He may be a star of Hollywood, but Tom Cruise has spent a lot of time in the UK over the years.

The actor bought a £3million mansion in East Grinstead, Sussex in 2006.

The property came in at 11,000 square feet. It had six bedrooms, a cinema room, gym, outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.

However, the Top Gun star has not veered too far from the UK.

Tom was reportedly shopping for a home in Kensington, London, last year.

While filming Mission Impossible, he stayed at the Corinthia Residences in central London.

He reportedly rented out a penthouse which had four bedrooms and an indoor pool.

Tom isn't the only famous actor to swap the glamour of Los Angeles for a British home.

Tom Cruise’s Houses: Inside the Action Star’s Real Estate Portfolio

Tom Cruise’s houses provide a place where the Hollywood icon can retreat from the world. When he isn’t rappelling into the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics, he’s usually busy filming his next action-packed flick (next up: an untitled Alejandro G. Iñárrritu project that Cruise is also producing). Fitting, then, that the places he’s owned over the years have been veritable retreats where the actor can get away from it all: a 320-acre ranch in Telluride, Colorado, or a sprawling estate in West Sussex, England, for instance. The real estate empire he’s amassed over the past few decades is a far cry from Cruise’s more modest beginnings. Before he hit it big with 1983’s Risky Business, the New York native worked as a super in an Upper West Side town house . The building, known as the Good Luck Mansion, also previously housed the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker and her then boyfriend Robert Downey Jr., as well as John Lennon and King Curtis. At the time, Cruise was reportedly paying just $300 a month for a small studio apartment in exchange for taking out the trash and vacuuming the hallways. These days, of course, the multimillionaire has the means for a more lavish lifestyle. Below, we’ve rounded up a few of the places that Cruise has called home over the years.

East Village condo

In 1984, one year after the success of Risky Business, Cruise snapped up a brand new 2,200-square-foot apartment in the American Felt Building, located in the East Village on 13th Street between Third and Fourth avenues. While it’s unclear how much the actor paid for the 10th-floor unit, he owned it for quite some time, finally selling it for $3 million nearly three decades later, in 2013. The pad featured two bedrooms and a third bedroom that was used as a state-of-the-art gym. One unusual aspect of Cruise’s particular unit was that the ceilings measured just nine feet, whereas other units in the 12-story building had higher loft-like ceilings.

Telluride ranch

At the start of the 1990s, the Mission Impossible actor began to make plans for a compound on a 320-acre plot of land in Telluride, Colorado . (Celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey , Ralph Lauren, and Kelly Ripa currently call the mountain town home.) He completed construction of the main house, a 10,000-square-foot behemoth, in 1994. In a 2006 interview with Cruise and his then wife Katie Holmes at the Telluride abode, Vanity Fair described the mansion as having the feeling “of a sprawling lodge or chalet, with rustic, log-cabin touches—informal, airy, built with honey-colored deadwood from Oregon.” The custom-built main house featured four bedrooms, with high-beamed ceilings, cedar-paneled walls, and stone fireplaces throughout. A separate guest house boasted three additional bedrooms. The grounds also included a golf course, a motocross track, an outdoor firepit, and an in-ground trampoline. Cruise first listed the property for $59 million in 2014, but quietly took it off the market. He relisted it seven years later , in 2021, for $39.4 million, and sold it for the asking price .

Beverly Hills rental

It was only a matter of time before Cruise made his way to the West Coast. The native New Yorker reportedly leased a mansion in Beverly Hills for $55,000 a month starting in 2001. The three-acre estate would go on to be leased by Russell Crowe during the filming of 2009’s State of Play, and it was previously a filming location for several scenes in the movie Blow starring Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz. When Cruise and Holmes got together in 2005, they held onto the 6,685-square-foot, nine-bedroom estate, leasing it through 2008 . Amenities on-site included a detached guesthouse, a pool with a spa, and a tennis court.

Hollywood Hills compound

In 2005, Cruise paid $11.7 million for a brand new Tuscan-style residence in the Hollywood Hills. Built in 2004, the two-story, European-style estate sat on more than 2.5 acres of land, with a main house featuring walls of glass for city views and an Italian farmhouse-inspired kitchen with plenty of old-world charm. The home contained a total of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a vaulted-ceiling living room with a fireplace. A separate guesthouse on the property boasted its own kitchen and four bedrooms, while a standalone stone-clad building nearby housed a wine cellar and tasting room. The entire estate was remodeled in 2006 . When Cruise sold it to Eva Longoria for a slight loss at $11.4 million a decade later, she also opted to give the property a bit of a redesign .

West Sussex estate

One year after the Hollywood Hills purchase, in 2006, Cruise cast his gaze across the pond, picking up a $4.2 million English estate in the West Sussex town of East Grinstead, just down the road from the British headquarters for the Church of Scientology (Cruise has been a practicing member since the 1980s). The actor’s property included an 11,331-square-foot main house set on over 14 acres. Though the eight-bedroom, five-bathroom home looked rather traditional from the outside with a brick exterior, inside the mansion was a blend of historic and modern aesthetics, with coffered ceilings and timber accents, as well as integrated sound systems and zoned lighting. Entertaining spaces included a movie theater, a dance studio, and a game room. Cruise maintained the residence for nearly a decade before listing it in October 2015 . He sold it to singer Peter Andre for just under $6 million the following year.

Beverly Hills mansion

In 2007, Cruise and Holmes put down $30.5 million for a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate in Beverly Hills. The home, which was originally built in 1937, was situated on 1.21 acres, and the property included a handful of guesthouses, a swimming pool, a playground, and a tennis court. The unique 10,000-square-foot structure included multiple different wings and had a gray stone exterior. The couple split in 2012 after six years of marriage, and Cruise held onto the property for a few more years after that before selling it for $40 million in 2016. At the time, it was unclear what Cruise’s original asking price had been, though it was reportedly between $40 and $50 million .

Florida penthouse town house

Shortly after selling his Beverly Hills mansion, Cruise snapped up a $9.5 million penthouse town house in Clearwater, Florida, close to the Scientology headquarters. The two-story unit, located downtown , sits on top of a luxury building called The Skyview; the impressive structure was built by one of the world’s richest Scientologists, Mexican property developer Moises Agami. Amenities that Cruise now enjoys include a solarium, a roof deck, a 39-foot infinity pool, a hot tub, and bar. There are also upscale features like a flight simulator and a private car elevator. Cruise also reportedly paid an additional $1.47 million for three other condos within the high-rise, likely for staff or relatives.

Let’s Take a Peek Inside Tom Cruise’s Property Portfolio

At long last, “Top Gun: Maverick” is set to land in theaters at the end of May. A-lister Tom Cruise will step back into the cockpit and reprise his role as test pilot Maverick.

Now 59, the seemingly ageless performer has been box-office gold since the 1980s. His hits include “Cocktail,” “Jerry McGuire,” and “A Few Good Men.” The father of three also starred in the “Mission: Impossible” franchise, the latest of which is the upcoming “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning.”

With the superstar set to take off on the big screen, we thought we’d take a spin through the actor’s real estate.

Along with starring in blockbusters over the decades, the “Mission: Impossible” star has been busy when it comes to pricey real estate. In many cases, the paparazzi-averse Cruise tends to buy up multiple lots in extremely private locales.

So don your aviators, and let’s head into the “property zone.”

Clearwater condos

The star’s latest “mission”: a move to a giant spread in Clearwater, FL . He dropped $9,580,500 on a 20,826-square-foot, two-level penthouse in 2017. It’s located in the Skyview tower , which was reportedly altered to accommodate Cruise, according to the Tampa Bay Times .

The actor’s lavish living quarters include four bedrooms, a gym, game room, home theater, roof deck with an infinity pool, hot tub, gardens, and a bar, according to the Times.

The penthouse boasts a private garage with a car elevator on the second floor. That level also apparently includes a flight simulator. (Perhaps Cruise could get in some practice for his “Top Gun” role?) There’s also office space and a sports storage area.

Cruise paid an additional $1,475,000 for three more condos in the Clearwater high-rise, perhaps for staff or relatives.

The building, developed by fellow Scientologist Moises Agami , is located just blocks from the Church of Scientology headquarters. Cruise has been a member of the church since 1986.

Terrific in Telluride

More recently, the “Risky Business” actor took care of a piece of business in the Rocky Mountain region. He sold his longtime Telluride, CO, ranch for a whopping $39.5 million.

Cruise had held on to the 320-acre mountain retreat for decades, before trying to quietly sell it for $59 million in 2014. It was relisted in March 2021 for $39.5 million and quickly sold.

Cruise spent years amassing the land, then built a 10,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home in 1994.

The picturesque home was the setting for a photo shoot with Vanity Fair magazine featuring his daughter Suri  with his then-wife Katie Holmes . Oprah Winfrey also interviewed Cruise at the home in 2008.

The main house includes a chef’s kitchen, fitness center, rec room, den, office suite, two fireplaces, and multiple terraces. There’s also a three-bedroom guest lodge.

Though secluded, the retreat is just minutes to Telluride and a two-hour private jet flight from L.A.

Lavish in Los Angeles

Before decamping to the Sunshine State, the busy actor let go of his holdings in La-La land.

In 2016, Cruise sold the Beverly Hills compound he had shared with  Holmes . The 1.2-acre spread changed hands for a startling $38 million. He had paid $30.5 million in 2007.

The compound included a 10,000-square-foot mansion with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a pair of guesthouses.

That sale came almost a year after he sold his Hollywood Hills compound to  Eva Longoria for $11.4 million.

Initially listed for $13 million, that property featured two adjoining houses built in 2005 on an ultraprivate 2.75-acre lot. The compound consists of a three-bedroom French villa, a four-bedroom guesthouse, two standalone studios, and a quaint stone cottage.

Beverly Hills rental home with Holmes

Cruise and Holmes leased a mansion in the 90210 for $55,000 a month from 2001 through 2008.

Last offered for lease for $100,000 a month in 2016, the three-acre estate includes a nine-bedroom main house, a guesthouse, a pool with a spa, and a tennis court.

Crash pad in New York City

Cruise sold his longtime East Village loft in the American Felt Building for $3 million in 2013. He had picked up the pied-à-terre in 1984, following his starring role in “Risky Business.”

The two-bedroom, 2,200-square-foot unit is said to contain a state-of-the-art gym. It’s located on the 10th floor of the 12-floor building.

Cruise reportedly shared the condo with all three of his ex-wives, including Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman . The building housed other notable residents, including author Bret Easton Ellis and the Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti , the Real Deal reported at the time of the sale. Cruise’s loft was sold in an off-market deal.

SAVILLS IS NOW SELLING REDE PLACE – FORMER HOME OF TOM CRUISE

Savills is selling the former home of Tom Cruise, Rede Place in East Grinstead, West Sussex with guide price at £4.95m. Tom is said to have owned the property during the mid 2000’s. 

Rede Place is a luxury country mansion of some 11,331 sq ft, with excellent facilities including a 1,436 sq ft, 2 bed Pavilion, set in grounds of about 14.2 acres on the fringe of this popular private residents' park, ideal for commuters (within walking distance of Dormans station) and those who enjoy entertaining. The bespoke design house was built in 2003, replacing a pre-existing Victorian residence. 

There is a comprehensive lighting system throughout allowing zoned and dimmer control with interesting features including coffered ceilings with up-lighting. Certain rooms are wired for an integrated sound system. The lower ground floor provides a superb recreation complex including a cinema room, games/billiards room and dance studio with sprung floor. The integral garage on this floor has numerous power points offering potential for an office set up if required. The room has also provided an excellent teenage party venue.

The first floor comprises 4 bedroom suites including an impressive master bedroom complex. Each bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the gardens and grounds. The second floor is currently set up as a bedroom suite with sitting room / study which could quite easily be turned into 2.

In addition to the house there is a 1,436 sq ft detached self-contained annexe, referred to by Savills’ clients as “The Pavilion”, located to one side of the house, which is ideal for entertaining or for staff / guest accommodation. The immediate gardens offer a combination of formal lawns and plantings, wooded sunken garden with stream fed interconnecting ponds, entertaining terraces and recreational facilities including a heated swimming pool, tennis court and hot tub. There is also an orchard and a pretty Victorian summerhouse. Beyond the gardens are parkland grounds, which could easily be divided up into further paddocks if required, which would then be in addition to the paddock at the front of the property.

With a  net worth of $600 million , Tom Cruise and the word "movie star" are practically synonymous. Given his impressive resume, spanning from his breakout 1983 role in "Risky Business" to his ever-more-momentous "Mission Impossible" blockbuster franchise, the actor has not stopped making the big bucks for both himself and everyone around him — with his films earning hundreds of upon hundreds in the three decades he's been a star.

Tom Cruise's penthouse is cool — even for Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise has called Florida his home base since 2018. Per Architectural Digest , Cruise fetched a pretty $55 million when he sold his Los Angeles and New York properties in 2016, moving into a multimillion-dollar penthouse in Clearwater, Florida. Planned by a wealthy Scientologist — Cruise is controversially tied to the religion — the 10-story SkyView condominium is one block from the Church of Scientology, per People . With Cruise reportedly close friends with church leader David Miscavige, a source told the outlet that the movie star was "very relaxed when he's here." 

In addition to occupying the entire top two floors, according to AD, Cruise's pad packs amenities like a roof deck, a nearly 40-foot pool, a bar, and more.What sets the pad apart from other celebrity dig, however, is the passageway that leads to a private, smaller condo on the second floor (which houses a flight simulator, for one). Additionally, there is a nine-car garage and private car elevator (what a cool phrase to say). Now that's  on par with expectations for the "Mission Impossible" star.

Tom Cruise sold his vacation home in Colorado for millions

Although Clearwater, Florida, might be Tom Cruise's personal headquarters, he also owns property in West Sussex, England — for one. Per The Sun , the estate was purchased by Cruise in 2006 for a reported $4.2 million. Bearing the regal title of "Rede Place," the property is located in Dormans Park, East Grinstead, which is reportedly close to the British headquarters of the Church of Scientology. Boasting 14 acres of land and an 11,331-square-foot interior, per insider , the manor was constructed in 2003, meaning Cruise would likely be one of its very first owners.

Cruise parted ways with his longtime 320-acre Telluride, Colo. ranch, which was reportedly a vacation refuge frequented by Cruise with ex-wife Katie Holmes and his children. Putting the ranch on sale for $39.5 million in March, per Forbes , the home sold without a hitch two months later for the asking price . Ardent followers of Cruise's career might remember this was the shooting location for a follow-up to his infamous 2005 interview with Oprah Winfrey , as noted by  Town & Country . However, Cruise's Telluride ranch's main draw, aside from being a ski haven known for its celebrity denizens, is the cozy seclusion it provides for the uber-famous. No wonder it sold so fast!

According to multiple reports, 59-year-old Cruise has amassed more than half a billion net worth (US$600 million to be precise) and loves to splurge his jaw-dropping wealth on cars, private jets, charity and, of course, his multimillion-dollar mansions.

While the Mission Impossible star’s property portfolio has changed hands over the years, it’s still a treat for his fans to take a sneak peek into the Hollywood icon’s collection, whether it be in the States or in the UK. Here’s the breakdown …

While the Minority Report star sold the mansion nearly a decade later for US$38 million, less than the original price listing of US$50 million, his ex-estate is still one of the most OTT Hollywood star’s abodes around.

The manor was built in 1937 with a classic European facade and inside it features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms on over 10,000 sq ft of land. It also comes with a spacious backyard, pool, tennis and basketball courts along with multiple guest houses and a large playground for children.

The hot property was snatched up by American investor and billionaire Leon Black.

Known as Rede Place, the estate offers plenty of open space and green gardens along with a swimming pool, spa and tennis court. With a total of eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property is divided between the main house and a separate guest pavilion, reports Love Property. However, the cherry on top can be found on the basement level as it includes an all-in-one entertainment space with a cinema, games room and dance studio with a sprung floor.

According to Sussex Live, the actor sold the property in 2016 to reality star Peter Andre for US$6.2 million (£5 million), but he returned back to the small Sussex town during Covid-19 lockdown and stayed in the church’s headquarters.

Longoria reportedly sold the property at a loss, for about US$8.2 million, in 2020, according to multiple sources. Cruise was also rumoured to have used this property as a Scientology retreat and not as his full-time residence.

Just like his Beverly Hills mansion, Cruise’s Colorado ranch also holds special memories for the Hollywood star, as this was where he spent a lot of his time with ex-wife Holmes and daughter Suri.

He parted ways with his Colorado ranch in 2021 when he sold it for a handsome US$39.5 million.

The property has a huge swimming pool located on the rooftop along with a flight simulator room, a concierge service, cinema and car lift. The latter is used to transport the actor’s sweet rides up to an ultra-secure parking garage that can fit up to nine vehicles.

Tom Cruise owns a two-storey penthouse worth $9.6 million (approximately Rs 79 crore) in Clearwater, Florida, according to Realtor.com . Built by Scientologist Moises Agami, the penthouse offers a stunning view and comes with a private outdoor pool, a movie theatre, a well-equipped gym, a hot tub, a rooftop deck, and nine car-parking spaces. Given Cruise's popularity, the actor has installed a high-tech security system at the property, according to multiple online reports.

In 2006, Cruise shelled out $4.2 million (approximately Rs 34 crore) to purchase an estate in Dorman's Park in the English countryside in West Sussex, according to Loveproperty.com . Spread across 14 acres of land, the luxurious property is located close to the British headquarters of the Church of Scientology, Saint Hill Manor. The massive architectural marvel which is divided into two parts: the main house and a guest pavilion, has a total of eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. Other amenities at the property include a movie theatre, games room, swimming pool, tennis court and a well-manicured garden.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Colorado ranch owned by the Mission Impossible actor served as a perfect getaway for the 61-year-old actor. The property which is surrounded by lofty mountains, was sold off by the actor in 2021 for $39.5 million (approximately Rs 325 crore), according to Realtor.com .

The four-bedroom ranch house, bought by Cruise in the early 90s, had wooden pillars, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings among other features. The actor had also installed a fitness center, underfloor heating system, and security system to spend time with his family away from the limelight.

Purchased in 2005 for $11.7 million (approximately Rs 96 crore) by Tom Cruise, the French-style mansion located in Hollywood Hills, California, is currently owned by Eva Longoria . According to Realtor.com , the 61-year-old actor sold the villa to the Desperate Housewives star for $11.4 million (approximately Rs 93 crore). Inspired by Italian countryside estates, the Hollywood Hills underwent a massive transformation under Cruise's ownership. The villa offers a picturesque 180-degree view of Los Angeles and also includes an outdoor lagoon-style pool.

In 2007, the Top Gun star shelled out $32.5 million (approximately Rs 267 crore) to purchase a 1937-built mansion in Beverly Hills, California . The seven-bedroom and nine-bathroom mansion was Cruise's primary address until he decided to part ways with it in 2015. The Hollywood actor stayed in the well-gated property with his now ex-wife Katie Holmes and daughter Suri. In addition to the 10,286 square feet of living space, the mansion also had a massive swimming pool in the backyard. According to Loveproperty.com , Cruise sold the property for $40 million (approximately Rs 329 crore) in 2016.

Peter Andre Splashes Out £4m On Tom Cruise’s Old Mansion

Peter Andre has splashed out on a brand new family home after snapping up Tom Cruise ’s former mansion.

The ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer has paid a whopping £4 million for the luxury home in Sussex , which was once owned by the Hollywood star.

The ‘Top Gun’ actor originally bought the property in 2003 for £3 million, which is conveniently located near the UK’s Church of Scientology headquarters – Saint Hill Manor.

Pete is believed to have already moved into the six-bedroom property with his pregnant wife Emily and his kids.

The lavish property in East Grinstead, West Sussex is set in 4.2 acres of grounds and comes with its own gym, pool and cinema.

It also features a separate two-bedroom guest house called the Pavilion within the extensive grounds.

The ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer is no stranger to the estate, having previously owned a £1.7million home nearby with his ex-wife, Katie Price, which was sold last year.

Pete and his 26-year-old wife Emily are expecting a second baby together.

They already have a two-year-old daughter, Amelia, and Pete is also the father of Princess and Junior, his children with Katie.

We could soon be getting a glimpse inside Pete’s new abode as he recently revealed he’s in talks to bring his old reality show ‘Peter Andre: My Life’ back to our screens

“I’m thinking about bringing my show back,” he said. “It would be nice to do one or two more series. I’m in talks for that at the moment.

“We did 10 series in the end but I said after the fifth series if we ever do 10 we’ll call it a day because at one point the ratings will drop.

“The ratings at the end were actually the highest we had.”

Hollywood heavy weight Tom Cruise is reportedly selling his £4.95million estate in England.

The palatial and luxurious property in West Sussex is believed to be the house that Tom and his third-wife Katie Holmes - from whom he split in 2012 - bought in 2006.

According to Variety , the 14.2 acre estate, six bedroom house belongs to the Top Gun actor, and was thought to have cost closer to the £3million mark when he first bought it.

Time to let it go? The palatial and luxurious property in West Sussex is believe to be the house that the Tom and his third-wife Katie Holmes - from whom he split in 2012 - bought in 2006

The website reports that the country estate - located near the sleepy town of East Grinstead - boasts between five and six bedrooms in the main house alongside eight bathrooms.

This includes features such as a 900 square-foot living room and a 33 foot-long master bedroom with access to a balcony.

Other notable points include manicured lawns, a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool, the property also includes a 'pavilion' with two additional bedrooms, kitchen/living area and bathrooms.

However there are also outbuildings on the estate, which include a Victorian era garage and a small summer house in the back garden.

A regular palace: The website reports that the country estate - located near the sleepy town of East Grinstead - boasts between five and six bedrooms in the main house alongside eight bathrooms

Mission Impossible star Tom is a staunch and widely publicised Scientologist, and perhaps part of the reason for the buy originally was to be close to East Grinstead - which is home to Saint Hill, the former home of the author L. Ron Hubbard who founded the Scientology religion.

The actor is no stranger to playing the property market however, as in 2012 he sold-off his 2,200 square-foot apartment in Manhattan, while he is also thought to be angling to shift his Beverly HIlls estate.

Meanwhile Tom's career is still going from strength-to-strength, with the actor currently filming the sequel to 2012's Jack Reacher, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back.

Due out in 2016, the film also stars How I Met Your Mother's Cobie Smulders, and sees Tom reprise the role of the enigmatic former Army MP with a taste for justice.

East Grinstead: The celebrity hotspot in Sussex that's a magnet for A-listers

East Grinstead is a quintessential market town with a historic high street and beautiful architecture - all surrounded by some of Sussex's finest countryside.

But it may come to a surprise that the unassuming town attracts some of the highest-paid celebrities in the world.

The town boasts charming cottages and medieval buildings - but tucked away are some incredible multi-million pound properties.

In recent years, the secluded mansions have been snapped up by huge stars, from Hollywood actors to A-list singers.

Back in 2006, American actor Tom Cruise forked out around £3million on a sprawling 11,000 square foot house in East Grinstead.

Some may wonder why the film star chose a life in the West Sussex town - but it holds great significance for the famous Scientologist.

Scientology’s headquarters, Saint Hill, is located in East Grinstead - and Cruise is certainly no stranger,

After selling his house in 2016, he returned to the town last summer. During the first national lockdown, the actor was believed to be staying in a wing of the headquarters.

Saint Hill had a multi-million renovation in 2016, which includes a new Michelin star chef and luxury accommodation.

Cruise’s former mansion continued to attract famous residents, with singer Peter Andre taking the property off Tom Cruise’s hands for around £5million.

The six-bedroom property is over eight times higher than the average house price in East Grinstead - but it features a cinema room as well as a gym, outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court

But East Grinstead was treated to Peter’s presence for years prior, with the reality TV star opening a coffee shop in the town in 2011.

However one year after purchasing the Tom Cruise's former pad, the Mysterious Girl singer cut his business ties with the town, closing his coffee shop.

Another star to recognise East Grinstead’s potential is one of the highest-paid celebrities in the world.

In 2017, the year Adele ranked at number 18 on Forbes’ rich list, she splurged £4million on an 18th century manor house in the town.

The Someone Like You singer was already well acquainted with the county. In 2011, she rented a £7million mansion in Partridge Green, a village in Horsham .

As well as the main house, the property has 85 acres of grounds, two swimming pools, a games room, a helipad, and a guest cottage in the garden

In East Grinstead, she decided to downsize, purchasing a secluded eight-bedroom property, featuring a tennis court and set on 48 acres of land.

After divorcing Simon Konecki, the 31-year-old put the eight-bedroom mansion up for sale in 2019.

However, her property portfolio remains impressive, which features a townhouse in London and a mansion in Beverly Hills.

It seems that East Grinstead isn't the only area of Sussex that attracts the rich and famous. Just a short drive away is Crowborough, a town which has attracted the likes of Cate Blanchett, David Jason and Kerry Katona.

Over in East Sussex is Brighton , a more well-known celebrity hotspot and hub for YouTubers.
