Whether you’re interested in a day of fun in the sun or kicking back and socializing with your friends and family, we can accommodate up to 44 passengers on our 2 ½ hour fully private and customizable cruises. Captain Frank is a true local who knows the best and most beautiful routes to take to make your day special. We cater to out-of-towners looking to make their vacation special and locals who want to get away from the everyday.

Your cruise is custom to what you'd like to do! Here are just some of your options to choose from:

• Sandbar stop –  We’ll drop anchor, and you can get in the water and check out a local sandbar.
• Sightseeing  – See the beauty that Anna Maria offers from the water as our crew shows you local sea life, historic landmarks, and beautiful homes.
• Sunsets  – Cruise out to the gulf and watch the sunset from a different vantage point.
• Tiki Bar Hop  – Pull up to some of our favorite bars and restaurants where you can hop off and grab a drink or a snack.
• Dolphin Watching  – Our captains will take you to the hot spots looking for playful dolphins.

Pricing for our fully private and customizable 2.5-hour daytime or sunset cruises

Up to 6 people is $348 plus tax

7-44 people are $58 per person plus tax

Another trip around the sun, another time of fun in the sun. Had such a great time last year, that we had to double down and enjoy this tiki cruise. Able to book a private choose your own adventure tour. We did a quick dolphin cruise, followed by some time on the sandbar checking out the crabs and sanddollars. And finished with the sunset. Awesome time. BYOB and the Bluetooth on the boat lets you jam out to your favorite songs. Oh and there is a private bathroom. Captain and first mate are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Makes for a great memory!

10/10. This will be my go to outfit for all future water excursions when visiting AMI/ Bradenton. We booked an AM family dolphin cruise with Capt Sue and her first mate Trevor... both top notch and very professional. Trevor's knowledge of the island was useful as we toured the bay looking for dolphins. And Capt Sue knew exactly where to go. These updated tiki boats are the bees knees! Railing all the way around... safe for the small kids. Cozy padded chairs up front. A couple options to sit at a bar top on some padded seats. Plenty of cup holders on all the rails. Bathroom on board. Cooler too! We had 7, and I think they can hold up to 17+ crew. Perfect for an evening cocktail cruise. Or a day excursion. Will be booking again next year we are in town!

Today a group of 8 of us did the tiki cruise and it exceeded all expectations! Steven and Trevor were both awesome and were very accommodating for the three things we wanted to do (see manatees which was pure luck, stopped for a drink, and anchored on a sand bar). It was the best way to spend a day and I highly recommend!

Had a blast with a young family on a 9am cruise. The guys were super fun, great with kids, and also let us just relax on the boat. If I was with a just my wife I would have totally taken gone again at night and have them drop us off at different bars along the beach. Boat was brand new and comfortable. Definitely a must when visiting the island.

We did a morning cruise with Captain Steve and Captain Sue. Pickup was easy and right on time. We had the boat all to ourselves. The boat was clean and comfortable with nice couches, shaded areas, a bar and bathroom. The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. We were able to see a pod of dolphins and a manatee. We also were able to get off the boat and explore a sandbar and find sand dollars. Captain Steve waited on us hand and foot serving us our drinks and sandwiches that we were able to bring on board. Great experience for families. It was one of the highlights of our trip! Will definitely be booking another boat cruise on our next trip to the island.

So much fun!! They had everything we needed on board. We saw tons of dolphins, hit up the sandbar, and popped by a bar. Great experience!

Booked a sunset cruise based on recommendations on a AMI Facebook group I joined. So happy we did. We were 2 couples originally but asked the day of if we could add another and it was no problem. We went out on a Sunday evening. We paid $62/person + tip. When we arrived another party was leaving the boat but the crew quickly Gabe it a sanitizing wipe down and we boarded. The captain asked us what our "must haves" were and all we had was the sunset. He took us around the bay pointing out landmarks and docked us at a bar to get a pina colada! I would highly recommend Shore Thing for any sort of boat cruise when you are on AMI!

This was a great way to spend a Sunday morning. Rick was a wonderful captain. We were treated like special guests and we would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time! Captain Rick was very accommodating to our family needs. Dolphin sightings for the young ones, celebrity homes for teens and bars for the adults. A great way to enjoy the afternoon when you want to be on the water. For sure we will be booking with them again.

We had a fantastic time with Shore Thing! Capt Sue & Justin were so welcoming & fun. They had ideas of places we could go but were also open to what we wanted to do. The boat is very nice & can accommodate a group. It is a great way to see the area from the water and take in the beauty of nature!

We had a great time on Shore Thing Tiki Cruises. A group of us chose the sunset cruise. Frank and Rick did a great job touring us around, showing us where a couple of dolphins were swimming, a little about some of the homes and most importantly getting us a perfect view of the sunset on the water. There is plenty of seating and room for dancing. The boat has nice ambience. Rick played a great variety of music. Or you can ask him to play your plays list. Bonus: There is a toilet on board.
