In it for the money

Booking was fine, the tests arrived on time and all in order. Trouble was getting the results. I was already back out of the UK before I got any results and that was just someone on the phone, nine days after posting the tests off who assured me they were both negative. No official result ever arrived, just have to take the word of the person on the phone who I had to chase to get the result. Public health clearly not on the list of priorities of this company, who somehow have secured a monopoly on all day 2 testing for arrivals into Scotland. Overpriced and unprofessional, but why should they even care?

Absolute Shambles

Absolute shambles. Only company you are allowed to book with if you're arriving in Scotland as per government website. Placed an order and received only the confirmation of the order. No invoice received and each time I call customer services it's a call centre in India and they sound like they have no idea what is going on. Still haven't received any invoice and I'm not hopeful for receiving it in time for my flight. Scottish government need to do better and allow more providers of test kits so that people don't end up out of pocket or stranded

Nicola Sturgeons Idea of a F**king joke??? Firstly, the reference number didnt work on the government website. Second, I spoke to some woman in either india or pakistan with her kids running around in the background who was useless and all that for 135 pound!

Unprofessional, poor customer service

We can’t even give one star rating for this stupid unprofessional company and staffs. We have tried to do an amendment in our invoice since our travel date is fault. We tried to call them 1000 of time and waiting for the invoice around 48hours. Nobody didn’t response to our calls. One mad lady answered and put it on hold and did her work and chatting with their friends in their language. Is this the way they are caring their customers? They don’t understand the seriousness of our situation, we are investing thousands for traveling not their money. Our flight got canceled. The biggest scammers ever seen. The UK gov should take proper action against this service.

The worst experience ever !

The worst experience ever !! Booked and paid for day 2 test at 11.40 Thursday morning - emailed 5 times to say hadn’t received my 2nd confirmation email . Called on Friday 5 times ( India !!!!) Was promised each time I would receive email and call back to confirm - NOTHING received !! On the last call I was told payment was refused and to call my card company . AMeX said they never had a request for this amount !!!! Made another booking - same story - no confirmation email !! Made another booking with different card - same story - no confirmation email ! Finally booked with a provider in England although as traveling to scotland I am supposed to use CTM !! Awful service ! Never ever again ! And this is officially recommended by the Scottish NHS !! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid !!!

I had reserverd hotel for my client…

I had reserverd hotel for my client from Thailand (quarantine hotel for passenger from Red list country) And I feel that CTM is the worst company I have had to deal with. I asked them to amend name on booking and invoice (as their booking form is not clear) but they seem did not understand. I have to make either international call and e-mail more than 10 times. But they did not do what I requested. They promised to call me back but they never do that. If I have chance to work with other travel agent I will not deal with CTM.

I WISH I COULD GIVE -5 STARS. worst service I have ever dealt with. ''Customer service'' for hotel quarentine in the UK which costs over 2000£ cannot speak english? So am I now having to risk paying a fine of 10,000£ as I could not change the date on my quarentine hotel due to a flight delay despite spending over 4 hours on the phone with 8 different ''customer service'' people all of whom couldent understand me (I am english and have spoken english since I was born 35 years ago... The worst service you could possibly create. How this is a mandotory service is beyond me. Discarasfull.

If we could give minus or zero

If we could give minus or zero I would. What a farce they have been awarded a contract for all quarantine bookings in the UK. I have been trying for more than 2 hours to get through with no answer. The only positive or of have being forced to book a quarantine hotel with them is that I will never use their services in future from a private or business perspective. Well done on destroying your company profile. Covid will end and we will brake to choose who we use. Your company will never see a penny from me in a personal capacity.

This company should be rated ZERO…

This company should be rated ZERO stars! Absolutely appalling service! They haves a monopoly over all quarantine hotel bookings in the UK. I suspect the UK government went for the lowest offer as there could be NO other reason to use them. I must have spent at least 12 hours on hold over the past few days waiting to speak to their agents. When I have managed to speak to an outsourced CS agent, the quality of the phone line has been shocking! Several times I have been disconnected by their agents and more than once I have received the wrong confirmation. NO apologies and NOWHERE else to go. I do not even know if I will have a hotel room when I get to Heathrow tomorrow. Shameful conduct with no recourse for the customer.

Delayed departures and late arrivals The Bus is not clean at all, while I asked to change my seat or someone to clean the allocated because the previous passenger has vomited over it, he said not my problem if they vomit! Is it mine? I have to wait till the bus moved and check if any available seats, this is not what we have paid for!

Worst experience ever.. I have paid for my quarantine and been waiting for conformation email and have no response from them.. my flight is just in 24 hours and i'm still waiting. Emailed them so many times but no response and tried to call them countless times but they never picked up my call.

This is the worse travel management…

This is the worst travel management ever. They don't answer emails or calls and when they say they'll call you back, they don't. I do not understand how CTM hasn't been shut down yet. This management is so foul in so many different ways. I've wasted so much time and money trying to call them as I am currently not in the UK. How are they the ones taking care of hotel quarantine when their service is garbage. Words can't express how much I hate this so called 'travel management'. I hope you go bankrupt.

"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THEIR DNA" Personally, I consider CTM to be incapable of handling the hotel quarantine bookings. They cannot even follw their own terms and conditions. In the hotel quarantine package and on the Uk government's website, it clearly states that the transfers from the port of arrival and vice versa are included. I even called them to confirm whether they are going to transfer back to the arrival point, and yeah they said that I need to get on the coach that 'arrives sharply between 9-10 am'. 'Sharply', my foot. They stood me up for 2 hours and when I called them again to ask why the coach had not arrived, the receptionist who picked up the phone didn't even know what I was saying and hung up on me. I was speaking english, which sounded Greek to her. Neither the hotel I was booked in, nor the CTM could follow the terms for travel. Honestly, it feels like the goverment doesn't even care about the quarantine, that it has assigned such a disgraceful travel agency for it.

Disgusting!

This company sent me faulty PCR tests back in 2021. They would not answer the phone!! I then had to claim back through the credit card company due to faulty goods and not receiving what was paid for! They are now trying to pursue this money through debt collection. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. I booked 3 Covid tests for travel to Scotland in Setember. I suffered an accident and was unable to travel. I tried to contact the company 3 times by phone, terribly long wait times and I was treated rudely and then hung up on the first 2 times. I have now been on hold for 30 plus minutes and counting. I had tried an email with no response so far. Have repeated the email and frankly expect to get nowhere with it. Very crooked operation.

Absolutely terrible…

Paid £170 for absolutely terrible service. It´s been more than 3 weeks since my husband took the tests and still got no results!!!! We checked that all his contacts are correct. It is impossible to contact the company to get the results. What a joke.

I am appalled by the service

I am appalled by the service. I have been trying to book a quarantine hotel through this service and have had 3 payments rejected. I booked a fourth and have had no invoice reference issued that I need for my PLF. I am in a desperate situation as I need to get back to the UK. I have tried to call their number for days with no response, emailed several times with no response as well. It is mandatory to go through CTM and I just cannot believe this has been approved as a service provider by the UK government. There is NO service at all and thousands of people will need to use them to make their way back to the UK from a red list country. It is shameful that we have to pay GBP 2285 for a room and still have to be treated with such little regard as customers and as citizens/residents of the UK. Can someone please advise how I can get the invoice reference or another number that they actually answer? I have to miss my flight and will be incurring more charges to my return due to the incompetence of this company.

Bad advice from customer service

I phoned customer service on the 4th of November at 1pm because I didn't get a ref number sent by email after my purchase for a day 2 kit on the night of the 3rd. They told me that if I didn't get an email nor did it appear on my bank account at that time it meant that payment didn't go through so I had to buy another one. So I did and received the email immediately this time. Except that payments seem to have been delayed and actually got charged later on and now I have 2 kits (and payed twice). Send an email this time to know if I could send back the second kit to get a refund, no answer ...
