Wynonna Judd is returning to Boise with her highly anticipated Back to Wy Tour . And this time, it's bigger and better than ever before! Recently, the iconic singer announced over a dozen additional tour dates scheduled for this September in response to fan enthusiasm and demand.

The Back to Wy Tour will feature Wynonna performing the timeless melodies from her acclaimed debut solo albums, Wynonna (1992) and Tell Me Why (1993), presented in a track-by-track journey from start to finish. The show will also feature an intimate acoustic set, where you'll experience a stripped-down   performance of her chart-topping hits alongside beloved classics from The Judds.

Country star Wynonna Judd announces September concert; tickets on sale Friday

Country icon Wynonna Judd has announced a Sept. 21 concert at Northern Quest Resort & Casino’s BECU Live outdoor stage. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Judd will perform her debut solo albums back to back as part of her “Back to Wy Tour.”

Presale tickets for Wynonna Fan Club members went on sale Tuesday.

Judd will perform timeless melodies from “Wynonna” (1992), such as “No One Else on Earth,” and “Tell Me Why” (1993), presented in a track-by-track journey from start to finish. The show also features an acoustic set alongside classics from her time with the Judds.

Judd earned five Grammy Awards alongside her mother Naomi Judd, and was later inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Naomi Judd died weeks before the Judds’ induction into the hall of fame.

“The fans have turned the Back To Wy Tour into something far greater than I ever imagined,” Judd said in a news release. “This tour isn’t JUST about the songs; it’s about our shared experiences, the memories we create together in each city, each venue, each moment. It’s about returning to the roots of where it all began for me as a solo artist and celebrating the nostalgic feeling of what we were doing when these 2 albums entered our lives … whether that was 1992 or 2022.”

Judd will also make stops in Woodinville, Washington; Boise; and Billings. General sale tickets can be purchased at 10 a.m. Friday at Wynonna.com .

Fans can also purchase VIP packages, which include premium tickets, a commemorative laminate and concert ticket, and a specially designed Wynonna cocktail set. For more information, visit vipnation.com .

“I can’t wait to see your smiling faces, to feel your energy, and to create new memories surrounding these songs that will last us the rest of our lives,” Judd said in the release.

Country music icon Wynonna Judd is headed out on tour.

During the “Back to Wy Tour,” she will perform her first two solo albums, “Wynonna,” and “Tell Me Why,” in their entirety.

On social media, Judd said, “The fans have turned the ‘Back To Wy Tour’ into something far greater than I ever imagined! This tour isn’t JUST about the songs; it’s about our shared experiences, the memories we create together in each city, each venue, each moment.

“It’s about returning to the roots of where it all began for me as a solo artist and celebrating the nostalgic feeling of what we were doing when these 2 albums entered our lives … whether that was 1992 or 2022.

“I can’t wait to see your smiling faces, to feel your energy, and to create new memories surrounding these songs that will last us the rest of our lives! Thank you for being the heartbeat of this tour, for allowing us a second chance to connect with you over these 2 albums, and for making every moment on stage feel like coming home ... Back To Wy.”

Fan club presales start on Tuesday, May 14. General ticket sales start at 10 a.m. Friday, May 17, on Ticketmaster.

Wynonna Judd had expanded her “Back to Wy Tour” with a new leg of dates kicking off this fall.

The tour, which began in October of last year, sees the country artist performing her first two solo albums, 1992’s Wynonna and 1993’s Tell Me Why , in full. The new run of dates begin with a show in Hutchinson, Kansas on September 6th, continuing on with dates in Tulsa, Colorado Springs, Boise, Woodinville, Idaho Falls, Los Angeles, and more. The “Back to Wy Tour” concludes on October 5th in Phoenix; check out the full list of tour dates below.

“The fans have turned the Back To Wy Tour into something far greater than I ever imagined!,” Judd wrote in a statement. “This tour isn’t JUST about the songs; it’s about our shared experiences, the memories we create together in each city, each venue, each moment. It’s about returning to the roots of where it all began for me as a solo artist and celebrating the nostalgic feeling of what we were doing when these two albums entered our lives… whether that was 1992 or 2022.”

Tickets for Wynonna Judd’s 2024 “Back to Why Tour” will first be available via a Live Nation pre-sale beginning on Wednesday, May 15th (use access code SOUNDCHECK ). Afterwards, tickets will go on-sale on Friday, May 17th via Ticketmaster .

You can also find deals and sold-out tickets at  StubHub , where orders are 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s FanProtect program. StubHub is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

Before last year’s initial “Back to Wy Tour,” Wynonna Judd embarked on a 2022 run after the  death of her mother, Naomi Judd , for a tour that was originally booked for the two of them. Throughout her “Back to Wy Tour,” however, Wynonna Judd has been treating fans to an acoustic set where she plays intimate versions of both her solo hits and beloved songs from The Judds.

Throughout both her amateur and professional careers, Caryn Kadavy has been known for her graceful, balletic style and masterful skating technique. Kadavy began skating at age 4 and was competing by 6. She qualified for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships for the first time at age 17 in 1985, training under Carlo Fassi at the Broadmoor World Arena. Shocking the skating world with her bronze medal placement, she went on to win the silver medal at the 1986 U.S. Championships and the bronze medal in 1987 and 1988. She earned gold medals in Canada, England, Yugoslavia and Russia. In 1987, she was the bronze medalist at the World Championships. She represented the U.S. at three World Championships and numerous International competitions, including the 1988 Winter Olympics. In 1989, she turned professional to great acclaim. As a professional, Kadavy won six major titles, including the U.S. Pro- AM, U.S. Ladies Professional Championships and the Canadian Professional Championships. She has toured extensively, including Brian Boitano and Katarina Witt’s Skating tours, Stars on Ice- Skate the Nation Tours and Tour of Olympic and World Figure Skating Champions. She still appears as a guest artist in televised productions worldwide.. Kadavy is also an avid sportswoman who enjoys tennis, golf, bicycling, motorcycling, downhill skiing and water skiing. She has used those talents to contribute to charitable causes, including participating in the Chris Evert Celebrity Tennis Event, where one of her doubles partners was former President George H.W. Bush as well as “One More Victory” Ara Parseghian Golf Tournament supporting Neiman Pick Type-C disease.  She has served on the board at the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Center in Cleveland, Ohio and is currently on the selection committee for the Scott Hamilton Figure Skaters College Scholarship Program that provides financial aid to skaters with their college education through the United States Figure Skating Association. Over the years, Kadavy has done considerable work as a coach and choreographer. She conducts skating seminars and choreographs throughout the country annually. For the past 27 years she has taught figure skating full time in her hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania and now in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. She also created and taught the Figure Skating Course for Penn State Behrend College as one of the physical education courses. Caryn continues her education through the Professional Skating Association and won the Sonja Henie Award through the PSA in 2007.  In 2009 she was appointed to serve on the board for the Governor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Sports for all of Pennsylvania by Governor Rendell.  In 2019, Caryn was also inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. Caryn currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota continuing her professional skating and teaching career.
