To get to our location, you can do it in three ways: By rental car, through a taxi, or when buying your program; in step 1 of the summary of your purchase, you can add and reserve the transportation service (Hotel-Location -Hotel) with additional cost.

Are programs carried out in the sea or tanks?

Our programs are conducted in a seminatural habitat that is not located at sea.

Can I use my camera during my swim with Dolphins program?

For safety and protection reasons for our Marine Mammals and visitors, we have a professional photography service at your disposal, which you can purchase in step 2 of accessories in your shopping cart.

What is your children's policy?

• Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
• Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
• Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).

Can pregnant women participate?

Our programs dolphin swim Swim Adventure and Royal Swim are not allowed for pregnant women, however our Dolphin Encounter program is a great option for women with up to 5 months of pregnancy, previously signing a waiver and accompanied by another adult.

What makes the Royal Swim different from any other dolphin swim program is the famous foot push, where two dolphins will pull you out of the water. The interactive dolphin program also includes the dorsal tow, where two dolphins will drag you through the crystal clear water while holding on to your dorsal fins. Our friendly dolphins will greet you, give you handshakes, hugs and kisses and show you all the exciting games they love to play in Punta Cana. Additional information:

Children must swim with a paying adult. At Dolphin Punta Cana groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience and will interact from a special underwater platform. Children over 4.6 feet will be able to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs paying the adult rate. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children over 3.9 feet up to 4.6 feet must be accompanied by a paying adult (1 adult per child). To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children over 3.3 feet and up to 3.9 feet must be accompanied by two paying adults (2 adults per child). Children under 3.3 feet will be considered infants and will perform the Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (vest fitting is required). Safety vests are required for all water programs. For safety reasons, cameras are not allowed in the water, professional photographs will be available for sale. There is a $25 USD admission fee per companion which includes transportation, use of the facilities and access to Pirate's Island. If you choose to transport yourself to the facilities, you must still pay the admission fee.

Recommendations:

For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months and older) cannot participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women less than 5 months pregnant can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form. It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember that you will receive a short briefing before swimming. I gifted my boyfriend this tour and went with him to watch. I was too scared to do it myself so I went as a visitor (still have to pay a ‘spectator fee’ – fair enough). The experience was brilliant for him, he loved it. They have a photographer on site and you can BUY your album at the end for an extra $80us. So overall good experience but be prepared to fork out more money on arrival if you want to remember it.

This was an awesome excursion! The place was not far from our hotel (The Majestic Colonial) and the transfer was on time for pickup. The place was very nice and well organized- we did the dolphin encounter and spent approximately an hour in the water with our dolphin- the trainer was there the whole time and we have some terrific photos taken by Luis! It was sooo worth the money! I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Punta Cana! Great for the whole family! Which btw, my 4 year old was free! And she loved it!

Excelente todo de inicio a fin, El staff muy amable nuestro Fotógrafo Guilmer, excelente, amable, reímos mucho, la pasamos muy bien con nuestro grupo, una familia de Guatemala. El instructor de delfines, Jhonsons, nota máxima, dedicado, ameno, se dio el tiempo que todos participáramos, nos explico cada detalle de los delfines, anatomía y curiosidades y por último Juan, también muy amable. Realmente estas personas hacen la diferencia en las empresas de turismo, espero puedan transmitir mis felicitaciones y que continúen haciéndolo de esta forma.
