Trẻ em đi Thái Lan có cần hộ chiếu không?

Trẻ em đi nước ngoài có cần hộ chiếu không ?

Theo điều 33 Luật Xuất nhập cảnh của công dân Việt Nam năm 2019 được nêu rõ những điều kiện để công dân Việt Nam xuất nhập cảnh cần có đầy đủ những giấy tờ sau:

Giấy từ xuất nhập cảnh hay hộ chiếu còn nguyên vẹn và còn hạn sử dụng. Ở điều 6 Luật Xuất nhập cảnh, giấy tờ xuất nhập cảnh sẽ bao gồm hộ chiếu, giấy thông hành. Hộ chiếu được sử dụng phải có thời hạn từ đủ 6 tháng trở lên.

Visa hay các giấy tờ khác chứng minh bản thân công dân đó được nhập cảnh vào nước họ muốn đến, từ những trường hợp được miễn visa. 

Công dân không thuộc một trong những trường hợp bị cấm xuất cảnh, không được xuất cảnh hay tạm hoãn xuất cảnh như: bị can, bị cáo, người phải thi hành án dân sự, người mắc dịch bệnh nguy hiểm lây lan hoặc truyền nhiễm và phải ngăn ngay việc xuất nhập cảnh

Ở khoản 2 Điều 33 Luật Xuất nhập cảnh, người chưa đủ 14 tuổi ngoài những điều kiện nêu trên cần có người đại diện hợp pháp đi cùng. 

Qua những điều trên có thể thấy câu trả lời chính xác là trẻ em đi Thái Lan CÓ cần hộ chiếu, ngoài ra phải có người đại diện hợp pháp đi cùng, trẻ em từ 14 đến 16 tuổi thì chỉ cần hộ chiếu và các giấy tờ cần thiết.

Theo quy định của các nước Đông Nam Á công dân Việt Nam khi đến Thái Lan sẽ được miễn visa trong vòng 30 ngày nếu di chuyển bằng máy bay và 15 ngày nếu di chuyển bằng đường bộ. Và hộ chiếu là giấy tờ bắt buộc phải có để nhập cảnh vào Thái Lan. 

Với trẻ em dưới 14 tuổi khi đến du lịch tại Xứ chùa vàng cần chuẩn bị đầy đủ hộ chiếu, giấy tờ đi kèm và người đại diện hợp pháp đi cùng. Trẻ em trên 14 tuổi cần chuẩn bị hộ chiếu, các giấy tờ đi kèm có thể đi du lịch Thái Lan mà không cần người đại diện đi cùng.

Thủ tục cấp hộ chiếu dành cho trẻ em khi đi Thái Lan

Thủ tục cho trẻ em dưới 14 tuổi

Hồ sơ bao gồm: Tờ khai hộ chiếu có dán ảnh cỡ 4×6, cha mẹ sẽ là người khai thay hoặc ký thay, có xác nhận và đóng dấu giáp lai của công an xã nơi thường trú hoặc tạm trú. Giấy khai sinh hoặc trích lục khai sinh hoặc giấy chứng sinh (bản sao chứng thực). Hai tấm ảnh cỡ 4×6. Căn cước công dân của cha hoặc mẹ (người đi làm hồ sơ cấp hộ chiếu cho trẻ).

Thủ tục cho trẻ từ đủ 14 tuổi đến 16 tuổi

Hồ sơ bao gồm: Tờ khai làm hộ chiếu, hai tấm ảnh chân dung 4×6, căn cước công dân của trẻ. 

Thời gian giải quyết giấy tờ cấp hộ chiếu cho trẻ em sẽ được thực hiện không quá 8 ngày kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ. 

Lệ phí cấp hộ chiếu dành cho trẻ em là 50.000 đồng một lần cấp.

Trẻ em khi du lịch Thái Lan cần chuẩn bị những giấy tờ gì ?

Khi đi du lịch Thái Lan , trẻ em cần chuẩn bị những giấy tờ sau:

Đối với trẻ em từ đủ 14 tuổi đến dưới 16 tuổi :

• Chuẩn bị hộ chiếu hoặc giấy thông hành khi đến Thái Lan
• Thị thực hay visa nếu nhập cảnh nhiều hơn thời gian cho phép
• Thẻ thường trú, tạm trú

Đối với trẻ em dưới 14 tuổi nếu cấp chung hộ chiếu với cha mẹ hoặc không có hộ chiếu riêng

• Chuẩn bị giấy khai sinh hoặc giấy chứng sinh (dành cho trẻ em dưới 01 tháng tuổi) bản chính hoặc bản sao có chứng thực.
• Nếu trẻ em được một tổ chức xã hội nuôi dưỡng cần có giấy xác nhận cả tổ chức này (thời hạn sử dụng 6 tháng kể từ ngày xác nhận).

Cần chuẩn bị những gì cho trẻ em khi du lịch Thái Lan ?

Du lịch Thái Lan bạn cần chuẩn bị những đồ dùng cần thiết sau cho trẻ: Quần áo mát và quần áo ấm cho trẻ, giày dép và mũ đội, chăn mỏng, tã bỉm, những đồ dùng vệ sinh cá nhân dành cho bé, kem chống nắng cho trẻ em, sữa và bánh kẹo cho bé, đồ chơi cho bé và các loại giấy tờ cần thiết khi nhập cảnh vào Thái Lan. 

Nếu không có đủ chỗ cho các món đồ cho bé, bạn có thể đến các trung tâm thương mại và mua chúng.

Cho dù là du lịch tại Thái Lan hay bất cứ nước nào trên thế giới, cha mẹ cũng nên quan sát và chú ý đến bé để tránh thất lạc tại nước ngoài.

Check in agent was helpful and nice. Flight was OK. Our flight in Chicago was delayed 8 hours without an explination. This was our journey home. After a horrible flight experience on on the way to our vacation where our plane was diverted for an emergency medical issue, was grounded for hours, we missed our connecting flight by 25 minutes, and it took a day yo get re-booked, this was yet another bad experience that American seemed unwilling to help out with, much less compensate us for the

No problems on this flight. Entertainment system worked well. On time take off and arrival. Smooth most of the way.

Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.

We received a flight delay notification over 24 hours before the flight, but it seems American didn't do anything in that timeframe to get the flight back on schedule. Gate agents were still determining when our plane would arrive. Didn't have catering ready to go when our plane did arrive. Flight attendant timeout before we left. There was a flight attendant on board who could work the flight (trained on that aricraft type and was within hours), however American chose to wait for a backup to arrive, which delay the flight further.

It was freezing in there. When I asked about it, the response is “we would have to tell them” and then she just walked away and continued to serve beverages. Everyone was cold and they didn’t care at all.

I did not enjoy continuously being lied to about the amount of time we would circle Chicago before deciding to redirect to Milwaukee. Then the amount of time we would sit on the ground in Milwaukee waiting for gas, or to take off again. Or the amount of time it would then take to get to Chicago again, or sit on the runway waiting for a gate. The whole time continuously hopefully we would make our connecting flight that kept getting delayed as well. Only to scramble and miss it. Enough with the BS. Tell me the truth. "Sorry, things are backed up and your probably not going to make your flight. You should rebook on the next flight now rather than wait." You'll never hear those words from an airline. Speaking of which. If the flight has been redirected and/or is seriously delayed, how about making the WiFi free for everyone so they get to rebooking and reserving hotel rooms while still in the air. You've inconvenienced me already and now you want me to pay $20 for Internet so I can try to make other plans. Absolutely disgusting!

Great flight. The captain did a great job of minimizing some minor turbulence and in general it was a smooth flight. Early departure and early arrival at destination. Great service.
