Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time, and location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass. All vessels depart rain or shine. If you choose not to join us we can reschedule your reservation subject to availability. What is the cancellation policy? We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure our cancellation policy is fair and transparent for all of our customers.   If you need to cancel your reservation, we require that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time in order to receive a refund. However, please note that there is a 5% fee deducted from the total amount refunded.   If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your trip for another day within six months of your original reservation or receive a gift certificate for the full amount paid.
