Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour

eras tour seattle night 2 tickets

On November 1st, 2022, a mere eleven days after releasing her tenth studio album Midnights, pop mastermind Taylor Swift dropped the dates of her Eras tour. Nothing has been the same since. Just kidding (kind of). In the last eight months, Ticketmaster broke , the Swifties tried to unionize , Tay Tay had a   fling with a   human sewer rat , and devotees started wearing diapers to her concerts. In a time when it feels like Swift's fame has reached an all-time high, it's amazing how she's been able to maintain intrigue. One way that she's been keeping fans on their toes is by performing two unique songs each night, in addition to her regular 42-song setlist. I was fortunate enough to score tickets when they first went on sale (please don't ask me to sell them to you). She's unfortunately already played my favorites "Sad Beautiful Tragic," "Would've Could've Should've," and "Haunted," but there’s still hope! As of now (peep the fan-made spreadsheet to stay updated), the age-gap anthem "Dear John" and (debatably) her gayest song "Dress" are still fair game. I want to say, don't miss what will surely be an incredible tour. But I also want to say, please don't spend $5k on a ticket .

Everything to Know About Taylor Swift’s Eras Stadium Tour

It’s finally happening!

preview for Taylor Swift’s Hidden Easter Eggs & MAJOR Fan Theories About ‘Midnights’

Seventeen picks products that we think you'll love the most. We may earn commission from the links on this page.

“I’m enchanted to announce my next tour: Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!),” Taylor wrote in her official tour announcement. “I can’t WAIT to see your gorgeous faces out there. It’s been a long time coming 🥰.”

The announcement comes after Taylor teased a potential tour during her October 24, 2022 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon . When Jimmy says she hasn’t toured in four years and that fans want her to, Taylor said “I think I should do it.” And do it, she will.

Here’s everything we know about Taylor Swift’s Eras Stadium Tour, from its setlist to how you can snag tickets and merch. Of course, we’ll keep all the updates coming as Taylor hits the road.

When and where did Taylor Swift’s tour start?

The North American leg of the Eras Stadium Tour kicked off at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on March 17, 2023. The city of Glendale fully embraced the honor of hosting her first Eras concert — in fact, Mayor Jerry P. Weiers of Glendale even declared that the city would temporarily be renamed Swift City for the duration of Taylor's performances on March 17th and 18th.

Mayor Weiers gave the official announcement at a press conference and made sure to incorporate plenty of T. Swift-themed puns, noting that all Swifties are encouraged to share their smiles “that could light up this whole town” on all social media platforms because “the best people in life are free.”

The U.S. Eras tour will end with a grand finale at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California on August 9, 2023.

Which cities is Taylor Swift playing the Eras Tour?

After kicking off the tour in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor hit a ton of different cities in the U.S., from Foxborough, Massachusetts to East Rutherford, New Jersey. She initially shared the official tour dates on November 1, 2022, but she soon added eight more dates due to high demand (!!).

But, eight more shows still wasn’t enough due to increased demand, so Taylor Nation announced that 17 (!!) additional shows were added to the Eras Tour. “She gave us 8 shows last week, honey, but we want ‘em all. Due to unprecedented demand for tickets to #TSTheErasTour , Taylor has added 17 more shows in the US!,” her official fan club wrote.

And then, because Taylor is so good to us, she added one more new show in Los Angeles in the Sofi Stadium for September 7, 2023. See all her official tour dates listed below, including her incredible lineup of supporting acts.

Does Eras have international tour dates?

Yes! In June 2023, Taylor came through on her promise of crossing the pond. After the Latin American leg of the Eras Stadium Tour, Taylor will take the show to Asia, Australia, and Europe, starting February 7, 2024. She’ll begin with four shows in Toyko, and from there, will jet-set to major cities including Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Paris, Amsterdam, and London. Check out the full list of international tour dates below.

But Taylor wasn’t done yet. Days after her initial announcement, the artist added one new show in Los Angeles and 8 news shows in the UK and Europe . Then, on July 5, she tossed 14 more European tour dates into the line-up, extending her stay in cities including Paris, Stockholm, Lisbon, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Dublin, Amsterdam, Milan, Warsaw, and Vienna. See the complete list below.

Has Taylor Swift made any special announcements during the Eras Stadium Tour?

Taylor went back to her roots for a three-night tour in her hometown of Nashville and kicked off her weekend-long stay by announcing the official release date for her third re-release, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) . (Funny enough, Speak Now was Taylor’s third studio album.) The Grammy winner later took to Instagram to celebrate the album's release.

“It fills me with such pride and joy to announce that my version of Speak Now will be out July 7 (just in time for July 9th, iykyk 😆),” she wrote. “I first made Speak Now, completely self-written, between the ages of 18 and 20. The songs that came from this time in my life were marked by their brutal honesty, unfiltered diaristic confessions and wild wistfulness. I love this album because it tells a tale of growing up, flailing, flying and crashing … and living to speak about it.”

Taylor also revealed that there will be new music released on the project as well. “With six extra songs I’ve sprung loose from the vault, I absolutely cannot wait to celebrate Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) with you on July 7th.”

How much is Taylor Swift expected to earn from the Eras Tour?

Taylor is raking in big coins courtesy of the Eras Stadium Tour. Bloomberg estimates that the Grammy winner could earn more than $10 million each night from ticket sales — but she isn’t the only one reaping the rewards of the tour.

According to the outlet, Eras could generate $5 billion (!) for local economies throughout the U.S., with an economic impact that’s reportedly greater than 50 countries. Bloomberg says a study from QuestionPro found that concertgoers spend an average of $1,327.74 on tickets, outfits and costumes, merchandise, food and drink, and travel combined.

Who are the opening acts for Taylor Swift’s Eras Stadium Tour?

Paramore (!!) has joined the tour. While announcing the 14 added European dates, Taylor shared that the pop-punk band will be her opening act. “I get to travel the world doing shows with @paramore!!,” Taylor wrote on Instagram. “@yelyahwilliams and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville and now we get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer??? I’m screaming???”

Sabrina Carpenter also recently announced that she’ll join Taylor’s Eras tour throughout Latin America. The “emails i can’t send” singer posted the official dates along with a screenshot of a 13-year-old tweet that read, “The Taylor Swift concert was amazing, had so much fun I cant wait to have a world tour someday like hers! lol with 2 sold out shows!!!!!” We’re not crying, you are. 🥹

Sabrina will be the special guest for Taylor’s Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico City performances from August 24 to November 26.

While most of Taylor’s opening acts and special guests are her friends and collaborators, there are also fresh, new artists who are getting their foot in the door with the honor of playing stadiums with Taylor Swift early in their careers. Taylor’s other supporting acts include Paramore, Haim, Pheobe Bridgers, Muna, Beabadoobee, Girl in Red, Gayle, Gracie Abrams, and Owenn.

How can I buy tickets for Taylor Swift's Eras Stadium Tour?

Following the TicketMaster debacle during the Verified Fan and Capital One pre-sales, Taylor’s team worked with the retailer to give Swifties good karma on Monday, December 12, 2022. Per NBC News , fans started receiving emails from TicketMaster that revealed they’d have a second chance at securing tickets to the Eras tour. “You were selected for this opportunity because you have been identified as a fan who received a boost during the Verified Fan presale but did not purchase tickets,” the email read. “We apologize for the difficulties you may have experienced, and have been asked by Taylor’s team to create this additional opportunity for you to purchase tickets.”

According to fans on Twitter, those who had received an official boost for the Verified Fan Pre-Sale but didn’t purchase tickets were granted an opportunity to buy a maximum of two due to high demand. Fans who received the message from TicketMaster received an individual invite to submit their purchase request before Friday, December 23, 2022. The retailer claims that invitations “will be staggered by tour dates in each city.”

For better chances of snagging a ticket, fans were instructed to register for TicketMaster’s Verified Fan program before November 9, 2022 to “ensure tickets get into the hands of fans.” The TicketMaster Verified Fan pre-sale took place on November 15, 2022, and due to unprecedented demand, tons of Swifties grew frustrated with the ticket-selling platform.

TicketMaster issued multiple statements during the chaotic Verified Fan pre-sale, which reportedly included queues of more than 20,000 people for some dates. Because of this “historically unprecedented demand,” the pre-sales scheduled for West Coast shows in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Santa Clara, and Seattle were postponed to 3 p.m. PST on November 15, 2022 instead of its original time of 10 a.m. PST. TicketMaster also rescheduled the Capital One card member pre-sale to November 16, 2022 at 2 P.M. local venue time.

The ticket retailer included notable updates in the following Tweet:

According to TicketMaster’s official Twitter account, these are the best ticket-buying practices to ensure you secure a spot during the pre-sale.

On November 17, 2022, TicketMaster announced that the general ticket sale, which was scheduled to take place on Friday, November 18, 2022, was canceled due to “extraordinarily high demands.”

“Due to extraordinarily high demands on ticketing systems and insufficient remaining ticket inventory to meet that demand, tomorrow's public on-sale for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour has been canceled,” the company wrote on Twitter. Greg Maffei, the CEO of Liberty Media, the largest shareholder in concert promotion company Live Nation and its ticket-selling platform Ticketmaster, also told CNBC that 14 million people tried to purchase tickets for the tour when pre-sale was launched on Tuesday to 1.5 million verified fans.

SeatGeek’s website also reported that the general sale was canceled on their platform for the same reasons.

According to a report by Variety , ticket prices ranged from $49 up to $449, with VIP packages starting at $199 and going up to $899. Notably, this did not include a meet-and-greet package as Taylor's official fan club, Taylor Nation, tends to scout super fans on social media and in the crowds at shows to meet the star for no additional cost.

While Taylor hasn’t done any official meet and greets for the Eras tour yet, she did keep a sweet promise she made to Arizona teen Isabella McCune. In 2018, Isabella went through a tragic accident that left her hospitalized with burns that covered more than 65 percent of her body. She was only 8 years old at the time, and she couldn't attend Taylor’s Reputation Stadium Tour because of her hospitalization.

Per ABC 15 , Taylor visited her longtime fan at the time and left a note that read, “Isabelle, I hope you feel better soon. I'm so honored you've been listening to my music. You're so awesome and I can't wait to have you at a show. Stay strong, gorgeous. Love, Taylor.”

Now, 13-year-old Isabella had the chance to attend the opening night of Taylor’s Eras tour in Glendale, Arizona. “Not only the fact that I'm able to go and I got these tickets gifted to me, they're from Taylor Swift and her team and they remembered me and thought of me to give me these tickets,” Isabella told the local news affiliate, adding that Taylor's "music helped [her] a lot while I was in the hospital."

Has Taylor Swift addressed the TicketMaster debacle?

The singer-songwriter originally took to her Instagram Stories on November 18, 2022, to air her frustrations and share her disappointment in the ticket-buying process.

“It goes without saying that I'm extremely protective of my fans. We've been doing this for decades together and over the years, I've brought so many elements of my career in house,” Taylor began. “I've done this SPECIFICALLY to improve the quality of my fans' experience by doing it myself with my team who care as much about my fans as I do. It's really difficult for me to trust an outside entity with these relationships and loyalties, and excruciating for met to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse.”

“It's truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them,” she added.

Taylor ended the message in sharing her hopes that there will be future opportunities for her and her fans to be together and “sing these songs.” See Taylor’s full message below.

Are there any photos from the Eras Stadium Tour?

Drop everything now — pics from the opening night of Taylor’s tour in Glendale, Arizona, are her, and she’s proven that she can still make the whole place shimmer. The singer donned custom outfits from Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Oscar de la Renta, and Albert Ferretti throughout her set, and they all captured the essence of each era, from the fringe of Fearless to the ultra-sparkly co-ord sets of 1989 . What is taylor swift’s eras stadium tour setlist.

Taylor’s set is a little longer than her past tours because of all her iconic eras. With 10 (!!) studio albums — four of which haven’t been properly supported on tour — there is a ton of new material for Taylor to explore on stage. On opening night in Glendale, Arizona, the Grammy winner performed 44 songs, which rounded out to about three hours.

Find the full setlist for the tour's opening night below.

“Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince” “Cruel Summer” “The Man” “You Need to Calm Down” “Lover” “The Archer” “Fearless “You Belong With Me” “Love Story” “Tis the Damn Season” “Willow” “Marjorie” “Champagne Problems” “Tolerate It” “…Ready for It?” “Delicate” “Don’t Blame Me” “Look What You Made Me Do” “Enchanted” “22” “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” “I Knew You Were Trouble” “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” “Invisible String” “Betty” “The Last Great American Dynasty” “August”/ “Illicit Affairs” “My Tears Ricochet” “Cardigan” “Style” “Blank Space” “Shake It Off” “Wildest Dreams” “Bad Blood” Surprise song — subject to change Surprise song — subject to change “Lavender Haze” “Anti-Hero” “Midnight Rain” “Vigilante Sh-t” “Bejeweled” “Mastermind” “Karma”

During her Arlington, Texas show on March 31, Taylor swapped out “Invisible String” — which fans believe is about her former boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn — for a bittersweet breakup track off Folklore , “The 1.” The setlist switch-up came amid Tay’s breakup with the Conversations With Friends actor.

The opening track off her Grammy-winning album, Folklore , includes the following lyrics:

“But we were something, don't you think so? / Roaring 20s, tossing pennies in the pool / And if my wishes came true / It would've been you / In my defense, I have none / For never leaving well enough alone / But it would've been fun / If you would've been the one.” Due to the nature of the lyrics, fans believe the song switch may have hinted at the couple’s split.

What are the surprise songs for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour?

On the first night of the tour, Taylor revealed that she’ll perform not one, but two surprise songs during the acoustic portion of the show.

“The plan, the goal, would be to play different songs every single night and never repeat one. Right? So that when you heard one on this tour, you would know it's the only time that I was going to play it in the acoustic set, unless — caveat — unless I mess it up so badly that I have to do it over again in some other city. Send your best wishes towards me that I don't do that,” the singer said, per Billboard .

8 Best Moments From Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Seattle: HAIM’s First Shows, New Surprise Songs & More

Billboard was on site for Swift's two-day run at Lumen Field.

It was quite the summer bash this past weekend in Seattle. Steps from the iconic Space Needle, foodies from all over the Pacific Northwest gathered for the city’s three-day “premier food festival.” Less than a couple miles west, Sofi Tukker, Denzel Curry, Louis the Child, PinkPantheress and dozens more musical acts performed all weekend at the annual Capitol Hill Block Party. Heading south toward the SoDo neighborhood, the Seattle Mariners completed a three-game series against the Toronto Blue Jays at their home base of T-Mobile Park.

And, of course, just across the street, Taylor Swift finally brought her Eras Tour to Lumen Field — the climax to the officially declared Taylor Swift Week in King County.

Despite tens of thousands of people moving in and out of Washington state for a variety of different reasons, the Swiftie Energy was strong and felt everywhere. I-5 and I-90 were bumper to bumper as several cars and trucks with license plates from Idaho, Oregon and British Columbia were covered in lyrics and puns. “Shaking it off to the Eras Tour,” read one SUV headed from eastern Washington.

Sidewalks and iconic landmarks like Pike Place Market and Gas Works Park were extra Swiftie-coded too. No matter where you looked, chances were high you’d spot pedestrians in merch, cowboy boots, 13s or sequins — all telltale signs of an Eras Tour ticket-holder. Even the Space Needle was dressed to impress — hanging from the skyscraper’s entrance were giant friendship bracelets of its own that read “In My Seattle Era” and “#SwiftNeedle.”

For two sold-out nights, Taylor — alongside openers Gracie Abrams and HAIM — undoubtedly matched the crowd’s energy and then some. Billboard was on site at both sold-out shows, and we’ve rounded up the best moments from her big return to the PNW below.

HAIM Enters Their Eras Era

A rotation of several musical acts from Phoebe Bridgers to Paramore have opened for Taylor since the tour began in March, but the July 22 show marked the first time HAIM stepped on the Eras stage. The superstar’s “favorite band” and “besties” played a 30-minute set of songs that included “Want You Back” and Swift’s personal favorite (which she later was featured on a remix of) “Gasoline.” During the Sunday show, the sister trio added a fun little addition just for Swifties — a live remix of their viral TikTok jingle “I’m Gonna Be Hungover” — created during the “Bejeweled” music video shoot.

The big surprise of the night, however, came when Swift entered her evermore era. Prior to Seattle, every night of the tour thus far has opened the era with “‘Tis the Damn Season.” For HAIM’s first shows, there was a switch-up: The track was replaced by the album’s collaboration with the California sister trio, “No Body, No Crime.” Este, Danielle and Alana all got their own opportunities to showcase their vocals as soloists — a departure from the studio recording, which they only sang background vocals on — and the crowd went wild.

Seattle's Big Reputation

During a speech ahead of performing “Lover” on Saturday, Taylor revealed she found a diary entry from her 2018 Reputation Tour that simply read, “Seattle, Washington is the best crowd I have ever played for.” Talk about living up to a big reputation! On night 2, she confirmed that the 2023 audience did just that: “There are performances tonight in the crowd that are Tony Award-winning performances,” she said mid-show.

Fun fact: Home to the Seattle Seahawks, the stadium is known for a loud audience — in fact, in 2013, it won the Guinness World Record for loudest crowd roar after a victory over the San Francisco 49ers sent noise levels to 136.6 decibels (noise above 70 dB over a prolonged period of time may start to damage your hearing, according to the CDC).

'Red' and Debut Stans Win Surprise Song Sets

Taylor took us back to her pre-pop roots for three of the four songs she played during the surprise acoustic set over the two-show run. On Saturday, she played a solo rendition of her Red album’s Ed Sheeran collab, “Everything Has Changed” — but first confirmed that no special guest would be joining her for the performance. “There’s not a special guest,” she said bluntly, confused by the crowd’s roar. “Oh, are you clapping for me? That’s so nice,” she giggled.

On Sunday, she picked up her guitar for the live debut of Red vault track “Message in a Bottle” before moving to piano for “Tied Together With a Smile” — a deep cut from her 2006 self-titled debut album. While some audience members sat down for the performance of the little-known track, her longtime fans stood tall screaming every lyric through muffled sobs.

The surprise songs were quite the curveball for Seattle Swifties. Fans online speculated she would do at least one song from folklore ahead of the album’s third anniversary on July 23. Another theory posed that Hayley Williams would join for the live debut of “Castles Crumbling” — the Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) vault track the singer was featured on — because her band, Paramore, was scheduled for a show in Seattle the following day (though this show was later canceled due to illness in the band’s touring party).

A 'Reputation' Revenge Track Gets Its Live Acoustic Debut

Another surprise song Taylor pulled from her 17-year catalog over the weekend was “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things,” a track from reputation rumored to be about *that* 2016 Kanye West and Kim Kardashian phone call, revealing the performance marked the first time she’d ever played the song acoustic before.

During the bridge, she took a pause for a full maniacal cackle (which, yes, is also featured on the original recording, but this one was considerably longer — about 20 seconds total). The audience joined along joyfully with laughs, screeches and “aws” before the singer-songwriter strummed back into the final rendition of the song’s earworm hook.

Friendship Bracelets Galore

One major fan-created element of the Eras Tour is trading friendship bracelets , and Seattle undoubtedly arrived beaded and ready. The trend is inspired by a lyric in “You’re On Your Own, Kid” in which Taylor sings, “Make the friendship bracelets/ Take the moment and taste it.”

Thousands of concertgoers donned bracelets from their wrists to their elbows. Some even made dozens more, filling stadium-approved clear bags with colorful beads that read different album and song titles, lyrics, inside jokes, some expletives aimed toward former exes and more. Experienced Swifties were gifting the homemade jewels to little ones (many of whom were experiencing their first concert ever) all connecting over their shared adoration of the superstar singer-songwriter.

The concert even caused a bead shortage in the area — earlier in the week, The Seattle Times reported that one local bead store , Beadworld in Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood, “had to scramble to reorder merchandise to meet spiking demand.”

A Bejeweled Birthday

What better way to spend your birthday than onstage with Miss Swift herself? Kam Saunders, one of Taylor’s 15 Eras Tour backup dancers, did just that during the July 23 show. Taylor even gave him his own little moment in the spotlight as he broke out into a solo dance during “Bejeweled” before wishing him a quick “happy birthday” in between lyrics. She also gave him what looked like the warmest onstage hug ever — sing-smiling a couple of bars through a big embrace.

The Lore Behind 'Folklore'

One song into her folklore set, Taylor took a brief pause from singing for a little chat about the making of her first pandemic-era album. She revealed she started on the album just two days into the COVID-19 lockdown.

“I imagined this life where I wasn’t a lonely millennial woman, covered in cat hair, drowning in white wine, somehow managing to watch 750 hours of television a day,” she joked at the Saturday night show. “Instead, in my imaginary, folklorian fantasy, I was somehow a Victorian woman and a pioneer woman at the same time.” She went on to describe the cabin she pictured herself living in (which was also onstage, a replica of the one she performed in at the 2021 Grammys) being “in the middle of the woods, somewhere in Washington state probably.”

A Movie Star and Music Legend

Dozens of celebrity guests have already visited Eras Tour stops around the country, and her Seattle weekend shows saw a new slew of famous faces. On night 1, Pearl Jam lead vocalist and Seattle music icon Eddie Vedder was spotted, as well as Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds , each enjoying the show from the VIP tent with their families.

Fresh off opening weekend of the Barbie movie, (just Ken) Simu Liu was in attendance and all smiles on night 2. “i was absolutely BLOWN away by the eras tour, by taylor and by all of the amazing and kind swifties that stopped by the tent to say hello and give a bracelet,” the Canadian actor tweeted after the show.

Taylor Swift Taps Paramore for European Eras Tour Run

Taylor Swift knows we need more — so she’s giving us just that. The singer has added 14 more shows to the European/U.K. leg of her Eras Tour , and announced that Paramore will provide support throughout the trek.

“Really can’t contain my excitement because… we’re adding 14 new shows to The Eras Tour,” Swift wrote on Twitter Wednesday, July 5. “And I get to travel the world doing shows with @paramore !! Hayley and I have been friends since we were teens in Nashville and now we get to frolic around the UK/Europe next summer??? I’m screaming???”

Last month, Swift added dozens of shows to her Taylor Swift: The Eras stadium tour — bringing the total count of shows to a whooping 104 nights . She also extended her run at Los Angeles’ So-Fi Stadium with a sixth show scheduled for Aug. 7.

The new addition comes after the singer announced shows in Japan, Australia, Singapore, and Europe earlier this week. (See below for the full tour dates.)

“EXCUSE ME HI I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY 🙋‍♀️,” she wrote on Instagram. “I can’t wait to see so many of you on The Eras Tour next year at these new international dates!”

She also added more dates to her already-announced Latin America tour. After wrapping her U.S. dates in Los Angeles on Aug. 9, Swift will head to Mexico City for four straight shows at Foro Sol starting Aug. 24. She’ll then stop in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and both Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in Brazil in November.

Editor’s picks

Every awful thing trump has promised to do in a second term, the 250 greatest guitarists of all time, the 500 greatest albums of all time, the 50 worst decisions in movie history.

Joining the artist on her Latin America run and shows in Singapore and Australia will be “sweet angel princess” Sabrina Carpenter.

Swift first announced the tour last October after she completely took over the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 with Midnights . The added dates, which follow the addition of eight new shows last week, were slotted in “due to unprecedented demand,” according to the singer’s camp.

“Good Morning America, it’s Taylor,” Swift said during the announcement. “I wanted to tell you something that I’ve been so excited about for a really long time and I’ve been planning for ages, and I finally get to tell you I’m going back on tour. The tour is called the ‘Eras’ tour, and it’s a journey through all of my musical eras of my career.”

The tour began on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona and extends through Aug. 9, where the singer will wrap with a fifth night at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Swift still has stops left in Detroit, Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Seattle, and Santa Clara.

Taylor Swift Releases Dreamy 'Fortnight' BLOND:ISH Remix

Beck will conclude orchestral tour with headlining show at carnegie hall, victoria monét drops out of governors ball, other fests due to 'ongoing health issues'.

Across the tour, Swift is being supported in select cities by a combination of special guests including Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, and OWENN.

The Eras tour follows the cancelation of her planned 2020 Lover Fest tour, which was originally going to see her make stadium stops in Los Angeles, Boston, and New York, along with Brazil, Denmark, Norway, and Poland. “This is an unprecedented pandemic that has changed everyone’s plans and no one knows what the touring landscape is going to look like in the near future,” she wrote in 2021.

Swift last went the road in 2018 for her massive Reputation Stadium Tour , which saw Swift accompanied by the likes of Charli XCX and Camila Cabello across the United States, the United Kingdom, along with Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. The tour was the highest-grossing music tour by a female artist that year.

Since her last tour, Swift has released four albums and two re-releases: Lover , Folklore , Evermore , Midnights , and Taylor’s Version editions of Fearless and Red with additional songs. In total, she’s dropped 90 tracks of new material, not including collaborations with the likes of Haim and Big Red Machine.

Fans have long wondered what music she’ll be performing on the road, with some theorizing that she’d host a residency in Las Vegas or a music festival where she’d perform different “eras” on different nights.

Along with packing her setlist with songs from Reputation in 2018, she surprised each city with an acoustic rendition of fan favorites like “Red,” “Holy Ground,” and “Wildest Dreams.” At select shows, she also brought out special guests. Shawn Mendes, Selena Gomez, Hayley Kiyoko, and Maren Morris were among the artists to be brought out by Swift.

The stadium tour was accompanied by a concert film released on New Year’s Eve that year.

She previously took her 1989 album on the road for 85 dates, where she was accompanied by the likes of Mendes, James Bay, Vance Joy, and Haim. Before then was The Red Tour in 2013 and 2014, and her Speak Now World Tour from 2011 to 2012.

Taylor SwiftTaylor Swift 'The Eras Tour' concert, State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona, USA - 17 Mar 2023

  • Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is on a hiatus until November after five months on the road.
  • The tour’s setlist features 44 songs, with two of those songs being rotated out for surprises each night.
  • Taylor continued the U.S. leg of the tour until the beginning of August, and will embark on a Latin American leg at the end of 2023.
  • In 2024, the Eras Tour will go International with months of dates overseas, as well as come back to North America for stops in USA and Canada!

It never ends — and honestly, it never should! The Eras Tour , featuring  Taylor Swift , began in Glendale, Arizona on March 17, 2023 and has continued with two or three shows nearly every week since! The tour’s first leg ended with four shows in Mexico City, Mexico on the last weekend of August 2023. Next up, Taylor will be continue with Latin America dates in November. In June 2023, she announced these tour dates, and by the end of the month, she confirmed more international shows in 2024.

But then, the dates just kept on coming! Days before wrapping up her USA portion of the tour in early August, Taylor announced she would be BACK stateside at the end of 2024, this time getting Canada into the mix as well! “Turns out it’s NOT the end of an era,” she teased on Instagram. “Miami, New Orleans, Indy and Toronto: The Eras Tour is coming to you in 2024 with Gracie Abrams !”

Taylor spent months putting together this show for her fans. It is the singer’s first time touring since 2018, and expectations going into the tour were high. Since Taylor’s last tour, she’s released four new albums, as well as two re-recorded versions of old albums (with a third coming on July 7). Speculation about which tracks would actually make the show’s setlist had been rampant amongst fans since Taylor announced the tour in November 2022.

On opening night, Taylor proved that she would be taking the crowd throughout her entire catalog of music on this tour. She started out with the Lover era, and continued on from there, playing 44 songs in total throughout the evening. As the weeks and number of shows went on, fans found out that there would also be two songs that changed in the setlist each night. Taylor confirmed that these tracks would be different each night of the tour, unless she messed one of them up and had to perform it again at a later date. Find out everything we know about the setlist and tour below:

Taylor Swift Eras Tour Setlist

Taylor did her best to keep everything about this show under wraps until night one, but fans outside the stadium have got to hear SOME of the songs that she she would be playing beforehand. However, nothing prepared anyone for what Taylor brought out on night one. In addition to playings songs from throughout her career, Taylor also changes into a number of different outfits that represent each era throughout the show. Full setlist below:

  • “Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince”
  • “Cruel Summer”

Although the show was specifically curated, there were some setlist changes even beyond the two secret songs throughout each show. ***During the third weekend of the tour on March 31, Taylor took “Invisible String” off the setlist from the Folklore era. She replaced the song with “The 1” from the same album.***

“Let one thing be said about the Eras Tour, You think you can just go online, you think you can just scroll and know the setlist?” Taylor told the crowd.” You think you can come prepared with your little flashcards in your pockets? ‘I know what’s next. I know what she wears next. I know what she sings next.’ Let it be said about the Eras tour — we’re tricksy! That’s what we are. We enjoy a good, healthy setlist hijinks.” **For the final three weekends of U.S. shows, Taylor took “Tis The Damn Season” off the setlist and replaced it with “No Body, No Crime (feat. HAIM),” who was the opening act for the tour during that run and joined her onstage to perform it.

The 33-year-old had hundreds of songs and ten albums to choose from when it came to curating this setlist. Since her last tour, she released the albums Lover, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights , as well as re-records of Fearless and Red . The re-records feature several new songs themselves, with additional tracks added that didn’t make the album cuts the first time around. One of those songs is the fan-favorite “All Too Well (10 Minute Version),” which won a Grammy award and various other accolades, and made it on to the setlist in its entirety.

Eras Tour Secret Songs

Fans who preordered Taylor’s album Midnights in the store were given a “special presale code access for forthcoming and yet-to-be-announced UK show dates.” Subsequent legs of the tour have not been confirmed.

Taylor Swift Ticketmaster Controversy

When tickets for the Eras Tour went on sale, there was an unprecedented demand. Before the on-sale date, fans were able to sign up for a “verified fan” code, which was Ticketmaster’s attempt at eliminating bots from purchasing tickets. A lottery-style drawing was done, giving only a select number of fans pre-sale codes to purchase tickets.

Despite hundreds of thousands of fans not receiving codes and being put on a “waitlist,” Ticketmaster still crashed when hoards of Swifties flocked to the site on the Nov. 15 pre-sale date. Millions of people attempted to log into the sale at the same time, causing the site to crash. The chairman of Live Nation later revealed that 14 million fans were attempting to sign on at once, despite Ticketmaster only expecting 1.5 million based on the codes that had been given out.

Ticketmaster was forced to cancel the regular on-sale for the concert, due to lack of tickets remaining. Thousands of fans were not able to get tickets to the tour, leading to outrage and backlash against Ticketmaster. On Nov. 18, Taylor took to her Instagram Story to address the situation . She specifically called out Ticketmaster for not being able to handle the demand of the situation, despite assuring her that it would be covered.

“It goes without saying that I’m extremely protective of my fans,” Taylor wrote. “We’ve been doing this for decades together and over the years, I’ve brought so many elements of my career in house. I’ve done this SPECIFICALLY to improve the quality of my fans’ experience by doing it myself with my team who care as much about my fans as I do. It’s really difficult for me to trust an outside entity with these relationships and loyalties, and excruciating for me to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse. There are a multitude of reasons why people had such a hard time trying to get tickets and I’m trying to figure out how this situation can be improved moving forward. I’m not going to make excuses for anyone because we asked them, multiple times, if they could handle this kind of demand and we were assured they could. It’s truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them. And to those who didn’t get tickets, all I can say is that my hope is to provide more opportunities for us all to get together and sing these songs. Thank you for wanting to be there. You have no idea how much that means.”

taylor swift

That same day, Ticketmaster apologized for the fiasco in a statement on its website. The company apologized specifically to Taylor and her fans, while also attempting to explain how things got so out of control. Ticketmaster included statistics to show just how many people were coming to the site to purchase tickets, and explained how this astronomical number was different than what they’ve experienced in the past. “Historically, around 40% of [verified] fans [with presale codes] actually show up and most purchase an average of 3 tickets,” the post explained. “Around 1.5 million [of 3.5 million who signed up] people were sent codes to join the on-sale for all 52 dates.”

The post continued, “This time, the staggering number of bot attacks, as well as fans who didn’t have codes, drove unprecedented traffic on our site, resulting in 3.5 BILLION total system requests.” The company also assured fans that they were “always working to improve the ticket buying experience.”

In Jan. 2023, Ticketmaster/Live Nation faced a Senate hearing about whether or not its monopoly on the ticket-buying industry is what led to this controversy. During the hearing, the CEO of Live Nation once again apologized to Taylor and her fans. “We need to do better and will do better,” he insisted, per  Associated Press . The Ticketmaster higher-ups were grilled by the Senate during the hearing, and many Senators even pulled out Taylor Swift song lyrics to make their points. It remains to be seen whether or not this hearing will have any effect on the company in the future.

Her tour is on track to earn the artist $4.1 billion, the most ever for a solo artist in history for a single tour, according to The Economic Times .

She broke local records as well, with 72,171 Seattle Swifties piling into Lumen Field over the summer to witness her tour, the most ever in the venue’s history for a concert at the time of the concert.

Additionally, Swift’s theatrical version of her concert has also shattered records. Swift’s concert film earned $92.8 million domestically during opening weekend, the second-biggest for any October release in history, and the most ever for a concert film. “ Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour ” is currently the 16th highest-grossing film domestically in 2023.

eras tour songs switch costumes

On the Eras Tour , Taylor Swift at one point plays a piano that appears to be covered in moss. But there are certain aspects of the show that are guaranteed not to gather that substance, judging from the second night of the tour, which, like the first, took place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

One of those is the costuming, with the pop superstar trying out some different dresses (or, in the case of “The Man,” black or grey suit -dresses) in different parts of the concert Saturday than she had at Friday night’s tour opener.

Popular on Variety

One thing that didn’t change Saturday: the lateness of the hour. Although the Friday night closing time of 11:12 seemed like the show might have accidentally drifted past an 11 p.m. curfew that many venues enforce, the show actually went even a few minutes longer than that on Saturday. And a leaked crew sheet showed that the weekend concerts were indeed deliberately budgeted to go until 11:15, making for a running time calculated to be right around 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Although the show has many costume changes, Swift is only very briefly offstage during those roughly 195 minutes. Some of the changes even involve taking something off or putting something on while not leaving the stage, whether that’s in front of everyone’s eyes or, in one clever staging moment, behind a confluence of umbrellas that fit together to form a dressing-room shield. The fact that Swift is on stage for all but two or three minutes of the epic running time means that she’s more than matching the stamina of her fans, who have their own somewhat lesser endurance test — since there’s hardly a person in the building who’s going to sit down at any point in her set (and most also stand for her two opening acts, which this weekend were Paramore and Gayle).

Check out some of the overlapping or completely different looks Swift rocked at her second show, which largely involved different colors or textures or — in the case of “22” — a T-shirt with different lettering. (On Saturday, the shirt read “Who’s Taylor Swift anyway? Ew” instead of Friday’s “A lot going on at the moment.”) The only look that’s almost certain to remain identical from night to night — even if more than one of the pieces might have been manufactured — is her striking outfit for the “Reputation” segment of the show, in which one leg is laid bare and the other is black while her torso is all red-and-sequined snakes. That is something you don’t just sub out for the sake of doing the laundry.

Taylor Swift adds second Seattle show in her 2023 ‘The Eras Tour’

Worry no more, Swifties! Your chances of scoring tickets to Taylor Swift’s upcoming tour just went up.

Swift on Friday announced eight added shows to her “The Eras Tour,” including a Seattle show on July 23, one day after her already scheduled stop at Lumen Field. The second show will also be at Lumen Field.

Fans can register for a chance at early ticket access on Ticketmaster , which would allow them to buy tickets on Nov. 15 before the general public does on Nov. 18.

But since Swift announced the tour on Tuesday , many fans have said on Twitter they were met with long waits and no success.

Both of Swift’s Seattle shows will include special guests HAIM and Gracie Abrams.

Swift said on Twitter the tour will be “a journey through the musical eras of my career.” Special guests at other tour stops include Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, GAYLE and OWENN.

Shows have also been added to Swift’s other West Coast stops, in Santa Clara, California, and Los Angeles. Shows are scheduled in Santa Clara on July 28 and 29 and in Los Angeles on Aug. 3, 4 and 5.

Swift last performed in Seattle in 2018 at CenturyLink Field, now Lumen, as part of her Reputation Stadium Tour .

Taylor Swift is about to go back on tour: Here's what to expect on the Eras Tour in Paris

eras tour seattle night 2 tickets

After a two-month break, Taylor Swift is revitalizing her titanic Eras Tour in Paris, and fans believe there are changes coming to the show.

If you are wondering where she's playing, if there will be changes and how to score tickets, here's everything we know.

And if you're new to the Eras Tour party, you can get caught up on the first 83 shows here .

When does the Eras Tour start again?

Swift kicks off the European leg of her tour on Thursday, May 9, in Paris. She will perform Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, as well, in the City of Light.

Need a break? Play the USA TODAY Daily Crossword Puzzle.

What are Taylor Swift's tour dates in Europe?

There are 69 shows left in the Eras Tour: 51 in Europe, nine in America and nine in Canada.

The European leg stretches from May all the way through a five-night stand at Wembley Stadium in London in mid-August.

See a complete list of international dates here .

After she wraps up in Europe, Swift will stop in Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis before wrapping up in Canada.

See the remaining U.S. dates here .

What is the Eras Tour set list?

The Eras Tour has featured a massive 45-song set list you can check out here . But speculation is swirling it won't look the same when Swift takes the stage in Paris.

Will Taylor Swift add 'The Tortured Poets Department' to her set list?

The tortured poet has been on hiatus keeping her stamina up by releasing a double album of 31 tracks. The 2-hours-and-2-minutes project broke a number of Billboard records as the superstar did zero press to promote it. Fans flocked to stores and streaming services to listen to all the songs from "Fortnight" to "The Manuscript."

Although the singer has not confirmed whether her 11th era album will be added to her Eras Tour set list, she did post a YouTube shorts video with two scenes that sent Easter egg decoders into a frenzy. In one of the shots, the singer is next to a railing where a "TTPD" logo appears to be (at 0:11). In the succeeding shot, her back-up dancers perform holding canes and wearing top hats, something they have not worn previously.

Swift's dancers and bandmates posted to their Instagram stories as they left for France last week. The singer did not appear at two media events with her boyfriend Travis Kelce: the Kentucky Derby and a Formula 1 race in Miami , Florida. Patrick Mahomes, Kelce's friend and Kansas City's quarterback, attended the car racing spectacular with his wife, Brittany.

Can I still get Eras Tour tickets?

Swift's show is completely sold out in Europe and North America. There are resale sites with tickets, but be wary of scams. The best way to avoid getting swindled is continuously checking links on Swift's website . There are some for resale on the sites verified by her camp.

Singapore was a hotbed for fans who traveled thousands of miles only to get turned away at the venue. In Tokyo and Australia, last-minute ticket drops happened a few days — without announcement — ahead of the shows.

Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis — the three U.S. cities Swift is visiting in the fall — have some of the heftiest price tags with Canada closely behind. In may be cheaper to travel to Warsaw, Poland, or Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Here's a list of cities with the cheapest resale tickets, according to travel website  Islands.com .

10. Vienna, Austria — total average cost: $1,089, safety score: 69.72

9. Cardiff, U.K. — total average cost: $1,061, safety score: 61.83

8. Lyon, France — total average cost: $1,047, safety score: 44.3

7. Lisbon, Portugal — total average cost: $1,028, safety score: 70.15

6. Munich, Germany — total average cost: $1,000, safety score: 78.88

5. Paris, France — total average cost: $971, safety score: 41.83

4. Stockholm, Sweden — total average cost: $935, safety score: 53.86

3. Hamburg, Germany — total average cost: $903, safety score: 57.51

2. Gelsenkirchen, Germany — total average cost: $749, safety score: 51.33

1. Warsaw, Poland — total average cost: $712, safety score: 72.98

Catch Taylor Swift live with tickets at Vivid Seats , shop merchandise , and stream her latest on Disney+ . Purchases you make through our links may earn us and our publishing partners a commission.

Who are the opening acts?

Paramore launched the Eras Tour in Glendale, Arizona, in March 2023, so it's fitting the American rock band is opening the tour's second year. The act will open for Swift for 51 shows across Europe . The band was dubbed the 2024 Record Store Day global ambassador and surprised fans in Nashville the weekend following the release of "The Tortured Poets Department."

When the tour comes back to North America in October , Swift's opening act will be Gracie Abrams.

Where can I watch if I don't have tickets?

The Eras Tour is one of the first tours that has been followed, globally, by thousands of fans on digital platforms. Fans dedicate part of their concert experience to livestreaming as Swift performs. A few Swifties have learned how to host their own shows over social media including Tess Bohne , known as the livestream queen. Bohne goes live for (almost) every show pulling streams from Instagram and TikTok. When a livestream goes down, she fills the time with banter.

On YouTube, user @TaylorSwiftHockeyBro also livestreams the three-hour show, and on Twitch, @folkleric , is a host fans follow.

There is also an app, Swift Alert , that notifies fans who only want to watch certain eras like the acoustic, surprise set. The app sends out push alerts if there are any major announcements.

What secret songs are left?

For the past 83 shows, Swift has played an acoustic set she customizes at each stop with a guitar and piano performance. In 2024, the Eras Tour star added mashups of her songs for each stop. Here are the songs she has yet to perform:

  • "Taylor Swift" (debut album): "Mary's Song" and "A Perfectly Good Heart"
  • "Fearless": "The Way I Loved You," "Change," "Superstar," "We Were Happy," "That's When," "Don't You" and "Bye Bye Baby"
  • "Red": "Girl At Home," "Ronan," "Forever Winter" and "Run"
  • "1989": "Sweeter Than Fiction"
  • "Reputation": "I Did Something Bad"
  • "Lover": "London Boy," "Soon You'll Get Better" and "It's Nice to Have a Friend"
  • "Folklore": "Hoax"
  • "Evermore": "Happiness" and "Closure"
  • "Midnights": "Paris" and "Glitch"
  • "The Tortured Poets Department": all 31 tracks

Will Taylor Swift perform in 2025?

There have been many rumors that Swift will continue her show in 2025, but they are only rumors. Nothing has been announced for next year, and as of now, the tour will end in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Dec. 8.

2024 NFL 'Sunday Night Football' schedule: Ranking every matchup; Lions' two prime-time games sit atop list

An entire rundown of the 2024 season's sunday night games.

eras tour seattle night 2 tickets

The 2024 NFL schedule was released last week , and that includes the full "Sunday Night Football" docket. "SNF" is always the perfect ending to a full day of football, and will again be broadcasted on NBC.

The first edition of "Sunday Night Football" this upcoming season features a playoff rematch, as Matthew Stafford returns to his old home of Ford Field to play the Detroit Lions . The Lions defeated Stafford's Los Angeles Rams , 24-23, in the wild-card round back in January, and eventually made a run all the way to the NFC Championship game. Will Stafford get his revenge this time around?

Here's a rundown of each Sunday night game for the 2024 season. Each contest is slated to kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET.

Week 1 (Sept. 8): Los Angeles Rams at Detroit Lions Week 2 (Sept. 15):   Chicago Bears at Houston Texans Week 3 (Sept. 22):  Kansas City Chiefs at Atlanta Falcons Week 4 (Sept. 29):   Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens Week 5 (Oct. 6):   Dallas Cowboys at Pittsburgh Steelers Week 6 (Oct. 13):   Cincinnati Bengals at New York Giants Week 7 (Oct. 20):   New York Jets at Pittsburgh Steelers Week 8 (Oct. 27):  Dallas Cowboys at San Francisco 49ers Week 9 (Nov. 3):  Jacksonville Jaguars at Philadelphia Eagles Week 10 (Nov. 10): Detroit Lions at Houston Texans Week 11 (Nov. 17):  Indianapolis Colts at New York Jets Week 12 (Nov. 24):  Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Rams Week 13 (Dec. 1):  San Francisco 49ers at Buffalo Bills Week 14 (Dec. 8): Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs Week 15 (Dec. 15):  Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks Week 16 (Dec. 22): Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Dallas Cowboys Week 17 (Dec. 29):   Miami Dolphins at Cleveland Browns Week 18: TBD

Now that we have our full Sunday night schedule, let's attempt to rank these matchups 17-1.

17. Cincinnati Bengals at New York Giants (Week 6)

Joe Burrow takes his talents to the "Big Apple" in Week 6, and will face Daniel Jones and the Giants. New York decided to pass on replacing Jones this offseason, instead selecting a fun target for him in Malik Nabers at No. 6 overall. We'll see if Jones can bounce back -- and if he can stay healthy.

16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Dallas Cowboys (Week 16)

The last time these two teams played was in the playoffs, when Dak Prescott ended Tom Brady's NFL career. With this matchup occurring so late in the regular season, it could be an important NFC showdown when it comes to playoff positioning.

15. Dallas Cowboys at Pittsburgh Steelers (Week 5)

An old  NFL  rivalry goes down in Week 5, with Prescott taking on  Russell Wilson . These are two of four franchises that have won at least five  Super Bowl  titles, but times have changed for the two clubs. The Cowboys maybe had an underwhelming offseason, but they are still expected to be a contender in the NFC. As for the new-look Steelers with Russ, we'll see.

Fun fact: The Steelers can tie the Cowboys for most consecutive seasons without a losing record in NFL history this year.

14. New York Jets at Pittsburgh Steelers (Week 7)

Two quarterbacks over the age of 35 will face off, as Aaron Rodgers travels to Pittsburgh to take on Wilson. Remember when these two played each other in that infamous "Fail Mary" matchup in Seattle? The 2012 season sure feels like a long time ago. The Jets have a whopping six prime-time games this year, so hopefully Rodgers can stay healthy.

13. Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks (Week 15)

Speaking of the "Fail Mary" game, these were the two teams that partook in the wild affair. The Jordan Love era got off to a nice start in 2023, but he has some lofty expectations to live up to this year. Seattle's defense should be much improved in Year 1 under Mike Macdonald, and with this game being so late in the year, it could affect the NFC playoff picture.

12. Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs (Week 14)

We get our classic Justin Herbert vs. Patrick Mahomes prime-time matchup in Week 14, but this time, it's Jim Harbaugh at the controls instead of Brandon Staley. Could that help Herbert? He's 1-5 vs. Mahomes.

11. Indianapolis Colts at New York Jets (Week 11)

The new phenom vs. the wily vet. Anthony Richardson vs. Rodgers could be a sneaky good matchup, but it's fair to question if both quarterbacks will be healthy by Week 11. Richardson was able to finish just ONE game healthy in his rookie season. Still, he has the potential to take the league by storm in 2024.

10. San Francisco 49ers at Buffalo Bills (Week 13)

The reigning NFC champs vs. an AFC contender. This will be a good late-season test for Sean McDermott's defense, which lost several important players such as Tre'Davious White and Jordan Poyer .

9. Miami Dolphins at Cleveland Browns (Week 17)

Two "good" squads looking to take the next step from borderline playoff team to legitimate contender. Also consider that this matchup goes down in Week 17, so both teams will likely be jockeying for playoff positioning.  Tua Tagovailoa  faces a tough Jim Schwartz defense, while  Deshaun Watson  looks to complete his first full season as a Brown.

8. Dallas Cowboys at San Francisco 49ers (Week 8)

This matchup will surely rack up the ratings -- like it always does. Hopefully it's not a 42-10 beatdown or anything.

7. Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Rams (Week 12)

Two legitimate NFC contenders face off in Week 12. The Eagles and Rams played last year, and actually gave us an entertaining low-scoring affair, with Philly leading L.A. 17-14 entering the fourth quarter. One of the reasons this game is interesting is that it gives Philly's new-look secondary a challenge before the postseason. The Rams offense was elite when healthy, with  Cooper Kupp ,  Puka Nacua  and  Kyren Williams  running wild.

6. Kansas City Chiefs at Atlanta Falcons (Week 3)

Mahomes travels to ATL to take on  Kirk Cousins . Remember, the reigning Super Bowl champs started a bit slow last year, and the Falcons could be a sneaky team depending on how Zac Robinson engineers this offense.

5. Chicago Bears at Houston Texans (Week 2)

The Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite vs. the reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year. Many believe the Bears could be decent immediately with Caleb Williams under center, while some believe the Texans are legitimate Super Bowl contenders with C.J. Stroud in Year 2. If we were ranking wide receiver trios entering this season, the Bears and Texans would both rank somewhere in the top five. Weapons galore.

4. Jacksonville Jaguars at Philadelphia Eagles (Week 9)

This matchup is huge for one reason: Doug Pederson makes his return to Philadelphia. Also, it will be interesting to watch Trevor Lawrence on a national stage on the road in primetime as he attempts to make the case for a big pay day.

3. Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens (Week 4)

We need more Lamar Jackson vs. Josh Allen . We didn't get them last year, while the 2022 matchup was a historic comeback for the Bills, but a game dominated by nasty weather. And then, the playoff matchup in 2021 was where Jackson got hurt after struggling. I'm glad we get this game early in the regular season.

2. Detroit Lions at Houston Texans (Week 10)

Put the Over at 55. I don't care, I'll still take it. I'm expecting plenty of points in this showdown of interconference contenders. It will be a massive test for both defenses

1. Los Angeles Rams at Detroit Lions (Week 1)

Of course this is the No. 1 Sunday night matchup -- and we get it right off the bat. Stafford starts his 2024 season where his 2023 campaign ended: At his former home. And Jared Goff gets the franchise that traded him to Detroit. Well, he's thriving.

Stafford threw for 367 yards and two touchdowns in that wild-card matchup, while Goff threw for 277 yards and one touchdown, but registered just five incompletions. I don't know abut you, but I'm ready for the season.
