“I have not been on the cruise yet!”
The service I record on booking was very good but I cannot comment any further until I have bee on the cruise obviously. T booking assistant was very helpful.. I made a mistake tho because I was wanting to book th Greatest hits cruise leaving on 7.10.24, which was not a date I could actually make due to other commitment. I therefore changed th cruise fo another one next year. This was an easy process thank to th very helpful man who dealt with my booking. Well done Ambassador . I just hope the ship is good as I have sailed with several other cruislins
Sharon Phillips
“A good start, to our very first cruise booking !”
The booking process was clear and precise. My family members gave us an incite to some of what you offer, also we went with the cabins so we could be near each other. we were dealt with as separate couples, which made us feel valued and the breakdown of costs and offers were clearly outlined, as newbies to cruising. Polite and professional service given.
Trusted Customer
“Helpul Customer Service”
I accidentally booked the wrong cruise on line and gave them a ring, spoke to Jack a very helpful Customer service person who changed it very quickly to the cruise That I wanted.
Shaun Greenough
“Northern lights March 2026”
I booked on board Ambition whilst on another cruise. Unfortunately I am a solo cruiser and there are never enough cabins to go round. Even though I am booked on Deck 7 I am hoping that more single cabins will be released in the next two years!!
“Happy Sailor”
I booked online, but had to email Ambassador with a query. The response was within the promised timeframe and the enquiry resolved. No issues at all with the service I received.
Gordon Walker
“Good cruising company”
Easy and logical
“First cruise in 2023 and I've booked again.”
I sailed with them last year. It was my first cruise, and I was impressed by their service and friendly staff. So have booked again for next year
Susan Baker
“NO PROBLEM BOOKING”
I got through straight away and the young lady was efficient and polite and the booking took no time at all.
“Great so far. Looking forward to the cruise.”
Nice easy website with all the information needed. Good offer on at the moment - buy one, get one half price - which makes it somewhat more affordable than many similar cruises. Also goes from local docks, which is definitely a plus. We bought into the ‘ambassador expedition’ as an extra, which takes care of gratuities and drinks amongst other things. Worth looking at if you’re thinking of buying into one of these cruises. And if like me you’re strapped for cash, you can pay something each month until you sail. So far, so good.
“A pleasant cruise. Friendly crew. Helpful staff. Cabin very small.”
“see answer above”
She listened and understood reasons for imperative first dinner sitting. Deal breaker for us. Thank you
“Parking at tilbury”
On initial booking on the website I couldn’t add parking so I was a bit worried as sailing was from tilbury…I had to do some google searching to find out how to book parking …emailed a very helpful lady called Kerry and parking was sorted in half an hour ..so great service from Kerry ..but I was a bit worried beforehand
Tracy Bennett
“Ambassador for singlie”
Very helpful assistant. Although I have to admit that I was disappointed that 25% discount for couple (1 full price, 2nd half), there was no similar discount for single passenger. But assistant informed me that slightly cheaper to book twin cabin than single. She also helped me to find suitable cabin & table in restaurant.
“Our booking”
All very easy to book
Derek Murray
Very easy to book and going with you for a cruise, because my friends booked and said it is the best cruise ship to go on. looking forward to the cruise. Kind Regards Duncan Livingstone Mackellar
DUNCAN MACKELLAR
“Last minute booking”
I booked on line and found it very straight toward
David Russell
“Good booking experience”
Very helpful and friendly.
“Fingers crossed.”
Booking was easy on line as have been my previous booking although they were telephone reservations. My only concern is will this cruise happen as the one I booked last year (for Christmas) was cancelled 3 days before the actual sailing date and I do know that the previous year was also cancelled at the last minute. Ambassador please restore my faith in you!
Malcolm Mackie
