What Our Clients Say
I had Jack come to visit me in my home after a total knee replacement as I couldn’t drive for 6 weeks or get to clinic. I was really nervous after my operation as I was discharged from hospital with not much information. After I had a visit from the team I felt so at ease and had a good plan in place to get me back on my feet. I have been progressing really well and am back walking my dog. Thanks you so much.

Pelvic Health
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment of various conditions of the pelvic floor by a specially trained Registered Physiotherapist. These conditions may include bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum issues and sexual pain. Pelvic health physiotherapists are trained to complete both external and internal exams. In doing so, we are able to obtain more information on how your pelvic floor is functioning and ensure an effective and individualized treatment plan.
A concussion, known as a mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) results from an impact to the head, or a rapid movement of the brain back and forth in the skull. Symptoms of a concussion can range from minor headaches to cognitive dysfunction. Accurate assessment, sound medical advice, and an appropriate treatment plan is strongly recommended by health professionals for YOUR recovery.
Dislocated Shoulder
Ankle sprain.
Immediate swelling, pain, loss of motion from the moment of the sprain is common. In some cases, x-rays are needed to rule out a fracture. Although not career ending for an athlete, once sprained, without proper strengthening and balance retraining, recurring ankle sprains can pop up frequently in those who live an active lifestyle. The recovery period can be anywhere from 4 – 12 weeks depending on the severity of the injury. A full understanding of how to correctly rehab the injury is important to ensure confidence in movement and full functionality of your ankle.
Rotator Cuff Tear
- One of the most common injuries to the shoulder in both younger and older populations. The rotator cuff is a series of 4 small muscles in the shoulder that provide dynamic, powerful movement of the arm.
- Typically results from a traumatic fall or pulling torque to the shoulder. A sharp pain is often felt in the shoulder with an immediate loss of strength and motion.
- Tears can range from partial to complete and depending on your age, occupation, and health – treatment can vary from active rehabilitation to surgical options.
- Most partial tears can take 3-9 months for a full recovery while complete tears that require surgery can take up to 12 months for a full recovery. Recovery is based on many variables including severity, type of injury, patient motivation, and the list goes on.
Repetitive Strain Injury
- Repetitive strain injury is an umbrella term for injuries that develop as a result of repetitive movements, sustained awkward postures or long-term impact of external forces.
- These disorders most typically lead to pain and dysfunction in the shoulders, neck and upper limbs, but can occur in other areas of the body.
- Physiotherapy aims to address the cause of these types of injury by lowering physical exposure through ergonomic interventions, reducing load on the injured structures and rehabilitating musculoskeletal pain through active therapy.
Arthritis is an inflammation of joints in the body that leads to swelling, tenderness, and eventual loss of function. As we age, these joints will continue to progressively worsen and lead to a loss of mobility and reduction in physical activity. Arthritis can be treated with a comprehensive medical plan to maintain and even improve your daily function.
Back pain is the world’s most common physical ailment! A range of symptoms from mild to severe can occur – leading to significant impacts to daily life. There are many ‘causes’ of back pain – no two people are the same! A proper assessment and evaluation of all these factors from your health professionals is important to creating the best possible treatment plan for YOU .
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- The carpal tunnel is a narrow passageway from the wrist into the hand formed by various bones, ligaments and tendons. The median nerve runs through this tunnel from the wrist into the hand.
- Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is an entrapment syndrome in which the median nerve is compressed as it travels through the carpal tunnel. This syndrome typically results from repetitive wrist movements such as typing or machine work. Genetics and other medical conditions that cause swelling in the hands, such as rheumatoid arthritis or pregnancy may also contribute to the development of CTS.
- Symptoms of CTS typically include pain, numbness and tingling into the thumb, index finger, middle finger and half of the ring finger. Individuals may also experience weakness and loss of muscle mass in the hand.
- If identified early, physiotherapy intervention including bracing and education related to reducing repetitive tasks can be effective. However, if conservative treatments are unsuccessful, injections or carpal tunnel release surgery may be indicated.
Knee Ligament Sprain
Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) Sprain
- One of the most common knee injuries in sports – accounts for 40% of knee injuries
- The ligament on the inside of the knee (MCL) gets injured from a force/or twist to the outside of the knee – causing the inner part of the knee to buckle. This results in an overstretching and/or micro-tear of the ligament.
- Generally presents with localized swelling to inner knee, acute pain, and reduced range of motion to the knee.
- Treatment is focused on stabilizing the ligament with bracing, promotion of ligament healing, and progression with range of motion and strength exercises for return to sport.
- Typical healing times can range from 4-12 weeks depending on the severity of the sprain.
Meniscus Tear
- Meniscal tears more common in sport related injuries in younger athletes or as a degenerative tear in Osteoarthritic older populations
- The meniscus is typically injured from a rotational force on the knee when the foot is planted and the body is twisted in another direction.
- There are a variety of meniscal tear types and locations in the meniscus that can impact the prognosis and potential treatment plan.
- Clinical signs include swelling in the knee, acute pain with weight bearing or pivoting movements, and limited range of motion.
- Treatment is focused at reducing inflammation, swelling, and restoring mobility. Strength of the supporting leg muscles is important to gain back.
- In some cases, surgical intervention is required to correct the tear.
- The ACL tear is often the most impactful knee injury to recreational and sporting life.
- The ACL is commonly injured during sport from a rotational force on the knee or contact from an opponent when the foot is planted.
- Large amount of swelling to the knee, feelings of “unsteadiness” in the joint, and limited mobility are often the most common symptoms.
- Diagnosis with an MRI and potential surgical intervention may be required.
- Treatment focuses on restoring range of motion, strength to the leg, and joint balance perception.

The invention of online casinos in Canada has allowed casino gambling to be taken to new levels. In the past, many people would have to rely on land-based casinos if they wantedto generate actual money. Initially, many people were hesitant to gamble online; however, as time progressed, more and more individuals began to use legal online casinos. The gaming platform offers fantastic convenience for Canadian players. Therefore, they prefer it over land-based options. All of the casinos platforms below provide some of the best deposit bonuses and welcome bonuses upon registration. Withdrawals are always processed quickly and do not incur any hidden fees. The finest reviewed online gambling sites allow you to use any method of withdrawal as long as it is preapproved by the site. The finest Canadian online casinos now have significantly more games than traditional land-based casinos. And real money may be won by players who bet on themselves. There are several fantastic bonuses, no deposit bonuses, free games, and free spins to explore if you re new to the world of gambling. This sections explains to amateur players how various games work and how they can play them to win.One of the reasons this gambling site is popular is because it has lax rules compared to other sites. Are you looking for online casinos that welcome GamStop players? If the answer is yes, this page is exactly what you re searching for. Most gamblers want to complete this task at some point in their gaming career. After all, these are places where you can gamble again. The only requirement to cancel GamStop is to create a new account, and then you can gambling again! Here are some of the casinos we will review today. Are you looking for a list of UK casinos not on GamStop? You’re at the right spot! Nobody likes waiting out their self-exclusion from GamStop, so we completely understand it. We wanted to find the best online casinos for Finnish players of all time. Finnish online casinos are getting better every year, so we wanted to find the best ones for our readers. Almost all online casinos offer Finns the chance to play, but we wanted to give players the chance to claim their tax-free winnings. The Best Online Casinos list is therefore a good way to find tax-free casinos.Due to legislation, all online casinos except Veikkaus operate from abroad, but luckily many have Finnish-language sites and domestic customer service. Finnish casinos are of high quality, so could one of them be the best online casino for you? As many casinos share these qualities, we used the bonuses offered by the casinos and the variety of deposit options and games available on the site as our main criteria. It s worth remembering, however, that an online casino that doesn t require registration is judged slightly differently to one that does. We will only ever offer you trustworthy online casinos, regardless of the type of casino. Look, find and choose the best casinos in all categories – we re sure that at least one of the casinos we find will be the best casino for you in 2022. Many of us try online casinos in the hope of winning big. However, it s worth remembering that online casinos usually offer their players a steady stream of smaller wins, while big jackpots are about as likely as winning the lottery. That s why the best casino for you is one where you can stay for long periods of time. A short list of features of the best online casinos includes versatile payment methods for online casinos, good bonuses, a wide range of games and fast withdrawals. If, on the other hand, you prefer to play without registering, 2022 s trusted online casinos offer a wide variety of instant play options. There are fewer payment methods and bonuses compared to traditional online casinos, but these shortcomings are made up for by the convenience. The best Finnish online casinos now offer their players such a good experience that Veikkaus monopoly is about to be broken. There is something for everyone in today s market. Whether your interests lie in table games, gambling or live casino games, you re sure to find a casino to suit you. Some casinos offer their players benefits through registration, such as a VIP programme, while others allow you to play without registering. Given the huge range of casinos available today, we wanted to focus on the features that are most important for gambling. Modern casinos are fast and reliable, both in the browser and on mobile. In online casinos, gambling is first and foremost a pastime, so it needs to be entertaining. Naturally, a good online casino also offers tax-free winnings, so online casinos without an EU licence will not make the list of the best casinos. New online casinos usually come to the market with a big splash, promising players plenty of bonuses, fast withdrawals and the chance to play without registering. However, the best online casinos of 2022 deliver on all their promises, so a new casino may not make it into our review right away because there is not enough player experience yet. However, we collect experiences throughout the year and update our list of the best online casinos 2022 constantly, so you can always choose the best online casinos. Whether it s an old or new online casino, we want to give our readers an all-encompassing review. Reliable online casinos maintain the standards they set year after year and the best casinos keep improving their quality. The best online casinos are those that you can see evolve over time. That s why it s still hard to tell if a casino that s only a few days old is really a reliable online casino. The best casinos offer first-class service all year round, so you can t get a complete picture of how a casino operates in the short term.
