Located on a bluff, on top of a cliff, with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and butler service, this villa is perfect for family travel (different generations or extended families) and groups of friends. That’s because this 2,541 sq ft (159 sq m) fully air-conditioned villa, comprised of four buildings, is designed for maximum privacy.

One structure is multi-level with a king-sized bedroom, en-suite private bathroom, and living room. Villa Vesper Five Bedroom Lagoon Villa

Vesper is our brand new spacious 5 bedroom villa that sits directly on the tranquil lagoon. This private, open-air villa features spacious king-size bedrooms, a fully fitted open plan kitchen, large private verandas, and a beautiful garden overlooking the lagoon.

It’s the only villa of its size on the lagoon, making it unique and ideal for groups or families. A large veranda leads down to the lagoon and two freestanding Lagoon Cottages – the perfect location for couples. It’s a great spot for watching the sunset or enjoying a quiet morning on the water.

All huts are adjacent to our private beach, Button Beach, a quick stroll away.

These freestanding multi-level beach huts are raised 10 feet off the sand and feature a king size bed, en-suite wet room (with double rain shower heads), and private veranda. The bedroom is located on the upper level, with the open-air Dune Room and outdoor garden shower & bathtub below. The upstairs bedroom is designed to bring the outdoors indoors (and the huts have full air conditioning). These octagonal shaped huts have high ceilings, large open doors leading to a private veranda and screened windows designed to let the cool, Caribbean breeze flow through. The Dune area is the perfect den, with oversized day beds for reading, relaxing and spot to gather for a drink. The privacy of the Dune Room is created by tall bamboo that creates privacy but allows cool breezes to flow through. Perfect for a couple or small family.

These freestanding, octagonal shaped Two-Story Beach Huts feature one bedroom on each level. The hut’s high ceilings and multiple screened windows are positioned so that cool, Caribbean breezes flow through (and the huts have full air conditioning). Thanks to a clever architectural feature (an indoor ladder connecting the two floors, like a loft), these huts have the feel of a tree house in Jamaica. An ideal choice for a couple seeking more space, families traveling with older children and close friends traveling together.

Built in an aerie, tree house-style, The Gazebo serves dinner featuring Jamaican dishes with local spices and flavors.

On the western arm of Low Cay Beach, Bizot Bar serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and, occasionally dinner. Bizot Bar is a great gathering place before or after dinner, where guests take in ocean views while listening to Jamaican and World music.

Drinks served by Snorkeler’s Cove in the Beach Huts area. Shabeen has a large living room with books and games that can be used for public and private events – and it’s a great place to watch the sunset.

A bar that serves drinks and fresh juices, as well as a lunchtime barbecue spot (with sand underfoot), located on Button Beach.

1. How do I book tours, excursions, and airport transfers?

Within the dashboard, access your booking portal and book any service required for your guest. The second method involves booking services using your Personalized Coupon Code . When you use your code you get the discounted rates so you may keep your commission upfront. This is suitable whenever clients send you funds and you purchase on behalf of the clients using your own payment method (such as your Agency Credit Card). This option is only available to our Accredited Agents .

4. Are those the only options?

Finally, you may also earn commissions when your clients self book using your Unique Jamaica Travel Network Link . When your link is clicked, your clients will be brought to our website and their activity will be tracked by our software. You will earn your usual commissions based on your commission type and the volume of sales generated per month. The commissions will be displayed in your dashboard
