We attended a travel presentation in Des Moines Iowa in May. We are still waiting for our 2 RT tickets and hotel vouchers...We have called, left messages and now we will be posting on all the Social and review sites we can to let others know you do not make good on your promise of tickets/hotel without purchase into your club. We attended the meeting. Stayed for the entire presentation and it wasn't for us. We were given a pretty generic form to fill out and mail in with assurance it would be processed in 21 days. We are well over 21 days and have attempted to call. We could only leave a message. Those messages have gone unanswered. We will also be reviewing your parent company Blue Vida Travel. I fly between Mexico and the US for work. My membership makes this more affordable than ever. I use the concierge exclusively rather book my trips online. I like the advance and the quick response that I receive. My hotels are about half of my previous costs.

Looks to be another fake set up. Stationary says: blue vida 1313 tree farm, plano texas phone 214 417 2005, except that internet says site closed! Now a ting as scam outlet for Avalon travel resort.

Six months ago, my wife booked a trip to Ireland with Blue Vida and paid fully in advance. Not sure how these guys do business but my credit card ended up getting billed for tickets for other people. Then charges started showing up from all over Europe with no explanation. After thousands of dollars in unauthorized charges, it was determined that my credit card had been compromised so it was canceled. During the trip, there were canceled hotel reservations, canceled airline reservations, and canceled transport tickets. all resulting in more tickets having to be purchased on the spot. Today, we are still trying to resolve this issue. Even though the trip was paid for, they are trying to correct their books by 'refunding money' to my card account and asking me to return the money to them via check.

We had the best honeymoon ever. They took care of every detail and the resort that we stayed at was gorgeous. Melissa is the best and she made sure we had a special trip. Thank you Melissa!!!!

Wow! Amazing recommendations and service

After booking a couple of holidays with Lynne, I now always come back to her when thinking of booking a holiday. Her knowledge of different hotels / resorts is amazing and through her we have discovered some amazing hotels with exactly what we wanted. Booked our holiday in Mexico with Izzy…

Booked our holiday in Mexico with Izzy today and I have to say she was wonderful. Being two oldies she clarified every detail for us so we fully understood what we were paying for and what we were getting. Have never used this company before but I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent customer service …

Lynda was very knowledgeable and spent the time to go through a number of options that were available to us including some “must haves” from our perspective such as direct flights from Manchester, all inclusive and most importantly budget. My husband and I are really looking forward to our trip.

Friendly, efficient and competitive

Fabulous travel company with that personal touch - but still very competitive, especially if you sign up to their newsletters. I booked a surprise 50th birthday holiday for my wife to Treehouse Villas in Thailand and found the advice and help given by Blue Bay Travel to be absolutely first class. They spent ages helping me to sort out dates, travel times, etc. and still managed to find me an affordable price. This type of holiday would normally be far out of my price range, but they made it happen! There were even loads of extras included too! The whole trip - flights, transfers, etc. were perfectly organised (always a worry on a long haul) and everything went to plan. I will definitely come back to Blue Bay Travel for the next big holiday.

We booked a family holiday with blue bay travel to Cape Verde, from booking process and support whilst on holiday the service was fantastic. We will book with blue bay travel again and will recommend to others.

Excellent service 👏

Our Blue Bay travel rep was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the booking process. We decided after booking the initial resort that we wanted to change and go somewhere else. This proved to be no problem and I cannot recommend Blue Bay enough for the service they provide.

Always use Blue Bay Travel. All the staff are so helpful. Just booked a holiday to Mexico with Leighton with a massive discount. Not sure it was because of building work so Leighton contacted the hotel group for me. It was confirmed no building work thank goodness!! Mexico here we come. 👍👍

I have recently booked my holiday to…

I have recently booked my holiday to Thailand. I wanted 2 centre to see Bangkok and a beach resort. I was particularly interested in Krabi or Koh Samui. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Hall who gave me lots of information on Thailand, and giving me several options and quotes. I also booked a 2 night stay in Dubai for our return journey. I would definitely recommend Blue Bay Travel.

Great Customer Service

I have been dealing with Carly for over a year for this booking, as friends let us down and we had to start again. Carly offered numerous options each time we asked. We have finally managed to book 12 months after the original enquiry. She has kept in touch and once again, worked around numerous requests to get the package right for us. Can't thank Carly enough. Birthday trip plans in place

I have been waiting for Excellence El Carmen’s 2026 dates to be released. I am 60 in February 2026 and want to celebrate my birthday there. My husband just celebrated his 60th at EEC and it was amazing. The suite we wanted is very popular and February is a very popular month so we were keen to secure the suite asap. Leighton has been keeping an eye on the release and contacted me to say the room was on sale. So we have the room secured and will book the flights when they go on sale. Uplifting, Spiritual, and Amazing trip!

Just returned from the Marian Shrine Pilgrimage with Blue Heart Travel.

I went with my sister and 19 other pilgrims along with Fr. Sony from Rome.

Our excellent tour guide, Sylvia, brought so much knowledge and understanding to the wonderful sites we got to visit.

She was the “Rock” that Gordan gave to our group. Her personal knowledge as a phenomenal tour guide gave us the reality to enjoy each site and more.. Having Fr. Sony as our spiritual director made the journey of our faith complete ????.

The hotels for all the sites were top-rated and so extremely close to the Marian sites.

As pilgrims from all over the U.S., we bonded like family.

Always in prayer and praise, we will be forever connected. ♥️

Marian Shrine Pilgrimage;

I was a little leery of booking a trip with a company outside the U.S. My fears were allayed by the professionalism of all involved in this Pilgrimage. Gordon was responsive to my inquiries and kept me posted before the trip.

Once on the trip, we were kept on track by our fantastic guide, Silvija Maric.

We were accompanied by Father Sony, an energetic and Spirit-filled Priest.

The bus drivers were experienced and accommodating. The local guides were all exceptional.

The hotels were centrally located. I have been on three Pilgrimages, and this was the first company that lived up to their brochure’s promises.

I would definitely book with Blue Heart Travel again.

Fatima, Lourdes, and Medjugorje put us in the group as one close family knitted in Jesus and Mary. I am definitely coming back. All of our group were astounded by this trip.

Passion Play and Holy Land, Oct. 2022

This was a wonderful Catholic pilgrimage for me and my mom which started in Germany for the Passion Play then off to a week in Israel and 2 days in Jordan. We met wonderful people on our tour and we had a wonderful time with them. We had Gordan, as our tour escort and he made us feel welcome and that he really cared for all of our travel experience and us. Our trip was well organized and we were always in a comfortable big bus, we had the best local guides and the hotel accommodations were excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets in all the hotels were yummy and all the local cuisine was delicious and exotic. I highly recommend this tour company and looking forward to future trips with them. Thank you for the wonderful pilgrimage experience.

Everything was excellent.  The hotels, the food, Marcelina, Camiel, and everything else. 

We had a great experience and your staff exceeded my expectations. 

I felt bad having to change dinner times just a few days out.  Everything did work out – and there was never a time that was frustrating except for when I landed in Frankfurt and wasn’t sure what was going on.  A detailed itinerary (even if it gets adjusted a bit) would have helped a lot. 

Other than that – We were all very very pleased.  I’m thankful that you worked with our payment schedule and all the people that we worked with.  I hope to use your travel services again soon. 

I will be planning a mission trip next summer, a pilgrimage to Rome/Assisi in 2018 and one to Panama in 2019.  I’ll be in contact with you over the next few months.

We have taken many trips using Blue Heart Travel and have never been disappointed with any of them. Traveling in a country that you have never visited can be very stressful, and if done wrong, very frustrating and costly. When touring with Gordon and Blue Heart Travel, it is obvious that they have been to the areas and researched everything thoroughly. They are well known by the owners and proprietors of the local businesses. It is always a fun and relaxing experience.

The hotels are always quality and in a setting close to the center of attraction. The restaurants are very unique and the food is excellent, and usually one of the local specialties (often with entertainment). Tour guides are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. The bus drivers are amazing, maneuvering their buses in areas that I would not drive my car into. Never a long walk and never carrying luggage.

Our Canonization Pilgrimage and Cruise was a special treat. Being with a million people in St Peter's Square during the Canonization of the two popes was a once in a lifetime event. Probably many lifetimes. The visit to the many sites in Rome was wonderful. I highly recommend the cruise on MSC. Having a priest to offer daily Mass was a nice benefit.

Our excursions into Loreto, Ephesus, Istanbul, Split, and Venice were special trips that most of the other people on the cruise wished they could have done with us. Nicely done, with great tour guides

The Grecian Islands of Santorini and Cephalonia are certainly beautiful and worth a visit.

God Bless Us All!! We got back to the USA yesterday morning, June 12, 2014 after 10 days of Pilgrimage to the Holy Land. It's a lifetime dream to experience this kind of Pilgrimage. It could have been done without your help, our Huong, our Msgr. Hodge and our great historian Hani and our driver. Please extend, our personal regards & thank you to Hani. We definitely miss him. He is one of a kind!!

The only comment on the hotel in Bethlehem is that there is no change in menu from one day to the next but great location and accommodation. What a spectacular trip!!! Thank you for making it a big success. My children and I (and everyone in our group actually) truly enjoyed it. The hotels were top notch (especially in Fatima, Avila, and Medjugorje) and the food was excellent everywhere we went! I can honestly say that I enjoyed every tour and every visit. I only wish we were able to spend more time in Avila but time did not permit. Thank you especially for arranging Mass at the Church where St Anthony was baptized, the Convent of St Joseph (to find out there was a jubilee indulgence was very special for us), and for the Mass at Dubrovnik and Mostar too. YOUR GOING THE EXTRA MILE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! Your tour guides were all excellent especially Sylvia! She was a treasure! The highlight was definitely Medjugorje and everything about it was very special. June/July 2012 MARIAN SHRINES TOUR

As you see, how joyful, happy and peaceful all of us after did the  trip to Medjugorje via Vienna,  we really very enjoyed the  Christmas in Vienna  and have attended the Christmas mass which celebrated by Cardinal Schorborn. The hotel was so perfect, just nice and so easy for us to go to anywhere by walking distance, surrounded by shops and restaurant, we also went to the concert, we are really appreciated and so blessed to let you arranged the wonderful trips for us.

We love Vienna so much, and will come back to Vienna again sometimes, and to Medjugorje too. We would like to visit more often to Medjugorje and other places too and will introduce to our friends and relatives to you Gordan, so they also will have a good and wonderful experiences too, as we had in our pilgrims trips.

Peter's pension was delightful as well as Peter himself. Hi Gordan, We arrived in Montenegro at around 3:30 pm. I am so grateful for this trip. It was the least stressful I've ever experienced..................Everything we experienced in Mejugorie was perfect, from the meetings with the visionaries to Holy Hour on Saturday night. You truly are a good organizer. I felt safe and like it was worth every penny.  I will always recommend you for religious trips!  Please thank your wife for the maslenica idea--now, I'm craving it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!

The trip was so excellent. After looking at around 40 different tour agencies and then speaking to about 15 of them, it was immediately obvious you were the best one. Since I had a young adult group going with various ages from 25-40, we had a different itinerary in mind that involved a lot of activity and creating a tour that was in chronological order, so that we could understand the living Bible. I tried with other agencies and unfortunately, people were either unwilling to change their itineraries or work with my "crazy" ideas!

It was obvious that our tour was organized by a Catholic, since it wasn't just a historical tour, it was also very spiritual. We learned so much, saw more than we could have imagined and had the best journey! Everyone loved that we got a chance to go to Jordan, as well as the Holy Land. It was definitely an experience I will never forget and one that made me understand my faith on a deeper level (and I'm not the only one who said that!)

It was a wonderful experience, Gordan

I can't pick one thing or place that was the best -- each country was so unique. Certainly, the opportunity to have Mass in so many very, very special places was a highlight. And although for many decades, I've read about and seen photos and movies of the Nazi concentration and death camps, it was a very somber moment to actually stand in the structures where such horror occurred.  Our dining experiences were great! Incredible meals, especially the salads.

And goodness, there was so much wine and beer.

All in all, I couldn't ask for a more pleasurable trip.
