Our luxury Southeast Asia tours were expressly created for mature explorers who don’t want to be rushed. Easy Tours is a small boutique agency and we only offer great guides and top upscale lodging. Over 70% of our business today is repeat and referral.

“ We booked a Southeast Asia trip through Easy Tours that included four countries - Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. The entire trip was for 27 days. We cannot express what a wonderful trip we had because of the detail and hard work Easy Tours did for us. Every detail was perfect. The guides spoke good English, were knowledgeable, courteous, and always on time with their drivers. The hotels we stayed at were incredible. We WILL book future trips with Easy Tours and we HIGHLY recommend this company. ” Deborah Owczarzak

Thank you for visiting the Southeast Asia section of our website. All tours are not created equal, nor are all travel companies. In true luxury travel there is no 'One Size Fits All' and some travelers will not find us to be a good fit for their needs. Explorers who repeatedly travel with us all seem to share the following attributes -

1. You cherish learning about other cultures. 2. You value your time and don't want it wasted because of poor planning and/or execution. 3. You appreciate guides with real expertise, intelligence, and passion for their nation. 4. Your most treasured travel memories include genuine interactions with locals. 5. You like large rooms (or suites) with views at luxury hotels with great dining options.

We use the word ‘Tours’ for want of a better term. Since 2004 the Easy Tours family, both at the destinations we offer and in the U.S., has worked tirelessly to design and facilitate authentic luxury experiences for our guests. About 70% of our guests today are Repeats and Referrals .

What makes Southeast Asia Fascinating?

No other region offers such a potent combination of incredible natural attractions and unique exotic experiences. A gentle and endearing Buddhist culture, awe-inspiring historical monuments, friendly and hospitable locals, along with some of the world's finest beaches and breathtaking hotels and resorts to stay in combine to make Southeast Asia a destination that is hard to match. Southeast Asia is a very diverse destination and has something for all types of explorers. There are vibrant large cities with endless cultural experiences such as Hanoi and Bangkok, and extremely charming small towns such as Luang Prabang in Laos and Hoi An in Vietnam. There are dense jungles, lush tropical flora, amazing seascapes and beaches, as well as memorable exotic experiences such as time with elephants at responsible camps and sanctuaries. Combine all this with fine dining opportunities to try out the local flavors with amazing regional cuisines wherever you travel. Southeast Asia is a region where all city explorations illuminate the colorful nature of some of the most prolific street food cultures on our planet. Our Southeast Asia Luxury Tours give you opportunities to get personalized insights into the unique culture by handpicking places and experiences that most tourists will never see. There is a lot of unique relevant information on Southeast Asia throughout this long webpage, and even more on our individual Southeast Asian destination pages.

About Easy Tours

Easy Tours was born in 2004 with two guiding principles - to provide the best small group and private luxury tours for explorers from North America, and to always value our guest's time. We have not sacrificed these principles on the altar of growth - we still guide just a couple of thousand guests a year total in all the countries we now call home. Please take the time to review one or more of our detailed itineraries, which are different from other tours, to determine whether we are a good fit for you. The best tour of Southeast Asia for you is one that touches your heart - your itinerary should make you really want it to start right now! We know that the best Southeast Asia Tours should include experiences that delight and amaze you every day of your exploration. This can only be achieved by a boutique agency with local expertise and focus on the following: 1. Genuine interactions with locals. 2. Great rooms at the best luxury hotels with excellent cuisine and service. 3. Southeast Asia's best Accompanying Guides (Tour Directors). 4. USA and Southeast Asia based Specialists with expert local knowledge.

The Best Luxury Hotels & Rooms

Lodging options for travelers in Southeast Asia are better than, or at least as good as, those at any destination on our planet. Our guest will always enjoy great rooms and suites at the best luxury hotels. Easy Tours is a preferred Southeast Asia tour operator partner of boutique luxury hotels such as the gorgeous Bill Bensley designed Siam Hotel in Bangkok, the historical Sofitel Legend in Hanoi, and the pastoral luxury Phum Baitang Resort in Siem Reap. On on-tour cruise experiences such as in HaLong Bay, we handpick the best luxury boats and we only use their larger balcony suites. Our lodging selections are not just based on the luxury and service of these establishments. A short analysis of the locations of our hotels and resorts will show you that they also have excellent locations at each destination, almost always allowing for great walks in the evenings and for less driving time during each day's activities. We include great dining options at and outside your hotels, and the restaurants at our preferred hotels receive rave reviews from guests for both local and western cuisine.

A list of Southeast Asia's most fascinating destinations where you can experience unique local culture, amazing UNESCO World Heritage Sites, breathtaking scenery, and Southeast Asia's ancient history.

Best Experiences in Southeast Asia

On our best tours of Southeast Asia, you will experience colorful temples and pagodas, incredible street food (for those so inclined), breathtaking scenery, colorful markets, and a lot more, and you will do so with Southeast Asia's best guides and support staff. Most of our guests say that the highlights of their exploration included the vibrant culture and street scene of the big cities, incredible historical sights, the plethora of picturesque natural sights, fascinating small towns, and the Buddhist traditions that vary from one nation to another. The memories many of you will cherish are interactions with locals, which your Tour Director will be happy to facilitate if they know of your interest. Southeast Asia offers natural attractions that are dotted throughout the region, starting from the scenic deltas and rural areas, continuing with the lush tropical jungles and rivers, with many of our guests ending their exploration at some of the world's most wonderful coastal regions and beaches. The best experiences and places for you in Southeast Asia depends on what you most enjoy most when you explore, and what time of the year you will be exploring. Talk to us if you would like expert suggestions on what we would recommend based on your individual travel preferences.

Blue Background

Planning a Trip to Southeast Asia

Most American explorers start their journey in either Myanmar (currently not offered by Easy Tours due to the ongoing violent suppression of its people) or Vietnam and work their way through Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. Many of our guests plan an exploration that is focused on either Vietnam or Thailand and add in the incredible Angkor Region of Cambodia and/or the extremely charming small town of Luang Prabang in Laos. Almost all the flights between the Southeast Asian countries that we offer are less than two hours, so moving from one exotic nation to another is easy to do. As the best tour company for Southeast Asia, we offer the option to completely customize your travels in the region - you can tell us exactly what you would like to do, or tell us what your favorite travel experiences are and our destination specialists will design a memorable itinerary for you to review. Those who want to enjoy famous beaches and gorgeous luxury ocean resorts for beach time and/or water activities can easily select one or more of Thailand's amazing beach destinations, from the Krabi region to Phuket Island to Koh Samui, or Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam.

The Best Time to Visit Southeast Asia

If your goal is to avoid warmer temperatures, mid-October to mid-April is the best time to visit Southeast Asia, but please note that temperatures in much of Southeast Asia do not vary much throughout the year and stay fairly warm throughout. Our luxury small group tours of Southeast Asia operate during the above months. Temperatures at norther destinations in Vietnam and Thailand, such as Hanoi and Chiang Rai, can be fairly cold during winter. The northern highland regions of Vietnam, such as Sapa, can even see snow! The main rainy season in Southeast Asia has traditionally been from late May through September, but many regional variations do exist. Thousands of miles of coastline keep the temperatures moderate in the coastal areas, while the weather patterns vary inland. Please note that climate change has affected the timing of the monsoon and the intensity of the rains. Some of these destinations don't have a significant drop in luxury tourism during the rains and infrastructure exists so as to be able to plan private explorations and experiences at any time of the year. For example, when the Phuket and Krabi region beaches are less attractive during the rains, Koh Samui in Thailand's gulf gets very little rain at that time and is a great option.

More About Easy Tours

Having facilitated the top-rated escorted tours of Southeast Asia for North American travelers for well over a decade, Easy Tours knows what makes for a truly memorable exploration. We believe that the three most important parts of the best Southeast Asia tours are well planned itineraries, great guides, and boutique luxury hotels. We are able to offer the best small group and private tours of Southeast Asia for upscale explorers because we understand what our guests enjoy. Our guests like a diverse mix of culture, nature, local colors, history, and insights into the everyday lives of the locals. Easy Tours focuses on providing such experiences. Because we know great food and a good night's sleep are an integral part of the best Southeast Asia tours, we offer options between gourmet regional cuisine and fine western fare. We use upgraded rooms and suites in the best hotels in Southeast Asia as we don't like small base rooms. We feel that the most important facet of the best tour packages in Southeast Asia is your guide's passion for, and knowledge of, their homeland. It is human interactions that make up a discerning explorers' fondest memories, not how many sights, or cities, they visited while touring. Our guests tend to wax poetic about our colleagues, and write many paragraphs about them in their reviews! Passion leads to excellence, and our guests interact with people deeply committed to your satisfaction all through the reservation and travel experience. This is a key reason why about 70% of our guests are repeat and referral travelers today, and our reviewers consistently state that we are not just the best tour operator in Southeast Asia, we are unmatched in the world! Please take a minute or two to read some of our guest reviews. You will notice that almost all our guests, during their exploration, develop relationships with Easy Tours' Tour Director Guides. We have many guests from over a decade ago that, even today, maintain relationships with our Southeast Asia based colleagues.

What people love about South East Asia Tours

good organized tour with lots of places to visit
This was my first time ever travelling without family and it was amazing! One of the best months of my life. Our CEO Tong was brilliant and full of knowledge about where we were going and what we would be doing. He made sure to have enough time for anyone and helped in anyway he could to make things run smoothly for everyone on tour including myself. If you go on this tour, make sure you ask for Tong or (Phanet Tep) as your CEO!

South east asia travel faqs, do i need a covid-19 vaccine to join an intrepid trip.

Trips from 1 January 2023 onwards

From 1 January 2023, Intrepid will no longer require travelers to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 (excluding all Polar trips and select adventure cruises).

However, we continue to strongly recommend that all Intrepid travelers and leaders get vaccinated to protect themselves and others.

Specific proof of testing or vaccination may still be required by your destination or airline. Please ensure you check travel and entry requirements carefully.

What countries are a part of South East Asia?

The region of South East Asia encompasses the following countries:

Philippines

Timor-Leste

Do I need a visa to travel to South East Asia?

Whether you need a visa to travel to South East Asia depends on what country you're a national of and which country you travel to.

Generally, passport holders from the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom don't need visas to travel around South East Asia, but visa requirements will vary from country to country.

For example, citizens from the previously mentioned countries will need a visa to travel to Vietnam, however, they won't require a visa for Thailand.

If you're unsure of the visa requirements of the country you're traveling to, it's best to check on government-run websites or at your nearest embassy or consulate.

What is the internet access like in South East Asia?

The internet access in South East Asia can vary from country to country and between different regions in that country.

Most hotel chains or other accommodation options in major cities will have wi-fi, so it'll be easy to connect to the internet.

B uying an international SIM card with a local provider is recommended if you'd rather have no restrictions (and no exorbitant data roaming fees). This still doesn't mean you're guaranteed to have access to the internet though as the signal is often limited or unreliable in rural areas in countries such as Laos, Timor-Leste and Myanmar.

What are the toilets like in South East Asia?

The toilet facilities in South East Asia differ depending on which country you're in and what region of that country you're in.

Most major cities have westernized toilet facilities in places such as restaurants and hotels, but the further from urban areas you are, the more likely you'll find squat toilets, so set your expectations accordingly.

Toilet paper is also a rare find unless you're in major cities or popular tourist areas, so it's best to always pack your own in preparation.

Can I drink the water in South East Asia?

There aren't many countries in South East Asia where the tap water is recommended for drinking, especially in Laos and Cambodia.

To avoid getting sick, buy bottled water or use filtered water to brush your teeth.

You should also be mindful when showering, ask for drinks with no ice in them and peel all fruit before you eat them.

While Malaysia is considered to have the safest drinking water, it still has a different mineral content than your stomach might be used to so it's best to stick to filtered or bottled water where possible.

When is the best time to visit South East Asia?

The best time to travel to South East Asia is between November and February when the weather is relatively dry, humidity levels are low and temperatures are warm but not uncomfortable.

However, this is considered to be 'peak season' so expect large crowds at popular tourist destinations and increased accommodation prices in major cities.

If you want to avoid all of that, try traveling during the shoulder seasons of March to May and September to November.

If you can, avoid traveling from June to August as this is South East Asia's rainy, cyclone season.

Is tipping common in South East Asia?

While it might not be as prevalent as it is in the US, tipping is still part of the culture in most South East Asian countries.

H ow much you tip and in what scenarios tipping is expected will differ depending on the country you travel in.

For example, tipping isn't expected or required in Malaysia and Singapore (and can even be considered rude), but countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia are starting to accept tipping culture.

What currency will I need in South East Asia?

The currency you need when traveling in South East Asia depends on which countries you'll be visiting, with each country having its own currency.

Here is a list of countries with their currencies:

  • Vietnam - Vietnamese Dong (VND)
  • Indonesia - Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Singapore - Singapore Dollar (SGD)
  • Cambodia - Cambodian Riel (KHR)
  • Malaysia - Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Thailand - Thai Baht (THB)
  • Philippines - Philippine Peso (PHP)
  • Myanmar - Myanmar Kyat (MMK)
  • Timor-Leste - United States Dollars (USD)
  • Laos - Lao Kip (LAK)
  • Brunei - Brunei Dollar (BND)

Do I need to bring cash with me to South East Asia?

It's worth bringing cash with you if you travel around South East Asia, as paying with cash is still very prevalent in most countries.

Countries like Vietnam and Thailand are big on markets and hawker hall type cafeterias, so having cash is usually the easiest way to buy things and makes bargaining for items more accessible.

Is South East Asia safe for LGBTQIA+ travelers?

Most of the countries in South East Asia have a thriving LGBTQIA+ scene, especially Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Discretion is still advised for travelers of the LGBTQIA+ community when it comes to public displays of affection, particularly if you're traveling away from the larger cities to more rural areas where acceptance of same-sex relationships may not be as common.

For more detailed and up-to-date advice, we recommend visiting  Equaldex  or  ILGA  before you travel.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance before traveling?

Absolutely. All passengers traveling with Intrepid are required to purchase travel insurance before the start of their trip. Your travel insurance details will be recorded by your leader on the first day of the trip. Due to the varying nature, availability and cost of health care around the world, travel insurance is very much an essential and necessary part of every journey.

For more information on insurance, please go to: Travel Insurance

Are Intrepid trips accessible for travellers with disabilities?

We are committed to making travel widely  accessible , regardless of ability or disability. We do our best to help you see the world, regardless of physical or mental limitations.

We are always happy to talk to travellers with disabilities and see if we can help guide them toward the most suitable itinerary for their needs and, where possible, make reasonable adjustments to our itineraries.

@Ms. Margaret Tok

We would like to compliment one of the tour leader from SA tour - Rachel - the tour leader for the Europe Trip. Rachel has been very professional and helpful and knowledgeable and her flexibility to adjust the itinerary has reduce a lot of waiting and travelling time for us. The itinerary was well paced with nature and city scene. There is never a perfect itinerary that suits all of us but I personally feel that a tour leader plays a important part in ensuring we had a enjoyable trip and we are indeed blessed to have Rachel and the group we travelling with to make our trip a very enjoyable one. Personally it was since 10 years plus that I join a group tour. There was some unpleasant experience I had with one of the SA colleague which commented that I was being unfair to him in a email that was sent to my friend. It does started me with a bad note and I start to wonder whether did I make the right choice? However it turns out to be a pleasant trip and the credit goes to Rachel. Nowadays it is difficult to find loyal and staff who work with passion and SA is blessed to have Rachel as their staff. I am in service line and I know it is not easy as there is ups and downs. I am sure SA tours will continue to be popular with good word of mouth from customers through the service from the good tour leaders( including Rachel) Last but not least ,Thank you to SA Tours. Thanks again to Mickey and Carol too for replying to my emails too.

@Mr. Felicia Pei Ting

I would like to thank Miss Winnie Woo for her help in planning a wedding proposal on our Dream Cruise holiday from 11-16 Feb 2018. We were planning to go on Royal Caribbean initially, however decided on Dream Cruise after Winnie’s strong recommendation. She explained to us how Dream Cruise will be more suitable for our lifestyle - such a Penfolds bar, Johnnie Walker bar and also the high restaurant standards. This shows that she is very observant and patient to understand our needs. As she knows that my friend was going to proposed on Valentine's Day, she suggested we book the dinner with Mark Best. And on 11 Feb, she even called to reconfirm the arrangement for us again. Luckily, she did that as the restaurant did not remember when I went to check earlier in the day. I’m very impressed with her! On 14 Feb, the four of us were even more surprised when we walked into our friend’s room with decoration! She went the extra mile to her Dream Cruise to do it for my friend. And the proposal was very impressive and successful! I must say that this makes me want to book more holidays with SA tour as I know the consultant is so considerate and dedicated to take care of us. Once again, a big thank you to Ms Winnie Woo!

@Ms. Celina Low

Following our recent tour Guangzhou Family Fantasia 24 Dec-1 Jan, I would like to compliment your staff for their excellent professional services. Mr. Louis Lee is a very dedicated and organized tour leader. He did everything to ensure our safety, fast free check-in, luggage and meals that leave us to enjoy with a peace of mind. His cheerful, enthusiastic and thoughtful nature kept us in a happy mood so much that we bonded a strong friendship. Together with Mr. Jin our China tour guide, they shared general knowledge of places, tips on where, what to do and eat. From their sharing, I myself as an avid photographer, discovered a lot of nice interesting sceneries. Mr. Lee is definitely the best tour guide I have met so far and I am looking forward to explore China by joining his tour group again. Also, not forgetting the courteous friendly Mr. Kenneth Tan, who did our booking. Despite near closing time, he took the time to explain and answer our queries well. The trip to China was splendid. Many thanks for creating good memories. Kudos to you guys!

@Mr. Lee Loon Yang

Hi, My parents and I have joined SA Tour's 14D European Treasure Trove (EETT14) from 3-16 Dec 2022. We are very grateful to Cyril for all the assistance that he rendered to my family and me throughout the trip. My parents are elderly (age 67 and 72) and compared to other tour members, needed more time to walk and help with luggage. At Jungfraujoch, I was impressed that Cyril prepared sweets and ginger to help all tour members gain the energy to adjust to the high-altitude effect as well as reminded us regularly to walk slowly and be careful of the slippery surfaces. Cyril's care and concern for the safety and comfort each member has been prevalent throughout the tour. At each hotel, Cyril has done his best to accommodate needs of the families travelling together (swapping rooms where necessary) and helped everyone with our heavy luggage such that any inconveniences were kept to the minimum. My family has been travelling to Europe for several years before Covid so we are familiar with the long distances expected in the itinerary and are cognisant that we will only be staying for a short time in each city. This is my third visit to Italy and my mother's second visit; visiting Sistine Chapel at Vatican City during each trip. Through our description of Sistine Chapel, my father (a devout Christian) was looking forward to visiting it at the Vatican City during this trip to Italy (his first visit). We realised that the visit to Vatican City did not include Sistine Chapel while we were waiting to enter the St Peter's Basilica. My father was distraught and kept saying that he really wanted to visit the Sistine Chapel once in his lifetime and at his age, he may have a chance to return to Italy again. Cyril heard my father saying this and explored with the local tour guide on how we can fulfil my father's wish to visit Sistine Chapel though my mother and I were explaining to my father that we should just continue with the tour itinerary in order not to inconvenience the other tour members. As we are in Rome on 14 and 15 Dec (15 Dec was a free day), it may be possible for my family to return to Vatican City to visit Sistine Chapel on our own on 15 Dec before meeting the tour group at the airport. After discussion with Cyril and the local tour guide, we decided that the best approach would be to skip the next leg of the walking tour in Rome (14 Dec) to Colosseum and go to Sistine Chapel (next to St Peter's Basilica) while we are still in Vatican City. We will catch up with the tour group at Trevi Fountain. As the local guide is with our tour group throughout the walking tour and will take care of the safety of 17 members, Cyril quickly brought the 3 of us to the entrance of Musei Vaticani to get tickets before he ran back in the rain to catch up with the tour group at the Colosseum. We went for a short route to Sistine Chapel and took a taxi to Trevi Fountain to meet the group within 2 hours to continue our walking tour to Spanish Steps. Cyril could have left the 3 of us to locate the entrance of Musei Vaticani on our own (which I offered) and stayed with the 17 members of the tour group and the local guide on the walking tour. Cyril went with us because it was raining the entire day and he was concerned about whether we can locate the entrance in time, particularly with my elderly parents. At the same time, the local guide was with 17 members of the tour group ensuring their safety while Cyril quickly caught up with them; drenched in the process. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to Cyril and the other members of the tour group to fulfil my father's wish. Weighing the options, this approach caused the least inconvenience to the rest of the tour members. It meant a lot to my family that Cyril made the extra effort to fulfil my father's wish to visit Sistine Chapel in his lifetime. My family and I have joined many packaged tours over the past 14 years. We know what a tour leader would typically do in a packaged tour. From this trip after Covid, we also saw that many things changed in Europe. Cyril has struck us as a tour leader who went above and beyond the typical role of the tour leader and went through hardship (carrying heavy luggage up flights of stairs at hotels) to ensure the safety and comfort of tour members. My parents and I would like to express our deepest appreciation for Cyril's assistance during our tour to Europe from 3 to 16 Dec 2022. We seek SA Tours' assistance to convey our appreciation to Cyril and recognise his good performance during the tour. Thank you.

Dear Sir/ Mdm, Hope this email serves you fine and well. I am a customer of yours for the European 14D European Treasure Trove from 3 Dec 2022 to 16 Dec 2022. I will like to take this opportunity to thank my tour manager Mr Cyril Sheng for the great experience that he has given me and my wife for the honeymoon holiday. Firstly, Mr Cyril Sheng has been very accommodating and very detailed in his daily itinerary planning for the whole trip. There were many requests put up during the trip by many passengers on an adhoc basis. Without any hesitation, he has been in the forefront to take care of all our needs and wants within the time limit. He has paid detailed attention to an elderly couple who wanted to pay their respects in the 16th Chapel whilst he ensured that we are safe in the hands of the local guide. He went the extra mile to reach our next destination on foot after bringing the couple which is admirable. Mr Cyril has also showed the care and concern for all his passengers. Since my wife and I are on a special diet of vegetarian and having fish and eggs, he ensured that we are served the right food at all times. This is an admirable character of his. What touched me was he came over to all his passengers including us to ensure the right food is served. When some of the fellow passengers changed their dietary requirements, he went the extra mile to change without any complaints. This is the star quality that we see in him. In addition, when my wife needed to go to the toilet as she was not feeling well, without much hesitation or complaints, he directed the bus captain to detour to show care and concern. He also checked in twice on the same day to see if she was fine and checked in again the next day. This is something that I have not seen in other tour manager in other agencies. In Switzerland, whilst other tour managers in other groups only brought their passengers up, Mr Cyril has gone the extra mile to buy sweets for passengers to have sugar and go up the mountain. This was on his own accord. He ensured all passenger young and old were fine throughout the journey. When an elderly passenger was not well,he rushed to help her and assisted the family. He also spent his own money to get doughnuts for his passengers. I am also amazed that Mr Cyril Sheng went the additional mile to carry all the luggage for his passengers. He smiled and helped all of us. This is really admirable in him. I hope you would take this opportunity to praise him for his hard work and effort. Any complaints against him is something that you can dismiss against. Please do call me if you need any clarification. Thank you. Regards, Mr Prem Ms Kalphna

@Mr. Jason Tan

Hi SA tour team, I am currently on 14D11N EUROPEAN TREASURE TROVE trip with Cyril Sheng from 03 Dec to 16 Dec. The thing about going on a trip and especially on a tour is to be accommodating with each other and not put in tough and unreasonable requests to tour guide. Cyril was the complete opposite of the worst. He puts in his best effort and goes all out to assist each and every member in the tour. He’s nothing short of being an excellent tour guide. I hereby put in my testimonial to him and I will continue to support SA Tours. Warmest Regards, Jason Tan

@Ms. Eunice Chua

Dear SA, Happy New Year 2023! Hope this finds you well. I meant to write earlier but was busy traveliing and celebrating the festive season. This a belated thank you to Keith Ng who was Tour Leader on my trip to Hokkaido 1st to 8th December. He looked after us very well. I was particularly impressed with his caring attitude and he conscientiously helped me throughout the tour. Please pass my compliments to Keith for a job well done during our tour. The group was also appreciative of his attention and commitment. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday and I will certainly consider SA Tours in the future.

@Mr. Samuel Lee & Emely

To the Management of SA Tours, I have just returned from the Hokkaido Package 8 days tour from 11 to 19th of May on the Scoot Flight Package.I would like to mention something today that is on every leisure traveller’s dream to have a pleasant and memorable trip just outside my usual business travels. When we landed in Sapporo , we were greeted with a 60 ?year old tour guide ( Tao yu , BEI ZI ) and my first impression was what can this lady do for the 8 days continuous journey that we are going to embark on while most of the time, I would expect a 30 to 40 years plus tour guide are the usual ones with the appropriate energy to carry us all the way throughout the comprehensive journeys . I saw even at the first meeting she was pretty tired , stunned and wear out. I was literally not expecting any potential exciting tours ahead. After the 8 days , I was totally wronged and what I witnessed was that Bei Zi has brought us the tour group to an exhilarating , entertaining , knowledge riched journey and most importantly with great sense of humour that bombarded us till we are totally impressed with her experience and skills of a well rounded tour guide. Her style of organising the tour schedule was kept detailed and meticulously carried out the proposed events with utmost responsibility to ensure everyone is safe and understood the message she tried to deliver. Never had I and my wife came across such dedicated and professional attitude that she carried with her to ensure that the tour group members broke ice on friendship quickly and allow us to find common ground together through her lively humour and simplistic philological understanding about how we should appreciate our life both by leading simple, happy and a meaningful life. It’s really a 5 stars quality. I would like to also comment on the professionalism displayed by Rachel ( SA ) who has to juggle between 2 travel groups while keeping pace with the tight schedule moving from one hotel to another and it is no joke considering we are changing hotels every day. She brought snacks to ensure that we are in good mood and continue to keep us well informed on the day’s schedule. Her bilingualist ability was able to put into good use. She is very kind, gentle and understanding. Last but not least, another commendable person we would like to thank is Hirasawa San, the perfect and meticulously dressed driver who makes our journey seamlessly safe and given strategically challenging driven coach routes that only experience and passionate driver can execute. The coach is too clean that we felt guilty eating some snacks inside the coach. Many thanks to SA tours, and very lucky to have such great people like BEI ZI , Rachel and Hirasawa San, who I hope will continue to upkeep great standards of tour guided packages offered. Once again, thanks to wonderful people like BEI ZI that makes my holiday so worthwhile not just on beautiful sceneries alone but we certainly make great pleasant friends along this nice and memorable journey. I wish everyone best days ahead , till we meet again.

@Ms. Sara Goh

Hi, I was one of the group members for the 9D8N Zhangjiajie from 6 to 14 Apr 2024. Our tour guide was 小黑 (王坤). I would like to pay special compliments to him for his professionalism and dedication. He was able to understand the dynamics of the group and was capable to take good care of the different age groups. He was not over zealous and very protective of us. We felt safe travelling with him. It could be due to his sincerity that there was such good cooperation and understanding amongst the members. I would love to have someone like him as the tour guide if I were to visit China again. His heart is in the right place. I would appreciate it if you could assist to let him and his company know of our deep appreciation for him. Thank you. Best regards Sara Goh

@Mr. Daryl Sim

Dear Sir/Mdm I would like to give the following compliment our tour group leader and foreign tour guide for our SA Tour trip to Zhang Jia Jie. My tour leader Richard was very helpful and approachable throughout the trip. He is always staying behind the whole group to ensure that we do not lose our way, or head towards the wrong direction. He helps to look our for the elderlies in our group. He is always prompt to help us when we approach him for certain enquiries, like if there is any place to get food near our hotel etc. He is attentive to details, on the night when we took a train to Guangzhou, we were at the wrong gate. However, Richard was quick to notice the details and guided us to the correct gate, if not we would have missed our train to Guangzhou. I am very grateful and thankful to have him as my guide. Our foreign tour guide, Xiao Hei (Wang Kun) was very knowledgeable with the places we are visiting. He explains and shares interesting stories about the places we visit. He is always waiting at the bus door to help everyone get down the bus, like he held on to our hand as we alighted from the bus. When 2 members from our tour group had no appetite for food as they are not feeling well, Xiao Hei asked the restaurant to prepare green bean soup for the 2 members, and when the restaurant staff explains that the green bean soup was not inclusive in the set that was ordered, he forked out his own money for the green bean soup. Throughout the trip, he always buys oranges and stuffs using his own money to treat us even though he did not need to do so. When a few of my family members were not feeling well, I approached Xiao Hei to ask him to help me order some Yakult and Isotonic water for my family. When the items arrived, he refused to collect the money from me. It is hard to come by tour guides like him. Please acknowledge receipt of my email and convey my compliment to Xiao Hei and his company. Thank you.

@Mr. Sim Lee Hiang and Han Luan Fong

Dear Sir/madam, My tour guide Richard is a nice and approachable person. Despite of the initial issues caused by his colleague, Esther (who sold us the package), he managed to resolve the problems to the best of his ability. We are thankful to have Xiao Hei (Wang Kun) as our local guide in China. He is a very organised person. He has good knowledge of history and is engaging and entertaining. He speaks clearly and fluently. He also takes good care of us.

Pro golfer grayson murray dead at 30 years old, golfer grayson murray dead at 30 ... after leaving tourney w/ illness.

  • Breaking News

Golf star Grayson Murray has died at 30 years old, the PGA Tour announced on Saturday ... just hours after withdrawing from a tournament with an illness.

Murray was in Fort Worth, Texas, where he was competing in the Charles Schwab Challenge ... but he pulled himself from the tourney during Friday's second round, citing an illness. No further information was given at the time.

Saturday morning, the Tour announced the young, talented golfer had passed away.

"We were devastated to learn – and are heartbroken to share – that PGA TOUR player Grayson Murray passed away this morning. I am at a loss for words," PGA Commissioner Jay Monahan said in a statement.

"The PGA TOUR is a family, and when you lose a member of your family, you are never the same. We mourn Grayson and pray for comfort for his loved ones."

Monahan says the CSC -- currently in the third round -- will continue, despite the tragic events ... 'cause that's what the Murray family wanted.

"I reached out to Grayson’s parents to offer our deepest condolences, and during that conversation, they asked that we continue with tournament play. They were adamant that Grayson would want us to do so. As difficult as it will be, we want to respect their wishes."

Legendary broadcaster Jim Nantz , who is calling the event for CBS, addressed Murray's death as they came on the air ... in what was a very emotional moment.

Murray last won a PGA Tour event a few months ago -- in January at the Sony Open in Hawaii -- snapping a 6-plus year winless streak.

Grayson's first Tour victory came at the Barbasol Championship in mid-2017.

Murray was also a decorated amateur before turning pro ... winning three Junior World Championships.

Thailand Tours

The most visited country in Southeast Asia, why is it? When is the best time to visit Thailand?

From November to early April is the best time to visit Thailand. The eastern and western beaches of the south have different climates. In the winter, the west coast is more advantageous. The majority of the year is pleasant for travelers along Thailand's east coast. There, rainfall is least in January and February and most abundant in November.

What are the top places that you should not miss when taking a tour to Thailand?

Contrasting to the bright lights, swift pace, and loudness of certain Asian megacities, Bangkok's more laid-back feel and easily navigable public transit. Besides, the golden chedi of Buddhist temples and wats that provide seclusion around the city spring up among supermarkets and skyscraper structures.

Chiang Mai, Thailand's second-largest city, is the opposite of Bangkok. It is surrounded on all sides by rainforests and situated between the country's northern mountains. Visitors to Chiang Mai frequently spend learning about the region's rich cuisine, relaxing in the simple lodgings, and viewing the historic temple ruins.

Phuket Island, which is situated on the sea trading route between China and India, is a fusion of several civilizations that have left their imprints. Due to the attractiveness of its amiably wonderful beaches and crystal-clear oceans, it is not only still the wealthiest district in Thailand but also vibrant and raucous

Krabi is the image of a longtail boat with vividly colorful sails moored in a blue sea that represents Thailand? The Andaman Sea, which is home to more than 150 limestone islands that are surrounded by marshes and covered in frothy patches of flora, makes visitors enjoy the peaceful time here.

The best itinerary for a Thailand tour?

Your journey will begin in Bangkok, the country's capital and largest city, which is renowned for its ornate shrines and active street culture. After spending two to three days here, you take a flight to Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai, two mountainous northern cities with many tourist attractions. After that, you will take a flight to Phuket Island or Krabi to visit the stunning, gorgeous beaches with long, white shorelines and end your journey here.

How many days should I spend for a tour to Thailand

With a 6 – 8 days tour, you can visit Bangkok and Phuket/Krabi if you are a person who is keen on the beach & relaxation. And if you are a person who is keen in learning the local life as well as the culture and seeing the mountain place, Bangkok with Chiang Mai should be chosen. Besides, if you want to travel to both these 3 destinations, you can spend 9 – 14 days exploring all of them.

The latest on Singapore Airlines turbulence incident

By Lauren Said-Moorhouse , CNN

Thanks for joining our live updates following the Singapore Airlines incident on Tuesday. Our coverage here is wrapping up but you can follow the latest developments here.

Singapore Airlines team arrives in Bangkok

From CNN's Lauren Said-Moorhouse

Singapore Airlines has said a team has landed in Bangkok after one of its flights had to make an emergency landing in Thailand after experiencing severe turbulence.

The airline said the team had arrived in the Thai capital "to support our colleagues and the local authorities on the ground" in an update on its Facebook page.

"We are providing all possible assistance to the passengers and crew on board SQ321, both at the hospital and the airport," it added in the statement.

Flight likely encountered rapidly developing thunderstorms over Myanmar

From CNN meteorologist Brandon Miller

Singapore Airlines flight SQ321 likely encountered rapidly developing thunderstorms over southern Myanmar on Tuesday during the time that extreme turbulence was reported.

A CNN Weather analysis of satellite data shows an area of developing thunderstorms over the Irrawaddy Delta [a river in Myanmar] between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. GMT (early afternoon local time). This corresponds to the same time and location reported by the airline and independent data analysis of the flight path from FlightRadar24.

Tropical thunderstorms like these are typical for this time of year with moisture increasing in the region as the southwest monsoon season is beginning in South Asia. They can form quickly in the early afternoon as the land heats up, especially near the coastline.

Budding thunderstorms like Tuesday's may not appear on radar in their earliest stages, even though the quick rising motion within them can still produce turbulence. The storm cells likely grew from 20,000 to 30,000 feet to well over 50,000 feet in less than an hour.

Who was on Singapore Airlines flight SQ321?

There was a total of 211 passengers and 18 crew on board the flight traveling from London's Heathrow Airport bound for Singapore's Changi Airport, according to Singapore Airlines.

The journey should have taken around 13 hours. However, it made an emergency landing in Bangkok after experiencing severe turbulence over Myanmar. One passenger – a 73-year-old Briton – died and scores of others were injured.

Singapore Airlines has now provided an update on the nationalities of the passengers traveling on the Boeing 777-300ER. They include:

  • 56 from Australia
  • 47 from the United Kingdom
  • 41 from Singapore
  • 23 from New Zealand
  • 16 from Malaysia
  • 5 from the Philippines
  • 4 from Ireland
  • 4 from the United States
  • 3 from India
  • 2 from Indonesia
  • 2 from Myanmar
  • 2 from Canada
  • 2 from Spain
  • 1 from Germany
  • 1 from Iceland
  • 1 from Israel
  • 1 from South Korea

Correction: The age of the deceased passenger has been amended in this post.

Airline flight data show turbulence occurred over Myanmar

From CNN's Ross Levitt

The aviation tracking site FlightRadar24 says, based on its data, that the turbulence on Singapore Airlines flight SQ321 occurred over Myanmar at approximately 7:49 a.m. UTC (3:49 a.m. ET).

This lines up with  a statement from the airline  stating that the plane, “encountered sudden extreme turbulence over the Irrawaddy Basin [a river in Myanmar] at 37,000 feet, about 10 hours after departure.”

FlightRadar24 said in  a blog post  that, according to its data, at that time, ”the flight encountered a rapid change in vertical rate, consistent with a sudden turbulence event.”

The data show the flight changing course about 14 minutes later. The airline says, “the pilot declared a medical emergency and diverted the aircraft to Bangkok.”

The FlightRadar24 data show the flight, which was cruising at 37,000 feet, suddenly dipping then rapidly climbing a few hundred feet before dipping and climbing again and then finally settling back at its cruising altitude. The entire disruption took about 90 seconds, according to the data, but resulted in dozens of injuries, including a fatality.

Number of injured passengers rises to 71, according to hospital

From CNN's Kocha Olarn in Bangkok

The Singapore Airlines flight that experienced severe turbulence while en route to the Southeast Asian nation from London left at least 71 people injured, according to the Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital in Bangkok that received the injured passengers.

The hospital also said six people are severely injured. Earlier, Kittipong Kittikachorn, the general manager of Suvarnabhumi International Airport in the Thai capital said seven people were critically injured.

Those injured include citizens of Malaysia, the UK, New Zealand, Spain, the US and Ireland.

At least seven people in critical condition following Singapore Airlines incident, airport official says

From CNN’s Kocha Olarn in Bangkok and Hamdi Alkhshali

Ambulances are seen outside the Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand, on Tuesday.

At least seven people are critically injured after a Singapore Airlines flight traveling from London to Singapore experienced severe turbulence and was forced to make an emergency landing in Thailand, according to Kittipong Kittikachorn, the general manager of Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

Earlier, the airport official confirmed a 73-year-old British man had died. Authorities are currently awaiting a medical report on the deceased, Kittikachorn said.

Kittikachorn also told CNN on Tuesday that he was informed about the emergency landing in Bangkok just ten minutes before it touched down.

Kittikachorn, who inspected the aircraft, reported that several passengers were injured, with some sustaining broken arms. The severity of the situation prompted doctors to advise the initiation of an emergency plan to assist all affected passengers. Previously, the airport official said the majority of injuries sustained on board were cuts and bruises.

“It took us one and a half hours to evacuate all passengers,” Kittikachorn stated. The turbulence also caused significant damage inside the plane , with parts of the ceiling and luggage compartments collapsing.

How air turbulence creates danger in the skies

From CNN's Tamara Hardingham-Gill

Air travel and turbulence have always gone hand in hand with many flights, especially long haul, experiencing spells of bumpiness. The  severe episode on board a Singapore Airlines plane  in which one passenger died raises concerns about how risky turbulence can be.

Experts say it is extremely unlikely that most flights will result in injury or damage, but there have been numerous recent incidents in which this has occurred.

Understanding what causes turbulence can help air crew and passengers mitigate its impact.

“Turbulence fatalities on commercial flights are fortunately very rare, but have sadly increased by one today,” Paul Williams, a professor of atmospheric science at the University of Reading in the UK, said in a statement released today.

2024 RBC Canadian Open picks, predictions, odds, field: Proven golf expert backing Alex Noren in Ontario

Sia nejad reveals his rbc canadian open 2024 picks, props, and sleepers for this week's pga tour event in hamilton.

alex-noren-cbs.jpg

One of the oldest PGA Tour events takes place this week when 156 players tee off in the 2024 RBC Canadian Open beginning Thursday at Hamilton Golf and Country Club in Hamilton, Ontario. The Canadian Open was first played in 1904. Only the Open Championship (1860) and U.S. Open (1895) are older among current PGA Tour events. This week, world No. 3 and former Canadian Open champion Rory McIlroy is the clear favorite in the 2024 Canadian Open odds, at +360.  He is coming off a 12th place finish in the PGA Championship two weeks ago.

Tommy Fleetwood (+1600), who was the runner-up in last year's Canadian Open, and Sahith Theegala (+1800) round out the top three choices in the PGA odds for the Canadian Open 2024 field. Before locking in any 2024 RBC Canadian Open picks, make sure you  see the PGA Tour predictions and best bets from golf betting and fantasy expert Sia Nejad .

Nejad specializes in betting and DFS in golf, among other sports. He's had incredible success in the outright and first-round leader markets and in betting head-to-head matchups. He also has been solid with his head-to-head matchups since last year's Charles Schwab Challenge, going 47-30-3 and returning 14.09 units over that span. That's a $1,409 profit for $100 bettors since May 2023. Nejad also nailed Wyndham Clark, a 75-1 longshot, as the outright winner at the Wells Fargo Championship. In 2023, SportsLine debuted "The Early Wedge," and in the first three months of the show, he hit two first-round leaders and three outright winners.

Now, Nejad has turned his attention to the 2024 RBC Canadian Open field and locked in his best bets, top sleepers and favorites to avoid. See who they are at SportsLine .

Top 2024 RBC Canadian Open expert picks

One surprise: Nejad is low on the chances of two-time PGA Tour winner Corey Conners. Ranked No. 49 in the world, Conners has had a slow start to his 2024 season. He has yet to finish in the top 10 in 14 starts. His best finish this season in a non-team event is 13th.

The 32-year-old Canadian also has struggled with his short game this season. He ranks 172nd on Tour in scrambling from less than 10 yards (76.74%). "Conners is an elite ball-striker, but his short game has enough holes in it to prevent him from beating this entire field over four rounds," Nejad told SportsLine.

However, Nejad is backing longtime PGA Tour veteran Alex Noren. Ranked No. 54 in the world, Noren has won 11 times internationally but is winless in 175 career starts on Tour. He enters the Canadian Open playing consistently good golf. He has not missed a cut in 12 starts this season and has a third, 24th and 12th in his last three starts.

Nejad likes that Noren has excelled in several different areas this year. He leads the Tour in scrambling from the rough (75.0%) and ranks third in scoring average (68.74) and fourth in strokes gained: total (1.382). "Noren is doing everything well, and he has the results to back up the solid metrics," Nejad told SportsLine.  See which other players to back at SportsLine .

How to make 2024 RBC Canadian Open picks

Nejad has locked in his best bets for the 2024 RBC Canadian Open and is backing several longshots, including one that is priced at more than +5000. This player "has shown an ability to spike with his short game" and is a longshot who could surprise. You can see Nejad's PGA Tour picks only at SportsLine .

So which players should you target or avoid for the 2024 RBC Canadian Open, and which player in the RBC Canadian Open 2024 field could bring a huge payday at more than +5000? Check out the odds below, then visit SportsLine to see Sia Nejad's top picks for the 2024 RBC Canadian Open , all from the expert who is 47-30-3 on his last 80 head-to-head picks.

Grayson Murray: PGA Tour golfer who died aged 30 took his own life, parents say

In a statement, his parents Eric and Terry Murray said "life wasn't always easy" for their son and "although he took his own life, we know he rests peacefully now".

PGA Tour golfer Grayson Murray took his own life, his parents have said, as they urged people to be "kind to one another".

The 30-year-old American withdrew from a competition in Texas with two holes remaining of his second round on Friday citing an illness, a day before he died .

In their statement, Eric and Terry Murray said "life wasn't always easy" for their son and "although he took his own life, we know he rests peacefully now".

The couple said that losing him was a "nightmare" and they have "so many questions that have no answers... but one".

"Was Grayson loved? The answer is yes," they said. "By us, his brother Cameron, his sister Erica, all of his extended family, by his friends, by his fellow players and - it seems - by many of you who are reading this. He was loved and he will be missed."

The pair thanked the PGA Tour and "the entire world of golf for the outpouring of support".

They ended their statement by saying: "Please honour Grayson by being kind to one another. If that becomes his legacy, we could ask for nothing else."

Murray - a two-time winner on the PGA Tour - pulled out of the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas, on Friday.

His death on Saturday was announced by PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan, who said Murray's parents had asked for the event to continue.

'I wanted to give up on life at times'

Murray spoke in January about his battles with anxiety and depression and revealed he had sought treatment in the past few years for alcohol abuse but had been sober for several months.

Following his tour victory at the start of this year in Hawaii, he explained how much the win meant to him after what he had been through, saying: "It's not easy... I wanted to give up a lot of times, give up on myself, give up on the game of golf, give up on life at times, and you just persevere.

"When you get tired of fighting, let someone else fight for you and that's what happened."

Golfers pay tribute to Murray

World number one Scottie Scheffler led the tributes to him. The American golfer said: "Obviously, the news hasn't really sunk in quite yet, but I'm thinking about his family and praying hard for all of them.

"I can't imagine how difficult of a time this is. I got to know Grayson a bit better over the last six months or so. There's not really a way to put into words how sad and tragic it is, but I'm thinking about his family."

Murray's long-time caddie Jay Green hailed him as "the absolute best".

"Not only was he an incredible, thoughtful and generous boss, he was an even better friend," he said in a statement.

"He truly would do anything for anyone. He has the best family and my heart goes out to them. We will all miss him deeply."

English golfer Luke Donald wrote on X: "Truly devastating news that Grayson Murray has passed away. He asked me for some advice on how to play Augusta a few months ago, last week I saw him at the PGA Championship, life truly is precious. My condolences and prayers to his whole family that they may find some peace."

Fellow golf star Justin Rose wrote: "I had the opportunity to spend a few rounds of golf alongside Grayson in recent weeks at Hilton Head, Quail Hollow and Valhalla.

"I will always remember that and use it to remind myself that you never know what challenges people have going on in their lives and how they may be internalising things. RIP Grayson and love and strength to your family and friends."

PGA Tour boss Jay Monahan said: "Over the last several years I spent a lot of time with him because I wanted to understand what we could do, in his opinion, to help everybody else out here.

"I'm devastated by Grayson's loss. The conversations I had with him, particularly the last year, I learned an awful lot from him. He was very open and transparent with me."

Grayson Murray’s parents said Sunday their 30-year-old son took his own life, just one day after he withdrew from a PGA Tour event. The family asked for privacy and that people honor Murray by being kind to one another.

“If that becomes his legacy, we could ask for nothing else,” Eric and Terry Murray said in a statement released by the PGA Tour.

Blake Shelton’s Favorite 3-Ingredient Recipe Is One of Ours Too

It doesn't get much easier!

It sounds as though, somehow, between his hectic tour schedule, running multiple restaurants, and performing with his wife, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton has still found time to record what could very well be the song of the summer. Shelton recently teased a new collaboration with Post Malone that could quickly overtake Malone's other newly released, number-one country song with Morgan Wallen on the top music charts.

So, as we not-so-patiently await the pair to drop the soon-to-be hit song, we guess we’ll stick to playing Shelton’s other music. And, of course, nothing goes with a Blake Shelton song quite like an ice-cold beer and a recipe straight from his kitchen .

While Shelton has shared a few of the recipes that he serves at his Ole Red restaurant in Tennessee, Las Vegas , Florida, and Oklahoma , we’re more keen to know what the country singer makes in the comfort of his own home. And thanks to a 2019 interview with Country Living , we know what the award-winning artist is whipping up a lot.

The Snack Blake Shelton Craves While on Tour

If he’s cooking at home, Shelton says he loves a chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes and country gravy and his go-to drink is the “Blake-a-Rita” served at Ole Red—which is simply his vodka, Smithworks, mixed with Sprite Zero over ice.

However, even though chicken-fried steak is about as comforting as you can get, it’s not the meal Shelton finds himself craving when he’s on tour.

“When your tour ends, what’s the first homemade thing that you crave?” Country Living asked.

“Homemade cheese dip,” Shelton responded.

The answer isn’t super surprising, considering Shelton serves “Redneck Nachos” at his Old Red restaurant, which are topped with a cheese dip. What we’re happy to learn, though, is just how easy his go-to dip is to prepare.

“I use some Velveeta, chopped up jalapeños, some sautéed onions, mix it up, and start dipping,” he said.

Essentially, Shelton’s recipe is a mix between the classic Ro*tel Velveeta queso with the spice and the Pioneer Woman’s Dirty Queso with the caramelized onions. Mix it up in a pot or the slow cooker, and you’ve got the ideal snack for potlucks , barbecues, and tailgates , paired with tortilla chips and the newest Blake Shelton song.

2024 Charles Schwab Challenge odds, picks: Predictions and best bets for this week's PGA Tour event from a golf expert

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler seeks his fifth win in seven events when the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge begins on Thursday at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Scheffler, who was runner-up in this tournament in 2022, has recorded nine consecutive top-10 finishes after securing a T-8 finish at the PGA Championship last week. It was the worst performance in six outings for the 27-year-old, who registered four victories and a runner-up in his previous five starts on the PGA Tour.

Scheffler is the +300 favorite in the latest 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge odds. Collin Morikawa is the +1400 second choice, while 2016 winner Jordan Spieth is +1800. Max Homa is +2200 and Tony Finau rounds out the top choices in the Charles Schwab Challenge 2024 field at +3300. Defending champion Emiliano Grillo is a +12000 longshot.

Before locking in any 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge picks, make sure you see the PGA Tour predictions and best bets from golf betting and fantasy expert Sia Nejad.

Nejad specializes in betting and DFS in golf, among other sports. He's had incredible success in the outright and first-round leader markets, as well as in betting head-to-head matchups.  He also has been solid with his head-to-head matchups since last year's Charles Schwab Challenge,   going 40-27-3 and returning 9.14 units   over that span . That's a $914 profit for $100 bettors since May 2023.

Nejad also  nailed 75-1 longshot Wyndham Clark as the outright winner at the Wells Fargo Championship . In 2023, SportsLine debuted The Early Wedge, and in the first three months of the show,  he hit two first-round leaders and three outright winners .

Now, Nejad has been digging into the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge field to find the best value and just locked in his best bets and favorites to avoid.

One surprise: Nejad is fading   Jordan Spieth, even though he is one of the favorites at +1800 . Another curveball: Nejad is high on Collin Morikawa (+1400).  "I'm considering Morikawa due to his driving accuracy, iron play and the short game, which really has heated up lately (outside of an extremely poor Sunday PUTT performance at the PGA Championship), Nejad told SportsLine.

Moreover, Nejad has his eye on a longshot who's priced at more than +10000 ! This player "can do enough with the putter to potentially spike" and is a longshot who could surprise. You ABSOLUTELY NEED to see who it is before locking in any 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge picks of your own!

So which 2024   Charles Schwab Challenge   golfers should you target or avoid? And which player could bring a huge payday at more than +100 00 ? ... Join SportsLine right now to see Sia Nejad's top picks for the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge, all from the expert who is 39-27-2 on his last 68 head-to-head picks !
