Service beyond the call of duty

I had many clarifications that I needed when I booked my business class tickets for the first time in my life. Mr. Martin Smith who took care of my booking was able to clarify and instill confidence that his recommendations were the best and to my satisfaction. He was so nice to send a youtube link to see for myself the seats that he was booking for my wife and me. He did a great job despite me being very tough on him. Getting him as your booking agent, I believe, will be a blessing.

Good experience

I was assisted by Dylan Cooper, my booking was cancelled for no reason, Dylan reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. Responsiveness in a difficult situation

A planned business trip to Denmark was in jeopardy, when my connecting flight to LAX was cancelled an hour before its flight time. No other options existed to reach LAX before the international flight departed.International carriers have different policies in these types of situations. Maze, who handled my rebooking for the next flight out of LAX the following day went above and beyond to smooth out the entire process.

My husband and I had been saving all year for an Alaskan adventure trip, and we found the perfect deal on two hotels from Crystal Travel. We booked our rooms and were all set. Unfortunately, a massive snowstorm delayed our flights the night we were supposed to land in Anchorage. I booked a flight with them to Accra, Ghana. The team was very helpful. I had good customer service. I will use them again.

Booked plane tickets to Thailand. Or so I thought. Went through the process within couple of minutes and then they told me there were no seats left at the price. Someone calls and tells you that you can book at a totally different price, of course it's a higher price than it was advertised on the website. I smell the scam when I see it. It was my first attempt to use this website and the last one. Never again! Scammers!

I took a chance on a discount ticket to visit friends. I just happened to check my flight about a week before the trip, only to find out that the flight had been cancelled. I contacted the airline, and they told me they would refund Crystal Travel, and that I would have to contact them. So far I have not heard back from Crystal, I had to buy a last minute (expensive) ticket, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Le$$on learned.

I made a reservation for a Kuala Lumpur-NYC via Doha trip on 5 June via Crystal Travel. I walked in the Kuala Lumpur airport that day only to find that my first flight had been cancelled, which I had never been made aware of. I called Crystal Travel's customer service number in order to ask them to book me on a new flight asap, but no one picked up. I wrote an email titled "URGENT" and am still to get an answer to this day. I got my problem resolved by the airline themselves (Qatar Airways), they booked me on a new pair of flights operated by other airlines that left later that day - the airline said that my initial flights had long been cancelled and Crystal Travel had been made aware of that and had to forward me the info (which the airline could not do themselves because Crystal Travel had not entered my email address in the form they provided the airline), which they never did. Unprofessional. This was the first time I booked with Crystal Travel and it will be the last.

Service as it should be - helpful, patient and kind!

I needed advice on either changing the date of my holiday flights to USA, or cancelling the flights. Christy, one of Crystal's staff, was very helpful, and also very patient with me, as I have poor hearing. We decided that cancellation was the right answer, and she arranged the cancellation, and she arranged the very welcome refund that covered part of the costs of the flight, and advised me to arrange a refund for the remainder through my travel insurance. I only wish that every organisation that I contact had such helpful staff.

My experience yesterday with Olivia at Crystal Travel definitely expressed that they certainly done a very good job to train their staff on dealing with customer's issues. From answering the phone until solving my issues, Olivia was just excellent!!! Cyrstal Travel has been helpful form the very start, almost a year ago when i was just looking for the best travel deals, Joy the operator that tinme was reponsive to my querries. Few months down the line , I received an email about the changes on our flight, so keeping us all informed ahead is always helpful. Majorly regret using Crystal Travel to…

Majorly regret using Crystal Travel to book my flights. Needed to move flights for personal reasons and got gouged for over £700 to move them. c. £100 being the airline move cost and the remainder being for 'change in fare price' even though I could see that that the price of the new flights on the airline's website was significantly lower than the cost of my original flights. When booking my initial flights they also do this scam, which I've subsequently seen other reviews mentioning, whereby they put up a lower price on Google Flights and then when you try to book it they call up to say the price has gone and then push you to buy the flights at the 'new' price. The experiences have been a painful reminder to always book direct in future, using agents is not worth it.

I had many clarifications that I needed when I booked my business class tickets for the first time in my life. Mr. Martin Smith who took care of my booking was able to clarify and instill confidence that his recommendations were the best and to my satisfaction. I was assisted by Dylan Cooper, my booking was cancelled for no reason, Dylan reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. Responsiveness in a difficult situation

A planned business trip to Denmark was in jeopardy, when my connecting flight to LAX was cancelled an hour before its flight time. No other options existed to reach LAX before the international flight departed.International carriers have different policies in these types of situations. Maze, who handled my rebooking for the next flight out of LAX the following day went above and beyond to smooth out the entire process.
