Booked a tour for the next day on their website, but was never picked up. I waited about an hour while going back and forth with their agent on the phone. At first, they assured me the driver was on the way, but after nearly an hour they finally told me that my name never made it on their pick up roster because I had booked after 6pm. It would have been nice to know this when I first called so I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting. I suggested they disable next day booking after 6pm on their website because I was able to book with confirmation and pick up time with no problems. They offered to reschedule but I am leaving tomorrow. While they were apologetic and are giving me a refund, my disappointment is immense.

I think the first review with 2 stars mistook the Ohana Circle Island Tour for the Ohana Island Tour... My husband and I just did the Ohana Circle Island Tour and we accidentally purchased a Groupon for Ohana Island Tour thinking the two are the same, but they're completely different companies once we contacted the Ohana Circle Island Tour to book a trip (there's no Groupon promotion for the Ohana Circle Island Tour). The actual Ohana Circle Island Tour we did yesterday was awesome! Our tour guide and driver was Greg and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about not only the spots we visited on Oahu, but just about Hawaii overall. Shared lots of interesting facts with us and passed around snacks and water throughout the day. Highlights of the Ohana Circle Island Tour: 1) Halona Blowhole (saw 3 turtles swimming in the cove next to the blowhole) 2) Chinaman's Hat (I love collecting seashells and there were a ton here, if you're staying on the Waikiki strip, basically no shells on the beach...) 3) Quick stops at Hanauma Bay and Diamond Head area for pics (I've already hiked Diamond Head and didn't need to spend a day at Hanauma so a quick stop and photos were all I wanted) 4) Snacks and lunch... maybe I'm a typical tourist, but the macadamia nut shop we visited was awesome and we got 3 bags of nuts, then lunch at Fumi's with the garlic butter shrimp was great as well (maybe Sam's Shrimp on Waikiki is just as good, but haven't gone there yet), the Dole Plantation also had a lot of food, but we weren't as impressed with the pineapple Dole Whip soft serve... ‾\_(ツ)_/‾ Overall the tour was great, the bus was clean and comfortable, almost every stop had a restroom woot (all the restrooms were nice except the public beach one at the snorkel stop, which didn't have soap, but was still clean enough...) Definitely recommend this tour for an easy and relaxing way to see Oahu beyond Waikiki. :)

They never picked us up and are now refusing a refund because it was within 24 hours of of the departure date that they left us behind? Attached is an image of the Dukes statue (place for pick up) timestamped at 7:55, time of pick up was 8:01. Save your money and go else where, customer service is useless.

Sad to have to give this just two stars. Was the first thing we did in Hawaii. Driver was late for pickup, couldn't get the audio tour going.. very very short stops to all locations. The advertisement in the bus they use blocks your view, not sure why it's there. Couldn't see the sea turtles at all and was very sharp rocks and they don't supply you with the booties. I now have 2 cuts on my feet and it's only day one of my vacation. You also drive around from location to location in complete silence. Pretty bad tour over all.

Our tour guy, Eddie was the best. He provided so many facts and history during our tour. He took the time to get to know us and for us to know one another. The best part for us was that Eddie made a personal connection which was the icing on the cake, we became ohana. The sites were fantastic, picturesque, and a great experience. Sad that the waterfall didn't have water trickling down but we can't control weather. Thank you Eddie for making our trip a great experience.

Book your tour with Brie... You will not be disappointed. Brie is WONDERFUL, we can not say enough good things about her! There are many circle tours and hidden gem tours that all go to the same sites, so the guide is really what makes the tour special. The tour is in a smaller van/bus with a maximum of 24 people, not one of the larger buses with so many people that you can't see or hear. Brie is so personable. She takes the time to know each family on her bus. She has everyone introduce themselves, what they do, and why they have come to visit Hawaii. Like I said, she is so personable and hilarious. By the end of the tour, everyone was like family. We celebrated a few birthdays and anniversaries on the tour. She shared the history and meanings of all the locations we went to, and she shared all information objectively and positively. I won't say because I don't want to spoil the tour for anyone, ... but we will forever think about Brie whenever we drive through a tunnel. Love, ReRe & RoRo

I would recommend the full island day tour with waterfall to anyone who wants a great experience of Oahu. Brie was our driver and tour guide and made our tour special ! She is a great person and really made us feel ohana. We saw and learned things about the island that we would have never known without being on Brie's tour.

We had never been to Oahu and didn’t rent a car so we wanted to see the whole island. Brie was a funny and very informative guide for the day!!
