"If there are three people who have inspired this record the most it would be you (her mom), it would be past version me and it would be Chase," Ballerini said. "There's a lot of hindsight, a lot of growth and reflection into womanhood and there's a lot of learning what love looks like for me now. I hate love songs. everyone knows that. It's hard for me to write a mushy, happy-go-lucky song and there's not a lot of that on this next record, ironically.

She added that the record, which she has finished recording, is about diving into the depths of what love looks like for her. She said it's been "really fun to write from that perspective."

While she didn't divulge a specific date, she did tell the crowd that the record will come out this year. As for her dream collaboration, Ballerini teased "You'll see later this year."

"Everyone is like 'Are you touring? What are you doing?' and I'm just working on the record. It's all I've been doing. I've never handled anything with so much care in my life."

When asked to describe the record with one word, Ballerini responded "grounded." Denham added from a mother's perspective "full-circle."

As for her upcoming gig on "The Voice," Ballerini said she starts shooting next month.

"I'm very excited. It's such a new thing for me. It's very outside of my comfort zone and I am really nervous, but really excited because its a whole new world and opportunity and I feel like I've learned so much over the last 10 years and I'm really excited to be able to hopefully help out. I start that next month."

Days before Nissan Stadium CMA Fest show, Ballerini lost her voice

When asked about her pre-show rituals, Ballerini admitted to tequila shots with the band in the early days, but that now she takes better care of her voice.

"This last week I lost my voice," she said. "I had to get a ton of shots and be on vocal rest the last two days. Hopefully tonight is good. I am really careful about it now. It's very much like tea with honey before shows now. It's not sexy at all."

Tonight's CMA Fest show will be her first full-band show in more than a year.

What did Ballerini do after her first hometown arena show?

In Nov. of 2023, Ballerini headlined "The Hometown Show" at the big arena in her hometown of Knoxville, Tenn. What she did before and after that show might surprise you.

"My first concert was at Thompson-Boling Arena," she said. It was Britney Spears. So the morning of my show, I walked up to the top row and watched load-in and just cried my little eyes out because I didn't want to get emotional on stage."

She added that she wanted to be present and put on a great show because it was her "first big-girl arena show" and she wanted to prove that she could do it.

"I am not kidding you guys, I was so present and so proud of myself for not crying. I walked off stage, I hugged like four people and I ran to the bathroom and vomited. I was so nervous and worked up. But it's done and it was my favorite thing ever."

Ballerini performs tonight at Nissan Stadium at 9:50 p.m.

Kelsea Ballerini Says Noah Kahan Was 'So Open and Vulnerable' on 'Toxic Masculinity'-Inspired Single 'Cowboys Cry Too'

The country star will open up about her new single and forthcoming album that's "done" in an interview with 'Today’s Country Radio' on Apple Music Country

Kelsea Ballerini is putting her heartfirst into her new music.

The country star, 30, sat down with with Kelleigh Bannen on  Today’s Country Radio  on  Apple Music Country for an episode premiering Friday June 28 to discuss the release of her new song with Noah Kahan , “Cowboys Cry Too” and her forthcoming album .

Ballerini said she believed "Cowboys Cry Too" would be "more impactful" if there was a male counterpart who could "rip open his chest and bare his soul and tell his side of that story."

The "Stick Season" singer, 27, seemed to be the perfect fit to do so.

"I'm such a fan of Noah, that whole record," she said. "He is so willing to just be so open and vulnerable."

The "Penthouse" performer continued: "And so I texted it to him and he was like, 'I love writing about this concept of men being vulnerable and not being scared to go there. And can I just have a couple weeks on the road to work on a verse?' And I was like, 'Absolutely.'"

A week before the ACMs, where the pair performed a duet of "Stick Season" together , they got into the studio together.

"I was so grateful because he didn't round any edges," Ballerini said of working with Kahan. "He was like, 'Here's my story, here's my perspective.' And I was just like chill bumps on chill bumps. I was so grateful."

The "Mountain with a View" musician also discussed her not-yet-announced new album , which she says is "done."

"As a whole thematically, it is a record from a 30-year-old woman," Ballerini said. "And I am really proud of that because I really wanted to take the sentiment that I learned through  Welcome Mat  of stop rounding the edges. The more specific, somehow the more universal."

Themes on the new project include growth and self-reflection, new love and evolving relationships with her parents at this stage her my life.

"I write about those things in the most filterless way that I could have," Ballerini said. "And I learned that from the last record."
