Audley designed a terrific safari!

Audley designed a safari that was perfect for me. I am an experienced traveler, but had never been on safari nor to Africa before, so I didn't even know what questions to ask. Not recommended at all

We have been working with this agency for the past year to plan a big trip just to find out they didn’t take into account our flight cost, already over our pre established budget and not willing to make it right. We want our money back or a planned trip as we originally discussed. Do not trust this agency with your trips. Consider somewhere else.

The Best trip to South Africa & Safari

What an amazing first class fabulous and fantastic trip to South Africa with our wonderful friends. Andy Freeman from Audley Travel organised an excellent trip starting in Cape Town for 5 days then driving down the Garden Route stopping in Swellendam, Plettenberg Bay, Wilderness, Oudtshoorn, Franschoek and finishing with the most wonderful Safari at Rock Fig which was excellent. There wasn't one thing we could fault about the whole 17 day trip (albeit we may have changed a couple of things) but it was outstanding. Thanks so much Andy and would 110% recommend it to anyone. Galapagos and Ecuador

We had an amazing time in the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador in April. It was an unforgettable experience. Claudia from Audley Travel handled the initial booking and took the time to understand exactly what we liked and did not like before moving forward. The end result was the perfect holiday. Her suggestion of visiting the Mindo Cloud Forest was inspired and suited us perfectly. Bellavista Lodge was incredible and the Galapagos Endemic Cruise beyond words! Scott took over our booking when Claudia moved on and was extremely helpful with flight issues which were resolved. The itinerary detail both on paper and in the app were perfect and every transfer was on time and very well organised. All our drivers and guides were wonderful. This holiday exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using Audley Travel again.

We have recently come back from Vietnam and Cambodia

We have recently come back from the most amazing holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. Everything from flights, transfers, the most amazing hotels, fantastic excursions, great food and great guides. Excellent 15 day tailored trip to Japan

My wife and I just return from a 15 day tailored trip to japan. Adam Falk our planner and agent was "Five Star" excellent, and answered every question we had. The trip plan was seamless, and was tailor made based on our likes. The tours and tour guides that Adam arranged for were superb. Adam arranged memorable highlights such as a private dinner with Maiko, Sushi and Miso Soup cooking class in a private home, and a visit to the TeamLabs Digital Immersive Gallery. That goes without mentioning the incredible visits through locations with breathtaking parks, scenery, and superb cultural highlights. This trip was a trip of a lifetime, and again we thank Adam Falk for arranging everything for us.

Scotland trip

Our travel adviser, Lily Cohen, booked us a great trip to Scotland when we had to travel there for a wedding. We decided to make a longer vacation out of it. She booked wonderful hotels and tours and mapped out a driving route for us, with suggestions for stops we might like. When we had some minor problems, she was quick to rectify the situations. All in all, I would highly recommend her for travel in Scotland.

Experiencing Japan

We have recently returned from a trip to Japan organised by Charlotte Smith. The trip exceeded expectations and we were truly inspired by the wonderful temples, gardens, sightings of Mount Fuji and excellent guides. The people we met were very friendly and helpful. We experienced staying at a riverside ryokan with thermal pools and on the 30th floor of Media Tower in Tokyo. A juxtaposition of the tranquil and frenetic. Outstanding Trip to Peru

Quite simply, Audley are fantastic. We have been on several trips organised by them, each following a suggested itinerary, and every one offered an excellent balance between seeing the 'headline' sites, immersion in local cultures, and enjoying aspects of the road less-travelled by tourists. Our most recent trip was to Peru for 16 days. We took their suggested itinerary and tailored it to add on extra time in Lima at the end of the trip. Caroline, our contact at Audley, suggested we might join a culinary tour of the city at this time, and it was excellent. We had previously spoken about what we hoped to enjoy from the trip, and this suggestion really showed that she understood us as travellers. Perhaps the highest praise that I can give to Audley, and to the various country specialists, is that we have always felt secure and looked after whilst away. We have travelled with them to Vietnam, India, Iceland and, now, Peru. Each trip has involved multiple sightseeing excursions, connections between cities by various modes of transport, and suggested activities to enjoy independently. Everything is so well organised and efficient, and the in-country support people are always on hand to help out. I particularly loved the App and the opportunity to keep an electronic journal of our most recent trip. Thank you so much for everything!

Seychelles Holiday

We booked a holiday to the Seychelles through Audley Travel. it was a great trip very well organised, the hotels all met more than our expectations. We particularly liked Denis Private Island. Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish Had a last minute long delay meaning we missed connecting flight Hannah was brilliant sorted a hotel overnight for us. All transfers were well organised and on time we had a brilliant guide who stayed with us from pick up in Borneo to return to airport 5days later The hotel on Gaya island was lovely for a bit of relaxing Transfers back to the airport were perfect Our guide in Singapore was lovely gave us plenty of time to look round no rush what so ever and just us. The information we received in the book and email was really helpful and we could plan what we wanted to in advance in Singapore Would definitely recommend and we will use them again

Borneo - trip of a lifetime

We have recently returned from our trip to Borneo with Audley Travel. Our representative, Charlotte Callin really understood what we wanted from this trip and the key “must haves” and key “must not haves” eg avoiding short transfer times between flights and put together a bespoke itinerary, covering all the places we wanted to visit and made suggestions for additional things that she thought might appeal eg a guided trip to a locals only street food venue. Her in-depth knowledge of Borneo and expertise made our trip really fantastic, one we will never forget.
