I booked in September of 2021 for a Rhine River Cruise in March of 2022 for my family of 7. Due to COVID19 in early 2022, it was recommended by Jayne to postpone the trip until April of 2023. I did, and she told me that I would once again be booked on a Viking Cruise with both Pre- and Post-extensions. I got a complete run around from Jayne until 2 weeks before our Cruise was to leave. The itinerary was emailed, and it was not a Viking Cruise; also, there were no pre- or post-extensions. Jayne didn't even have the decency to let us know any of these changes verbally. We had to read that we were leaving a day early! The cruise line was not comparable to Viking Cruises; we received none of the cultural events on board, and we did not have the time to explore the ports every afternoon as promised; our cruise line sailed in the afternoons. It was a true Bait and Switch, and it was hugely disappointing that we did not get the agenda that we had been promised. I would not recommend making any kind of trip plans with this travel agency. Jayne would tell me that she was available 24/7, but I found that she was radio silent when I had questions and true concerns.

What a farce! We were quoted a price and agreed to it, then because of their incompetence, (they did not make the booking promptly) the price increased by $600!! We were traveling with a group, and didn't want to miss out, so forked it over. Got a "Bummer for your bad luck" response, and not a nickel onboard comp. There are much better deals, and certainly much better customer service, out there. I would not recommend this biz AT ALL.
